A very convenient midpoint stop on our way to Solvang.

I stayed here on my way home to San Francisco from L. A. Very nice property, pool & jacuzzi, and suites that have excellent ammentities with vanity mirrors included.

Awesome place for a small getaway.

Unless you are rich, shy away from using your credit card when checking into this hotel folks. Their computer system likes to mysteriously seek random $ amounts in authorization charges with zero transparency. If that were not bad enough, their computer system have a way of hiding those authorizations from hotel employees and Marriott customer service department…
Room charge $2088.45 over 15 days? Not bad.

Clean, neat, beautifully decorated rooms. The bed offered no support. Both my wife and I woke up with sorry backs.

It's very close to downtown, tin city, and the wineries. Great service, nicely decorated and clean rooms. Love that parking is complimentary. Perfect place for us for a quick weekend of wine tasting.

While the hotel is a bit dated, they are making some great renovations and the staff here was incredibly pleasant and helpful. There is a bar, coffee shop, and mini market in the lobby, will absolutely stay here again when in Paso.

Worst place in Paso. Poor service. Friendly staff but does not make up for service which you are paying for. 3:30pm and no maid service yet… come on!

This hotel is clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the hot tub. They had a nice supply of towels you could grab on your way out. Check in was good and the person checking us in was super enthusiastic. The one unfortunate thing was the hours on the bistro. We wanted to grab coffee on our way out around 10:15 but it was already closed.

Decent hotel, the bistro is extremely slow came down a few minutes before I was the first one down there they gladly took my order I asked for it to go and double checked that it would be to go because they consistently bring food to you to eat there. So I wait and as more people come to order food I am seeing other people getting there orders finally after setting down someone else's order the person that took my order asked what else I was waiting for, I told him my meal, he went back to the kitchen and I heard him ask if the item I ordered was there I guess not cause another five minutes went by and someone else brought out my meal finnaly, except guess what it wasn't to go. So I asked the person to just put it In a box to go, he took my order back for another five minutes. Finally after almost 30 minutes I had my order after at least ten other people has been served before even though I was the first person down there.

A good clean and new feel with a few shortfalls. You can clearly hear people staying in the rooms above you as they walk around. I don't think this is normal. The cafe and bistro downstairs was closed the morning I was there. I was planning for a quick breakfast and there was none so I had to go out.

Lobby has a really nice bar and restaurant. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly. Great location for wine tasting.

My favorite Hotel to stay at when in Paso Robles. Besides the usual amenities, they probably have the best breakfast menu for a hotel that I've seen. Very health consiousand tasty option.

Clean hotel, quiet and very nice. Bistro has delicious breakfast options. Outdoor pool and hot tub are heated and kept clean year round. Guest laundry room is complimentary which is a plus when traveling with 4 kids!

Reservations, check. Called ahead 3 day in advance to confirm what I reserved, no down in the room due to severe allergies, check. Check in on the mobile app this morning and specifically call out “no down in the room, severe allergies”, check. Get here at 1:30 am and my room is full of down and the best part… wait for it… they don’t have anything but tiny decorator pillows they left outside of someone else’s door. Epic fail! Somebody better get their ass down to Walmart. U had one job! Worst part… I’m a gold elite member. Hilton, here I come!

Stayed at the courtyard Marriott in Paso Robles 02/23/2018 till 02/26/2018 everyone had exceptional customer service but there was one person in particular by the name Yadira that I was very fond of she had wonderful customer service very outgoing and bubbly personality she was funny she had quick and Speedy service just based on my experience with Yadira I will definitely be staying there again!

Clean rooms! They have Netflix! They have like a small bar and lounge in lobby where you can also order food at there small café. Jacuzzi was out of service. Staff was nice. The ladies who cleaned our room while we were out did like a half fast job but no worries. There's bigger problems in the world haha.

Very large rooms, but the wardrobe is small if you are an out of towner on business for more than a couple of days. I travel extensively for my job and need to bring a week or more worth of clothing with me. I could not fit my dress shirts and slacks in the space provided. There also seems to be either a water pressure issue in the shower, or the shower head needs replacing. The front desk is very snobbish. I feel like they prefer vacationing wine tasters to businessmen. When I voiced my concerns about the difference in this location to past experiences at other Marriott properties — it was met with eye rolls. There's no microwave in the room, and the refrigerator is extremely small. They will bring a microwave to your room upon request. Big disappointment with there not being a complimentary breakfast. They have a bistro that serves Starbucks products instead. I think for the nightly cost the added expense is an insult. Getting to the property from the highway is not convenient. There's no exit from Southbound 101, and no exit to Northbound 101 near the property. The bed was softish, but comfortable. The room I have is clean, but has a dusty smell. However, the pillows are great. On my next trip through the area I will probably stay elsewhere.

I work for the company that provides live plants for each floor of the hotel, and I cannot go there without being greeted, kindly from the moment I walk in the door, to the housekeepers I encounter, whether they know me or not. The General Manager is friendly, and always accessible. This is a caring place — and please enjoy the orchids and other live plants:)

Good wine country location. You can walk to a great local dinner for breakfast.

