Orale its awsome pool Jacuzzi n a gym n awsome staff. Especially the front desk clerk shes awsome on this date 7/27/18 highly recommend.

The hotel is in disrepair. TV did not work and ice machine on the third floor. Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Elevator did not even work. Stay away!

Staff was very nice and sweet, however the rooms weren't that great. They were musty and I could see mold in the bathroom.

Everything is old and feels cheap, room smelled of smoke, pack n play smelled of mold, only breakfast was decent. We've stayed at the Shilo Inns before this and for the same amount of stars that's a way better option!

All tough I needed an early check in I understand why my room wasn't as clean as I wanted but the staff was able to accommodate me by washing all of my pillows and bedding they are friendly and accommodating breakfast was outstanding.

Pray for Andrea to be on duty when you check in. She is super nice and very helpful! The other desk clerks not so much!

Upon first glance, it looks decent… but the overall state of the interior of the building is appalling. My room had a huge hole in the wall right beside the TV. I went to get a soda out of the vending machine and there was mold covering the bottom where the bottle drops into. I would give it one star, but the front desk agents were very nice.

Stayed for 2 nights. Staff was 5/5, very friendly and helpful. Room was average. However they never did manage to get more than 2 washcloths in a 4 person room. Biggest gripe was the hot tub. Plenty of dirt in the bottom… odd color… definitely did not have the relaxing feel of a hot tub. ETA: forgot about the internet… the internet was absolutely atrocious.

Rooms okay. Suppose to be a suite, but like most regular rooms w/refer & microwave. No stopper in vanity sink and no strainer on spout. The ice machines on all three floors did not operate and the pop machines for bottled water on all three floors were broken. This hotel was not our first choice, but no other hotels available. Too expensive for what was offered. Did not have their breakfast.

We stayed at the Quality inn in Yuma AZ. It was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel. We stayed from Friday Feb 9th to the 11th. We paid for 2 queen beds and got 2 full. When we told management she didn't care. Her words were… well we buy queen size sheets and they fit, so I don't know what you want me to do about it. I was a inconvenience to her. The hotel was not worth the 200 we spent on it for 2 nights. The breakfast was a joke. Made my husband and my son sick, no waffles like advertised, wallpaper was peeling off all the walls, sink was rusty, bugs in the hallway, nasty nasty rude management.

We stayed 3 nights, I called the hotel to book Because my husband is disabled and needs a chair height toilet. When we arrived they had us booked in a regular room… I asked the person at the desk if they had a handicap room she then called the maid to show me the room. It did have the high toilet and walk in shower… it did not have a desk or table. The flip lock on the door was broke, the sink didn't have a screen in it and splashed water All over. There was no hair dryer and when I asked the person at the desk the next morning for one I was told she had to wait for maintenance to get to work at 9:30 so she could get me one… handicap persons don't use hair dryers? I'M still waiting for it… On the plus side the bed was very comfortable. I did have a reasonable rate so all said and done I probably won't stay there again. Arlene.

Overall the hotel isn't too bad. The rooms were decently clean and the beds comfortable. I just wish they hadn't given me a room directly under a suite that was under construction.

Well it was quite busy with guest arrival but I finally got to my room. Yes there needs to be updates, although there are the beds and Tv updated it's basically the building is old. I like the beds and breakfast, they are both great and important to my stay. And they take dogs and I recieved my room free from my points u earned. I will give it a 4 star because of those reasons.

The service was great! But the facilities were very run down. The doors to the rooms were tattered, the carpet was permanently dirty and fraying in many places, the wallpaper was pulling off the wall, and there were silverfish on the ceiling when I woke up. I would never stay at that place again.

When I arrived they were having problens with their computers so I had to wait about 10 mins. No big deal. Bed is comfortable, TV remote volume does not work neither does the Guide. I have not had breakfast yet so I cannot comment on that. Bathrooms need major update. People at front desk seem friendly.

Worst hotel ever. Dirty, curtains were torn, and the entire 2nd floor smelled of cigarette smoke. I immediately went to the front desk and got a refund. Went a block away to the Radisson an d had an awesome an experience (same price).

Rooms are nice and large yes, but dont be fooled. Water smells like mildew right as you turn on the sink or shower. Bed leaves you itchy after staying in it. Internet barely works (not even 2mbps down) and crashes all the time. Microwave did not work and fridge froze all my food and drinks. And the curtains did not close completely letting people view in as well as light when trying to sleep. Front desk staff was at least nice and friendly.

The manager was very nice and accommodating, knowing we had our kids with us. She gave us a first-floor room and was very kind in every interaction we had. This hotel is a great value for the money. The beds are clean and comfortable and they have juice and snacks available all the time, and a great breakfast included in the room rate. We thought it was a great, friendly place.

All the people there always go way out of their way to make sure your stay as pleasant or if there's anything they can add to it to make it better for you.

Wanda the manager was very courteous when we arrived. We showed up an hour and a half early and she still allowed us to check in and let us know about breakfast time and pool info which I'm going to go enjoy after this review plus the air was on when we entered the room which was a major plus. Its close to major street and still in quiet area.

I wish I could put negative stars for this place. We used points that we've earned to get the "hot tub" room at this hotel. When we got to the room, we found that the nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. The faucet handles were broken off of the hot tub so we couldn't use it. There was a pile of dirt or something under the sink. Since we couldn't use the hot tub, we went out to the pool. It was disgusting! Like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks! The breakfast was good though. That area in the lobby was clean and well stocked. My wife and I were excited that we had earned enough points to get out of the house, away from the kids for a night. But this was a waste! We should have stayed home.

Room was spacious and very clean! Front desk was very courteous. Would stay here again.

This place is great! They treat you very well. Friendly staff. Includes BBQ evenings plus breakfast. Overheard some customers complain at the desk who really treated the desk clerk unfairly, but we had good service and are really happy with this place.

I have stayed at multiple Quality Inn's over the years but this one was nothing like the experience I have had elsewhere. Customer service is foreign to the desk personnel, who completely discredited the online website used for reservations then blamed the franchise holder for the decision of using them since they overcharge the customer. Rather than offering solutions, he was skilled at passing blame to everyone including the customer (me) for the situation. I will be back in Yuma next month but will not stay here. And will not recommend this specific hotel to any of my friends.
