We frequently stay here. It seems when depending on what is going managerial is how our stay will go. We had a big roach issue one time the worker in the front was very apologetic. We switched rooms, but it took time of course, moving from one room to the next after being settled and this happened after midnight. Reported to the manager up front in the morning. It was more of a “your crazy and your just lying so you could get a free room”. We called corporate and they fixed the problem. We started staying somewhere else and then thought about trying this motel 6 again since it’s right in a good location for us for where we needed to go. Wow, it was great, it was better, we enjoyed it whenever we stayed. Everyone was nice. Then, there was another roach issue again. Not only that but a rodent. Again, spent another night moving to another room… three times. Other room had roaches, the other smelled nothing like cigarette smoke. This time we got no sleep. Again, reported to managers and got the same “we are lying and just want a free day and we were going to be put on their ban list. We were told this. Managers didn’t know we had pictures this time. Which corporate wanted us to send them and we did. THEY apologized and remedied the situation. So again, we left but came back for only one day. This time. We don’t know what happened, but everyone was different. Not as nice, not smiling, rude. Didn’t have the same welcoming feel. Maybe it was us, maybe it was managerial.

Rooms are clean very quite besides the commuting traffic. Air conditioning works great, housekeepers are on point and very friendly. T. V. /Cable need some works wasn't able to get a clear reception on some channels. Room rates are great. Overall satisfied. Recommend check in.

Outstanding customer service staff at front desk. Very friendly, call me by name as I am a frequent guest. House keeping staff are as friendly and accommodating to me. All the rooms I have stayed in have been spotless. All housekeepers take pride in their skills for cleanliness.

I am writing this review about halfway through my current stay. This property has the best security than all of the other motel 6 properties in all of Orange county. The rooms are basically all the same in cleanliness and decor at all motel 6 properties and I have no complaints. I've already checked out of this property this past Wednesday and was asked to leave by the front desk because they said I was not picking up after my animal their excrement and that simply was not the case it's a poor excuse that they use to make a check out and that's one of the reasons why I not happy with Motel 6 at the moment I'm not staying there now. I probably won't again either.

Check in around 11pm turn on the centralized AC… waited a little bit for the AC to be cold… fell asleep. Woke up in the morning still not cold in the room. Was surprised because most of the motel 6 I've stayed in mostly had an independent AC unit. Wash hand and face on the sink. And it's clogged. Water won't go down. Argh! When I checked out I made sure I notify the front desk about the room I've stayed has issues. She asked why I didn't tell the front desk last night about the AC and sink so they can move me into a different room. I told her first of all I have two small kids and I've checked in @ 11pm. We are already to sleep and be comfortable. I also already put my bags and stuff in the room. I told her I know some old AC takes awhile to be cold but this one it's already 9am and still not cold. Anyways Motel6 please before we rent rooms please make sure everything is in working condition and was prepared right. We are to sleep and go out the next day. And too tired to change rooms at the middle of the night. Cleaning crew should be the last defence of checking the room is functional, if room is not fully functional let the mgr. Know so they will hold the room and not to be used for further notice… until fix. So we renters won't get that room. That needs some fixing. Motel6 is a reasonable pricing but if it's only a bucks for a different motel that is fully functional room.

I've stayed in 3 different rooms upon my stay at this location. The doors are a little sticky when trying to open, also they are slightly an issue when closing all the way to lock for security. Over all the staff is sweet and amazing, the maids are courteous and keep the rooms clean and maintained. Over all I would recommend this location also return later in the future.

We have just checked into our room, and we had a wonderful experience during check in! The girl up front was extremely pleasant to chat with, and found our reservation quickly. The Wi-Fi is good, the rooms are clean, the shower has decent water pressure, we love that they accept dogs at no additional charge, and the air conditioner definitely does the job! The rate is reasonably priced, and they don't make you pay a deposit like some other surrounding motel 6's. Overall we would recommend!

Noise was too high when it came to my music and I believe his name is Javon, approached me about a complaint in the most professional and yet most kind way. Not like other places where they sound like cops trying to break in. And has been a really cool employee. Great sense of humor, him and Wendy make this place my all time favorite. She took care of us really quick and made my girl feel comfortable. That's a 5 star hotel to me. Hands down.

