Good price for room but didn’t like that my room was on the other side of the backside where people sit which I felt that I had no privacy and lol we got a wheel chair bathroom lol couldn’t even take a shower lol and they charged parking. But left us leave it there for another day that was great I guess four stars because they were very helpful and they helped me on a lot of things and it was cheaper. Than other hotels and was clean and big enough for the price. It’s just cross the road and go up the hill and universal estudios is just there not far.

We booked this hotel to experience Hollywood. Before we (2 adults and two teenagers) arrived I called ahead and asked questions about the best way to get to hotel because we were not renting a car right away. They suggested super shuttle. We booked that super easy and we were not disappointed with the experience. When we arrived at the hotel, Carmine greeted us. We were early for check in so she offered to hold our luggage for us. She suggested Mel's diner as a place to eat. Super yummy! The hotel staff were friendly during our 3 night stay. Beds were comfy. Very small pool but we did not take the time to swim anyway. Shower pressure was not great but it got the job done, no safe, and coffee/tea was average. It was a short walk (10 min) to the Chinese Theatre, Ripleys, Wax museum, etc. Upon check out Carmine recommended "The Good Neighbor" as a good place to eat. This girl knows her stuff. This place was soo good and super friendly staff. Thanks BlVD and especially Carmine for all your help :).

The room is clean, location is good, and staff is friendly. The reason I gave them 1 star is because it will become super annoying in the moring, I mean from 7:00 a. M. I would love to sleep until 10 a. M. Durning my vocation,
but if you are okay to get wake up by some endless truck backing noises at 7:00, here is a good place for you then :). Honestly, it is annoying af！！！

Great accommodation! Very friendly team, and nice cocktails at the bar. Our room was so spacious! Easy location, we walked to a lot of places as everything is close!

Great Staff Service (not a 5 Star Style Hotel, but they try)

Good hotel but lack a little maintenance, the large room with Frigobar and microslings, do not have breakfast but you can do in the piece, the parking is charged aside 26 dollars daily, WI. Fi is disconnected every time you leave the hotel, expensive for what you ofecen 185 dollars a day, the best attention of the receptionist.

I really liked this hotel. Convenient location, nice contemporary design and clean and functional rooms. I would have one complaint though, there was no breakfast service. Quite unfortunate with a hotel that has so many plus points. I also didn't like that the bar at the hotel didn't open until 5pm. Overall good hotel with a few negatives.

Very nice boutique style hotel, very well located, a few meters from the Paseo de la Fama. No breakfast included but they have complimentary coffee and various products to buy and have breakfast at a good price.
We had booked a double room with extra large bed: We were given a duplex room, super large and comfortable. The only cons is that the lighting was very sparse and that the bedroom was on the top floor and the bathroom downstairs.

Considering the location to Hollywood Blvd it’s priced well. The room was very clean and actually matched the image on the internet for advertising. Decorations and all (this is rare). The bartender, Ovie, makes a mean ass Long Island, literally the best I ever had. And to make it better she is very sociable and knowledgeable about places to eat and made my time spent there great. Being that I’m here for my honeymoon this is great. My room in San Diego at the Hilton is actually worse than my room here… which says a lot. I would definitely come back and stay here again, hell I wish I was here for a week, and only at the Hilton for one night.

Three star informal good rooms ample parking.
The fourth star by the proximity to tourist attractions.

A singular hotel zero contact with the reception and parking as it is independuente to the entrance and exit of those who stay closet well.

Nice boutique hotel right across from the Hollywood Bowl. But that’s about the only place you can walk to from here. The cell service is nonexistent, which made for ordering an Uber impossible. The rooms have a nice dry bar area and a small refrigerator which could have been great had it been working. The ice machine is on the 3rd floor. Our window which over looked the front sign of the building didn’t even lock. All in all it is quiet and the bedding is comfortable.

The hotel was very clean, and the room had the most comfortable bed. I really was attracted to the decor of the room, which had blue walls and the bed has an orange decorative pillow. It looks and is clean, comfortable, great decor, very helpful staff and near so many shops and tourist attractions. I wish I could have stayed longer.

According to the price is an excellent choice. Very friendly and very good location. The garage is additional.

