The two times I recently stayed there I was satisfied with the room. It was a comfortable bed. I was very happy with the bathroom at the most recent stay. It was designed for an elderly person in mind and I felt safe from falling. I would definitely stay there again.

I'm a minimalist; I don't want to pay for fancy frills that I don't need or won't use (pool, free breakfast, mints etc. ). This motel fit the bill perfectly. $50 a night. Great adjustable air conditioning unit that sits under the window. Thick curtains. Safe location. Well lit at night. High speed internet for an extra $5 a night. Clean rooms. Hot running water. Towels and soap provided (no shampoo or moisturizer). Nice staff. Just perfect.

I stayed at the motel 6 on Priest and Broadway. As I first arrived to the hotel, Stephanie was working at the counter and greeted me. She is very professional, warm and efficient at her job. 3 things I pay the most attention to. I will definitely return at this location and highly recommend it.

Me and my family were passing through and needed somewhere to rest for a few hours. The woman at the front was friendly and got us in a room right away. Excellent price and they offer up military discount. I loved the fact that the rooms were hardwood floors! Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, from front desk clerk to housekeeping and maintenance. The swimming pool was clean, cold, and fantastic for relaxing after a long days trip! Like many motels at this price the rooms could’ve been cleaner. I am very picky though! I’m giving 4 stars, minus one star for bathroom cleanliness.

I miss saves a little trepidatious for my friends are in the Motel 6. As if not always had the best experiences in the past. But I must say that is no longer my opinion! This particular property, he's not only above and beyond expectation, great price, very excellent location could you ask for a safe or better neighborhood. The great prices, and we're very very accommodating! When my ride still hasn't shown up by check out time, the head housekeeper Crystal, came in got on the phone and told the desk there's going to be there till 1:30 on her approval, and just absolutely made my day a whole lot easier than it could have been! I really can't thank her enough… Or any of the staff I ran into for that matter! Hitler say the rooms were very very clean, well-stocked and comfortable. If I'm in the area I definitely would stay again, and in truth, this Motel 6 redeemed all others in my mind, and I definitely change my opinion of the entire Hotel line, good job Tempe!

Booked 3 room, and the Staff was able to accommodate all rooms close to each other. Rooms were clean and spacious, beds were comfy. They did not bother us the first night for cleaning (By request). All in all, very good experience in a very good location. Definitely would recommend!

What a FABULOUS crew! I'm not exaggerating. The crew made us feel so welcome, cared for and safe. The manager didn't know we were watching, and we didn't realize she was the manager until she introduced herself as such, but she was handing out water bottles to the construction crew that was onsite, clearly demonstrating sensitivity and kindness. She later, with a big beaming smile on her face, asked the guests at the pool if they need any fresh towels. All of the workers had friendly smiles & an above and beyond customer service focus. I couldn't believe we were at a Motel 6. The treatment felt like we were at an upscale resort. Clearly the manager has done a wonderful job hiring and retaining like minded folks who made us feel welcome and cared for. Thank you! It was a tough time in our lives and this crew made us feel at home.

Friendly staff, the location is good. Close to the nightlife scene (Mill Ave), close to restaurants and the freeways are nearby too. Checking in was seamless, I was promptly greeted even though I was checking in late at night. The bedroom is pretty decent for the price, however the bathroom floor was disgusting. The housekeeper also came and treated my room like a check out even though I had an extra night. They took all of my belongings and I had to track them down. I’m sure this was an honest mistake but it was slightly irritating. You get what you pay for I guess!

We stay here and it is one of the better ones. I have read a lot of the reviews and I’m positive that they are not true statements. The staff is wonderful the company should train all staff at this locations. The rooms are clean and very well lite for your safety as all of there motels should be. Thanks for your wonderful service lady’s.

Could it have been the two drunk guys sitting in front of my door when I arrived? Perhaps the room with the door open with a family of 6 crammed inside? Or the smell of cigarette smoke in my room? Where to begin… Last place with a room. And the last time I will stay at a Motel 6. What's happened to this business? Unbelievable.

As the saying goes “we leave the light on” definitely means the most. I’ve always felt welcomed in by the staff at Motel 6. I’ve continued to pick this specific location for many reasons. The location is great, right by the highways, restaurants and night life. Not only those reasons but they staff is great themselves. The new management seems to be making the property come together more and more each day. Being a pet friendly motel is great and they added a grass patch for dogs! How awesome! The rooms are great, prices are awesome and unbeatable. I suggest checking out this motel if your looking for one!

