The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff here is also very commendable as they're so friendly and accommodating.

Its worth the money and the scenery is amazing we live in cedar city up for a over nite trip and the lady up front office is really nice.

April is amazing and this is only place that work with me and give me a decent price for a week's stay. Rooms are large and clean, staff is friendly and accommodating. This is my go to for Payson.

The Front Desk and Staff are SUPERB!

Great staff. Very nice pool; and the location is great. There's a store across the street for anything you need. Laundry facilities on site; and hot coffee ☕ and fresh pastries and/or yogurt to help you get started. The restaurant is not open because of COVID-19; but we are looking forward to it reopening. Meeting and banquet facilities make this a great destination for many special occasions.

Beds are very comphy. Very accommodating.

The best pet friendly hotel I've stayed at. Large rooms with porch/balcony and large grassy area for dogs to frolic in.

We have been here about two weeks and the staff is OUTSTANDING. Very friendly all most like family wouldn’t recommend any other place but Quality Inn Payson Arizona.

Very good Hotel. We did stay February 5 to February 6 planning to leave on the February 6, but hotel resectionist suggested on day more to Feb 7 because historic storm highway 15 north is very bad.

didn't have to call housekeeping because everything was ok.

Checked in at 5pm. Dog hair all over bed. Called front office and the manger said "well I am the only one on duty sooooo… " I said okay… So can you just get sheets and I'll change the bed. She than responded, "well call me back in 20 min because I have to see if I even have clean sheets. Than you can come get them. She called back a few seconds later saying the maintenance man will drop off sheets, so that was nice I guess. The maintenance guy was nice but the night manager RUDE! It just seemed like we were an inconvenience for not having a clean bed, than I had to make it myself?

We often go to Payson for the weekend, have stayed at every hotel in town and this one is definitely worth it in every way! very peaceful rooms with a patio grass areas to walk the dog. And best continental breakfast hand's down they have an actual restaurant area with booths and an amazing selection of food! This is definitely our new spot!

Rooms were nice, comfy beds, bathroom was pretty big and clean. Breakfast had a decent selection of items. Service at the front desk was friendly.

Rooms where nice and big. Bathroom was small. Have to let water run in bathroom for 5 minutes to get hot water. Way to save water in Arizona. Time to upgrade to a better hot water system. $115 for one night never again. Staff if very friendly so that's a plus. But will stay here again. Will pay $10 more a night and stay at casino…

Excellent room space, shower was hot and great pressure! I loved the pool, suana, and hot tub! The exercise room was spacious and many different machines to workout with! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Big spacious rooms. A little dated, but it really didn't matter. Literally just stayed overnight, for a wedding so didn't use many amenities except for the free breakfast, which was awesome. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc. There was something for everyone!

The good, staff are friendly, beds are comfortable, coffee & tea in lobby all day, breakfast is good, not just a continental breakfast. The annoying, coffee maker in room didn't work, wrong carafe, requested a replacement and it didn't happen. Not a big deal we would stay here again. We didn't come here to watch TV, but had to reset the box when we did want to watch as the cable would lose a signal. Wifi was spotty at best and difficult to connect to. Overall a decent mid grade hotel.

Great service! American, English speaking employees! What a surprise to start with. Too. S at great. They all have a back door that opens to individual patients surrounding a lush green area with beautiful trees. The swimming pool sits in the center of that. Then the continental breakfast they serve is a REAL breakfast! Wish I could live here.

The staff was unbelievably kind. They had an amazing free breakfast. Clean, large rooms… we would definitely stay again!

Rooms are clean, nice pool n hot tub. The hot breakfast sucked, wasn't fresh, biscuits were hard, and the fruit was old. But in town you can always go to one of many fast food joints.

Room was clean and spacious. The young man working the counter must put in some serious hours. He was there at 7pm at check-in and 7am at checkout. He was very friendly and accommodating. Give him a raise.

When we were there last year, the pool was under renovation and the hallways smelled musty. This time it was much nicer. The rooms were comfortable and clean; I think it's a stretch to say they include a "kitchen", but they have a mini fridge and microwave. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good: there was a modest selection of breads, pastries, and cereals, some scrambled eggs, biscuits, and gravy, and a waffle iron. My husband and daughter enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Its a hotel. It has a bed to sleep in if you are tired. But, if you are looking for more. You better find somewhere else. No bed bugs that I could see. So, that's a plus. The pool is okay. Had the windows open in the middle of winter so it was freezing. I took the liberty to close those windows myself. Staff was not really helpful. Beats a nasty motel though.

