We were there for just a night, but the structure is really nice. The continental breakfast was way better than other location we tried. I loved the waffles! The room was spacious with a terrific bed!

The room was nice. High ceilings made it feel large. The carpet had recently been replaced and the walls painted. The room was clean. The elevator is kind of slow for a place with only three floors. The stairs are easily located and the stairwell is really nice (usually these are neglected). I didn't get to use the fitness center but it looked like a typical hotel fitness center. The one time we called for service (extra blankets) they were quick and courteous. Breakfast is included and consists of boiled eggs, fresh waffles, cereal, yogurt, baked goods, and oatmeal. There is also coffee, juice, and a bowl of apples and oranges. Some cut fresh fruit would be nice. The Wi-Fi works well on a laptop but not great on an Android phone. This is more a fault of the portal system than it is the hotel. It really wasn't a big deal. I was able to get a lot of work done on my laptop while I was there. The walls are thin, I could hear neighbors snoring at night and their alarms in the morning. My room overlooked a busy road so it could be noisy IF the window was open. The blackout curtains need to be longer to do their job. Twice the room key stopped working, which was frustrating. Especially because the second time there was no staff at the front desk to fix it. I had to go find the staff member to get it fixed. When we checked in there was an issue with a credit card, no big deal we could use a different one, then when we checked out it was a huge ordeal.

Great rooms and service. I checked in about a week ago and the room I was in was filthy. The front desk dude hooked me up with a clean room hella fast.

Like other Ramadas we have stayed at, the accommodation is more than adequate. The room was spacious and that is with two King beds, too.

Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very nice staff. Clean room that seemed to be recently remodeled. Quiet. I recommend staying here is you are looking for a affordable place to stay in the area.

Overall stay was decent. Nothing special. Water pressure was week in the restrooms and rooms looked a bit dated. Linens and pillows were clean. Would have liked a bottle of water or something to drink in the room.

Dangerous hotel! do not stay! I was bit by the OWNERS DOG while walking down the hallway! The same night I heard other people yelling outside my window at the man with his big dog about how dangerous it was. While again I could hear the dog barking & snarling, as it did with me just earlier. My fridge and bathroom have MOLD! I am reporting this hotel to BBB, authorities, the franchise chain and the local newspaper. The whole bottom floor is reserved as private because the OWNERS live here! Coming in and out of their room ALL NIGHT! I Couldnt sleep with their door consistently slamming! I AM HORRIFIED, shocked, disappointed, angered, and upset about my experience especially for my 2018 new years trip with family. The children were scared to leave our room! UPDATE! I had to edit this post! I just read more reviewers that there was other horrifying health concerns such as, blood stains on mattresses, grime on various locations of the bathrooms and throughout the room. Metal parts sticking out of mattresses as well. I probably need a damn tetanus shot after staying here!

The hotel is very clean, great staff and very large rooms! It was completely booked when we stayed and it was still quiet. Lots of grocery, pharmacy and convenient stores close by. Fast food was also very near. Will definitely stay here again.

Standard overnight guest. Two king bed suite. Tv in second room did not work. Front desk did try to fix it but no luck and nothing but a "too bad so sad" breakfast was so so, no fresh protein other than hard boiled eggs. Waffle maker was good. No pool or spa, which for the price was disappointing. Close to stores and restaurants. Probably wouldn't stay there again given the abundance of other hotels to choose from.

Stayed this weekend. Very clean hotel and staff is very friendly. Only stayed one night with no issues. The only thing that bothered me was that they place a $100 hold on your account without being notified. I was told of this hold as I was literally checking in. I had no choice but to accept it. It would be nice to have been told about this ahead of time. Other than this, I had no issues. Room is really clean. Kudos to the cleaning staff.

The rooms were large the staff was nice. The beds were huge and so comfortable. I suffer from an extremely bad back this bed was perfect, I woke with no back pain and the shower was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone even families!

It is comfortable but the hotel, the beds are very big. Good speed on the Wi-Fi. The breakfasts are very simple and there are no variety nights for breakfast.