I wanted to believe the other reviews on here, but I’m glad I didn’t. My stay with Motel 6 was awesome! Everything I needed was provided and if it wasn’t then I got what I needed right away. Alyse and Bri were working when I arrived and they were very friendly! I asked for extra towels and some toilet paper and there was no issue getting them to me in a timely matter. Thank you girls! The room satisfied all my needs! The bed was comfortable and well made, I enjoyed being on the third floor being able to look out in the morning and the free coffee in the morning definitely helped me wake up! Thanks Motel 6, I’ll be returning soon for another visit!

My experience with Motel 6 was everything I expected it to be. As soon as you walk into the lobby your greeted with smiles and happy faces. Sabrina was excellent and a great help! The room was clean, well put together and overall great. After a long day of driving it was nice to lay on a comfortable bed! Way to go Motel 6! Thank you.

Price this year for the same number of days for the same type room, during the same time of year was $200 more than what I paid last year at the same hotel! I made the reservation by phone to the Motel 6 800 number. Received confirmation for what I was quoted on the phone, $400.31. Which was close to what I had paid last year. I didn't notice that they had entered the wrong dates on the confirmation. When checked in the clerk notice the error and stated that the cost would be $646.71! I have been staying at this hotel for 10 years, every year it goes up a few dollars, this year it jumped $200. I will not be staying at your hotel again and will pass on my disappointment to everyone I know. Last year the hotel charged an additional night on my credit card after I had checked out, I caught the discrepancy on my credit card statement. I called the hotel and told them about the additional days charge. They looked at their file and said that it showed me checking back in for one night after the six nights I'd spent there. I had left town the day I originally checked out, so someone there must have used my credit card number. They argued that no one there would do that. If I didn't who did? Motel 6 was named that because it originally offered a decent room for $6 a night. You should rename it Motel 600! Very disappointed regular customer.

Very good service and attention, but I don't know because the first day of my stay did not make the toilet the maids.

Clean place and very friendly staff.

The first thing I noticed was that the representative at the counter was very pleasant, quick and very informative. If the company wants customers to write reviews, then they should give the customer the survey the night or morning before leaving. Other than that my stay was great and look forward to the next business trip when I come back. Thank you again. P. S. Customers should receive a free night or for writing such splendid reviews.

The first room I was offered, I opened the door and was hit with cigarette stench. The second room smelled of bleach. It was pretty clean and in pretty good repair. The bathroom sink would not drain, so I took out the stopper and cleaned the sludge out of it. At least it was the better quality mechanism and easy to take apart and put back together. The sidewalks and stairs were grubby. It was pretty quiet at night. For the money it was better than other places.

Bigger location from the one right down the street. Later check out time too. First floor is iffy with the Wi-Fi. If you're streaming anything, third floor is best. Corinna and Sabrina are awesome. Stayed through the Christmas, everyone was beyond nice and accommodating. House keepers are wonderful too, always check to see if you need anything and just genuinely friendly. Very clean, not too loud, great for the pricing. It's motel six still, don't come in expecting the ambiance of a five star resort. Staff here is awesome, make it a five star place.

Our visit was enjoyable and worry free. We were greeted promptly and kindly by I believe Leticia. She was knowledgeable about local eateries and gave directions to Talking Stick Arena. Her quick smile gave a hard day a nice ending for me and my wife.

The front office set the tone. I walked into a great smelling office with a polite and helpful staff. Our first room's lock didn't work, but the second room worked fine. Our room was clean and our stay was quiet. We did a 1 night layover. This was by far the best Motel 6 I have ever stayed in.

Customer service was great the woman at the front desk gave it her best but room although looked ok at first glance, had roaches. I think due to improper placing of air conditioning unit on the first floor. Room 122 to be precise. Sheets were dirty with pee stains and hairs on it. When provided supposed newer “fresh” sheets to replace the dirty ones, those sheets also had random hairs and stains on it. Will never stay at a Motel 6 ever again and this was a horrible motel experience. It was a very cheap rate and I should’ve known better.

I stayed at this hotel for the night. Very nice property. Basic no thrills motel in a good spot. Close to three major highways and just minutes away from many shopping destinations. Very friendly staff like always. The only issue was there was a couple fighting and could be heard through the walls. It went on all night. Other thn that it was a very pleasant stay.

The room was fine but a woman has screaming for 1h outside right next to our room without anyone stopping him despite being a security guard in the hotel…

Our room was clean, all staff were amazing! We stayed here for 2 weeks but couldn't keep the same rate so we have to change to a studio6 that's 4 dollars more a night 7 miles away. I will definitely recommend this motel 6 to everyone! Housekeeping was more than accomadating, maintenance man was awesome and the manager attentive to put needs. Loved our stay here!

Hotel is nice and clean but they have an employee by the name of Vicki who is amazing. Always willing to help and no matter how busy she is she is always polite which is more than I can say about any other hotel I stayed at in the Tempe area. I am not sure if she is the manager but if she is not she should be. Thanks for a great stay Vicki!