It was pretty nice for the night until me and my husband found what looked like blood on our sheets and it definitely wasn't us we both made sure of it. For $105 a night not really worth it. And it wasn't a stain it looked pretty fresh. Other then that the breakfast was good and coffee was alright tasted like cheap hotel coffee still…

Room was very spacious and accommodating for my family of 6. Staff was courteous and friendly, and went above and beyond. Breakfast was really good. The hot tub was nice, but the pool was a little cold. One of the beds in our room was really hard, making it difficult for me to sleep on. Hopefully they will be updating the beds in the near future.

I enjoyed my stay. I liked that there was a sliding glass door to a back patio. The door was difficult to open though, could probably use some WD40 on the tracks you know? My main concern was the front door/lock though. There was a visible gap between the door and the frame — enough to expose the latch bolt for easy access without the actual key. Given the area it didn't bother me too much, but I didn't want to leave behind anything of value. The parking lot was well lit (at least where I was) so my vehicle felt pretty secure. Not many options out there, but I'd stay here again anyways. Good location!

Clean, quiet room. Complimentary breakfast was limited, but hot and delicious. The courtyard was big and open with beautiful pine trees. Our patio door lock was broken and replaced by a wooden stick. I wish they had more available outlets, or a power strip; most were occupied by the appliances. Other than the small issues, we will definitely return.

Location shows signs of a recent remodel. Not sure how recent, but I did have everything I expected to. My room was clean and obviously had been prepared properly. I also liked that the location was a no smoking area throughout. Place does not appear to have room service, what does have a introductory booklet in each room with various local details and numbers should you want more than the hotel offers. And also the breakfast bar was acceptable. While nothing to write home about, it did have several options and being self service allowed me to get the portion that I desired. Staff also seemed attentive approachable and friendly. I did not take advantage of the pool or the jacuzzi, but I did enjoy my one-night stay.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The check in experience was awesome. The room is just ok. It's clean but the amenities are weak and the room feels old with a new coat of paint. The heater is noisy. The room came with a frig but no microwave. Apparently those only come with a deluxe room. The breakfast is good. Many choices and a friendly attendant.

Nice location and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and grounds are kept up. Some older buildings but they seem to be working on improving them. Continental breakfast was included and decent quality as you might expect for a free breakfast… included waffles and biscuits and gravy and yogurts and muffins and coffee. We will stay here again.

This inn is well located with quick and easy access to interstate 15. I stayed as an overnight guest in the area on business. The room was clean. I had a room with a single queen bed. The room was spacious and well thought out. In addition to the bed the room had a small desk in the corner, a television, a fridge and a microwave. A doored closet with a full length mirror was in the shower hallway between the room and the door. The bathroom area was next to the closet, also with a door. The bathroom area was a good size with a large sink and space around it to maneuver. There was a shower/tub combo and the shower head was high enough for a taller person to use. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I did not sample the continental breakfast as I left too early, but one was available. A pool and hot tub area was available, though the locker facilities and exercise room were closed for construction. The pool was clean and the hot tub was hot. I would stay here again if the need arose.

A good value. The Tesla charging attracted me. Most hotels offering Tesla charging are more upscale; this place suits me better. Fairly good hot breakfast. Good Wi-Fi. Very nice, well kept, and comfortable rooms. I found the management to be very accommodating and helpful. I found the across the street Mexican Restaurant to be very good.

This is a very nice Quality inn. Large rooms and bathrooms. Nice hot shower with plenty of water pressure. Good beds. Bottom rooms have patios with access to the courtyard. Plenty of parking. Parking up front can accommodate large vehicles. A very nice breakfast room with well above standard service. Breakfast includes waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy along with cereals and yogurts. Hotel is also dog friendly.

Our granddaughter was getting married in the Payson Temple. This was the closest hotel to the temple. The people were very kind. The breakfast was good. We had a good time.

My husband and I booked a room here last minute to visit family that was in the hospital. The front office was very nice and realized they had a bunch of us with the same last name and put all our rooms next to each other. The bed was kind of old and hard to sleep on, but the room looked good. Like it was kept up well. The breakfast in the morning was good, especially for a Continental. Fresh biscuits and real eggs not the powder kind. The lady's in the breakfast room were extremely nice, walking around pouring fresh coffee and were very friendly. Would stay here again, just bring my own pillow.

Location is close to restaurants, stores, freeway access. Service is amazing, staff is friendly, accommodating and respectful. Rooms are cozy, pool/sauna are gorgeous, newly remodeled, cozy sitting area.

It was so nice not getting woke up by housekeeping early in the morning. The rooms was clean. For the time of season the decor was delightful. Best continental breakfast I gave ever had. The staff was friendly.

Our stay at the Payson, Utah Quality INN was excellent. We found the facility clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent in all interactions. Breakfast was also excellent. It is very convenient to I-15 and if traveling South of Salt Lake City, Provo, your morning traffic is excellent for the few miles you drive will save you quite a bit of time in the morning.

