Great staff with a smile whom despite being understaffed handled many customers at once with check in or helping fix concerns other guests had regarding any issues. Clean room stocked full of amenities such as soap, towels, pillows etc and if you have traveled like myself believe me this is most notably hardly the case everywhere. Breakfast here is a quick light snack to get your morning going as mentioned during check in process and if need more sustenance a variety of eateries are within walking distance. Good hotel at a decent rate am recommending to anyone in need of a place to stay for a night.

I've stayed here twice and both times had wonderful experiences. The rooms are spacious, clean, well maintained, and free of odors. Free Wi-Fi for net browsing with the option to upgrade to streaming speed, but the TV in the room has cable, so you really dont need it. The staff is courteous and very devoted to keeping their guests happy. It's super close (walking distance) to multiple restaurants and conveniences.

No frills, inexpensive place to stay. Clean and the efficiency kitchen comes in handy if you don't want to eat out every meal.

I do not recommend anyone to this hotel they have poor service. Reception very thick. Her name is Maria.

I did not stay at the hotel, it appears clean from the outside and lobby. Very great location close to public transportation.

The hotel is fine I guess. The price could be lower because the rooms weren’t all that great. They should really remodel the rooms an hotel. Also there wasn’t 24/7 assistants we had to call the lady twice for her to come down to return our room key an she didn’t have the best attitude either it looked like she just woke up from a nap or something. They charge a lot for the kitchen I believe. Also get bigger towels. To small.

For the price, you get a decent room. Unfortunately the guest service is awful. Customer service is definitely not their main priority. I am speaking of the front desk employees. Housekeeping has been more helpful and attentive than Front desk.

Room was very nice first time I've seen a room with a kitchen (microwave, full refrigerator, sink, stove, a mini island, cupboards) bathroom was nice and big.

This chain of motels is going down hill. Floors not cleaned properly or at all. Plus tweezers hang out inside and out. The manager is very unpleasant but you will not likely need to interact with her if she is even around.

The price was right for while we're in between apartments for 2 weeks. The phrase "you get what you pay for" definitely applies here. Overall the property is reasonably clean and we'll maintained and the staff was friendly throughout the stay. Just don't expect anything more than a 3 star experience.

I recently spent 5 months here, I can't say enough good, I wish I could remember all the staff's names, Renee, Brooke, Martha, Mary, thanks so much for making this trip feel a little bit like home, I was always treated with decency and respect (special thanks to Renee for sending me to an amazing tailor to get my work pants mended) I would recommend this place to anyone who travels for work, ribeye steaks and fresh cornbread will get you clean towels real quick!

Bloody soiled sheets in the hide a bed. Room smells of stale cigarettes. Very dirty. Overnight staff bending over backwards to make things right. Kudos to her.

Was nice but the manager wasn't friendly and didn't tell me I needed an overnight parking permit. The shower floor was also extremely slippery and I slipped a good number of times. Was ok overall.

Dont stay here, lots of weird people, staff ignore you, was given a room where the stove broke the first night, the frige broke the next night (after buying 70.00 worth of groceries) and you had to use a towel to get enough leverage to turn on the shower, also hair dryer blew while I was using it the first night. My problems were never address and never reimbursed for the food that went bad. Left in the middle of my stay, to hotel 5 miles out of my way and enjoyed the rest of my trip at the Holiday Inn Express with no more problems.

It wasn't the best experience, but a good place to stay the night and feel safe. Location is in the middle of lots of food and places to visit.

Wifi is TERRIBLE, I have not had any luck using it. That is one thing I expect in a hotel. We have stayed there 4 nights. First morning we could not take a shower! Hot water was out. The first night we kept hearing a very high pitched noise and after searching everywhere in the middle of the night we discovered it was from inside the toilet tank. Reported it to the office and they said maint was off and it would be Monday before they could fix it. We have had to manually turn the toilet off and on everytime we use it. No maint man ever came. We reported it again. Never got a sorry or we can switch rooms or anything. Terrible! This is a very loud high pitched sound! The hotel is outdated and there is nothing in the kitchen. You must ask for everything.

Nice hotel in a good area. The free breakfast provided is not very large in terms of selection (grab and go). Did not have a toothbrush when I asked for one. Friendly and helpful staff otherwise with a laundry room. Personal room is nice and has a kitchen (request the dishware to cook and make coffee). Roomservice is not necessarily daily unless you pay extra.

Just had this hotel cancel my reservation last minute while im halfway across the country on a flight. Best guess is they appear to have decided to cancel the reservations of those who made reservations early with pay on arrival arrangements to price gouge people getting rooms last minute and leave us out to dry, which is illegal. Do not give these people your business.

Nice hotel. Close to job site. Friendly people, but hard to get sometimes as they aren't at desk. Rooms clean, grab and go breakfast, laundry room is a plus especially for longer term stays.

