Large room, decent breakfast, but needs some improvements. It is a must for the pool door to work well, especially when traveling with two kids. I formed staff and it didn’t seem to be taken seriously. We checked out for day or wine tasting and later returned for items that had been forgotten in room and staff said housekeeping had keys for stored items and were gone for day. Really? I took the time to come back and I couldn’t get my items? Not acceptable.

Water completely stopped while I was showering. The hotel manager staff was not helpful or taking any responsibility. Impacted my outing. Made me waste time. On a lesser but still important the decor is dark and old and needs updating.

Family friendly, awesome breakfast, very clean & just a really great place to stay while in Paso Robles.

Always a consistent level of cleanliness and friendly staff. I've been a Hilton man for a long time. My granddaddy knew Conrad.

Relatively updated hotel located conveniently near the wineries. Staff were warm and friendly, rooms were clean and updated, and the free breakfast in the morning has plenty of options (waffles, eggs, yogurt, etc). The AC units are on the older side since they are built into the exterior wall but they work well and works as a substitute sound machine.

I stayed here for a week. Wine tasting and breakfast everyday were great. The rooms were clean and maintained. The staff is really friendly. The lady that works nights will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. She knows a great about the area and will make sure you find what your looking for.

They were very friendly and kept my room very clean and stocked with coffee, cups and lotions which most places have a hard time doing. The breakfast had a lot of options it my favorite thing was the fresh mixed fruit! Something for everyone and very conveniently located! Definitely stay there again and recommend to others!

Great location right at the 101 and 46W, perfect launching point for tons of great wineries. They even have a sign in front pointing the way to a bunch of them. Great free breakfast and really comfortable lobby. Nice pool and lounge area. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful room. Breakfast was great, lots of food. The night we were there a local winery was offering wine tasting.

We had a great stay there my wife and I for a nearby wedding. And we loved the fact that they had complimentary breakfast Every Single Day! Breakfast IS the most important meal of the day. Great concierge service too.

Very nice, a little noisey if your near the sitting/eating area but not bad. Overall very enjoyable stay.

Standard Hilton experience — staff are super friendly and rooms are spacious and clean. The only negative was that the breakfast options were limited for vegetarians — usually there are breakfast potatoes or scrambled eggs; some warm option without meat. This time the only options were oatmeal and waffles. A small complaint to be sure, but still.

Room was larger than most for the price. Nice free breakfast in a very comfortable setting. If you are a craft beer fan, Firestone-walker is a half mile away and Barrelhouse is 1 1/2 miles. Several wineries and a distillery with in a 3 mile radius. Staff was friendly and helpful. Going back up to Paso Robles in June. Definitely staying here.

Our church has Sunday morning service there in the conference room and we rent a room for our children's ministry (kids class), week after week the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and great condition.

Outstanding customer service. Great location. Quiet. Need to update amenities. No USB ports in room I was in. Minimal TV channel selection.

The room was very spacious and accommodating. The beds we're very nice and the temperature of the room was well kept. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Comfortable rooms. Bed was clean and had quality linens. Excellent continental breakfast — everything from waffles, to an oatmeal bar, to cheese omlettes. Amenities were excellent and you can ask for more (such as a complimentary razor) at the front desk. Family friendly and also a good place for couples visiting wine country.

This place actually serves a good breakfast. You can have made from scratch oatmeal with nuts and fruit. They make real eggs. So their breakfast is the best I've found on the road. Their beds are also incredibly comfortable. You really do need to shop the cut rate Internet sites because I found as much is a $35 difference in the price charged if you call the hotel and the price charged if you go online to find the room.

Nice rooms at a good price. The breakfast is full-featured, but perhaps a bit mass produced to be considered tasty. Overall, a good place, and definitely kid-friendly.

New hotel with reasonable rates. Roommate are nice clean and beds are comfortable. Probably one of the better Hampton inns I have stayed at.

Great location with well appointed rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Terrific included breakfast in a comfortably furnished common room with a showcase fireplace.

Young man working the night shift Oct 17th at Paso Robles is the rudest, most sarcastic unfit employee I ever recall at any of the 1000's of hotels I've stayed stayed at all over the world. As long as the hotel employs such individuals I would not stay at this hotel nor recommend it to anyone. Contrarily the other employees have been very kind and helpful.

Newer property. Ample parking with spaces for RVs or larger vehicles. Very accommodating and professional staff. Will be back in the area soon and will definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean place very friendly staff But the rooms are not soundproof you can hear everything people walking and talking in the Halls very hard to sleep.

Nice facility, great staff. Good location near 101 and Target shopping center. A little difficult to get into from the highway.

Nice hotel, just outside of town, close to the highway 46. They do wine tasting in the evening. Awesome!

Excellent new property. Nice contemporary rooms with a theatre right down the street. Very helpful staff.

We often stay at this brand of hotels and this location is especially nice. Spacious rooms and nice decor. A gym, business center, and an okay breakfast.

Probably the best Hilton property I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast area was very nice and had a good selection. The rooms were huge and clean and modern, and the TV worked very well. Pool area looked nice and the hotel was modern and clean over all. Had a great modern decor that matched the area. I would recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Had to stay at another hotel because Hampton wouldn't accept my cat. So visited friends there. Just say in the lobby and relaxed. Everything was shut down but the ambiance was nice. Front desk agent had a wine key to loan out and she was quite pleasant. If they accepted cats, I would stay there.

This place is great! It has complementary Wi-Fi and breakfast. The room we stayed in was nice and tidy, and the staff was friendly. Don't forget to ask for complimentary wine tasting coupons!

Great place to stay. Clean rooms and up to date decor. Looks new. Great location off of H46 and H101. We liked the complimentary wine and cheese social. Friendly staff had a great dinner recommendation.

Internet is worst of the worst for wireless. 145 ping with 0.12 meg download and 0.05 meg upload, really in todays world.

Reasomable price. There is Target store in walking distance.

We just returned from two nights here and we had such a nice time. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was great. We enjoyed the full breakfast and the complimentary wine and cheese in the afternoon. What we loved most though was the pool on those 100 degree days. This was a wonderful place to take the family. We'll be back.
