We always stay hear because the prices and newly Remodeled at prices lower than most places that as clean or as Nice quite place to relax and swim as well with a Jacuzzi by the pool. Great prices.

Not bad for the price. Minor repairs needed. AC not very effective, but temps were well over 100.

This place is amazing! Very friendly employees and AMAZING housekeepers. Anyone that needs a place to stay should stay at the Rodeway Inn here in Imperial. You WILL NOT regret it.

Needs to be properly cleaned & could use a spray down from all the BUGS that come into room. Already had to get rid of beetles, earwigs, and a spider. HOUSEKEEPERS come when they feel like it. Yard workers are nosey and ask when your about to check out. Management could be a lot better… pool looks terrible.

Everyone VERY nice… Air Conditioners the BOMB, as it's 110* daytime & 90* @nite. Owner says he's renovating so I expect better days for Rodeway Inn.

Photos shown by motel are not current. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The conditions of the rooms definitely require more attention. I didn't sleep well. My checklist — check under and around mattress for signs of bedbugs. Condition of sheets (without stains or hairs). Clean towels (without stains or hair). Functioning AC unit. Condition of door lock. Use Clorox wipes for all door handles, light switches, and the TV remote. Bring ear plugs. Not at all interested in returning to this place.

Went into their restaurant for change. Instead of telling me their policy was to not make change. The very rude hostess actually told me face-to — face, “we don’t have cash”. Idiot. Too bad. The food smelled great. Because of this horrible waitress/hostess, they certainly aren’t getting my money?

Surprised, next to air base, watched Harriers take off. Small restaurant with best ceviche we ever had. Girl at front desk very nice.

Front desk employees are great people but especially David a great person always ready to help, Erika the most beautiful young woman wiling to help. The owner who is the best of all. These place is a home away from home. The best, very affortable and has all the amenities like every other fancy and pricy hotel.

Staff was horrible and rude. I had booked two rooms for a funeral and one of them had ROACHES! I immediately asked to be moved and the guy got upset that we said it loudly for everyone to hear. Then, I was about to take a shower and the office called saying there would be no hot water for an hour. 12 hours later, STILL NO HOT WATER! All of this happened when we were supposed to be getting ready for the funeral. We call and they tell us they need to move both of the rooms to the other side. I had two little boys who wanted to swim and the swimming pool looked like it wasn’t cleaned in years. Hot tub had no water in it and nothing blocking it off. One of the nights I got locked out of my room and the lady was so rude about it. Horrible horrible experience. I let all my family and friends not to book with this ****hole.

What a huge change! We have been coming to this place for 30+ years at least 2-3 times a year. I have to say now that the new owners took over, what a huge change. First off, great customer service from the staff, but most of all the owners and family. Fasuo is the best. I love the new room updates and look forward to seeing whats next. You will see us soon. The room was great, clean, kept up and tidy. The grounds were a little unkempt, but nothing completely unexpected at this price point. The breakfast was as promised and offered a variety of items. The front desk had a little bit of an issue locating my reservation and it delayed check in, but the reservation was made last minute via 3rd party, so understandable.

The hotel is a bit dated but the rooms were quaint for the price.

This hotel is really decently priced. The rooms are a little beat up but hey if you are just looking for a place to crash for the night or weekend this is a great price and gets the job done.

For the price, the rooms were great! GM, was very friendly… his assistant could be a little more guest friendly.

We had a great stay the staff was courteous the rooms were accommodating for the price.

Stayed here on several occasions the owner and staff are pleasant and the rooms are great for the price.

Staying here for work Monday-Friday for 5 weeks, good place, price is good and friendly staff.

Food is good the price is decent.

Convenient location, working distance to airport. However, it is outdated, not maintained well and unprofessional staff. Had to switch room because the AC not worked.

Great location clean comfortable rooms for the price!

One of the worse places I have ever stayed 8 days. The fire alarm was hanging by its wires, bugs all over room, didn't clean room while we were gone instead put the do not disturb sign back on the door. Even had one of the employees hit on my daughter! We were there for 8 days the first 2 we called and asked them to please. Come fix out tv, fridge, and microwave. After 2 hours of waiting and 2 calls to the desk we fixed it ourselves I called desk and said never mind a half hour later when we were trying to sleep an employee came to the door and asked if we needed help. Bugs in the power bar after we found it under the dresser. Worst experience ever at any motel. How they are claiming a 4.5 I have no clue but it's a lie… I really think a discount on the card due to the lack of cleaning my room fixing me own stuff! It reminded. Me of a druggie home.

Spiders, spiders, spiders! Spiders everywhere! Wife spotted one above the TV stand. Killed it no big deal, but where there's one there could be more. Sure enough, we checked the bed and inside the pillow case looking out at us in a crab-like fashion was a big one. Shook him out in the tub and started collecting them. Another in the bathroom. I took first watch as my wife tried to get some much needed sleep. She jumped up an hour later saying she felt something in her hair. She turned to see one crawling towards her on the bed! I had already pulled the bed away from the wall but it made no difference. Before daybreak we found another that had made it's way across the foot of the bed moving fast. Next morning with first light we could see why. There was no weather stripping at all on the bottom of the door. The Eighth Army Spider Division could have made it in! Walking to check out with the day light we could see spider breeding everywhere. The front desk clerk said he did hear people talking about some spiders. I left all the dead spider kills on the desk and asked if there was any kind of compensation we could get from a night of little to no sleep. He said Mr. Patel was the only one authorized to do that. He said he would pass on our concerns and that he would contact us. We checked in after one in the morning of the 31st of March. I still have not been contacted.

Bathtub was clogged. T. V would not turn on. Moved to another room and toilet leaked all over the tile.

My family and I have stayed here 2 times already and we love it!
The rooms are good the staff is great… friendly… they have a sauna. Jacuzzi! I can say a lot of good things about this place. I recommend it if u are around that area.