This hotel is at a very convenient location with many other hotels around, so DO NOT consider this one. My stay here is TRASH. When we first entered the room, the fridge is broken (fixed later). Lighting is terrible, 1 of the 2 lights on the ceiling is not working. What I don’t like the most is the fact that there is no table/light beside the beds (they are pretty comfortable tho) Wi-Fi is inconsistent in the room sometimes, but it is very good for the majority of our stay. The toilet is broken as well, and the washroom has a door that is some of the most retarded things I have seen in my life. (Literally a black board from the inside, no handle/slot or anything of that kind)

Great location. No problems. Staff was accommodating. Great modern fridge in the room. Negatives: The lack of cleanliness of the bathroom did not inspire confidence in walking barefoot on the hard floors in the rest of the room.

I traveled with a group of 12 when we arrived only two out of the four rooms were ready and they assured us that after we went to lunch that the other two rooms would be ready. We came back almost 3 hours later and they only had one room ready and were in no rush to get the other room ready. In addition to our rooms not being ready in a timely manner we had to keep asking for fresh towels and washcloths because they kept us waiting hours after the initial request. Will not be staying here anymore.

Very good hotel, comfortable, clean, very good service and very well located 3 blocks from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. Recommended 100%

Check in was at 3pm, we got there at 3:45pm and the room wasn't ready. We waited until 5:15pm, to get a room, and only got a room because we complained about the wait. We had plans to go to a concert that night and due to the very late check in, we missed our dinner reservation. The shower was missing a glass door, which got the entire bathroom wet. They wouldn't help us out in any way except to wave their $26 parking fee. By the way, the parking garage was small and filled up. We called the hotel and was put on hold for 15 mins, I hung up and then we had to double park and block someone in just so I could talk to the staff. When we finally got to our room, it was OK, not worth the $280 we paid. I regret my trip there, we would have been better off at the Best Western or the Holiday Inn across the street. Rude staff, and I would not recommend to anyone. There are many better places to get a hotel in LA, and when we checked out they tried to charge us for parking, when they said it was waved, had to argue again with the staff. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Great location if you're seeing a show at the Hollywood bowl! Within walking distance. I've stayed here a couple times and plan on staying here again! Clean rooms, good customer service, and the rooms are beautiful. My only problem was the reception on my cell phone was terrible. Had to walk out to get good signal for a phone call. Not a real serious problem for me however.

Clean and in a strategic location to get to the most interesting areas of Los Angeles! Close to the Metro. Possibility of free parking in Los Angeles is not so obvious!

Good location, next to the Walk of Fame. Large, comfortable rooms. Good value for money The staff were very friendly and attentive.

This would have been an OK place to stay if we were not put in a room that faced Highland Avenue. It may as well have been the 101. NOISY! Also, the toilet wanted to overflow: the dirty water rose to the top of the rim; it took then an hour to fix it. We complained again and insisted on being moved to another room, (after being put off for 3 hours). The person on the desk claimed to not have the authority to move us. Since we were stay a second night, they finally moved us. When we asked about a small credit for our inconvenience, we were again told that the Manager was unavailable. Asking again when we were leaving at 9:00 (AM), again the manager was unavailable. Must be nice to have those hours. The positive is that it's a short walk to the Hollywood Bowl. But there are other hotels within walking distance as well. If we come back for anything at the Hollywood Bowl, we won't be staying at the BLVD.

We were able to check in a little early and even upgraded to a suite, which was great. The room was a little smaller than I would have thought (for a suite), but it was comfortable. A bit of a gnat/fruitfly situation in the bathroom — we saw several and I ended up with a bite on my ankle (spider? ). One bed was comfy and quiet, while one was creaky and had a sunken mattress (guess which one I got! ). Went to a concert and stopped by the "lounge" for a drink — the hours said it was open, but the surly bartender said it was not. Kind of an up and down experience, but it is a fairly cute boutique hotel, almost everyone is super friendly, and the location is great.

It is clean and well located, 10 min walk from the Paseo de la Fama. The parking is paid for. A lot of noise coming from the street and it's a bit expensive.

OMG! Love this place. Nice bar inside very clean and updated modern. Perfect! I will stay there again for sure. Staff is amazing.

Had a great stay and will definitely be back here again next time we're in LA! The little bar was nice and quiet and we practically had it to ourselves every night! Would recommend to others!

We visited for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Perfect walking distance to the venue. Rooms are nice, looks like they were recently renovated. Front desk service was pleasant and efficient. However the happy hour prices were high ($5 for a 12oz bottle of domestic beer? ). Also I would ask for a room away from the main street, as the windows are thin and do not block noise well. Parking is limited, $24 a night and the spaces are tight.

