Check in and head to the store, realize there is nothing nearby, go back and ask to check out as I'd rather stay somewhere else. (I'm talking to a child most of the time by the way. ) Manager inspects the room for half an hour and then calls her boss, talk to him and he says he's going to call the police. LOL! If I could rate less than 1 star I would.

Rude staff, very hard to deal with. The room is what you'd expect for 50 bucks but it's pretty shady in general.

The residents at the California Motels are about as shady as you'd expect and the front desk threatens to call the cops on me when I decide I don't want to stay there. Wow.

The location leaves a lot to be desired, unless you happen to be a free-lance exotic dancer. The place attracts the sort of people that you would cross the street to avoid.

Wouldn't give me a refund because I wanted to leave after half an hour because of the smoke from half of California being on fire. Didn't even use the room at all.

It is better that the hotel 6 xq have a refrigerator and microwave and the most in portant is that you can leave your herrienta in the back of your truck and don't steal anything like the hotel 6, which pass x-a I hope the gum I stole and did nothing to remedy the problem and that managed to have time to take care of the customer at xq me, insult me and shout out and that if I did not like that me off and I'm talking about the hotel 6 woodland ca I hope. And not over x I that is all thank you.

A clean, pleasant motel at this rate is a rare thing. Nice staff, easy parking. It's not the Ritz, there is a far off banging sound (like fireworks) that went on all night, but the fan easily covered most of the noise and we were too tired to care. And I'm the kind of person who is really bothered by fireworks. If I'd turned on the noise cancelling app on my phone, I wouldn't have heard it at all. I liked the vaulted ceiling in our room and the ceiling fan. It circulated the air well. The heater worked great. The linens we're clean and smelled nice. There was a little fridge and microwave in our room along with a TV, table, two chairs and a dresser. The bed was firm and didn't make a lot of noise or wobble. Pro tip: Laet the shower run a little so the hot water can muster itself. I didn't do this and so my shower was lukewarm while my husband's was warm warm. In short, well worth the rate. Great for a road trip stop. Would visit again.

Not pet friendly as advertised. The 10 year old who was in charge of the front desk suggested we still stay and just leave our dog in the car.

Sketchy comfort. Great for misfits paying cash. Near a truck stop and apparently hosts monthly residents. Fashioned a plug for the bathtub and recovered there in the warmth and peace from a month of camping in the cold of Oregon. It's everything I needed. You could do better, but you couldn't do better cheaper. Down to earth owner put me at ease.

Well its 54.99 and its a 54.99 room. But it was clean. Newly painted. Staff was nice. Not much for amenities but for 55 bucks what do you expect. However if you need a quiet clean cheep place its great. They dont want noisy croud type which is obvious with the rules they have. Three stars cause its a two star room with a clean quiet atmosphere.

Sacramento to Vacaville sold out; the gentleman at the California Motel who took my call was a prince, and I got the last room, possibly in all of California. The motel is humble and looks like a 1star "no tell motel" from afar; but close up, and in the room itself, it's neat and tidy, clean as home. I slept well on a firm mattress. This place has a certain gravity to it, backed by a middle class neighbor and fronted by open fields. For the reasonable $55 rate, you can't ask for more (well, a coffee maker :)

5-10-17 Pilot Coffee "Bean to Cup" coffee machines. Wow! Grinds the beans straight to your cup. Thank you for that Pilot.

Impeccably clean nice people great rate would definitely come here again.

Came in late. Desk clerk nice. Room nice would stay again. $54 including tax for. 1 bed 2 people.
