For Super 8, this is one of the better ones that I stayed at. It seems like they've remodeled the inside. The staff was friendly. There is an indoor Spa and an outdoor pool. Those don't have much of a view, but that's not usually what you're going for when you stay at that type of hotel. The room was very clean and I actually found that I liked not having carpet in the room so it was a win-win for me. A lot cheaper than other places in town. I will say the outside of the building does not look like the picture I found when I Googled it — I forgot to take a picture of the outside of the building and I apologize. I know I wasn't sure if I was in the right place because it didn't look like the picture featured on TripAdvisor and other places on the web.

It's near the lake, and some pretty nice places. The hotel itself is quaint. Nothing spectacular, but not terrible. It's affordable, and good for a place to stay during vacation if you have a small family.

Upon check in, Desk Service was polite, but knew little about a good location for eating. Afternoon staff had a bit more recommendations to choose from besides fast food. Double Queen room comfortablly small to where there's a shelf with hanging bar in place of a closet. Toilet seat lid was loose, but I easily remedied. Bed had a little squeak noise but did not disturb sleep. Pillows are comfortable and I recommend requesting 1 additional per guest. Small refrigerator and microwave available with single serving coffeemaker. It is a "No Smoking" establishment, however it was evident where walking through the hallways that some guests were unconcerned about this policy or other people's wellbeing by the sent of tobacco smoke in the air.

Nice rooms. Pool and hot tub. Extra clean. It's the people. Almost 5 stars. Breakfast included. Good coffee.

I'm sure its a fine place to stay, it looked great from the outside. I had a pet they didn't allow, so had to go elsewhere. Completely understandable though!

Easily accessible cleanly maintained. Visited on the busiest weekend of year. Breakfast can be improved. Has pool and spa.

They need a dress code. When I went to the breakfast room there was a family in pyjamas, bare feet and socks. Come on people. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Would stay there again.

Nice, clean, motel-convenient location. I like the remodel. It's on the edge of town which seems to be rough neighborhood. I stay here almost every time I pass through and always notice very loud motorcycles and cars revving or speeding by so close your window if this bothers you. I have also noticed random people and vehicles lurking through the parking lot late at night. I just keep my valuables with me, my window closed, and have had no issues.

I loved the room but trying to make a reservation was horrible. I couldn't understand one word of what the man was saying and he kept trying to sell me on "Opportunities. " When you are traveling and trying to find a room you do NOT need a salesman on the phone. I had to repeat my address, phone, number and e-mail 3 times for him to understand it! For crying out loud hire someone who can speak the country's language.

Staff was great, super kind! Breakfast selection and coffee was great! And the room was beautiful! I was shocked that the price was low for such a nice room!

We stayed here one night. The room was comfortable. We had a king sized bed. We really liked that our room had floors and but carpet. It appeared recently updated. One negative thing about the room was the older float screen and non-HD channels. Also no HDMI port so I couldn't hook up my laptop to watch streamed shows. Free breakfast consisting of waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit, tea and coffee was a good way to start the day. The only other negative was that the hot tub wasn't working on the day we were there and that was one reason we stayed there. Overall though I would recommend staying here. It's easy to find and easy to get on and off the I5.

Definitely a rare find — A "Diamond in the Ruff" I didn't want to do my usual 4 star hotel since I came in so late, so I gave Super 8 a chance and I didn't expect much. What I gotvwad 5 star service, clean room and a decent breakfast. Indoor spa and outdoor pool that happened to be closed for the winter… I would definitely suggest the Super 8 of Redding, especially if you are on a budget.

This hotel was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast choices were limited. The price of the hotel was appropriate.

Super 8 is pretty much the same everywhere you go. Great for one night, for the price. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is simple, but fine.

For a Super 8 this is probably one of the nicest motels I've been to. This place is outfitted with very modern decor, hardwood floors, and amazing cleanliness. Amenities are great as well, the continental breakfast is decent, the Wi-Fi is very fast. Not really much to complain about this place. I would definitely stay here again next time I come up on business.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was so friendly. Safe place to stay over on your way to Portland.

The beds were very comfortable and the people that worked there were kind. They did run out of water in the vending machine but otherwise great.

Nice clean. Has a pool. Don't be put off by the dirty parking lot. Interior redone. Loved the flooring in the rooms. No Carpet. I could actually see the floor was clean. No nasty surprises in the carpet. Welcoming check in.

Not a bad place to stay for the price. They offer a Continental breakfast… Waffles, cereals, and yogurts, and some other items like coffee and juices. They also have a pool and hot tub on site for guests to use. The rooms are relatively clean. They also offer free Wi-Fi for guests.

It's a fairly decent Super 8, moderate rooms nothing to brag about, employees seemed to be friendly enough. They could step up a bit being so close to nicer hotels.

Comfy stopover and a place I would definitely consider staying multiple days in a row. Mini fridge, microwave, and TV in-room. Personal A/C, with access to set your own temperature. The only complaint I have is the matress was harder than I prefer, and the towels were a bit small. Petty things to pick on away from home! The breakfast was simple but nice (fresh waffles! ). I didn't get to swim at all, since I was only here a single night. Check in time is 2pm, check out 11am.

Good value. Clean. Nice pictures in the room-I was surprised by how pleasant the decor was for the price. Rooms were packed pretty tight — but price was right. Not very quiet — next to freeway. We had to drive to find dinner.

Seems like a standard Super 8. Beds are on the hard side and sheets too course. Breakfast is all carbs and the only protein is yogurt. The coffee is awful. Very watery.

Super 8 provides the food and bedding of a very high quality establishment, although it is a 3 star hotel. I was only here overnight but my stay was wonderful. Would recommend.

The location was convenient to us because it was directly on our path and near an eatery. The rooms were comfortable. The service was convenient.

Beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. We checked in at 11 and the hostess wasn't mean, but she didn't seem friendly at all. It was off putting and we didn't feel welcome. Other than that it was great.

The room was nice and fairly priced. It had a modern feel and a good breakfast. Nice overnight stay.

1am arrival just needed a place to stay until 8am. Tad expensive at $105. Breakfast had waffles, bagels, cereal, coffee, oatmeal, yogurt but had limited seating. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

The staff wasn't very friendly. And they over charged my credit card. They continued to charge my card even after I checked out!

Great stay The staff was friendly, accommodating and really helpful. Room was very clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Wi-Fi was fine. The breakfast was the usual fair, nothing exciting, but it was okay. Extremely easy to find and get to from I5, Would recommended it without hesitation.

The staff was super friendly. Our room was clean and bright. Great size rooms. We had our dogs with us and they were really accommodating. Great hotel. Free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, hot tub and pool. Great stay.

The hotel has gotten a face lift! Everything in my room is new. I don't know what it was like before, but I like what I see. The rate is good and the parking lot is well lit, which is important to me. I didn't swim in the pool but it looked clean. Fresh fruit available with breakfast was a great touch.