The best option if you are going to the Hollywood Bowl. It's not that much more expensive than hotels that are much further away. It has a great boutique look. The rooms are large, with included fridge and large TV. The bed was comfortable, and all the usual toiletries are provided. The only negative is the $24 charge for parking. The convenience of location and quality of amenities make this a hotel I will revisit in the future.

The room was perfect for the price! It was in walking distance from the event. The refundable deposit we paid for the night was immediately returned as promised when checking out. Housekeeping took care of us by asking if we needed extra towels before we requested any.

Been sating here for one night. Already dealt qitha broken fridge. Broken coffee pot. Broken bathroom light sensor (turns off when you are showering). Maintenance going on in the room next door. Hammering and machinery. No shower curtain so bathroom gets wet everywhere. The people sitting at the front desk have been rather rude. Also the room smelt freah with paint when we got here.

Good, clean hotel in a nice location with some good food within walking distance. My only complain was the pillows. They made my neck hurt!

Staff is very friendly however the location is hard to find. We have had two ride share drivers have their gps put them in the wrong place. The hotel is close to thr hollywood walk fo fame with is good. There is construction next door and the rooms with the view have a view of the building next door covered with a tarp. There is a lot of construction noise during the day and people are yelling and screaming at each other outside.

This was a fantastic hotel. I stayed along with three other friends and we all loved it a lot. The experience didn't start off good. I don't know if it was the hotel manager but this person was rude. We couldn't check in yet since it was early in the day so we left our stuff with them until we could check in and went on to have breakfast. When we came back, my friend had lost his tag that they had given us when we left our bags there. So we tried getting it from the person that was apparently the staff manager but she didn't even talk to us nor tried to help us with the issue until the employee that checked us in I think her name is Desiree did in fact help us get my friends bags without the tag. She was extremely nice and helpful with everything that we needed. So after staying there for a night, the next day In the morning, we got a phone call telling us that they needed to get into our room and do some work in there so we had to pack up our stuff and go to another room. After packing and getting the key to our upgraded room, we go up there to the room and the room was extremely amazing. It was huge and very specious. Had its own room and had a living room and two restrooms. At that point, we weren't even bothered about having to move to another room because they really did upgrade us and they took care of us. The employee Edgar came up a couple times to our room and was very nice and friendly.

Under construction, heavily unfinished but the room was ok. The shower water never really became hot only stayed luke warm.

Rooms are really shabby. There's no shower curtain, so when you shower the toilet and toilet paper get completely soaked. When we arrived our window was open. When my husband closed the window he said the lock was broken. So anyone could access our room since our room shares a balcony with multiple rooms. There are NO curtains to block out the light or street noise. The street noise is incredibly loud. The finish of the room is very amateur. There's paint on the power outlets and light switches, for example. The floor is lumpy wood linoleum. Just not what you expect for more than $200. I would say this room is worth about $75

Unfriendly staff… No hot water.

Be very careful! I only ever use one particular credit card for when I check in to a hotel AND I never use it for settling the payments. This was the only hotel that I stayed at within a 2 month period. 3 weeks later, my card was being used in San Diego. The credit company recognised the unusual behaviour, acted swiftly and stopped the bleeding. Add to this the fact that I had two large bags of laundry and shopping disappear from my room. A coincidence? If I were you I wouldn't take the risk.

After check out, my credit card was charged nearly US$5, 000 from transactions made from best buy & saks fifth avenue in Boca Raton. Better to pay cash if you have to stay there.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My husband and I attempted to check in with an EXISTING reservation, made on 3/31. Lucky I brought my confirmation because our reservation both through the NUMBER and name was nowhere to be found. I specifically chose this hotel because it was within walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl. There was no record of my reservation despite the proof, due to some “glich” in their old versus new system, integration, etc. The ONLY positive… Melissa was trying her hardest to help us despite the doorknob sitting next to her, Brittany. I kept thinking to myself… maybe it’s her first day? But if it were, she should act like she gives a damn about the customer. If Melissa hadn’t been there, I have no doubt we would’ve had no luck getting anywhere in the city, let alone within walking distance to the bowl. Melissa finally got us a room across the street, which was $100 more (but comped by BLVD), in enough time for us to still make the event. The room was horrible but at least we got one. I then was given the manager's email as I wanted to share this experience and see if there was anything that would be said after the fact. Sent email after email to Mohammed and NADA. So think twice about this hotel. Melissa should consider getting a job elsewhere so as not to be lumped into horrible customer service.

Seeing it in person is an amazing experience even if you have seen this many times on the TV and pictures.

Great place to visit with family.
