All was good & staff were so helpful and friendly.

I recently found out about the terrible animal abuse in Best Western‘s supply chain. Millions of chickens are forced to live their lives in overcrowded, filthy cages that don’t even allow them to spread their wings. Best Western, you need to do the right thing and adopt a totally cage-free egg policy.

They have good service here the best.

Great service. Breakfast is ok. Parking is horrible! : ( But overall I enjoyed my stay here. The girls helping with breakfast are nice, very talkative and attentive. :)

Beautiful hotel love the room.

I don't know much about the locations around it, but it was a pretty quiet place to stay in. There were no noisy neighbors and there was a little debris from the remodelling outside the rooms but other than that, it was fine. The employees were all very friendly and I met a security guard early in the morning who explained that he would be patrolling the outskirts of the hotel from 10 to 6 to keep out solicitors or other disturbances outside the hotel. The breakfast was very good and the place had the items neatly placed. Overall, I loved it. Thank you.

It was honestly really nice! I went with 3 other people which made the stay even better. The staff at the desk were very welcoming. Just needs faster room cleaning.

This place may a bit out of the way from Downtown Los Angeles, but they have very great service. The front desk agent that I spoke to on 06/11/18 was very polite and professional. The rooms are clean and neat each night that I return to retire for the night. The room service is amazing, none of my items were ever moved from where I left them. Nothing came up missing either. I still have 2 nights to go, but so far so good. I would recommend this place for sure and would stay again if I'm ever back in LA.

I wouldn't even give this 1 star! It was infested with roaches! I Complained to the manager John as soon as we got into our room and seen it crawling on the wall, showed them pictures and he stated they have been having the problem for awhile now and have an exterminator come spray every 2 weeks. The next morning found another roach in the breakfast area by the waffle maker. When we showed the employee working, she said "I'm so sorry, we can't seem to get rid of them" She then switched out the waffle maker. My family left immediately feeling so gross to our stomachs! The manager said he could only offer us a 30% discount, but after we left we have not heard from him again. And Expedia who we reserved our room through cannot get in contact with him now either! Worse experience ever!

The hotel itself is very nice but the area around it is a bit dodgy. The room was clean and well presented. The TV in my room had a nasty habit of making this loud buzzing sound as if electrically shorting out. Irritating. The continental breakfast was standard for Best Western hotels. I stay at Best Western hotels because they have common standards wherever they are located.

Rooms equipped and very clean, unfortunately it is a noisy place and the room did not serve the air conditioning.

The check in was great. They let check in early due are flights being early. Room was clean. Clean. Very friendly staff (Yolanda) and the other staff was great. The TV station not alot of channel but bed was great. FREE Breakfast was on point… I recommend this hotel for a good comfortable stay. Denny that next door gives you a discount on you meal. If you show you hotel key. Kid eat free 4-10 on weekend.

The air conditioner did not work, towards heat, noisy place I could not rest.

Not sure where to start. I arrived late, checked in. That went fine. I noticed that the lobby and elevator where more dirty than is typical in a hotel lobby. I shrugged it off and headed to my room, only to find what looked like a blood stain the size of a fist awaiting inside my door. I'd needed to pee since I left the airport an hour ago, so I rushed into the bathroom and found 3 cockroaches staring at me. I quickly killed these, and flipped my mattresses to check for other creepy crawlies. Thankfully I've found none. The next morning, as I was taking a shower, I looked up and noticed 2 areas of black mold. I'm still here for work the next 25 days and am not sure if I should ask for another room or just go to another hotel. This hotel is a really nice 4 min from where I'm working, so it's kinda a hard decision.

I have stayed in two ovations and I have no complaints. Free breakfast, newspaper at the front desk and coffee from early. Clean, comfortable, spacious.

The people that work here are very nice and easy to work with when you need anything.

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly. The hotel is located in Torrance. A bit far from the touristy places, I stayed for work.

Clean, breakfast in order, staff friendly. Laundry can be done outside the hotel, Allerdngs I was able to accompany my wife, as the surroundings did not necessarily seem safe. Hopefully the pool will work again soon (as of August 26, 17) For LA's relatively cheap overnight stay.

Super comfortable hotel… Starting at front desck very friendly… It looked all clean… I stayed 3 nights and my room very clean… would go again;).

At breakfast which is from 7am to 10am at 9:10 am no longer had egg and the girl Q was in charge unkind and slow to answer the missing.

Clean, only downside at breakfast no scrambled egg, bacon, usual sausages.

Been here many times, and I'm so glad that it is now a 100% non smoking hotel. Everyone here is great, and it's nice that people remember you. The rooms are clean, and roomy. I'll be coming back here in the very near future.

My stay here was super awesome! Excellent customer service, rooms were clean, bed was comfy! The breakfast was good. I would definitely come here again! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!