Honestly they were really helpful, and nice. My kids loved it we stood s week. Everything was perfect. Even did a load of laundry. Just like if we were home…

Great place to stay. Kitchen is pretty usable. A nice little place to be home away from home.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. It was so old and dated. The shower although I am sure it was clean looked moldy. The front desk clerk gave me keys and a room number and they keys didn't work. She gave me the wrong room number. I had a bunch of stuff and it was really inconvenient to have to go back to the front desk again. The hotel is right by the freeway without much insulation so it was really loud and hard to sleep. Also guests were slamming doors all hours of the night. The final straw was there is no ice in the hotel. They told me that it was in my freezer, all that was there were 2 completely empty ice trays and they have no ice machine in the hotel. The front desk clerk went to two empty rooms to try and find me ice and they were empty too. If they are not going to have an ice machine housekeeping should at least make sure the ice trays are filled and there should be more than two. What they call breakfast is some cereal bars and pre-packaged muffins. Not my idea of breakfast. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this hotel.

Stayed here for 3 months for work. Good area, within walking distance of many things, most of the staff are nice enough and try to accommodate. There are a LOT of issues with not being able to find a front desk person. I lost my key one time and had to wait over an hour until someone showed up. The grab and go breakfast wasn't always out — — and when it was, it was never very plentiful. House keeping staff did a poor job: I would have 2 big towels and then no hand towels or wash clothes. Or I would only get wash clothes and no clean big towels. My trash wasn't emptied. Things like that. Frustrating. Overall, it's a good place to stay if you need a roof for a while but there are a lot of things this place needs to work on. Also: the free Wi-Fi is a joke. You gotta pay to upgrade to anything useful.

It's a nice location with tons of food and beverage within walking distance. Pizza, sushi, tacos, cheese steak, beer, coffee, healthy smoothies, and that's only on this block. There are so many places to explore in this area. Also, a FedEx next door if you're here on business. It's pet friendly, but unfortunately some guests are ignoring the mandatory pet waste pick-up signs posted. This makes it difficult for others to walk their own dogs since they are always pulling to smell piles left every few feet and makes it impossible for people to enjoy the grassy areas and picnic tables. I can only give 4 stars because of this, but hopefully the irresponsible dog owner (s) will be reprimanded so the problem can be resolved. Other than that, great location and nice room!

The place is okay. It looks nice from the outside, but is a bit low end / rundown on the inside. It is cheap though. You get what you pay for. It is nicely located to a bunch of restaurants, so that is a plus. Staff are friendly.

Always get a great deal on hotwire, super clean, fast check in, kitchen in the room, very close to shopping and restaurants. Couldn't ask for a better place! Also, very close to the train for those of us without a car who rely on public transportation, only a 15 minute walk to the station or you can take the Foothill bus all the way to and from downtown. Lastly, breakfast is nothing to write home about (granola bars, ugh) so just pick up some eggs and veggies at the Ralph's close by and use the kitchen to make your own hearty omelette. Update: Second visit was not nearly as pleasant! The manager was extremely unfriendly regarding a credit card on file (used a prepaid card without a problem last time! ) and definitely made me feel discriminated against because of my unkempt appearance and that of my company. Had to put down an absurd cash deposit just to stay since they refused to accept the same card I used last time. Do your self a favor and check in as late as possible, the night staff is much more friendly and accommodating.

About the center of Arcadia. We only stayed one night but the rooms are large with kitchen and refrigerator.

It's a fair stay! The breakfast is horrible. Just muffins and coffe. The muffins are dry at that. Also the internet is extremely slow!

Average hotel. Nothing bad but nothing special.

Slow and horrible front desk service. Besides, there are so many hairs and sth. With blood on the sheet of the bed! I don't think I need to say anything more.

It was actually quite nice, got upgraded to a suite because they overbooked. Hallway has that extended stay America smell.

There is a little kitchen in all the room and if you like to cook your meals like I do then this is a great place to stay.

Positive: coffee good. Negative: They didn't honor my reservation for a king bed NON SMOKING room. Instead they wanted me to "upgrade"? to 2 full size beds like Ricky and Lucy Ricardo type. They gave a choice to choose between 2 stinky rooms. I had no option but to choose the less stinky one. Once in the bedroom, I noticed that turning the light on in the bathroom, it automatically starts the exhaust fan that sounded like being next to a jet at the airport. I opened the windows to get fresh air and what a I got instead was a dead skunk smell coming from the noisy freeway. No ice machine. Instead they said they have ice trays in the room… which, there were not to be found at all. No vending machine. Pillows are too soft without any structure, I ended up making a football shape out of the. to get some height. For all the inconvenience they gave me a 10% off… but not worth it!

Was good and reasonably clean for the price and surrounding area had plenty of places to eat. Wifi Internet was far to slow. Carpets in room should be cleaner socks turn brown after walking without shoes).

This inn is so so bad. Service is so slow and bad. Many furniture are doesn't work. Smelly.

Out dated rooms, old tv's, beds are comfortable but make noises when you move, pillows are are all firm, will finish my stay but would not stay here again.

Too much highway noise to get a good nights sleep.

It was okay being we just moved to the LA area. One thing to keep in mind, it is some distance away from LA. I did not like how far it was. I felt like I was too far from everything. The room was nice. I loved the hardwood floors in the kitchen. The bathroom, hmmm it was a little yucky. The tub wasn't clean. I saw hair in it. I had to go to the store and buy clorox to feel comfortable showering in it. So overall it was ok. Location sucked.
