A great place to stay while in central Phoenix. Clean rooms, friendly staff and a very great accommodating manager. This hotel is a lovely place to stay. I have been at this hotel for almost a year now and I feel at home. Staff is great especially Marlene the housekeeper goes above and beyond to make me feel special.

Hotel was very close to where I needed to be. Rooms were clean maybe needs some furniture updating and new linens/pillows. I have stayed in far worse hotels and was comfortable in the room, just needs a tad more TLC. Would recommend if you are in need of a room in that area.

Kind of expected this but didn't expect no complementary room cleaning. Manual trash dump and towel exchange. And only one elevator means lots of added walking for handicapped our groups with one handicapped like us. Walls are thin too. If you like talking over coffee at 5 a. M. Your neighbors are likely to hear you. The last night we were there had to complain 3 times about the vagrant outside in parking lot playing loud music and yelling (at no one but loud). He appeared to be under the influence. This parking lot is huge and appears to be shared with storage warehouses or businesses. It should be very private and quiet but needs a roaming security truck or scheduled security sweeps to keep the uninvited out. This guy left but came right back each time.

This place is horrible it has no cameras on the premise other than the lobby. They have no security, some strange man walk into the side door and went into the office and stole two employees purses in which one had all her bill money in it $1300 dollars the one camera near the office was able to catch a inmage of the man but no one was able to identify him he got on the elevator and went to visit someone. There is also lots of drugs and cars being broke into and once again no cameras overall this is not a safe place.

Very well organized, affordable rates, for the most, excellent staff interactions with guests of different nationalities/needs for accommodations and longevity of their stay. Overall, I have no complaints. Ryan — GM is outstanding. Kudos also to Lisa, Marline, Jermisha. Crystal, Kim (nights — she is awesome! ) and the rest of the crew! Thank you!

Excellent location close to light rail, which allows easy travel to shopping, downtown Phoenix, restaurants. The staff is wonderful: Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Housekeeping keeps rooms clean and common areas are kept clean and clutter free. Overall, excellent stay!

I had bad experience with this hotel, main problem was that room had a terrible smell that only dissipated after leaving windows open for two days. Second problem was that the refrigerator in my room did not work, normally not a problem as I would never use, but when I found that breakfast was granola bars and coffee, bought milk and orange juice for cereal. The hotel did, however, promptly replace the refrigerator the next day. The standard (free) Internet very slow and the room charge does not include daily cleaning. Would really expect better for $170 per night! The hotel only half block from light rail station so access to convention center very convenient.

Was not a pleasant stay at all. The sheets were too stiff n itchy cuz of it, was a restless couple nights. The tub was gross. The baseboards in the bathroom were peeling back. Was hard to get a staff in the morning to ask for more sugar. U had to pay extra to get stuff for the kitchen. No sheer curtain lining so u could open your window n not feel so exposed. There was a tire shop behind us so I couldn't open the curtain without feeling exposed. Housekeeping was very pleasant! Overall a very uncomfortable weekend!

Excellent rooms, very clean and spacious. The service from the staff was incredible. Ryan at the front desk welcomed me and even know they were booked up, he was was able to accommodate me with a room and a smile. I travel all over the country and stay in many places, this one is getting marked in my favorites list. I will be back, thank you extended stay.

I’ve traveled everywhere! Stayed in 5 star to a 1 Star! The gals at the front desk are first class! All of them have been amazing! The room is clean, great bathroom, and great water pressure. That’s important. I work in Dallas every year for months at a time! I will be back to this place! Best bang for your buck and the staff makes it even better!

Would highly recommend this hotel! Excellent service And a huge thank you to Marlene who keeps the hotel clean enough for me! Also I want to mention Lisa at the front desk for giving me the best hotel rates, and the big friendly bright smile she has every time I see her! It's so good to see excellent customer service still exist. If I could give them 20 stars I would! This hotel is well worth the stay. I was here for the dreaded fire alarm (which was due to a guest burning their breakfast, and not the hotels fault), also routine water maintenance. These are just a small inconvenience for safety and quality people think about it? You should thank the manager Ryan for staying on top of things! Enjoy your stay, I know I did!

