The only reason I am not giving them a 5 star is they were changing ownership and things were unorganized, and the furniture & floors were extremely dirty. Had the nice chair to sit in but was too scared because it looked like they had shot a porno on the chair in the room.

The only good thing I could say was the lady at the check in counter was very friendly. The rest was negative from there. The first thing I noticed was the carpet in the hallway leading to the rooms on the second floor was disgusting and in dire need of being replaced. This entire hotel is very outdated especially for the price for our room. The only thing that is updated is a flat screen tv. The breakfast is a typical hotel free breakfast. We ended up going to a actual restaurant. Over priced and not impressive at all. This company needs to spend money on some upgrading this hotel.

The receptionist is very nice. Her name is Amanda. Always smiling, greeted us courteously, very pleasant to talk to. I should say she is a great asset to your company. The whole family would want to go back in your hotel because of her kindness and professionalism.

Staying for a week for work. Rooms are ok, no frills here. They do have a a fridge and microwave, which is nice. Paint and caulking around tub are worn and need replacing. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is ok, but bacon tastes like cooking oil.

The rooms are real nice, the staff is very helpful. The pool is great, and they have a bar. If u need to get some much needed rest u can get it there.

We had 11 families stay for a baseball tournament and we were all HIGHLY SATISFIED. The staff was awesome. Kimberli was very accommodating and allowed us to use their lobby for our team meals. Fantastic hotel, friendly staff clean and quiet rooms and also a excellent pool.

When we check in there was no record of our reservation but got a room. Then went to dinner. On the way back noticed that the "a" in the Clarion sign was out. Got to our room only to find that the toilet was plugged. We had to change rooms. On of the elevators was out of order. The new room was hot and the thermostat was incomprehensible. We had to call room service and they made it work bur could not explain it. The light darkening drapes were not attached to the pull rod. The lighting was very poor. I had to crawl under the desk and disconnect the coffee maker to plug in my laptop. When we open the drapes in the morning the sheer drape had a big vertical tear next to a vertical repair. My conclusion is that management is letting it run down and will probably sell it soon. I would never stay here again.

It is what it is. This was the second time we stayed this month for business. The first time it was the only place we could find same day as we ended up in town a day early and the place we had reservations the next day was booked. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. We were tired and needed a place to lay our head and the room they had left seemed perfect. This time we booked both nights we needed to be in town there. The room worked well for our needs. The room needed a bit of work, rust in the sink, dirty tub. The hot tub by the pool was cold not hot. They need to fix the neon light outside. Just some fixes and they would be perfect.

Not a great experience, but not awful. The temperature control unit in my room didn't work. The breakfast is more extensive than similarly priced hotels.

Nice clean rooms flat screen TV friendly and helpful staff good security in the parking lot close to good food.

I stay in many hotels, 20+ nights a month, and this one is higher on my list of favs. Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Always make effort to get me my preferred room. Comfy beds. Clean. Actual cooked breakfast usually consisting of hash browns, fresh scrambled eggs (not powdered), fruit, biscuits and gravy, etc. It might not be the latest and greatest hotel but I've never left dissatisfied.