Really clean and nice. But the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything going on in adjacent rooms. I've had better breakfast selection at much cheaper hotels too. Would not go back again.

Beyond amazing customer service! When I checked in the hotel it was very late and I was frustrated over driving a total of 5 hours in traffic. The gentleman at the front desk was patient, kind, and understanding. He made sure to get everything together quickly so I can get some rest and he made sure I got to the room okay. I didn't have to ask for any urgency or for assistance finding the room. Trust me my brain was fried and tired so it was not working lol basically he didn't need to be any of those things and went the extra mile! He even provided me a list on my door first thing in the morning of locale beaches that are great spots for a family day! Plus the room was clean, good size, comfy, and quit my whole stay. To top it off it had a gym, business room, and a save parking spot which surprisingly is hard to find these days. This is definitely worth the price just for the service alone.

Spacious room with king beds. Clean. Liked the price and location, which was in between areas I was there to see. Really liked the king beds and soft pillows. I liked the overall look. Breakfast was okay, but I think they should have had more hot breakfast options. They had yogurt, packaged danishes, Chocolate muffins, plain cake donuts, oatmeal, and waffle maker. Milk, orange juice and watered down apple juice. Free parking.

Stay here every year when visiting family. Mile from beach has several places to eat and they have breakfast. Room always clean and comfortable.

Ramada has excellent customer service! I had a difficult situation and they were willing to go the extra mile to give me grace when they really didn't have to. Things like that are priceless! Thank you Ramada!

Great peaceful place to stay and very close to the beach, value for money. Highly recommend it to visitors.

Price was good and the staff was friendly. Room had a strong paint smell and the there was smudges on mirror of lips and body hair in shower.

Renovated one month ago, very nice. New carpets, updated fitness center, same great price! Free breakfast, they offer dry cleaning service, in room fridge and microwave available! Nice roomy bathroom, not noisy. On the edge of town so little traffic and no activity noise! Definitely will stay again!

It was pretty good the room was very nice, went to Monterey for the junior jazz festival the staff was polite. We would stay there again. And would recommend it. mr&mrs. Jackson.

Good room and service, staff is very friendly. Location is a little inconvenient and Wi-Fi wasn't the best, but we still had a great time.

The Wi-Fi sux. Even when they can get it to work. The staff is ok I guess. Its not thier fault ramada sucks. The tvs lock you out of the HDMI ports. So leave you xbox at home. Oh and the AC sucks.

It was a good hotel with all amenities and the staff was helpful. The room wasn't the cleanest and the bathrooms had some old toileteries on the floor of someone who stayed previously, which made me doubt if it was even cleaned properly.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, a short drive to the aquarium all for a reasonable price.

Room smell like mold especially the bathroom shower curtains. They need to b thrown away even though they look clean they smell. Alsi the hallway carpets r dirty, and the elevator omg gross. We wld have went smwhere else but everything was sold out, and got this with our American express for free or it wld have cost us 400 a night due to four cars shows this weekend.

Perfect for the budget traveler. Its a 2-star hotel because it a comfortable place to spend the night without all the amenities that you don't really need or want. We would definitely stay here again.

Some how the travel agent's computer system double booked a room for my travel partner for two rooms for the same night. When we arrived the front clerk informed her she had two rooms under her name and we were too late to cancel (48 hours min). So the girl at the front counter had us call the travel agent and she informed us that as long as the travel agent confirmed it was a mistake, it would not be an issue. The travel agent confirmed it was some kind of computer glitch to the hotel employee. The employee tells us it fine, don't worry about it, she just needs authorization from her manager to cancel. While we're standing there she calls him and he basically says, "Nope, it's within our rights to charge her for the room regardless of who's mistake because she didn't cancel with time. " That is the true definition of operating in "bad faith" in my opinion. It's not like they could have sold the room for the night, there were only about eight cars parked in the lot. Not only that, I was on the blvd. Side and heard trucks and cars go by all night long.