DO NOT stay at this hotel. Rooms smell and have sticky surfaces. There is NO BREAKFAST! Only some coffee and some power bars. We asked for a blanket and were told they ran out and would have to look for one. It never came. Same with trying to get a trash can for our room Customer service is not that good. The rooms looked dated. Housekeeping is pretty bad. I found somebody's shorts inside the fold out sofa.

This hotel is nice from what I saw of the place but the rooms are very small maybe big enough for a couple and a baby but that's about the extent of the place because when I visited there their parking lot behind it had broken glass and none of the maintenance people decided to pick up any of the glass they just walk right over it and continued on with what they thought they had to get done and completely ignored the cleanliness of their found to invite customers in for an extended stay. I could give them a (5) but after seeing what I saw there they will be rated as a (3) from me.

This place is really like a home away from home. King room was sold out so we were upgraded to a King Suite at the same rate. It comes with a nice private kitchen with a big fridge, a living room with sofa and TV and a big and quiet bedroom with a full bathroom. Absolutely good value for price! Staff are so nice and friendly, they give my son little gifts to cheer him up. I'd highly recommend this ESA!

It's fine. The beds are full size not queen a d they ran out of bedding. It took a while to get. It's clean though.

The staff was really friendly. The first room I check into smelled of smoke and there was no problem giving me another room. The rooms are old and dated and smell a little. Cleanliness could be improved. The gym consist of three machines, two where broken.

The staff were super friendly during my stay. My room was always made to look top notch after cleaning services were done. Plus, the location was great!

The Extended Stay America Hotel in Phoenix has nice customer service representatives, an amazing staff, a wonderful pool for relaxing on summer days, and the Laundromats in the building are in very convenient locations. All around it is a fantastic place.

Did not feel safe here. While sleeping we were Awaken by a noise to find a man trying to break into our room. Called front desk who said they would call police. Never saw police never came and talked to us. We ask front desk. They said they came. We asked about security to watch building at night she said they did not have one and the only camera was at the front doors. Driving to the back where our room was. We saw cars with people living in them. A security guard could deal with this. At least put cameras up to watch property and protect guest.

Reservation process was fast. I literally made my reservation from parking lot and 10 minutes later inside my room. Room was clean and inviting. Both cash or card can be used. If using cash you'll still need a debit/CC card to secure reservation and will have to put a $100 sec. Deposit. I paid using cash and upon checkout quickly received my deposit back. Friendly staff. Overall experience was quick and easy. Great location! Close to hospital, eateries, shopping.

The hotel was in a good location, there were lots of stores and restaurants area. It was easily accessible from the highway and there was plenty of parking. The hotel staff was friendly and made the check out/in process very quick. The room itself was okay, nothing special. They need to update the lighting in the room, especial the kitchenette area. The only negative is the room doors are thin so you can hear all the traffic in the hallways. All in all of you just need a place to sleep for a night this is a good option, but if you're staying a few days id look for something nicer.

They were very accommodating. I had made reservations at a different hotel and they told me I needed to stay elsewhere. I found your hotel on Google maps. The room was wonderful and the lady at the front desk was very understanding. Thank you for having a great team! I will definitely stay again.

I did not like the bathrooms, they were very dirty, aside, the internet was lousy. My Cusrto was the 338

This place is a DUMP. Staff is soo rude, its noisy, homeless drug addicts everywhere. Stained towels, and its just plain nasty. Had to stay here for a hospital visit from out of town and will NEVER go back. Next hospital stay we spend the extra money and got the Hampton around the corner, best place ever. This hotel should be shut down.

Had a confirmation email of early check-in that they did not honor. Staff was very snippy, rude and trashy. The room stunk of cigarettes, one air conditioner wouldnt turn off and the other wouldnt work. Stained washrags and nasty room. Lots of homeless druggies all around and we sure didnt feel safe. We will NEVER stay here again. To top it off the breakfast was a complete JOKE.

Okay place to stay but booked one prepaid night and ended up getting charged $50 + and extra $95 for who knows what. When I called to get the charge removed they added another $95! Over $200 in charges on a card that was "held for incidentals" I asked what the charges were for and they could never explain it to me.

