The key cards where not working properly, and also the front desk disabled the keycard and was already telling us we need to vacate the room when it was paid for one more day. It was a little frustrating. But everything else was good.

I would more accurately put 3 1/2 but the front desk man radioed in a crib but gave us no confirmation, gave us blankets for the pull out bed but nobody from housekeeping brought sheets housekeeping phone went to voicemail twice in a row.

Great stay! Room in excellent condition and the staff was so helpful and friendly.

Staff were great but location was not. Drunks and undesirables frequenting the place… police on scene both nights I was there. A bit noisy with truck traffics coming in and out at the Flying J, but the air conditioner drowned that out… little sleep with it cutting in al night. A coffee pot in the room would have been a nice touch. Wouldn’t stay there again. Sorry.

This hotel served its purpose. It was a decent place to sleep. The table lamp had one bulb connection hanging down and the light still worked. One of the lights over the bed was broken and had a piece hanging out. The floor is a hard surface, which is nice, but it was very dirty. I'm not sure the last time it was mopped. The shower was ok except water was spraying out of the connection to the pipe. The shower head needs to be reconnected properly.

From the moment I checked in I was skeptical about the location. Did not sleep well at all and if we had checked in before it was getting dark would not have stayed. Felt that there were drug transactions and probable prostitution and location was directly next to truckers truck wash and gas station. Was awakened by fight taking place and loud shouting. Felt very unsafe and would never recommend staying here. Was advertised as newly opened but this was false advertising as it apparently is still under renovation and taken over from previous owner.

Stopped there paid over $100.00 with included breakfast. No breakfast only cranberry juice and coff, no milk or cream only powder. Had to go eat somewhere else and pay for it. BUT worse, left my grand daugghter 14 year old in the room as she was sick while my husband and I went 3 doors down to grab something to eat, about 5 min after we left, a woman with a key card walk in the room and when she saw my granddaughter turn around and left very quickly, not a very secure place, would never go there again.

TRUCKERS, This place is telling you what they think about you by putting a fence up around the place to keep you and me from parking your truck and walking to your room. This is an insult to me. I will take my purple fun bucks up the road. Too bad because I used to like this place and this chain.

Very bad hotel, old equipment, faucet leakage, bathtub can not be drained, booking when the page noted (including breakfast) but the fact that there is no, room service did not complete cleaning work, soundproofing equipment is very poor, such a restaurant to continue to deceive customers very much do not recommend the choice of this hotel accommodation.

BE ADVISED — — — THERE IS NO FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST — or not at least when we went during the last week of December. Call and ask ahead. We needed an affordable place to stay and booked a queen room. After paying we asked the lady at the counter what time the free continental breakfast started in the morning and she said, "oh we don't have that anymore. " This is false advertising, the website clearly says "free continental breakfast, " which is why we decided on this hotel over another one since we could save time in the am. Definitely not acceptable. The queen room also had no refrigerator, microwave and no blow dryer so come prepared. Also we barely got there after a long trip, used the restroom once (we did not overfill with paper or anything of the sort) and flushed the toilet only to find it would not flush. After immediately calling the front desk, all they could do was give us a plunger to use. The whole night we had to plunge the toilet each time we wanted to flush. Terrible experience.

Great service we have used them before and always a restful night, this time we booked a three day weekend and it's the Christmas anyone could have thank you Red Roof Inn for being there and God bless them.

Breakfast was advertised but not offered. Then was horrible. Shorted us some towels. People coming into our room before checkout time. All in all an awful experience.

2 1/2 STARS. Picked this Motel because of the location and price (after tax low 70's) Room is clean. The two big problems… 1) No hot water in the shower. Sorta warm 2) Wifi is terrible. I'm here for work and I had to use the hot spot on my phone. The room does have a frig, microwave and nice easy access desk. Two light fixtures not work. What is it with Hotels/Motels and terrible Wi-Fi…

We book a room here last weekend and left my sons soccer jersey behind. The staff was kind enough to get in contact with us. If we did not retrieve the jersey my son would not have been able to play in this weeks game. During our stay the staff was friendly and they have breakfast available in the morning. Great room for great prices!

Nice place, fast friendly checking in attended, rooms nice, lots places to eat. Reasonable price for room off of expedia.

A very clean place to stay, very close to places to eat. There is a truck stop right next door. Let me tell you, the place is so sound proof you don't hear the noise at all.

This place is mediocre @ best. The first room we were in smelled vey musty and the air conditioner was so lowd it vibrated the walls in the bathroom. The staff was very nice and moved us to another room much nicer but the new wood laminate floor seem to be installed by someone who did not chek the floor and fix any of the dips to be able to level the now damaged areas resulting in heavy dips in the new floor. The refrigerator was very small but being on the floor I had to almost get on my knees to use it. A person with any handicap would not be able to use it. The pool should have some kind of privacy from the parking lot. And the pool maintenance area for the pool was an eyesore. Two stars was generous. The staff was very nice and worth the other star.

Stayed here several days 3 years ago and although rates were decent I had bog problem with the management.

The room was fine except for the old, pealing shower and tub. There was no way I was going to use it!

Had a great time. Pool was nice, people were friendly, room was inexpensive, breakfast was pretty good.

Cheapest room in pricey Palm Springs. Room was clean and roomy but I did not appreciate being awoken twice by cleaning staff asking what time I would be leaving the room.

It's better than Motel 6 or single chain roach motels, and that's about it. I've stayed here 4-5 times with work, and every room I've been in is old, dilapidated, smells funny, and has the worst beds I've ever slept on. The management is courteous and does a good job, but the rooms are very run down. The mattress you get will either be rock hard to the point that you wake up sore, or will be so overly soft to the point that it almost feels like a broken frame or box spring. The housekeeping knocked every single day I was there for work, which kept me out late into the night, so I needed to sleep until approx 11:00. I talked to the clerk and hung a sign on the door. Still, every morning they woke me up HOURS before I needed to be awake. All in all, I would never stay here if it weren't provided by work. I wish they'd just give me the cash and let me rent my own room so I didn't have to stay in such a bad motel. I would suggest finding accommodations elsewhere.

Its by a trailer truck station, which leads to alot of older disrespectful men, trying to soon to hurt a young lady, I can be wrong but by staying there a couple nights, I've Experience it a lil. I thought I just share my opinion, but other than that's pretty nice comfy stay about the rooms expectations.

It is very good choice for a good night's sleep.

Had a pool and a hot tub, refrigerator in room, decent channel selection, couch, and cheap rates. Staff was a bit unfriendly as we didn't have any hot water. Room was a bit dirty looking with stains but it was somewhere to sleep other than bumming in a semi truck all day. Would stay here again though.

Cheap hotel near Casino. Outdated look and feel but served its purpose for one night.

Didn't even get a room. Tried to call ahead for twenty minutes for a room with no answer. Showed up to the property to find the clerk hanging out with a friend outside. No cordial greeting, no apology, just a blank stare expected of two hens clucking away. Was offered no further assistance. Lousy lousy customer service.

We were looking for a least expensive pet-friendly place with reasonable reviews. The hotel was exactly that — inexpensive look and feel, but everything is clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Wi-Fi not working at all. Toilet needed tinkering to stop running constantly, but no big issues. It was $75 plus tax, no extra charge for pets.
