Very disappointed in the customer service provided by the staff. Got a room for two and stayed 3 days. At some point early on, called front desk to report toilet wouldn't completely flush, was informed that when maintenance became available they would take care of it. A few hrs later called again to remind front desk of the importance of the situation and again was told that maintenance would take. Care of it as soon as they were available. At this point I requested a plunger myself and was told that no one on site had access to the maintenance area and that maintenance should be arriving shortly. I explained that this was not a pleasant situation and that I could go right across the street and get a 99cent store plunger and take care of it myself. The front desk said that as soon as maintenance got there our room would be first in line or We could change rooms if we wanted instead of waiting. We considered changing rooms but decided that we did not want to pack back up and then have to uppack again especially at the late hour it was. Long story, by the time maintenance showed up it was over 24 hrs after first report and taking 4 or more caps to front desk. Front desk excuse was that maintenance worker had not showed up for work. Doesn't make a lot of sense as this situation had taken over 24 hrs, more than 2 full shifts. Instead of being able to enjoy the time together my girfriend and I experienced front desk personnel, some of them rather rude, making repeated assurances that it would be taken care of. Customer service skill training is needed for this staff.
