This place was disgusting. Old and smelled in the room. Our door didn't properly lock or close. There were no fitted sheets on the beds. The staff was rude and wouldn't even give us an extra blanket. The coffee pot was in the bathroom and the shower mat was dirty. Id like to get my money back. Not worth the close to 300 I paid for it.

Absolutely disgusting. Go to a motel six. The manager argued with my family since the second we got there. The room was filthy and run down. It was supposedly a no smoking room but the room smelled so badly of cigarettes. There were stains all over the carpet and bedding. The walls in the motel were literally falling apart. When we went to get the Wi-Fi password no one was in the office even though it says 24/7 in the window and when we finally found the manager he was very rude again. Later on in the evening our AC unit started making weird noises and wouldn't blow cool air. In the midst of all this I went to use the bathroom and I open the door and there are cockroaches on the floor. I am disgusted and crawling in my skin. If I could get my money back I'd leave and sleep in my car.

It is very clean and nice Motel are in however they are very judgmental and picky on who is allowed to stay there.

Rude staff dirty rooms that were more expensive than they were worth. Not coming back.

The room was horrible. Dirty & smelled. The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. For what they charge for their rooms it should be against the law.

We stopped here while driving during night. A bit costly for what you get, but the room and bathroom were clean and the service ok.

This is a great place to spend a weekend with your family in the beautiful town of Paso Robles.

Ive been to many hotels with my kids and family and I can say that here check in was fast and easy, friendly people, no problems at all.

Clean and large rooms. Nice pool.

No fitted sheets on the mattresses! I've never had a room without fitted sheets. That's disgusting. Also, the fridge/microwave/coffee maker were in the bathroom! The "breakfast" options were cereal, cereal, or three unwanted apples.

Leak water in my room I report to manager acting stupid my boss is in Indian I hope people no go back to thes hotel not good service.

Nice little Stay. The Room was very clean. Bathroom with Cup that leaked to the base. Noisy Heating. Cute eternally but disappointing in general.

Good price, but room smelled a little funny and breakfast consisted of milk and cereal.

Very old room Cleanliness acceptable, but the value for money is not great. And the breakfast does not fall the whole, really very low-cost.

Very disappointed for the almost $200 price. Tiny refrigerator, tiny microwave located in a dark walk in closet with no light switch. 1 pod of coffee for 2 occupants. Nice property, great location, great parking but rooms definely need upgrading. Free breakfast was SERIOUSLY lacking. No toaster or microwave. The coffee was hot!

Facility was clean, safe and comfortable. Location is excellent.

Cleanliness: Room was overall clean. I have been working for Marriott for 11 years so cleanliness at this Inn was okay. They could do some detail cleaning as I noticed the bathroom sink, toilet, and shower had built up grime and rings. Bedsheets were clean. No sign of bed bugs or random strands of hair. Landscaping was nice and it was pleasant to sit outside. They had a rocking swing and chairs which was enjoyable and relaxing! Clean property overall. Customer Service: Family owned. Not as friendly when I checked in, called the front desk, when I walked around the property, and at check out. Not too many smiles from the staff; just blank stares. Made me feel uncomfortable. I had 3 small dogs with me and ever since I informed them, they were watching me and the room like a hawk. I felt like they disabled my room keys on purpose just so I can go to the front desk so they can tell me my dogs were barking in the room. I understand they don't want damage done to their room, but it was an uncomfortable feeling. I paid the fee ($10 per dog, per night) so let me enjoy my time there with my dogs. Room Rate: Paid $203 including tax for a Non-Smoking Queen ($165 + tax). Kind of expensive especially in the area they are located in. Location: Not much to do or see on that street. Across the street there is a bowling alley. They played DJ music and it seemed like the locals would go there. I do recommend eating at the Mexican Restaurant a block or two away from the Inn.

AC unit barely worked at all. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Opened the bathroom window while using the shower, and the bathroom was covered in fly's and Nat's. I stay in hotels frequently due to my job and this is my first review of any hotel, That should say something. Price was $67 a night, about $40 too much IMHO.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed. The TV didn't work, the phone didn't work, the refrigerator was taped together, my daughter woke up with a sore back, breakfast was insufficient (not enough food for 2 let alone the 3 that were in our party). Finally got hold of manager 2 weeks after stay to complain and ask for consideration/compensation; he was unwilling to refund anything. We received very little value for our money.

The room was dirty. Some spots on the floor were wet and the sheets and couch were stained. The four person room had only two towels and it was not possible to get more. The breakfast options were non-existent.

Very rude at reception. Big room but not very clean. Breakfast (cereal, plain bagel, coffee, juice & milk) nothing was refrigerated. Pool was closed and looked like it had been closed for a long time)

Very clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Location is perfect for downtown events and wine tasting.

Used it to pass out after work party down the street. Served its purpose :)

Worst room ever so disgusting comforter was stained asked for a new one they said they didnt have any lamp shades were dirty and old yuck DO NOT STAY HERE!

This guy never answered the night window had to stay in car and refused to credit any money for his lack of management. The worst.

Dirty, run down, and just plain "sketchy". I don't know how they lied their way through FEMA certification but they must have. If you want to get stabbed then feel free to stay here. If you value your safety then stay elsewhere.

Stayed here after a concert at the amphitheater. Went into room to find dried blood, discharge, or stain on sheets. Decided it would be better off to drive home tired than sleep in this questionable establishment. Went to front desk to ask for refund and man said he could not refund and we had to call expedia because we booked it through them. Called expedia who asked us to wait as they contacted hotel. Guess what happened next… man told expedia he would not refund our money. We went to another "suite" to find much of the same: dirty sheets, grimey floors, old TV with a few channels, and a refrigerator in the bathroom (yummy! ). The A/C did work, but this hotel gave me the heebee geebees. Would recommend people sleep in their cars instead of staying here.