We had the reservation on this Motel 6. When we arrived we get our room fast. The manager was polite and respectful. Room was clean, warm and renovated. What else do you need to spend one night with comfort!

Savannah was incredible from check in to check out. The front desk team was very energetic and helpful. Thank you for the early check in and wonderful hospitality. They were more than happy to accommodate our needs and everything was service with nothing but smiles.

Every thing was great from the very first moment I called to confirm my reservation Carla was very nice and attentive even if it was late 1am. Our arrival was smooth room was clean and check out was pleasant as well. Recommended!

The day check out gentleman earns the 5 star rating. Helpful with parking and anything we needed with a good attitude and professional demeanor. His name is Javon. Also look for Savannah who is just as helpful as well!

The price for the room was affordable, and the staff were very friendly. I would really like to give it a better rating, however, I was really disappointed when I saw long white hair (obviously not mine because I have dark brown hair) on the pillow case. It makes me question if they were even washed or not? The pillow is where I rest my head and I expect it to be clean. I wanted to ask for new pillow cases, but my trip there took 8 hours, and I was dead tired, so I just used my personal towel I brought from home to cover it. I hope this never happens again, because others might not handle it so well.

Excellent service! Our reservation was lost but the staff was able to find it (Expedia made a mistake)! For my first motel experience it was great. If you want to experience friendly staff then visit this location. The motel itself was clean, expect for one of the towels in the bathroom, it was dirty. So it was probably overlooked by mistake. Checking out was a smooth process, no waiting.

Ok, no frills last minute choice. Wish the house keeper would have know that 3 adults were in the room as there were not enough towels and had to ask for more the first day. It would have been nice for the entire stay. Had to search the room for elect sockets and found them behind the bed…

The staff were very friendly and personable. Especially miss wendy. She helped me to get a room more quickly and easily. You all there are just the greatest. Room was very comfortable and cool and affordable.

Service people come in. Too early to Trabagar and make a lot of noise and do not let sleep your bathroom smelled of trenage.

This is my second time I stayed here… I like the environment. Lots of restaurant around… coin laundry just across the street… and few minutes to DISNEYLAND. Nice and professional staffs… Thank you so much.

I've never had any issues here. The staff and the manager are always friendly and accommodating. The rooms on the main building are good and rarely have any issues. The other building is a bit hit or miss. Nothing major to me, A. C. Or plumbing issues, and they are always helpful about it. I have seen a microwave and/or mini fridges in some motel 6 locations and would love to have that available here if ever possible.

The stay was great! It's not the Ritz but I wasn't looking for that. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Would definitely stay at a Motel 6 again when I'm traveling. The Only thing that I would have appreciated would have been a coffee maker in the room but there was some at the front desk so not the end of the world.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Very close to Disney and other parks. Only the rooms had a microwave and refrigerator.

Nice staff, cheap prices even on the weekends. Coffee and tea in office every morning at 5am. Maid services good. Rooms appear clean at first glance, but within an hour or so I noticed my feet were black from the tile floor and shower had mildew and hair. Other than that our stay was pretty good!

Best of all was the attention of the receptionist very good place to be.

Always friendly, the rooms are decent for the price you pay! The staff there is top notch! My only complaint when I checked in the sink still had hair from somebody shaving! Yuk! That's why the four stars.

Karla is very sweet and accommodating. I've stayed at this location numerous times and cant help but notice constant smiles. Really seems like the manager has found the key in earning respect and getting good workers. Kudos.

Clean room, good service for value for money. OCTA bus service in front of the motel and convenient to use.

Great for travellers on a budget. Good location with bus outside front door. Staff very friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Rooms basic, no fridge/microwave /kettle etc so all food needs to be brought daily which could be a deterrent. Overall a pleasant experience made so by the staff at reception and the housekeeping team. Would stay again :)

The staff were extremely nice and helpful, the room was always clean and nice. Some times we who stay, get very lonely. The maids, security, and office staff were very nice, and understanding. Its nice to have somebody to talk to. The coffee was top rate!

Other than the cable breaking up, it was a very pleasant experience. Rooms are really clean and beds are comfortable. Air conditioning works extremely well. 12 — 15 minutes from Disneyland and easy enough to get there. We would come back again.