The staff was very understanding with our situation. I appreciate what they did for us. The only downside is that the room had cockroaches. Other than that, great experience.

Just by what you pay for, the most important thing quite Clean.

I stayed at the motel 6 located on lucky lane in flaggstaff AZ. I made the reservation the same day I stayed and found the reservation process to be very easy and convenient. The rooms themselves are pretty no frill accommodations but adequate for my situation. Being a smoker myself I found the fact that they had smoking rooms available to be a nice change of pace. I will stay there again in the future.

The staff working there were pleasant but there were no towels or wash clothes in my room and when I asked they didn't have any. For two days. Then toilet clog the second night the manager didn't want to give back my money and wanted to give me a 5.00 discount for a future stay. It's sad for me to say this I love Motel 6 and have stayed at a lot of them in the past years but I think it's time for me to move on this is the second location that I been too and it's been a bad over night stay in less then two months I'm done.

I have always LOVED this motel 6! I love the front desk & housekeeping. The rooms are clean and nice. Flat screen TVs, quiet room AC units today 8/27 I checked in room 325 and there were these orange and black beetles all over the desk area, the floor and on my visit 8/24 I saw a beetle on a neighboring rooms curtain. Also the only other cons is that the shower curtains don't have the plastic lining and the soda machines Apple/Samsung pay works really slow.

I stayed here 3 nights. Front desk was extremely pleasant. Room was okay small. Small pool' decent prices for summer rates. Coffee' and laundry at this location. Weird people though. Had a guy walking around banging on my door' made me feel a bit un safe. Seems to be in decent area.

Wonderful quick lived visit for the Father's Day Weekend Trip. Plenty of towels and a nice quiet room. The cooler seemed to be running very low speed took a long time to cool down. Other than that it was a wonderful experience. Very lovely, polite ladies working evening shift and when I checked out the next morning. They were very professional and put a smile of my face. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great place to stay if ur looking for cold A/C. Has cock roaches crawling every where. Not enough bath towels. Other then that bed was comfy. Found pubic hairs on one bed… You get what u pay for… At least the room smelled clean.

Good place to stay just wish ypu didn't have to pay extra for Wi-Fi.

I had amazing time staying at motel 6 over the weekend. The front desk was very helpful and kindness. The room was clean, even the restroom was clean and stock. The bed was nice and soft. I recommend five stars for this Motel. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for letting me stay the night. Keep up the great job team.

Good for the quick over night stop by. Fly by night dwellers. There floors so there I always a room. Standard set up and people keep to themselves. Easy access off major highways. Not far from Phoenix downtown and airport. Even not far from downtown Tempe. So if you re looking for quick night Cap with a certain someone it's there too. You will see that you need to buy Wi-Fi as an extra, small television minimal outlets for personal use, and towels. Atleast the remote isn't stuck to the table between the two beds. Space is minimal but the beds are big atleast. So for comfort and relaxation for a getaway find another spot. To shut your eyes or have that hotel room rendezvous with no frills Ok. So there's plenty of parking and a pool. Didn't see anyone in it, but hey it was night time and early for that in season. I seriously doubt it's heated. But looked cleaned. Well bring your on phone ours didn't work in room FYI. Had to use cell to call front desk. Lol well that's all I need to say. Atleast I didn't feel icky walking in but safe no so much with the door being all busted up looking from the locks on door. Yes this place will always have that Light on as Tom says on his ads.

The hotel us clean and reasonably priced for the area. The staff is the best in the in the world. Probably one of the best motel 6 stays I have ever had.

Cheap but cigarette burns all over the sheets. Gets the job done for just a quick place to sleep.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Here for a week and our room was only partially cleaned trash can was emptied once after the first day beds were never made. Yellow stains on pillows. Floors were always dirty. Walking barefoot and my feet became black. The neighborhood is so so.

Rooms were just remodeled when I last stayed. This Motel 6 is located in a nice neighborhood, close to important sites and just across the street from a Hilton. Front desk staff deserve a medal for accommodation and maintaining good customer relations. The pool area was just beautifully maintained, when I was there. I enjoyed a peaceful afternoon poolside rest for an hour in January — that alone was worth the price of the room!

No heat in room. A/C but no heat in January! Dirty floors. Dirty toilet. Burn holes in blanket. Tub was small and no plug for drain. My whole purpose for renting a room was so I could enjoy a hot bubble bath. Very disappointed and ripped off. Older lady at front desk doesn't seem to enjoy her job and isn't helpful as well. No solution from her. Would not recommend.

Decent room for the price, seemed like it wasn't vacuumed before I arrived. Biggest concern was first room deadbolt didn't lock and second room door could just be pushed open. Stayed 4 nights and cops were there most nights but its a motel. Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Vickie was a sweetheart.
