Absolutely stunning wedding venue! I had the pleasure to photograph a recent wedding here and I was very impressed by all of the staff's customer service. This venue provided an indoor and outdoor area for guests to come and enjoy. I'd recommend this venue to just about anyone who's looking for a medium-large sized, formal venue. Nice rooms, incredibly comfortable beds, nice shower, great pool although the pool deck was dirty and sticky. Starbucks lady was awesome. Front desk attendant was great. Shuttle driver was great. Overall, great experience for 3 very frustrated travelers.

The room is clean, nice and very relaxing to relax.

I give a high Kudos to our server Juan at Tamarindo’s (lunch, breakfast). He was very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and such a pleasure. Also give Kudos to Christian the engineer who came to fix the thermostat in our room, within less than 10 minutes of calling front desk about thermostat was working in room.

Nothing is open, lobby covered up, gym shut down, limted things to eat, not worth staying here at all. In fact if you can avoid this entire city I would.

Many nice and helpful Filipinos in the services department. All greeters from the front door to the restaurant were all very helpful, giving us tips on the menu offerings for weekend brunches. And we are considering having brunch too.

Nice comfortable stay. Great looking lobby. Indoor and Outdoor pool. Next to Long Beach airport but couldn't hear a single plane while in the room. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

The most unorganized event thatch have ever attended at a Marriott! Whomever the event coordinator from the Marriott was, that person should be oh SO happy that this was NOT my event because Marriott would take the money for it from their salary cause they wouldn't receive a dime from me! It started with lining people up OUTSIDE of their Grand Ballroom notice I said outside not inside the hallway BUT LITERALLY outside! It was What 100° in the shade (of which there was NONE) that day?! The line was so long it wrapped around to the trash dumpsters! Which I refused to stand next to. Seriously? Of course it went downhill from there! Needless to say… will NOT be returning to the Long Beach Airport Marriott hotel EVER!

The staff here is wonderful. From the front desk to the dining room to the concierge lounge to the cleaning crew — everyone is friendly and helpful. The decor is a little dated, but this is a great place to stay and feel right at home.

Nice updated rooms! Clean and upgraded throughout. The pool and garden was really pretty. Plenty of free parking. There's a Starbucks here too. They allowed us to check out a little later as we had slept in. We Love the Marriott brand for their great customer service and beautifully cared for properties.

The staff are amazing and really step it up whenever I attend the Long Beach Public Health Week Conference. Seeing them welcome everyone, providing so much space for us and being courteous is always a nice treat at these events. The grounds are very well kept and there's plenty of parking. Only side note it: I wish reception (I have AT&T) was better, my phone and those of my co-workers had zero reception inside.

The lobby staff are super nice. The rooms are clean and the pool is great. It is close to the airport so convenient. The carpet is old and can be smelly. Not all of the other staff are as nice as the front desk people. The workers at the restaurant bar are hit or miss. Some are wonderful and others not so much. The food is good, not the greatest, but not bad. It isn't really near many places to walk to. The van will take you within reason to a few locations, but if you like to walk to get to know a town, this isn't the hotel for you.

This was the most comfortable and pleasant stay my family and I ever had… The rooms were gorgeous and the staff was very accommodating, everything was perfect. I would absolutely recommend the Long Beach Marriott, I loved it ♡

Very enjoyable relaxing little bar and restaurant. My husband and I were just there for casual drinks had great service, the appetizers were excellent. Very cozy environment.

To Whom it may concern, I am truly disappointed with my most recent stay at your Marriott Long Beach Airport location. My Wife and I were in town in celebration of not only Gay Pride Weekend but also our wedding anniversary. This weekend had been planned for months and was very important to us. Initially we chose Marriott because of your exemplary brand and standard but we quick;y changed our minds on 5/20 when someone from the front desk staff gave my brother in law a room key to my room without my knowing or authorization. My brother in law came upstairs and walked straight into my room while my wife and I were dressing. We were completely floored. How does such a huge breach in security happen at such a reputable chain. Who ever gave him this key went so far as to give home my room number as well as adding his name to my reservation without contacting me or getting my authorization to do so. We felt completely violated and we are terribly concerned. No one had called to verify. No one has gotten permission to disclose my information and I most definitely did not give anyone access to walk right into my room unannounced. We notified the front desk in the morning and again upon check out another young lady said she would forward information to a manager said he would check into it but I’m still waiting on a response. We decided not to extend our stay at Marriott and checked in at a competitors hotel in hopes of better service.

