0 stars Terrrible customer service. Terrible housekeeping. Sheets were dirty asf, Hair from all kinds of different people and from all kinds of different areas. We asked to be accommodated with a different room that was clean, but We got stuck w/ one that stunk of cigarettes at least it was some what livable. Didn't have cable as advertised. Dusty asf. Rude asf. Only one temperature on shower water (Scalding). Tried to get a refund and was denied. Please spend that extra $20 and get a different hotel/motel.

Room was great although bathroom was breaking down and couldn't change channel.

Decent motel at a good price. Next to a main street so it is easily accessible. Service was good when requested. A good place to stay if you will mostly be out and about all day.

Need a better maid service and machines a ice machine and snack machine and soda and nice machine and there bussiness will boom.

Not pleasant looking but a good place to get some shuteye.

I would'nt even give this nasty ass roach infested stank ass rooms a 0. The first room we walked in there was a roach on the wall, my babe kills that one goes to turn on the rest of the lights and he kills 3 more. I did'nt even go past the door stop after the I seen the first one. We ran BK downstairs and told the woman about it she was nice enough to offer another room so we like cool let's see "oh sweet baby Jesus soon as we step in that hot funky feet smelling room my bug senses start to ring loudly and look at the night stand as MR ROACH creeps his nasty ass across the table then look around and it's one on the head board and there's one just posted like we bothered his alone time didn't even budge when the lights came on. So once again we (I) was definitely done with the roach attack and went right BK to this nice lady and almost had a episode if she was to tell me I couldn't get my money BK oh yeah it wouldnt have not been nice at all. Ps. While we're in the office one of the people who lives there was screaming about roaches in the microwave … oh yea babe its mf'n time to get the hell out of here ✌… chris tucker voice: don't ever ever go to this roachtel…

They Need To Clean Better I Found All Kind IG Dirt And Litter Under The Bed And Dust And Lint Anf They Didnt Want To Give Back The Deposit.

Horrible 70 bucks a complete waste will rent you A room with no air then run and hide in the office and claim the manager is not there, my wife sat her sandwich down for a second went to eat it and spotted a roach on her food these people are very rude and no refunds avoid at all cost when me and my wife leave a room we clean it they accused us of living there room dirty keep in mind every room has trash under the bed. the husband is a very nice guy lovely attitude. one day they charged me 70 bucks and another guess told me she paid 65 id rather sleep in my car before I allow this motel to rob us again and some rooms have been remodeled they always gave us the worst room one day she saw me looking in one of the nice remodeled rooms and she asked me what was I doing I got the message and moved along. they lost a good customer and the rooms have a doors to the next room you can hear people having sex fighting etc. the guy down the street charges 65 dollars remodeled rooms great customer service its no wonder way he has the money to remodel all of his rooms and treats his guest really well. found a crack pipe in my room one night and accused us of leaving there room dirty lmao.

This is place is nightmare. Spice strong smell everywhere. Nothing works, everything broken. Fridge not working, smelly and dirty. Half of the lights of the room not working. No night stand. Saw people that was sleeping there walking only with a towel, almost naked around the doors. Parking difficult. And the area looks really dangerous fast food restaurants with bullet proof glass. I think you can find better places for around the same money. Dont go there, is scary.

Want to rate 0 stars. BED BUGS! Went to explain that they have bed bugs, guy tells us there is no possiple way that they have bed bugs. We weren't in the room for 2 hours. Do not sleep there waste of 65 dollars!

The HBO is block almost the channels of 500 and up its block Wi-Fi I'm so care about it turns off.

There customer service is very poor and bad. Very racist to other kind of people beside there kind. His wife is a "BITCH" try saying hi to her and she only look at us with some dirty eyes. Don't feel welcome at all. Fawk these diaper head that owns those complex.
