Great rooms & service… I stay here 3 weeks every month… best motel in west covina.

Nice service clean and lots of security.

Home away from home. Feel very safe and the beds and pillows are very comfortable.

How they hell they charged my card full price when clearly it says deposit is due at time of booking… this place sucks.

Lots of available parking, hotel has a restaurant on property with very good food as well as an El Torito and hooters next door. Rooms are clean and the staff appears friendly.

Just wish it had a microwave and fridge
Love that it was pet friendly since it was the first time I took My dog on this stay.

The tub shower was clogged I felt like I was able to shower and take a bath at the same time. No sleepers or robes. Some front desk women have attitude and not friendly.

I have stayed here many times for work over the past few years and have always been very pleased! Assistant Manager, Veronica has always been very welcoming and the front desk staff are all very friendly. I would like to especially recognize Rafael. I haven’t been here in several months and he remembered me and welcomed me as if I was just here yesterday! This guy is the example of GREAT customer service! I also must thank Hany in the Bar / Restaurant. This guy is amazing and always makes everyone feel so welcome! Traveling for work isn’t always easy or exciting but I have to say I am very happy to have found this hotel! It is a great “home away from home”!

Pretty clean and easy to get in and out of. Access to the freeway. Close to malls. There’s a Hooters down the street and an In-N-Out too. They had a restaurant down stairs but I didn’t check it out. Some kind of Asian Fusion. Most important the room was clean and the front desk service was good. Would stay there again I f I had to.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms we're on point. The beds were super comfy with all of those pillows. I booked a double Queen and was very comfortable. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because the curtains did not close fully to block out the Sun when you want to sleep in. The ones that could block the Sun are just for show and cannot be shut. The only curtains that can be manipulated are the sheer curtains that let the light in already LOL. Other than that the room was very clean and very comfy. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We stayed with family including aged parents for 3 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. The rooms are large and well lit. Services are good. I would like to mention Jose at the Front Office who was of great help to us. Being from India, I wasn’t sure of the commuting from this hotel to downtown and Jose was there to help give detailed instructions. It really helped us get back from downtown to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to all tourists. Very comfortable stay, I must say!

If I could rate them a hundred stars, I would. I booked with them less than 24 hours before our scheduled stay for a birthday surprise for my husband and they nailed it in such a short notice. I requested for the room to be decorated prior to our arrival and although the decorations I bought online came in really late at the hotel, they were still able to pull through amazingly even without air pumps for the balloons. My husband and I loved what they did with the room and I couldn't thank the team enough for all the help and support that I got. Excellent customer service!

It's a bit expensive but still relatively affordable but, for the price you pay breakfast should be included for everyone, It's not. I guess only the best rooms get free breakfast. For the rest, it's $12 per person, for a not even interesting looking breakfast. The rooms are at least nice. They are clean and well maintained. The bed though is super uncomfortable, kinda hard. My back has been hurting sense I've slept in it. I appreciate that they have a laundry room but there is only one washer and one dryer, $1.00 per load with one chair to sit in… doesnt make sense. The cleaning service is good. They have a pool but no hot tub. Overall a decent hotel.

We stayed for the night. Our stay was very pleasant no loud noises. Our room was super clean and spacious. That same night we found out they offered a breakfast buffet. They had a great selection of both hot and cold foods. The best part about it kids eat free with an adult breakfast buffet purchase! Overall we loved it and you can't go wrong with a $12/adult breakfast buffet!

We stayed at the hotel for a wedding over the weekend. The service was excellent and they allowed us to extend our stay multiple times when plans changed. The room was clean and comfortable for a hotel room. The location of the hotel was easy to get in and out of and had plenty of parking. There was a nice heated pool that or room looked out upon. The only things that bothered me were the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom and the poor sound insulation between rooms.

Comfortable, clean rooms and conveniently located. Staff were very nice and professional. Would suggest the hotel or restaurant get some herbal teas. Even to sell so that guests who don’t want caffeine have a choice. A nit picky item no doubt but an area for improvement. Enjoyed my stay and will stay here again but will bring my own tea.

It was really nice there, they had an American Asian style restaurant, and a fun bar. The room was nice; comfortable bed and pillows, everything smelled clean. I really enjoyed my experience.

There are Chinese (Mid-Day) news desk can see, hotel basic facilities to meet the needs of the holiday, hotel breakfast in addition to the American breakfast sanbao, there are white porridge and a few Chinese dishes.