Its a nice hotel has a pool, hottub, and gym you can go to all night long… They also have family passes you can buy for $68 for a family of 6 then you can go to the gym and work out or you can take the kids swimming all year around…

I gave a 5 because the front desk was VERY professional and helpful. Stayed twice in a week on our motorbike trip to the grand canyon. Both separate nights were great. Got there, hopped in a warm pool, and then the jacuzzi while felt nice was full of debris, but. Wind was blowing hard that day. 2X queen room was nice size, beds comfortable and cozy. Free breakfast was adequate. The waffles (were great). The eggs (slightly bland), sausage (need more cooking time), and biscuits were fine.

We use to come to town and rent the king suite so we had room to visit with the grandkids, this time they wouldn't let us check into it, They said it is the "honeymoon" suite and no kids are allowed. They deny its a new policy, and This is no honeymoon suite, it is what any other hotel calls a king suite. What bothered me the most was how rude and bitchy the girl at the desk was about it, even though she was there the last time we stayed in it. Whatever. Then the 2 days we were there they treat you like an intruder, not a guest. We will not be staying there again, the staff and owners way of managing is stale and fails by comparison. When you have to listen to the staff complaining about the customers it makes you wonder why they are even in the hospitality business at all. Drive another 20 minutes and stay somewhere else… we will next time.

Easily the most beautiful Quality Inn I've ever stayed at! Full of rustic charm, and some of the friendliest and most professional staff I've come across in my travels! The lush scenery and abundance of butterflies right outside our room's sliding glass door made us wish we could have stayed longer! Plush pillows and a delightfully comfortable mattress!

It's good an walk across the street an good Mexican restaurant. Food is good. The drinks are great.

Had a great King deluxe room. Michelle checked us in with the best welcome ever… felt very welcome! Room was clean, property was well kept… breakfast was excellent. From start to finish everything went smoothly! Highly recommended!

Vety nice, large, clean room. The rooms all have either a balcony or small patio that opens onto a large and well kept green space. Our reservation was last minute on a holiday weekend AND we had our dog. We also needed toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush and a comb, which were provided by a friendly front desk staff. I will definitely revisit this inn on our next hiking outing.

The room we stayed in was plenty of room, it was cool which was nice since it was hot! The beds weren't the most comfortable hotel beds I have stayed on but not the worst. I did wake up with a sore back. Overall the whole place looked clean. Our room was clean. If we find ourselves in Payson again, I would stay there again. Nice people, clean rooms, decent local eats. Overall not horrible. We did not eat at the breakfast. We Checked out the restaurant at the little airport.

It's the staff that make this hotel special. Joy at the front desk gave great recommendations for places to eat and Joe the maintenance staff overheard us trying to find help for our vehicle problems and offered much appreciated personal assistance. It made our stay great.

A tiny bit grungy especially in the bathroom. The coffee pot is in the bathroom? They had a good breakfast. We would probably stay here again but not for more than $75.

My family frequents this hotel for our Payson activities. We are always satisfied with their service and quality. Recently, I left some clothing and they were very friendly and helpful in locating and returning my items. We recommend this hotel and will continue to return.

Very close to the Carreterra, the beds are very comfortable, and the employees were very friendly.

Room is simple but comfortable and clean. Internet was easy to access but painfully slow. TV was hard to use — maybe remote batteries are nearly dead — slow for the channel to change and then would skip a couple channels suddenly.

The rooms have been recently renovated. We had to have them change our sheets because it was very obvious they hadn't been changed previously. As we watched them change the sheets, they put the clean sheets on the floor, which didn't give me much confidence in the cleanliness of things. The bathtub was missing the drain plug, and there was the usual amount of gross debris that usually you don't have to see because of the drain plug. There was some rust and mold that could use cleaning also. I guess when you see one really bad thing, others start to stand out.

Very acceptable room, had a good sleep.

So terrible. They had bed bugs and I went and said something, and they did nothing about it! And also, this one employee was very rude and unhelpful. I believe her name was Sarah? But she was super rude and also, she won't let people just pay to go swimming! Terrible garbage.

The Quality Inn of Payson, Utah is an older hotel. They are on the process of renovating, but the stay was still good. The breakfast was first rate. The best part was the wonderful employees who did absolutely everything possible to make our stay great. The were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Staff was so kind and happy. Room was very clean. Peace and quite is what we wanted and we go it. Overall had an amazing stay.

Front desk staff appeared to be stressed. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Walls are paper thin. Patio door needed to be fixed. Nice patio but needed to be cleaned. Grass area very nice along with Pet area.