When I made my reservation the price was listed as $67/nt on Expedia. A few weeks later when I showed up it was magically $130/nt (bc 7000 people came into town for a conference & sports. ) The staff said >>Expedia. Expedia said >> hotel. My hands were tied. It was hot inside and "breakfast" was coffee and packaged muffins or granola bars. Some staff are nice, some are standoffish. The place was relatively clean and safe in a decent location, but not a $130 value considering I've stayed in equivalent places for half that. I'd go back for.

Clean property and friendly staff. However after hour access leaves a bit to be desired. That being said, its in a near downtown area so they do stay on top of security.

Very clean well decorated rooms. Nice facilities. Breakfast is more of grab and go.

It was so hot in the lounge area to sign it. Frustrasting, and I wasnt the only one complaining!

I was staying for a week. And when I first checked in we got a room that was dirty and it seemed like someone had just left or was still staying there… then they gave us the room next door but it still wasn't that clean. Worst service ever. If you need something you have to ask the front desk and then return it. The breakfast is just old coffee, muffins, oatmeal, apple/orange, granola, and that's it. Do not stay here look else where.

The first time I stayed there, it was a late night place to stay because my husband had to stay overnight at a surgical center. Went to bed got up and left. So experience ok. So, two weeks later we decided to stay there as we had a show to do close by at the fairgrounds. Went to check in and she said room was not ready and they were getting it ready, then disappeared. I waited 10 min then peeked around the corner, she came out and told me it would be about at least 15 more min. Told her we would go eat and come back. Came back, no one at desk, other person waiting told me to pick up the phone and dial 0 for them to come to desk. Finally got checked in. I guess because it is a place where people stay for lengths of time, it is not like a regular hotel. If you want anything for your kitchen, you call and ask for it. We wanted an ice bucket. No ice bucket, she said she had something I could use at the desk and bring back. Geez. We used the silverware caddy to get ice. Not even any plastic cups in the room. The breakfast is a grab and go, muffins, granola bars, or oatmeal and fruit. I have learned my lesson, that I will stay at a regular hotel next time. The room was clean, bed comfortable. But what is with the squishy pillows that flatten when you lay your head on them. They do charge extra for certain cleaning also. So I guess if you need a place for more than a week and have them stock your kitchen with what you need, it would probably be a good place to stay.

Was there just visiting a friend. Rooms were large, seemed very clean, perfect downtown location.

Will never stay there ever again. The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. They gave me a key card and a room number and someone was already staying there. The staff acted like that was no big deal and did not even apologize for it. The hotel smelled Kitchen came with no plates or silver wear and when I asked for it I had to pick it up and bring it back The breakfast was just some old apples and packaged muffins and old coffee. Might as well not even have it. Sheets were Dirty Towels were rough Save your money.

When we checked in, the room was dirty, there was food in the cabinets, I stayed 14 days with them, I was planning to stay the whole month, but all the staff is really mean, the house keeping is the worst ever, they "cleaned" our room only once in our whole stay, even the manager was rude with us trying to defend his mean employees. Worst stay ever. Price is low but dont waste your money.

Terrible! Small beds, stinks, bad service, bad breakfast. Nobody clean the rooms. Very, very angry to stay here! Ah! DIRTY.

There were several times that we scheduled cleaning and no one ever came to clean. When they did clean, most days that did not clean very well. They were doing construction the entire time we were there so it was always noisy during the day. I explained to them when I made my reservation that I would be working night shift during my stay and therefore needed a quiet location. They put me NEXT DOOR to a room that was under construction. They did move me when I complained though. They also did inspections for some remodeling they were doing every week so every week I got woken up during the day when I was sleeping regardless that the do not disturb sign was on the door. The air condition unit smelled of mold and mildew when we ran it. My husband's bike was chained and locked overnight in the back of our vehicle and it was stolen. I was told they have no cameras to see if there was evidence of who stole it and we were responsible for our belongings. The night shift staff were very friendly but most of the people who work during the day were rude and unprofessional. They would smoke outside right underneath our window and so all day long I would smell cigarette smoke if we opened the window.
