This hotel left much to be desired, hot water in particular. Very dated bathroom, no tissues… not the nicest accommodations.

Bed was comfy and the room was clean but it’s obvious that there have been some unskilled repairs. It was very slow, only a handful of cars in the parking lot. We planned on breakfast at the hotel but when we went around 8 the room was locked and dark so we found our breakfast elsewhere.

Rude and disrespectful staff. Sorry you work at a motel in the ghetto. Don't take it out on me.

Just an all around gross place. The sheets were dirty, we couldn't open the door for the longest time. Staff wasn't very welcoming or helpful. The breakfast was gross and most of he food was expired. Not worth the money I paid for this.

Do not stay here! keep driving! this place is gross. We came off of a 14 hour travel day so we booked this hotel online. We were told that there would be no refunds since we booked it only an hour before and we werent worried about it since we had stayed at Ramadas before and it had always been pleasant. We got there and there was 3 teenagers checking in for a night of partying and hardly anyone else in the lot. The room was DISGUSTING. The door hardly closed, the carpet was lifting, the ironing board was black, there were stains on the walls, the shower was brown, the bed skirt was ripping off, there were unpainted patch work on the walls, and then there was a big brown stain on our bed! So we brought in our own blankets from the car and only got a few hours of sleep before we left again in such a rush to get out of there. I immediately called corporate, and they handed it over to the GM who said we couldnt get a refund but a discounted rate for our next stay… WHAT?!?! This was even after I sent him all of the pictures I took. Then he gave us the run around about getting a refund and its nearly been a month without the problem being solved. I cannot believe that they legally can even have rooms like that and charge 110 a night for it! This ruined our Ramada experience, understandably so, and I really am in shock they havent done anything to make it right.

The service is really good and the staff was really good to me. And the guy is at the desk he was very helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Ramada on Wible Road in Bakersfield. It was clean, a great price, and the free internet, free breakfast, microwave and refrigerator were wonderful. This is not the Hilton, but it is a comfortable and welcoming place to stay if you don't have a ton of money to spend on a hotel.

Dirty, dirty dirty. Stains on the bedspread and blanket. Hair in the bathroom. Just dirty.

Stayed here by accident (was looking for the other Ramada). The owner (I assume) seems to be the only one working there. Room was dirty, needed to be painted and carpet replaced. Breakfast was scary (moldy muffins), so we left in a hurry. I feel kind of sorry for the guy, but don't stay there. On the other hand, it made the next hotel we stayed in seem like a paradise.

DO NOT STAY HERE! By far the worst place I've stayed at in my life. I've stayed at much cleaner places in developing nations for way cheaper. The door would not close properly. The walls in the bedroom and bathroom had mucous and body fluid stains. The walls had holes. I did not sleep that night as there were drug deals going on in the parking lot. I was literally scared for my life but my wife was too tired to leave for another place (we were moving to California from Oklahoma and needed a place to spend the night). The guys who run it are from India. Personally, I'm disappointed as I'm an Indian as well. I've filed a complaint with Ramada group. These guys are a disgrace to this industry and Indians. Never again will I ever stay here or another Ramada Inn after this experience.

First of all, when is it proper for a hotel staff member to ask you where you are going when you leave. The guy at the front desk came running out of the lobby to our cab to ask us repeatedly this question. Scary and creepy place. Our first room had handles and doors coming off. I would save your money and stay at home. This place is nasty.