After a change of flight plans, they were happy to accommodate us with GREAT customer Service. The room was clean and comfortable for our stay Kudos to Ashley for her awesomeness and her welcoming smile!

Hospitality overload! Anything I needed was sent up in a matter of minutes and they gave us these really low sugar (not substitute sugar), organic cookies when we checked out! I loved staying here and the price was amazing! This was honestly my favorite local Hotel so far.

Clean and reasonably updated hotel. Pleasant lobby and comfortable, quiet rooms. Convenient freeway access, but not noisy inside, even though I could see the freeway from my room. I slept well here.

Met a friend for brunch at the restaurant in the lobby. Buffet-style, with a pretty good spread. The scrambled eggs with chorizo and cheese were particularly amazing. Staff was polite and quick to provide beverages and checked up on us several times. Would definitely come back again.

Beautiful hotel. Elevators are a little small, but everybody was very nice and the rooms were clean, modern and fresh. Didn't get a chance to utilize the pool or the bar.

It was a nice stay. Pool is big plus, I enjoyed it all alone! It just location is not very good for walking anywhere.

Everything is very nice. The price for the room was good. The only complaint is the pool hours. It does not open until 10am. They wouldn't open early for my morning swim. Overall it's very nice.

I took my colleague to this hotel. Government employees do not pay taxes. The teller nor the manager could find the proper way to not charge taxes even if you were friendly. The hallways look destroyed. Folder needed to be changed. The place where is located the hotel looks decent.

Always a pleasure to stay there. Great staff, great restaurant, great little bar. (A little on the slow side, but a relaxing place to have a drink).

Best place to stay in the area. Literally near everything… stores, shopping, restaurants, freeway. Nice safe area. The only downside is how thin the walls are. You can literally hear everything your neighbor is doing. Service was also great.

First thing noticed, the bathroom was dirty, the mirror had old toothpaste. The toilet had a long hair on it, the floor was not swept and the tub was dirty… called front desk who sent a housekeeper to clean the bathroom, she had 2 rags and a toilet bowl brush in a Carl's Jr cup… she cleaned it in 5 minutes… They wouldn't give me another room.

Good location right off the freeway. Fast Wi-Fi and big clean room. I originally booked a king room, but was given a double queen, which I didn't mind. The desk clerk said that he was giving me a free breakfast voucher due to the inconvenience, who's was total B. S. Since Holiday Inn always includes breakfast b.

It's has a pool gym a small buffet potatoes are stalie price is ok.

Just recently stayed at this Holiday Inn and could not have been more pleased with everything! This was a great location for us with easy access to all things to see and do in Los Angeles. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The lobby was very inviting and all the front desk staff were so polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was super delicious and the wait staff there both on the weekend and weekdays were amazing! We WILL use this hotel again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

LOOOOOOVE the beds! I sleep so well here. The rooms are nice and the staff is friendly. One of the best places to stay in the area. Highly recommended.

Food and service is great. Don't use the stairs if you're either claustrophobic or above 6 feet tall.

Get place to stay they where able to get me a room after having a very bad experience at another hotel down the road from them. Very pleasant staff and always get a great room at Holiday Inn. Thanks Again Holiday Inn!

The worst holiday inn in this planet! Don't ever come here! Holiday inn managers, tell your front desk how to treat people friendly! Won't ever come back again!

It looks like newly remodeled. Clean rooms, bath, and even elevator. Beds are reasonable comfortable. Free parking, free Wi-Fi, microware, small fridge, TV, lots power plugs (6 plugs in the Lamps base), and 2 free computers with printers in the lobby. A small gym, restaurant, and swimming pool. Staff are very helpful and friendly. There are lots food, stores, bars in walking distance (eg Hooters, Starbucks, Ikea, Waltmart, TGI Friday …). It's very safe location. I don't think you can smoke inside. cons: Bathroom has no ventilation. It's next to freeway (highway 10), so room facing to freeway could be noisy. Elevator sometime make crazy loud noise that scared my baby.

Really had good service from the day shift girls on front desk. The internet can use some help but I enjoyed my stay there, very clean and very good customer service. I will only stay there when Im in town for these visits once a month, thank you Cecilia Francine and Ruth on the front desk.

Great spot. Stopped even the bosses in for coffee and spent six nights there! Staff is terrific, even the bosses. Les Grossman.