Pretty average hotel. Was fine for me, but there was nothing overly impressive about it. Bed was comfortable, hotel was clean, service was excellent (I'd say above and beyond) and was actually probably the highlight of the experience. The major downside was undoubtably the shower head in the shower which was old and clearly had some kind of buildup in it that prevented the water from coming out properly, it was also supposed to have 2 functions but the knob clearly wasn't working anymore. The only other thing that I thought was weird was, for a place that sits in a location I assume gets mostly winery traffic breakfast was only available for pretty limited hours, and that was including the coffee.

This Courtyard Marriott feels like a full service Marriott. Best rooms and close to downtown. It's a great location for a weekend of wine tasting.

The room was clean and nice. They had recently changed the pool hours and the information packet in the room did not reflect the time change. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed that the fitness center was open 24 hours.

Needed a place to stop for the night driving to socal and it wasn't a bad price for the area. No breakfast included. They had their own restaurant on premise instead. Good Wi-Fi speed.

They charge an arm and a leg for horrible breakfast. They have a shelves full of over priced candy as soon as you walk in to entice the kids. And the kids go crazy seeing them. Everything seems very commercial, and they are trying to get every penny out of you. Don't expect this from a Marriott property.

Nice staff. Reina is 110% positive energy in a small package. 3 for 3 on Marriotts having a funky smell in the room at some point though. This time it was metallic chips. An improvement to pot though.

Great hotel, updated and new, close to downtown. Nice market and bistro. Pool and exercise room were nice, will stay again.

Room was great, beds were nice and soft. No free breakfast though. TV signal didn't work at all during TV upgrade. Missed my show. Internet was kind of slow but free. I would recommend it for the beds alone but there are probably other places with better locations.

We had to wait in the lobby for over an hour for our rooms to be prepared, nearly causing us to be late for the wedding we were attending. No breakfast included. Otherwise, very clean & spacious.

Recent stay during Easter weekend. Lobby has been refurbished and has a nice, modern but cozy feel. There is a bar with a good selection of beers and wines by the glass. I had one issue with a maintenance item in my room, but it was handled promptly and efficiently.

I love this hotel. I have stayed here multiple times. The rooms are clean and modern. There is a very nice and large lobby with lots of tables that are nice to hang out at.

OMG Susan was Amazing! We checked in for a one night birthday trip, and when we came back to our room after our night out, she had two bottle of champagne waiting for us! So sweet and super hospitable! I will stay here every time I come to paso in the future! Could not have asked for a better host! 5 stars all the way!

I arrived and checked in about 2 hours before a wedding. Got out the ironing board and began to iron my shirt when I started to notice that there were brown stains appearing on my shirt. Looked and realized the cover on the ironing board was filthy with grease stains and they had soaked right into my shirt! I called the front desk to talk to a manager and was told that there was no manager on staff at that moment. On a Saturday afternoon? I've never been to a hotel that didn't have a supervisor working during the day. I asked if the hotel could express dryclean my shirt and was told they used a drycleaning service that was 10 miles away. Long story short I had to attend the wedding with a strained dress shirt. The insult came when I contacted the general manager Jessika about the problem and she completely blew me off. Not even an apology, which at least the hotel staff gave me when I called them. The problem with this hotel isn't the staff… It's the terrible management.

My review was greatly tarnished by my experience with them after my stay. Basically, something that I left in the room and was told had been found was not available for me to pick up when I came by on the following weekend and again two days later. No one knew anything about it, and it was implied that because I did not have the name of the person who called me to let me know they found the items (and had put them in safekeeping somewhere), there was nothing else to be done. At best, management and communication is shoddy, at worst someone there is lying or stole the items. I am angry because I was called to say the items had been found, they ID'd the items to me without prompting and said they would keep them for me. The people that I spoke with at the front desk made me feel that the loss of the items was my fault because I could not ID the woman I spoke with. Horrible management.

Awesome location, quiet and friendly. Perfect to break the drive from LA to San Francisco, especially if taking the scenic route via California Hwy 1 the next morning. The Hotel is very comfortable with helpful staff.

Love MCY. The staff is so accommodating, rooms are clean and fresh, and a cappuccino is simply an arm's reach away.

My family and I were assigned to a room on the second floor next to the elevators. The hotel was apparently doing some kind of construction during the day right next to us and the laundry rooms located above us or beside us got annoying quickly. The A/C could barely keep the room cooler than about 72 degrees and made disturbing noises that were more easily noticed at night. To top it off, the guests above us must have been circus performers because it sounded like the whole family was practicing their routine all night. I realize the noise issue from the guests is part of the experience some times. I expected a little more for the price I paid. The television could have been bigger at least.

Other than a glitch in the reservation forcing me to move out for 1 weekend in my 2 1/2 week stay the ENTIRE staff has been wonderful, really genuinely friendly. I feel like they go out of their way to make customer service a top priority. From the from desk to the houskeeping. I will definitely return! Oh and complementary wine tasting in the lobby is just cool.