Mary is the lady who checked us in. She was really nice. Stayed for a couple days. Wendy helped us out with a few things. Been here before. Wish there are more employees like Wendy, she's always eager to help someone and she's always nice and with a smile. No problems on our stay, as always. Of course, wish the prices were a little lower but other than that, this location is one of the best ones Motel 6 has.

The staff are very respectful and professional they know the meaning of customer service and how to treat hotel guests if could I come would give them 100 stars. The cleaning people are kind, helpful and and very pleased with the performance of this hotels crew. To the people who checked me on you are warm and professional and very fun. Those is how a hotel should be run. Where the guests come first and the staff are warm welcoming and friendly and the cleaning crew top notch. Thank you for making mine and my families stay a pleasant and memorable stay.

They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable thank you. Nice clean rooms. Close to everything. Burger place next door. Bus stop outside that takes u to Disneyland. Shops across the road. Great pool. Great price! Don't expect anything fancy though which is why it's cheap. Will definitely stay there next time we're in LA.

It was a surprising visit. I booked this room online (for 2 adults) about 4 days before and upon arriving to the room, I discovered a dead cockroach on the floor. Then later, I killed 3 others as they crawled out into the open. I'm 54 years old, and I've never in my life got a hotel room with roaches. I've stayed at a Motel 6 7 years ago in Carlsbad, and it was nothing like this location. Anyway, I called the front desk, and they switched my room which was a lot better. The first room didn't even look like it was cleaned… how could a dead roach be left behind. Once the person from the office arrived, she began to kinda yell at my guest as if I brought her in without them noticing. I've never had to "register" my guest with the front office, and I was told that they could take the money I paid for the room and they could kick me out for having her there. It upset me, because when I booked the room, I booked it as 2 adults, so if this was the policy, why wasn't I told at the front desk. Instead, I have hotel staff yelling at my girlfriend. My stay was ok besides those 2 issues, but it would be enough to deter me from staying there again. I've stayed at numerous hotels over my lifetime, and have never been in one that made me feel like this location did. I've decided not to place anything on Yelp, but since I got this email requesting feedback, I have to say how I felt. Thank you for listening.

With wood floors, the room got super cold super fast, and made it feel really empty. Especially without appliances like a microwave in the room, and such. I loved the stand in shower, but was weirdly positioned over the curtain instead of to the side of it, on top of accommodations only being a bar of soap, with no shampoo or conditioner. Otherwise very clean and very sound proof, so it was enjoyable.

Laura and Flor do a terrific job at night taking care of all the guests and ensuring the guests needs are met. Their customer service skills are pleasing in stressful situations. They're willing to think outside the box to satisfy the guests Needs. I'm sure I'm not the only guest who's expectations were surpassed with Flor and Laura taking care of them. The over night girl and early morning one as well, they both also do a great job at smiling and greeting every guest with A smilie, even when systems are down and it's cash only… well done team!

The duty manager Mary was extremely helpful and courtesy as well as caring towards guests. She is a jewel in the Motel 6 crown and one of the main reasons I will be returning to Motel 6 in Stanton California. Mary (the duty-manager) made my stay at Motel 6 in Stanton worth while as I have stayed at this property many times. Her being on staff has improved the property greatly and the room and guest services was good. The only complaint I have is the laundry room should be opened later or 24 hours like it had been in the past. As I like to use the laundry after I come back to the motel late at night and the laundry room is closed. So that's the only complaint I have is if the laundry room could be available to guests 24 hours again.

Customer Service was great. Gentlemen at the front desk were very professional and accommodating. Same however cannot be said for cleanliness of the room itself. It was not terrible, it was organized; however, covers and pillow cases appeared dirty or too old. The room felt dirty and non sanitary. I would recommend this Motel to anyone traveling by, however I would warn them that they do get what they pay for.

Front staff (specially Joseph and Mary) is great at customer service and answered every question with great enthusiasm and professionally. They even went beyond to make our stay more pleasant. However shower area seems bit tight and no lock on door that makes female bit uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Motel 6. Thank you for everything.