We came to Long Beach for a wedding and our stay in the Marriott was great. We had fast, easy, professional assistance for any questions\room service. Our room was very clean and had a lot of space for us to put away all of our luggage and formal attire. The only negative was that the showers were extremely pressurized, so much so that it hurt our skin and stung our sensitive areas.

Staff is incredibly friendly. Walls to rooms feel thick and soundproof, which is very nice because I can't hear what my room neighbor's doing and they can't hear me. Location is close to freeway. Pool is gorgeous. Feels slightly outdated, specifically with interior choices and carpeting.

Nice hotel, blocks away from Long Beach airport. Close enough, but far enough that didn't notice plane noises. Clean well appointed rooms with decent Wi-Fi. Coffee shop and 2 restaurants in lobby which I didn't use this trip. Lots of free parking. Will be back.

A very fine brunch… really preferred sitting in the outdoor patio area. Service was friendly.

Made a reservation 2 weeks ago. Arrived to find they did not have it… okay, but we can seat you. Prepay for your meal! Wow! Okay, but talk about screwing your servers and bussers. Food is good, not well marked. Example: multiple salad dressings, with no identifiable names. Overall, acceptable.

Overpriced wannabe luxury hotel. At almost $300 a night you'd think the service would be stellar but that is not the case. The dining servers were slow and incompetent; we waited about two hours for our food for our group. There's not a luggage or bell person they just shove a luggage cart at you and you take your stuff upstairs or to the car. The beds were Queen and soft which was the only plus to the room. The shower was like a coffin I could barely move in there to take a shower as my ass hit the back tile and the shower head was directly in my face and mold was everywhere it was so gross. I couldn't wait to get the heck out of that place. While the location was ideal the hotel was pathetic.

Hotel is very close to Long beach airport. Its staff is amazing, the bar/restaurant, is great. Drinks are served great, good music, great music mostly spanish. Rooms are always clean, entire hotel lobby and elevator smells good (its like they spray something). Pool area is good. 10/10 recommended.

Went for a wedding, rooms were reasonably priced. 2 pools one inside and one outside, the water feature is nicer than the pool. Great view of the runway, saw 2 f15s take off. Huge gym that I didn't get a chance to use.

Very unaccommodating. Be careful if you are looking at the locations on Google maps as there are a few that are in the wrong spot! For example, there is a long beach Marriott down by the aquarium that redirects you to the Marriott near the airport once you click on it. We accidentally booked the room by the airport because of this. When we discussed this with the Marriott people they constantly redirected us and were not able to accommodate us in any way. I believe the "best they could do" was free parking, although we didn't have a car. They were unable to look at other Marriott's to see if they had room available, we had to call them directly. We actually ended up staying at another hotel in LA. Would not recommend.

Hotel is nice and the lobby and other common areas are great! The rooms could use some updating, but they work and are worth the price. Staff was nice. Only complaint is parking was Terrible due to an event in the ballroom. Had to park in the rear of the hotel and not sure where I parked was "authorized". I would return and would recommend.

Hotel has been nicely renovated to reflect the Marriott brand. Beautiful pool area (including one indoor pool), great service and good food makes me want to come back here next time. We were on the seventh floor and can see the planes taking off. Noise can be a tad distracting as they start early in the morning.

Perfect location for Long Beach airport. Free parking. Modern rooms. Beautiful pools… Indoor and outdoor. Great restaurant and wonderful Sunday brunch. So why would I give this property three stars? The staff is rude and unwelcoming. The manager on duty was extremely unkind. I've never had a bad experience at Marriott until then. After talking with others it appears to be a common thing at that Marriott. If you can avoid staff you will have an awesome stay!

Room was clean. Had a nice view. Room 537, staff were super accommodating. My only complaint is that 4$ Fiji water. Was hella parched that day. I eventually just ate the ice cause it was way cheaper.

