Stayed in the lavender suite. Clean cozy and well equipped with everything you need. So much more intimate than a hotel. I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to connect to my phone or tablet but other than that we loved it!
When first booked this location, pictures of the property were great. However, this property was in a desperate need for repairs and renovations. For the price, you are expecting a cottage feel with great amenities, WRONG! Our Villa, was in needed repairs, the door knobs to the villa were barely secured to the door, back porch/laundry room smelled of busted sewage pipe, kitchen cheap/old appliances with grease stains on side of refrigerator. We had to wash dishes, as it seems they were rinsed off and put up dirty, the furnitures/decor looked as if it was purchased from a savage/yard sale. No A/C, ceiling fan didn't work, television-to small for the living room, bedroom lacked decor and in need of a new mattress. Pricey nIghtly rates for a stay at a rundown cottage, in a desperate need for some cottage upgrades. Management/owner, WORST customer service EVER! We checked out of this dump. Don't waste your money, for the price you can stay some place else in Laguna Beach.

Beyond our expectations, the cottage beach house was perfect for our local weekend beach excursion. The gardens are lovely, quiet and serene, the beds are comfortable, (+points for the linens) We can’t wait to go back.