The rooms here are very comfortable and clean. Front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. The location is in an okay area just needs a few restaurants closer to it. But there are plenty within reasonable driving distance. It could use some more parking spots. But overall great nights stay and definitely will stay again.

Overall the room was great and the hotel was just fine. Although I wish the bathroom was cleaned a little better. There was still hair and other fluids on the toilet seat that were pretty offputting. Other then that it was just fine! The price was much higher then I have ever paid for a motel 6 also. At 105 bucks a night, I should have paid for a nicer more well furnished hotel for the price.

IBooks my room online, and took my confirmation number to the motel. When I got there there were no rooms available and my booking could not be honored. Evidently the online system and the system at the site worse overtaxed, and an overlap occurred. The young lady behind the desk explained that it's rare, but once in a while it happens. Apparently during a convention on a Saturday night late there is a run on this little place. Were a bit unruly and the security guard was standing by in front of the desk, obviously looking out for the clerk, but it was very very pleasant to everyone smile on his face and helping and haven't answer questions. He didn't work for Motel 6, he was a third party contractor. As she was apologizing to me, he called me over and said let me give you a hand maybe there's something I can do. He picked up his personal cell phone, called his counterpart at another Motel 6, and then another Motel 6 — until he was able to secure a room for me. — Hey look man I booked in advance had a confirmed reservation — went to the hotel — didn't get a room — and I couldn't even be mad about it! Later on Motel 6 sent me a voucher for a free night in the mail. I never even asked for it. I feel like I hit the lottery!

The staff was super friendly and the one who checked us in had a great smile and sense of humor. The first room wasn't to good. The a/c didn't work. But within a few minutes of calling the front desk someone was there to look at it. It couldn't be fixed, they moved us to another room. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and relaxing. We always stay at Motel 6 when we travel and we were not disappointed. Thank you!

It was a good stay but I did see a critter in our room on the last day. It gave me the willies and I realize that lots of people stay there so it may have been brought in by a guest. I always stay at a motel 6 and this is the first time that has happened. Other then that it was a good location for the things we had planned. I even got to have my daughters friend stay without fee because the person checking us in was very sweet.

Location was easy to find. Room was clean, overall decent stay. Not bad, but not amazing. Check in took about 40 minutes due to many people checking in at the same time and only 2 staff members. Staff was very friendly.

The girl at the front desk was friendly. She gave us a free Wi-Fi code, which was nice. The room was clean and adequate as expected. $55.99/night during the week isn't bad. I'll be back…

I Have been staying at Motel 6 about 2-3 days a week and I've never had any problems. The office staff are very friendly and have always given me outstanding customer service. Merye, Flor, Brenda, Lilly & Wendy are very nice and helpful.

I've always enjoyed my stay at this location. The staff is courteous. The room is always clean. The Internet access always works.

Rooms kinda dirty and small… no free Wi-Fi… lots of riff-raff… but its affordable and I can bring my dog into the room.

I'm not going to explain my situation but I will explain this… I have used motel 6 for more the 7 years (and by use I mean it is the only place I have stayed. ) but this location really upset me to where I don't think I will be using them again. If I could give it zero stars I would. The rooms were dirty and you feel like you are sleeping in an ashtray. "general manager" is a really snotty and would not accommodate us causing us to check out a day early and go a mile down the road and book a hotel through another company.

Man I understand the complaints… but them people just out on they luck. thank god they can afford to stay somewhere… it aint the Hilton no, but its safe. Those Hoodlums and rift rafts keep to themselves… rooms is cool flat screen. Cool channels… Would recommend to anyone in that situation… Life is tough,,,, stop judging. Stayed a month after my lady kicked me out… Best stay ever.

This is an above average Motel 6, we stayed 28 days in 2014 with no problems at all. We are receiving the same great service again this year.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Motel 6 in Stanton. My room was clean and fresh smelling, the grounds were well maintained and the office staff were friendly, courteous and very professional. It was quiet and conviently located to shopping and restrurants and they also provided a clean, well lit laundry room for guests.

Great for the price. We needed a room while going to Disneyland. Was close drive and safe, clean hotel. Would do it again.

The rooms have just been renovated. Comfortable beds and the hardwood floors make for a very clean stay. Only con is the narrow shower stall but still much better than another motel down the street.
