Whenever I’m in Palm Springs, I always stay at Santiago Resort. The BEST staff, amazing atmosphere and friendly guests! I can never get enough of this desert oasis. 😎👍🏽🌴☀️💕👨🏻‍🤝‍👨🏼🎉

This is our? time here. I’ve seen a lot of changes over the years. Different owners and staff. However, it has always been for the better.
They have really stepped up to the plate to make a safe and comfortable atmosphere.
The staff really cares about your needs and a superb understanding of what customer service is, and how to make it happen.
The management under Kent’s leadership is fabulous and it shows in the details.

This was an amazing stay! The staff was the friendliest I’ve ever experienced, who worked endlessly to be outgoing and make you feel at home. The other guests were all super friendly, and we left with many new friends. The rooms were super clean, the pool was crystal clear, and the included daily lunches were a perfect touch! I highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a truly classy gay resort to stay at. It exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds!

The friendly staff provided excellent customer service and bumped it up to extraordinary service when I had my accident requiring absolute bed rest. They provide wonderful and delicious breakfasts & lunches each day. Cantina service throughout the day. Quite a large, refreshing pool. Misters throughout.

Amazing hotel! Great rooms, very friendly staff and very large pool. The breakfast is simple but tasty and they also offered a complementary lunch (wraps, salads). The area around the hotel is quite calm, but it only takes a short ride to the city center. We will definitely come back.

Staff and service is great. The resort is just the right size and the staff is superb. Very welcoming and kind. The room was fantastic. Great to have breakfast and lunch provided too. Nothing fancy but hits the spot. We'll be back.

Great place. Owners are nice. Breakfast and lunch included. If the pool had some shady areas it would be a perfect place.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Wonderful atmosphere and environment. The team were really welcoming and friendly, the room spotless and the bed comfortable. As a rule, we never stay at the same place twice as we like to explore new hotels and destination, but we will happily return here. Highly recommended.

Santiago was a really great getaway. It's very peaceful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I found it hard to tear myself away from the pool and the view of the mountains until the sun went down. And, after getting back at night, I was back in the pool looking up at all the stars. Its a really special place and I hope to be back soon.

Lovely gay men's resort. Nice rooms and pool. Can't wait to come back. I really can't say how much I enjoyed this place. The staff was great, the room was great, the atmosphere was great! Five stars all around!

I planned a mid-week getaway for myself to relax, reflect and recharge. I had never been to a gay resort and did a lot of research of reviews to ensure this would be the relaxing trip I desired. Upon arriving early I was surprised to find my room ready early and they were more than happy to accommodate me. I chose a downstairs suite in the corner away from the pool for the extra quite. Unfortunately this is the — 1 star part. The walls/ceilings are thin and I could hear footsteps among other noises easily. They also had to replace a large piece of machinery that afternoon and it was right outside my window and lasted for hours. Now lets get back to the good stuff. The pool was perfectly clean and warm. The jacuzzi was a good temperature too. My favorite was having huge hammocks on the lawn. There was a gas powered fire pit that was great at night and they had a designated smoking table off to the side for those that need it. They are building an outdoor shower as well that was t quite ready for my visit. The cantina was a wonderful add. Tea, coffee, lemonade, snacks, pastries, cookies you name it were available all day everyday. The breakfast was lovely as well. They cater lunch everyday of your stay as part of the $8 resort fee. Most of the staff were really friendly and great. Shout out to Kent and Ryan and a couple other men that honestly never stopped working to ensure the grounds were kept immaculate.

I've stayed here every year for 20. Outstanding in every respect. Great, helpful staff, beautiful layout, clean, guests tend to interact because the place is so friendly. Highly recommend. I'm here for 3 weeks this year and totally content.

Excellent staff makes up for any shortcomings (not many) I do wish the spa was bigger. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for when all amenities are considered.

It's kind of pricey but the place is very clean and they have a great breakfast food selection. It is small maybe 14 or 16 rooms nice clean pool and jacuzzi. There's a fire pit and the guys I met were nice. They put out fresh towels for the guests so you don't have to go back to your room to get a towel. It is a gay men's resort.

Amazing atmosphere. The staff is top notch and very welcoming. It was the perfect getaway for me and my boyfriend. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing resort, clean and with great atmosphere. The staff is incredibly nice and will do everything to make you feel home. One of the greatest things about this resort is the fact you don't see much of the staff hanging around you all the time. They're available of course yet let you feel totally home. Free snacks and drinks are available 24/7 whick makes it perfect… They eveb order you lunch so you won't have to leave the pool. Will definately come back.

We stayed for a week. The resort was very nice, clean and well maintained. Our room was very cozy with a sitting area, comfortable bed and large shower. Complimentary breakfast and lunch were a big plus and delicious. Kent, the General Manager is super sweet and has the best recommendations for dinner spots. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Palm Springs.

Absolutely LOVE it here. Beautiful sights, fun staff, cool guests make this our MUST stay resort. Music is also perfect during the day. Heaven on earth.

Santiago is a clothing optional resort and hotel for gay men. We were there visiting a friend, so we didn't stay overnight, but we thought it was really nice, and with a fairly attractive crowd (if that matters to you). I wish it had a bar, but other than that I really enjoyed my time there and will seriously consider staying there the next time I'm in Palm Springs.

Have been coming here for years. In fact, I met my husband at this very resort. Was fearful when I heard new owners took over because I always really liked this place. Thrilled to say the new owners have made this place even better. From the second we entered the property the service has been wonderful. And THAT is a rarity in Palm Springs. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the room is clean and well appointed. And the gardens and foliage is abs purity gorgeous. It's quiet and peaceful and they even serve a very nice continental breakfast and lunch! Love this place!

My partner and I have been going to Palm Springs for 5 years and have stayed at another resort and we needed a change for a more modern resort and came across Santiago. So we booked a 5 day stay during the Memorial Day weekend. We had such an amazing time the staff was amazing and very accommodating. The resort served a bountiful continental breakfast and ordered in a boxed lunch daily from a wonderful gourmet deli it was delicious. The snack room stayed open 24/7 with unlimited soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, hot cocoa & snacks. The rooms were so spacious clean and with modern plush bedding it was so comfortable. The bathroom which is important was large and spacious with a modern shower and all amenities. The grounds were well kept and the pool was always sparkling. The resort was sold out and the guest were very fun to hang with and socialize no attitude. We will definitely be booking another stay in the future.

I thought this place was wonderful. Staff was great they did an amazing job. Very low key here other guest were friendly. The landscape is stunning with the pool and the mountains also probably one of the best pools around. Breakfast is good and the lunch is even better it comes in handy. Can easily save money for lunch. I would definitely be staying here again.

Always a really great experience at the Santiago and we will return! Super friendly staff, ever available for the even the smallest issue. New ownership and consequent renovations did invade our privacy during our stay but all for the good longer term. Our suite was very comfortable and tastefully furnished.
