You get what you pay for. The sink in our room didn't work and the floor is softer than the matress but the ac works great.

Do not get a room here. I got a room for my child and I and next thing you know someones trying to enter come down to it thwy never checked out of their room the management just gave us a key & the couple also had a key. Management refused to refund me & the couple police was called and I was given a refund but not the couple. Horrible service my child and I left 12am.

Not too many complaint just not too comfy. But it worked for me. Better than most in the area.

Dirty… Smelly… Hot… Gross asf… And expensive for nothing.

One star for the hotel, 0 star for the employees (front desk & manager) they doesnt have any customer service skills. Their services sucks.

Dirty rooms and bugs. Someone was trying to open my door at 2:30 in the morning. But they did have fast Wi-Fi.

Ok location not much around mostly for a cheap stay. Good rooms. Service was not that great a bit rude. But would recommend if on a budget.

It's old building, everything is old. The only thing they take care of it are the bellow cove & the bed sheets. The reception smell bad. The bath is leaking water. They are expensive because of the location only.

Rude owner nasty unclean rooms jad to go ask for toilet paper and the maid acted like I asked her for her mamas money are something.

Cheap, small bed, no cable TV, pool was filled in. You get what you pay for and it is still over priced. Anywhere else this would be a $36 room.

Stayed here for three nights without any issues. The staff was friendly and polite.

I've been to some low-budget motels but out of all of them this is probably the best of budgets.

Decent room, but it had ants and also spiders in the shower… They showed us additional rooms, but every one of the rooms had the same thing.

The new rooms look better than what they used too and they even got the elevator working now.

Worst customer service ever seen. The manager didn't even stand to speak face to face to a complaint… will never come back and recommend no one to go here.

Very bad custmer service. Our friend slept on the floor. They couldn t even offer a blanket. They said it d charge 10 dollars for a blanket. I wouldn t recommend this place. Wont come back never!

Terrible. Sign outside says free internet (you need password and they do not give you it). Got to my floor and it smelled horrible like old cigarettes. Opened the door there was a sink and no soaps available. The room and everything in it was very old and the mattress and blankets had holes… They put two thin pillows on the bed… There is no remote for the TV you have to stand and keep flipping through the channels (and most of them are Vietnamese and Korean channels or selling something). There is a lamp and you cannot turn it on. The bathroom is not bad. Honestly this place is only good if you are looking for a place fast and on a budget (not worth its $)

Pay for what you get, and I just get my rocks off. Wouldn't stay here over night but if you laying pipe this the perfect spot to cheat on your wife. Got a 60s feel and I'm in 24 makes me feel like I'm in the past.

Took a date here years ago and the smell and look of the place ruined EVERYTHING.

Most helpful and flexible hotel owner I've ever come across.

Really noisy, oldish, hairs in the towels (not sure they changed them) Wi-Fi isn't working in every room. The man at the reception was really helpful and friendly. The location is right in the middle of nowhere but there is a nice restaurant just on the corner and a supermarket.

Very rude people they stare at you all day the guests are loud and theres a 2 dollar key deposit they charge per person so if you have 3 people and your room is a 2 bed room they will charge 80 for the room and 10 for the next person so basically 100 bucks a night. They're internet is slow to connect and bathrooms are standard and no mini fridge or microwave.

For the price it was great. I have a battery powered black light and my sheets/blankets were clean. The bathroom was clean, bathtub was big enough to soak in. Close to the freeway and close to the beach and 30-40 min fron the hollywood sign, less without traffic.

The guy on the phone was really rude and keeps hanging up the phone. I first go on the website and its the price was $61 and the review said 68$ after tax, so i'm like cool, so the next thing I do is call and book a room, so I get a ethnic guy on the phone and he was charging me 84$ so I ask him that his website said 60$ and he said its the weekend price. I told him friday is not the weekend and he started to scream on the phone that friday is the weekend and he said he will refuse to listen to you and im not going to book your room and he hang up the phone. Mind you im calm at the moment trying to ask him why is he flipping out. The guy needs to get fired for flipping out when it was not needed I was just asking question.

I called to see if there were rooms available and the man was EXTREMELY rude.

BT: Very clean room, 68/night with tax included, FREE Wi-Fi, Free Parking with free covered spaces, cameras in the parking lot for safety, not far from Santa Monica Pier, fresh clean paint, clean fresh sheets/towels, comfortable soft bed, working A/C and heat, Check in at 11 AM and Check out the next day at 11 AM. The guy at the window allowed early check in for an additional 25 and you can stay the NEXT day until 11am INSTEAD of having to check out at 11 am that same day. Well worth it if you just got into town between 4am-7am, etc. No other motel/hotel in the area allowed early check in where you stay past around 11am. Recommendation: If you don't like the sound of traffic, which isn't really an issue here, simply ask for a room that doesn't face the street.

The room condition is okay according to its price. The check in service is available until late night. You can check in even at midnight. The parking lots are available and also free. Almost everything is fine and look ok! There is TV and free internet, but no fridge. For me 60$ per night, this motel does beyond its price.

Place is OK to spend couple nights. Towels are tiny. Water is hot. No fridge. TV is working.

This is a terrible hotel it is overpriced they have bed bugs they do not wash the sheets daily the hot water is not hot they have bed bugs I would stay somewhere else if I could do it again.

The service was good. And its pretty cheap like $45 a nite the showers weren't so hot me and my boo didn't shower there loved how it was close by cvs and numerous food places.
