My husband and I stayed here overnight to celebrate our anniversary. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and inviting. The biggest disappointment we had was with breakfast. The eggs were some kind of garlic chive, the smell and taste was way too strong for the first meal of the day. The coffee tasted like it was made from already used grounds and watered down. There was a make your own waffle station but I didn't get a chance to make one, there were only two waffle makers that a lady occupied while making waffles for her whole family. They ran out of plates and forks so the attendant put out paper plates and plastic cutlery. We ended up eating at McDonalds. I think next time we will bring groceries and cook our own breakfast in the room as it was well equipped to do so.

Great place… I enjoyed my stay. Nice rooms with a full small kitchen and pots, pans, and dishes… only 4 stars because it was always hot in the hallway and the dinner was not good at all. FYI the breakfast was great!

For the value it's a definitely a 5 star hotel, but without factoring in the prices it's a solid 3. The pullout bed is uncomfortable, the bathroom for the suite is inside the bedroom, and the pillows are not very full. Overall though I would definitely return due to the value, but it is definitely not a high-end resort.

Pool a bit small for the size of hotel. No closing drapes in living room where our children slept. Notified front desk first night. Not resolved after two nights. No linens provided for sofa bed. Had to ask at front desk and fitted sheet had dark stain. Only 3 sets of towels in room at arrival. Had to ask next day. Room never cleaned and bed never made. Good breakfast and light dinner. Nice hotel but disappointed on the above.

I checked in through the app the day before and arrived at the hotel around 3pm and there were many guests waiting for their rooms. Our room wasn't ready until after 6pm. Pool was cloudy, room was clean, full kitchen, super small dining table especially for a 2 bedroom suite, and only provided 1 large towel in each bathroom. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast buffet at the lobby. BEWARE: 4g network is almost non existent there. You have to connect through their Wi-Fi to get any service in the hotel.

Checked in and the microwave was dirty, and there was food on the floor. The second night we were not given towels and the bathroom was not cleaned. The beds were half way made. About 2 hours after we checked out we realized our daughter had left her blanket on the sofa sleeper. Called immediately knowing were it was and the housekeeper never turned it in. Very disapointed with this hotel.

El hotel estaba muy bonito! La habitación tenía una pequeña cocina y un pequeño comedor, una sala y la recámara estaban juntas pero muy amplias. El baño sólo tenía regadera sin bañera. En el servicio si fallaron un poco porque mande a pedir sábanas para el sofá-cama y no me las llevaron. También estaba sucio el edredón de la cama pero cuando los llamé si me lo cambiaron. En el cuarto de mi suegra dice que estaban sucias las sábanas y habían basureros con basura todavía. El desayuno incluido estuvo muy bueno y la experiencia también.

Nice, spacious rooms and friendly service. Nice social hour with free drinks and food. Housekeeping strangely gave us fresh towels, but didn't take the old ones or even make the bed up.

I stayed in room 353, 2 queens, 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. Really well maintained all hotel. The sofa bed is without linen but if you ask to front the you can pick up all in one bag (linen, pillow and blanket) from them and its easy to make it. Also from Mon-Thu you can enjoy and complimentary evening cóctel.

Great customer service, I had an issue with the digital key and the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and even brought the key card to my room when the digital key didn't work. The room was nice and spacious, perfect for a night stay while visiting family. Great to have the full kitchen available for use. Having the bedroom separate from the rest of the space was great for noise reduction as room was by stairs. Overall great experience would stay again.

Excellent hotel with a new look, the rooms are spacious and clean, they have excellent service and a pretty good breakfast. The hotel has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, computer center and gym. In the evenings from Monday to Thursday they have a conviviality in which they serve different dishes and the beer and wine are complementary.

ENJOY COLD SHOWERS? I stayed at this property for three nights. Each morning I told the front desk that our room had no hot water. Three times the front desk told me it would be fixed quickly. It was never fixed and each morning I took a shower without hot water. When I checked out I was never asked if I enjoyed my stay. They probably didn’t want to hear my response. Oh yea, the hotel is currently being remodeled too.

Loved this place. Very spacious and had everything you need in the kitchen. Also AC worked great and was close to an Applebees and a quick drive anywhere. Only think I didn't like was how to get into the hotel parking lot. But the breakfast was great just be sure to get up early to beat the crowds.

Love this place! Always welcoming staff at the desk and the breakfast buffet is excellent, along with the happy hour in the evening. We really felt right at home with suite and our dog was able to enjoy the cool room with us. Discounts apply when you join their honors program and some apply the AARP discount. Check with the front desk at check in. I will always look for a Homewood Suites in my area of travel. Tucson's got one at the St. Phillips Plaza and the river walk. I would recommend this hotel to my visiting friends and relatives. Best thing is, they welcome your well behaved dogs as family.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. (When looking beyond what was being done to the hotel) Good amenities and location. The bed was comfortable and the staff nice. The rooms are spacious and accommodating. My issue is in 2 areas. First, they were having renovations but that wasn't disclosed upon booking, which is kind of annoying. The last thing you want to see is dirt, dust and huge remodeling bins in the parking lot/hotel, especially on a special occasion stay. Second was the breakfast. I travel frequently, and have stayed in many different class hotels. This breakfast definitely wasn't great, which is confusing since the name denotes the Hilton umbrella. I would say this is a decent hotel for a one night stay.

The jobs are very helpful and friendly. I feel like family. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal because it is near a park, the UCR campus in Palm Desert, the petrol stations and more.

This is a lovely welcoming place. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Morning breakfasts are varied and yummy. Many people staying here with their children. Dogs, bicycles or other stuff yet the hotel still has a sense of quiet and ease. It is very pleasant. Employees are smiling and helpful. All greet you and wish you a good day. Nice.