Close to LGB airport and nice pool and gym. The more fine dining restaurant has great lunch and a great Sunday brunch. The rooms are the lush Marriott beds we have all known to love.

This is probably the only business that I have given 5 stars. I visited this hotel for the 3rd or 4th time in less than a year, and I'm never disappointed. I love the rooms/bed, the amenities, the indoor pool & gym. They also make some of the best drinks at their bar. Oh, and the brunch buffet was decent. The Staff was super friendly. This is my go to place.

Edit: use to love this hotel but the last month has been very disappointing. The rooms are usually stained/dirty but recently they have been crawling with cockroaches. I took pictures and showed the lobby hosts but they didn't seem very concerned and placed me into the same room a couple weeks later (room 643). The pools look gorgeous but I tried swimming recently and they're ice cold! Definitely not the heated pools they lead you to believe. Very unfortunate as their concierge staff and lounge are amazing. Dated but spacious hotel with beautiful pools. Conveniently located close to airport. Delicious lounge food. The rooms can be a little dirty/old so I normally wear shoes.

Reasonable room service rates. Great location for Long Beach airport; you can even watch the planes land, but the soundproofing is good enough that you can barely hear them. Nicely renovated rooms. Showers could probably use a bit more water pressure, but the in-room amenities are great.

The LB Marriott has a lot of nice people working there. They really know how to throw a great client appreciation party. Always enjoy attending their events.

Loved this hotel. Even though it's near the airport I never heard a plane all night and got a good nights sleep. I like the firm mattresses that Marriott uses. Got in late and ate at the bar. Tacos were tastey. I was told that they make their own salsa, and it is very good.

The staff for my dad's 100 Birthday Celebration was top notch. Every detail from beginning to end was attended to. The accommodations for the venue and the guests were excellent. I will have future events here, I will most definately suggest people stay at the Airport Marriott. It is freeway close and convenient for local attractions. Not to mention the close proximity for the Long Beach airport.

Clean rooms and common areas. Restaurants were good. Excellent lunch buffet. Sports bar was chill and relaxing. Great place overall.

SO DISAPPOINTED! THEY LIED OVER THE PHONE! I left my coat in the hotel when I checked out in early April. Since I already left the city, I called several times and the people from Lost & Found team said they would keep it for me until late July. I made another call before I picked up. However, I was told my coat was denoted to local community in early July since it was over 90 days after my check-out date. I realized my coat was not even there when I made my last call in early July. When I tried to seek for a solution from their manager, the manager was rude and didn't listen to what I said. He just insisted they followed their rules and blamed on me. If the staff could honestly say they can only keep it for 90 days, I will definitely arrange a pick-up before it. However, they pretended to be very considerable over the phone but didn't do what they have said. I was so disappointed about their attitude and service. The manager only wanted to pass the buck to the guest.

Hotel is conveniently located near the airport. Great place to stay if travelling and need a good night close to the airport with all the anemnities you can imagine. Above average fitness room (the equipment did need some service though). Pool indoor and out door with a hot tub, Avis Rental cars on site, quick grab for small bites and two restaurants on site. Restaurants were a little pricey but good places to eat at for a hotel. Rooms were updated clean and nice for traveling couples and small families.

Hotel looked great. From the outside it wouldn't seem like it but it was very nice inside. Attended a wedding reception and everything was great. The food was good and the location was very convenient to the hotel rooms and parking lot. Would love to go back here again.

Great service and hospitality from the staff. Close to all venues I've needed to be, close to the freeways and accessible to all surrounding areas. Oh, good golf course across the street as well.

A really great property with good access to surrounding areas. Bar — the bar area (which includes the on-site Starbucks) does well to provide beverage and snacks. Comfortable open seating area and friendly service staff. Pool — expansive and well maintained. Rooms — About average for the property level with a good view. I overlooked the airport and while take offs were noticeable, the rooms having the runway did a great job at diffusing the sound. My only complaint was a lukewarm shower which couldn't be made comfortable. Dining — two on site dining options are available. Tamarinds (new) and the attached restaurant. I chose to eat at the restaurant and the ribs were only so-so. Overall enjoyable stay and accommodations.

