Stayed for 5 days while training for my new job. The hotel is easy to get to, safe parking, and clean. The room was spacious and well laid out! The breakfasts are terrific! Everything was fully stocked, and the hostesses were friendly and helpful. They have cookies and coffee 24/7.

(Creeper says) … stay away from this place… I just walked to dinner a block away and I came back to a butane lighter on my bathroom floor. NO, I don’t use one nor do I smoke… somebody was in my room. NO, not housekeeping either, they showed up about 4pm. The front desk guy asked me not to curse… yeah, go f@€¥ yourself, I’m not only pissed, I’m freaked out. First time EVER this has happened to me!

Very clean. The beds are comfortable and very affordable plus the delicious breakfast buffet.

Surprisingly nice. Very nice staff. Very nice breakfast. This place is great. I checked out a little late and they were stern but very nice and understanding and I appreciate that. Thank you. A+

Facility very clean including pool area and rooms. Large desk in rooms to work at. Breakfast delish. Pool comfortable. Staff exceptional.

Infested with ants, pool was dirty, and air conditioner sucked. They put the settings on AC so that it would not go below 67 degrees which would be pretty cool if the AC fan worked properly. When I told front desk about the Ants all over my food, they said there’s nothing they can do it’s natural causes and that didn’t make any sense since no hotel I ever stayed in had this problem. Not going here again. The Holiday Inn next door is way better and cleaner.

What a beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. I LOVE this place and will return. The breakfast staff were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. The only issue I have is they don't have convenient electrical outlets near the bed. We had to unplug a lamp to use our CPAP machine. I'd suggest getting the lamps that have built in outlets in the base. Just a suggestion. We will be back.

Warm, helpful, very accomodating staff made a big difference in this hotel. Lobby is classy with its classic lounge music. Room was great. Pool and fitness amenities too! Minor glitch: no complimentary bottled water in the room, but this was offset by good supply of coffee in the room. Will I come back in this hotel again? DEFINITELY!

I will from now on only stay here. The staff was beyond pleasant. My son needed milk for his bottle and they went out of their way to make that possible. We are already planning our next stay here. The beds are so comfortable too! You wont be disappointed staying here!

Room we were checked into had broken refrigerator, and was also infested with ants and what appeared to be termites. We ended up killing about 20 to 30. Also while we were out for the day, we returned to an unbearably hot room. The air conditioning had been turned off by the cleaning staff. Plus, we had to ask for another wash cloth, in a room that was reseberrd for two people. Granted they had rooms under construction, but that's no excuse. I wanted to add, this is the first time we have ever had any issues with this location. We have stayed here many times in the past. Hopefully next time, I can have a much more positive update and rating for this establishment.

I stayed here for several nights about a month ago. For hotels, my biggest concerns are always cleanliness and safety, and this hotel rates 5/5 for both of those. The front lobby is clean, well-lit, and inviting. There are two computers with internet access available. The continental breakfast isn't bad at all… they have good creamers for the coffee, they have cereal, oatmeal, fruit, pastries, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, potatoes I think. Plenty of food. Coffee available all day long. The hotel is 3 stories. They have a pool, which I didn't use. Overall I would absolutely go here again.

This Best Western is located by several restaurants and shopping centers. Our room was comfortable, bed was perfect. Staff was helpful in all areas.

Comfortable beds, clean room and shower water pressure was excellent:) tried buffet breakfast pretty tasty and an array of different choices. Near shopping. Staff was nice. Will definitely stay here again.

The customer service was excellent. Rooom was clean, spacing and comfortable. But we got a room right there next to the freeway and breakfast was not too good.

We stayed here two nights as a part of a school /student tour. Very nice facility that catered to our needs with respect to students in the rooms. Superb breakfast with lots of fresh choices. Well stocked and hot food ready to go!

Very friendly staff. The BEST Hotel mattress I have ever slept on! The breakfast was… adequate. We were in town for a wedding and stayed two nights. An excellent value.

Great hotel! Rooms are very spacious, bed is comfortable, shower is nice. Parking available in the lot but most of the parking is in a secure garage. Conveniently close to I-10 highway & shopping center. Breakfast is very good, has a wide variety of items. The high-speed internet is great, we had no issues with it.

My family has been traveling for 2 days we needed real beds to sleep in and a hot shower. We booked last minute the man at the counter was friendly and helpful and let us check in at 8am our flight out leaves at midnight so this isn't a long stay but the shower is the best of any hotel I have ever been to. Delta shower head moen fixtures and Kohler tub. All very clean and the water comes out like a hot waterfall. Thanks best western we really needed a brake.