Food was OK for microwave. Furniture had some rips and a little dirty. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean. Had a very nice time. Understand that it is going to be renovated very soon, good it needs updating.

Could be better but it seems like they are understaffed or poorly trained or both. Stayed over a busy Labor Day weekend. First assigned room smelled like a diaper so got a different one which was fine. Key cards would stop working each morning. Housekeeping service just didn't come one day. No linens in room for the hideaway bed with super thin mattress. Nice rooms with kitchen and good shower. Better value elsewhere. Skip it.

Quiet and clean location with friendly staff. Near numerous eateries. It is located just off of I 10 making it an ideal spot for those traveling through the California desert communities.

Very cozy. The staff is really friendly. They know alot of their guests by name. Location is great. The mall and outdoor shopping is 10 minutes away. The rooms are kept clean. We will definitely return.

I’m writing this because of the very poor treatment I was given by the management at the Homewood Suites in Palm Desert, Ca. I hold a 3 day Golf tournament every July (my 27th year) and have never had any problems with hotels or golf courses we play until last week. I had made my reservations back in January 2017 for 30 rooms. I never know the exact number of rooms we will need until a couple of weeks before the tournament but generally it is a round 30. This was the third year staying there but I found out they had a new Sales Manager That is when things started to get strange after I first spoke to the new Sales Manager back in May. Since she was new I wanted to go over everything to make sure things were okay and how we had done things in the past. On Friday afternoon July 7 after I get home from work, I checked my e-mail and see I have one from the Sales Manager. When I open it, she is informing me that my whole group has been moved to another hotel because they are over booked for that weekend. I call her but a course she is gone for the day. I finally get in touch with her on Sunday and explained that this late date (people coming in from all over the US) and not knowing anything about the hotel they were trying to move us to) I said it would create a lot of problems for us. She said she couldn’t help me and that the General Manager would call me the next day to talk about the situation. Well this is where the really bad treatment starts.

Hotel is not too big but that's a plus in my opinion. Rooms are really spacious. Pool is a bit small but not many people use it, probably due to the extreme heat in the summer. Hotel offers complimentary breakfast and an evening social dinner (Monday to Thursday). Hotel has a little convenience store right at the entrance. Gym is small but has all the basic equipment. Overall, good location and good amenities.

Great size room! Couch and full size kitchen. Very clean. Ac is a little old school but I was never too uncomfortable. Great view overlooking the pool. Will stay again for sure.

Our room was great. We were surprised to see the the police in the lobby. The hotel had called the police about some guests that had violated hotel rules and the hotel management couldn't decide whether to have them removed or not.

Location is pretty good. It's not far from the main city and is close to the Interstate. Rooms are adequate and have everything you need in them. Perfect location for a great getaway!

Cane for Coachella, hotel was clean but didn't have a rollaway like we requested.

Homewood Suites was clean, airy, and of excellent quality. I enjoyed my stay there, even though it was for one night.

The rooms are nice and spacious. While not luxurious or fancy, it's a nice room and is clean. The fitness center is okay, with two treadmills, an elliptical and a bike, as well as weights and heavy balls. Not huge, but I was the only one there, so it was plenty big. The free breakfast is good. No complaints from me.

Wonderful place to stay! Room was heavenly. We were so incredibly lucky to be able to stay in the 2 bedroom suite! Our check in was awesome thank you so much Colleen. This very nice Homewood Suites hotel is in a great location right off the 10 freeway in beautiful Palm Desert. We will be back :)

So im gonna lay it out on the line like this 7-8 months ago my mother and I stayed at the hotel, im not the kinda of person to lie play games or create problems because it is a waste of time but this is a true story. We were gone 15 minutes to the jack in the box right next door came back and my mothere went to look for her ipad to check us in to our flights and that was missing I went to look for mine that was missing, half of my clothes were missing her jewelry was missing also her brand new items as well, who ever did this stole about 2, 000 dollars worth of stuff and ive worked for Hilton chains for about 5 years also my mother works for corporate for blackstone who owns Hilton, the manger flipped out on us said we were liars the front desk staff was not checking id's to give out new keys was just asking the room number and handing them out, when the police officer arrived they would not even let us see the cameras, we found cloths hangers outside by the parking lot that where ours, the house keepers and breakfast staff hud;ed up and kept looking at us in a weird way, so either it was a inside job or somebody got keys to our room.

The hotel was very nice. We had a king bed suite. The breakfast was surprisingly good as well. But I don't know if they had let pets in the room because I came away covered with bug bites after one night!

What an AWESOME place. Complimentary breakfast and dinner, including drinks. Nice suites sleep 4. Small but adequate pool. Friendly staff while we were there. 2 thumbs up.

This place was compeltly disrespectful to our group, there was a noise complaint for another party and mistakenly blamed my group and I for the noise without even checking, they walk into our rooms without notice while we are SLEEPING, and tell us along with e sheriff's behind them we are being evicted from our room.

I truly enjoyed staying at the Homewood Suites. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The staff was great and hey! the free breakfast was great. Also, if you stay there, go to the Cork Tree Restaurant. Don't worry about reservations, you can always eat at the bar. Good food.

Fantastic hotel — price beat the Residence Inn two blocks away by over 25%. (and I am a marriott card holder). Stayed 8 days, loved everyone of them. Their evening 'light' dinners are anything but. They are all full meals with wine and beer included, and even fresh baked cookies on several evenings — once they had blueberry and double chocolate muffins from the Starbucks down the street. The morning breakfast is ample as well. They have a 100% guarantee and they meet it. Highly recommend. And will stay there again.