Was there for my daughter birthday and had 2 bad experiences there. First was the bed it sunk in and after telling them twice the problem was then resolve but it still was not the greatest. Second problem was that housekeeping came in without knocking while I was coming out of the shower and almost seen me naked. I compliant and all they could say was sorry. They need to make sure staff is retrain. And they need to update there beds. Never brought clean towels or linen either… bad service…

Fire alarm checks at 8 in the morning while I'm on vacation sucks! Make sure you don't forget to put the do not disturb sign on your door if you want to sleep in past 9 because housekeepers are primed and ready to knock. Other than that the place is nice and staff is super friendly!

My fiance and I had dinner and drinks here after he finished some studying for a certification test with his coworker. The happy hour was decent and the drinks were tasty. The music wasnt too loud for talking. That is why they chose it to study. Service was pretty good but it did take a while for the waitress to notice we wanted our check and bring it. Otherwise very good! Would definitely return.

This place looks good on the front end, friendly staff that are very accommodating, but the room maintenance is poor. Our bathroom door handle was broken, and the vent that clearly used to be there was covered over instead of fixed. I mean really, no bathroom vent. WTF? Even Motel 6 has a vent in the bathroom. And don't visit the bar. $10 for a shot, I mean a meager sip. Not worth the money. I won't be coming back.

The hotel was a great venue for a wedding. The ballroom was great; the hallway area where the cocktail hour took place was roomy, but for a South Asian wedding it was crowded. The hotel staff was very respectful and responded to requests by vendors and guests in a timely manner.

They are thieves, I left my shoes in the closet. I checked out realized I didn't have my shoes and called the hotel. The manager Manuel was very rude and disrespectful. I then spoke to the housekeeping supervisor she then told me I didn't leave anything. For this to be considered a upper class hotel, they sure have a very lower class staff. A very poor way to handle guest that has been coming to the hotel on many of occasions.

Wether it be for Vacation, work or just a quick stay… This hotel is one of the best in the U. S. Staff are on point, very friendly. Top notch spacious fitness center with weights and multiple machines. Indoor and outdoor pool open 24 hrs next to waterfalls and palm trees along with a fire pit. Huge conference rooms and Car rental place inside along with many restaurants, huge lounge and dinning areas in and outdoor. 100% recommended, definitely worth your money.

Great location for the most part hit and miss on traffic the rooms are great for the most part the bed just need a little more support and could better.

My first time at a Marriott. I hadn't ever been to one before. I went to this one and didn't have a good experience at all. I will not be returning to this Marriott ever again, and I wouldn't recommended this Marriott to any one. That would be mean.

Staff was accommodating in the lite of internal challenges. They took good care of us. Would return.

My favorite breakfast place in the city and I am very picky! It is not easy to compete with a French touch. Their croissants are fresh and crispy, they arrange the food on the plate so artistically so I often don't even want to disturb it. Bravo.

Worst front desk staff. Asked for a manager and spoke to Amon who doesn't have any idea of customer service / satisfaction, was rude and unprofessional. Don't stay at this hotel until they change their front desk staff specially this "manager".

Don't expect this hotel as other usual courtyard.

Didn't have good experience. I booked the wrong Marriott and ended up paying $99 which I didn't have. Courtyards where $39 believe it or not. So I had to man up and pay the $99. Wasn't even worth it because we had to leave the next morning lol. Super fail. We arrived there at like 9pm. Totally not worth it. Oh thats not all. I forgot to bring a print out so I had to pay like $3 to use their computers to print my form. No Beauno. Had a weird experience with the vallet too. We told him we didn't want our stuff carried to our door but he insisted anyway. Don't freakin force your customers to get their shi* carried Marriot! This isn't The Great Gatsby. So I gave him a tip because I didn't wanna look like a D word lol. Wasn't good day.

Great hotel loved the pool and the fitness center staff are all amazing.

My experience at this hotel was very good. What made it even more excellent is the fact that when I took stuff out of the safe I left my wallet inside it unlocked (determined via a process of elimination). A worker there by the name of Angela found it and went through everything to get it shipped back to me (with everything in tact). This fact deserves nothing but high marks in my book. Many Thanks to them.