It's an old hotel. So many of them are. The room was clean and the furniture that was in there was fairly updated. The bed was incredible. By far the bed was the best part of the room. Was quoted a reasonable price over the phone and then charged 30% more at the desk. Didn't notice it immediately. Top it all off they charge a premium for the jacuzzi room where the jacuzzi does not work. Are you kidding me. The jacuzzi in the jacuzzi room does not work. They need to call the bathtub room or something like that but it's not a Jacuzzi room unless you call it a broke Jacuzzi room… still have not heard from the manager that I was told would call me about the overcharge and a discount for the jacuzzi in the jacuzzi room not working. Not going to hold my breath to hear anything from them.

All the little things that make your stay enjoyable are present here. This has one of the better "included" breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns. The coffee machine is high tech and makes a good fresh cup of coffee each time. The facility is under renovation however it appears to be almost complete. The room was very comfortable clean and updated. I recommend that you get a room on the even-numbered side of the building to be away from the freeway noise.

A nicely updated property, good service and easy to get to. But the location adjacent to the I-10 freeway can make it a bit noisy.

Nice, clean, with an attentive staff. Older Bldg but does not show it, except for worn out door knob mechanisms. Pull up on lever handles (not down) to avoid wrestling to get into your room. Will stay here again when in the area.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel was clean and very nice in appearance. I wasn't able to connect to the free Wi-Fi and the staff was unable to help but they did try. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. Overall, a great experience.

This stay really has me sold on Best Western! Our experience was fantastic, starting with an early unexpected arrival time. They greeted us kindly and professionally with an available room, and hot delicious coffee. Everything about our stay was over the top. Every employee was an asset to the company. I will definitely book only Best Western from now on.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bestst Western inn West Covina. Very easy freeway access, and about a half hour from Dodger Stadium. Great hot breakfast, nice rooms, comfortable beds, pool and hot tub. Great place for our family to stay! The staff were wonderful. Loved the chocolate chip cookies!

We booked this hotel because of the great reviews, the fitness room and the jacuzzi. I think they need to add signs saying that the only way to enter the pool is through the ghetto conference room in the lobby. We got locked out of the hotel just by following signs that lead you to the pool. (Once you exit the door that’s leading you to the pool it locks and there’s no where to open it with your room key) So we had to walk all the way around the hotel in our swimsuits at night to get in to the lobby. That’s putting your hotel guests in possible danger. All doors should allow you to enter with your hotel key not just one door in the back of the hotel. The jets don’t even work for the jacuzzi and the jacuzzi water is barely even warm! It was hard to rest with the room ac system on. It was very loud. Also it was inconvenient that each time we wanted to workout we had to go to the front desk and get a special key. All other hotels I’ve been to allow you to enter with your room key so that’s very odd. Also no one mentioned that your treadmill is broken. What I did appreciate is your staff. They are very kind people. The location of the hotel is close to a lot of businesses. You can hear the cars on the freeway at night but we weren’t too bothered by it. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel convenient location; comfortable, spacious, clean room with nice amenities. Nice breakfast with a good variety of foods. Although we enjoyed our stay overall, the minuses were: 1) Front desk person (Elizabeth), was polite, efficient but was somewhat aloof. As guests, we did not feel what every guest would like: a sense of being welcomed. 2) In this era of electronics, the room had no spare power outlets. I believe only three which were all taken. 3) Not a single hook in shower area, essential for hanging a set of clean clothes after a bath.

If you find yourself anywhere near Covina needing a place to stay, this is a great stopping point. Newly upgraded inside and out, comfortable beds, friendly staff, clean, convenient to many attractions. We stay at this location pretty often. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is because the breakfast is just the bare basics; nothing special. We've seen better offerings at other BWs. But hey, it's included with the room at no additional cost. And besides, we don't stay there for the breakfast.

5 stars are not enough. Excellent customer service, checking in and out and for the breakfast. The room was generous and very clean. Ice on each floor. Elevator was a nice perk. Just booked a room for our return trip home.

I have stayed at this Best Western around 70 days a year for the past three years for work in the area. I stay at Best Westerns throughout the country, and it's safe to say this one is mediocre at best. The breakfast is on par with most others offering the same bagels, muffins, watered down eggs, and cheap bacon and sausage. However, they have recently added rotating items like ham and burritos, so that's a plus. The hotel is going under a major renovation of sorts. At any given time two to three rooms per floor is under construction. The lobby and dining room are also receiving work. So that's a little off putting to some. They work decent hours, but if your near a room that is being worked on, and need to sleep during the day, forget it. What is sad is that the renovated rooms are exactly the same as the old ones. Just "fresh". I'm assuming the majority of the work is behind the walls. The most annoying aspect is the "free Wi-Fi". My dial up internet in the 90's had faster speeds. It's completely unusable, so have a good data plan on standby. The most redeeming quality is the staff. They are top notch, even if the hotel isn't. If you are getting a single king bed your in luck. Comfy mattress and amazing bedding. If it's a double queen however, it's standard hotel scruff. I don't understand the disparity on that one. If you need a place to sleep it does the job, if you need a place to relax and enjoy a hotel look elsewhere.

