This is one of the best places our family has ever stayed while in Pinetop! Super clean cabins, and super accommodating staff! We had a “Karen” staying here in a cabin by us who complained about everything, and that was soooo sad on her part. Maybe she should have stayed at “another place” with 24 hour room service. I can’t wait to bring my family again to this magical place! If you want to experience an amazing place where you get away from the crazyness of city life, we totally recommend this place!
Excellent place to chill with family and friends.

My family had a wonderful time here. Our kids had a blast in the snow and my dogs enjoyed playing in it as well. Well I should say one did lol the other wasn't too fond of it but once we bought booties for her she was just fine. We did have a bit of excitement as we found an elderly pup and took him in for a bit and with the help of the awesome human society he did find his home. I'm just so happy this resort is dog friendly because we had no fear helping the pup. I would highly recommend the resort.