It was cool until someone called on me and said my T. V. Was to loud and it wasn't even my T. V. I was on the and I wasn't even loud.

We enjoyed this location and our stay very much. My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks prior to my hospital admittance for transplant at City of Hope. We had a lovely, clean, spacious and recently remodeled room on the first floor. They have an extensive morning breakfast also in a beautiful newly remodeled room; with several hot dishes, plus self serve fresh waffles as well as various pastries, breads, cereals, etc. Juices, coffees and teas. In the afternoon they always have coffee/tea and fresh cookies available. Most of all I can't express the genuine sincerity and helpfulness of the guest staff and manager. We made several new friends with the desk staff during our stay and even kept in touch with some of them from the hospital. I just booked our family of four coming from Hawaii to visit me at the hospital, they enjoyed the hotel and staff as much as we did. This hotel is nicely located in proximity to many restaurants and several malls. There's a large movie (17 plex) complex just a few miles away.

To be fair it's in the middle of a remodeling. It sure needs it. Everything is worn out. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast good. The pool was being resurfaced too. We were very disappointed that we weren't told that at check-in because swimming is really what our 8 year old wanted to do.

Well you may save some money by staying in this hotel but it provides you insecurity. The first night our windows were kept open (Luckily I realized) the next day a family kept their doors open for a min and someone just grabbed away their purse (It had around $1500 and 4 passports) … Plus they were least bothered about what had happened… On top of that there weren't any CCTV cameras. Their manager couldn't be contacted for an hour as well… I would rather spend $50 per night to stay in a hotel which is located in the city.

This hotel seemed a little musty. It was a decent price and there was a breakfast.

It seems they make it seem more packed then it is but the lot was no where near full. Also they should keep eye on morning breakfast replenishment. Good service and kind workers though. No rude people and the rooms were clean.

We stayed here two nights. This hotel is in a good location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, including a Denny's. A FULL breakfast is served! This includes eggs, sausage, homemade (make your own) waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, pastries, yogurt, juice, coffee. The rooms are spacious and clean. Our room had a king size bed and a kitchenette. Everything worked and we were very comfortable. Wifi was a bit slow, but I haven't ever stayed a a hotel with good Wi-Fi speed, so. I don't hold that against them. Check out time is 12pm, later than standard 11am. Overall a really great place to stay, I would definitely recommend. :)

Customer service very helpful, rooms very clean but also old. Breakfast is limited. Housekeeping is good. Overall, it is pretty good.

Room was a little drafty and seemed a little dated but the bed was comfortable and the staff was really friendly. The location can't be beat, being near restaurants and right off the 10 freeway for quick access to LA. Recommended.

I like this place. I went here with my sister for new year. Ppl who work here are really friendly. Most great one is free Wi-Fi. Self parking lot is located just right next to the hotel. I can recommend this place to whom plan to visit West Covina.

Clean hotel and great service.

Very clean. Staff was very nice. They had me down for a queen size bed. They up grade to a king. Will stay here again It was next to the freeway but you couldn't here any noise.

Great customer service. The ethernet wire in my room was broken and they fixed it right away. Very friendly staff. No complaints here.

Great value. Booked on Priceline for about $75 per night. Room was spacious and clean ; all of the things I needed were in there including ironing board, hair blow dryer, and refrigerator even. There was a breakfast right by the lobby in the morning from 7 to 10 AM which had some eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles and a few other things. I liked it. The desk staff was approachable and efficient. The location is kind of far from the main city. But overall I found this place to be a nice simple lodging option.

The BEST WESTERN "PLUS" was a horrible experience for me. The pool is dirty an the hot tub is too hot. It is located right off the freeway and it is to loud from the speeding cars. There is no room service but next to the hitel is the "Resturant Row" which is good. In tge bathroom I found a camera in the vent and they r very crappy. It is gross and I do not recamend staying here.

I did not choose to stay in this hotel. It was a business trip and HR picked it. Sometimes Best Westerns can be a bust. I have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels on and off for years. Let me say I was a happy guest. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and the staff was more than attentive. Limited TV but I was there for business and did not get much time for that. The decor is comparable to Marriott, Hampton, Clarion. Breakfast comes with the room, but it had plenty to get you started in the morning. Price was around $80 a night plus tax. For the area that is a fair price. Fridge in the room worked fine. The manager, Martin, was great by sending us to several nice dining establishments over the 4 night stay. I saw the freeway was close, so I asked for a room facing the opposite direction.
