Even though this establishment operated under strict Covid rules; masks, gloves to access “get and go” breakfast and no room service unless requested I found it to be quiet and comfortable.

Really nice rooms. More than I expected.

Horrible Franchise Marriott, DO NOT STAY, DO NOT WASTE your MONEY I had a reservation at this hotel. But when I arrived the staff at the front desk, Denise was rude and extremely unhelpful. The hotel was paid in full, yet she canceled the reservation because their system wasn't working and she couldn't enter my information; She canceled the reservation in front of me with my son there with no help what so ever. This left me (a woman) and my 12 year old son in an unfamiliar area with no hotel at NIGHT. She did nothing to assist me further. Utterly RUDE and ridiculous. The lobby was dirty, the computer area and food area were dirty and smelled. I WOULD NOT WASTE my money. The hotel is OLD and OUTDATED. The franchise owner has done nothing to ensure this hotel is up to todays standards and the staff is AWFUL. There is another Marriott right down the road that is much nicer, along with a fabulous Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn — There are too many choices to waste your time and money at this location. The staff was amazing and so thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel if you're ever in the area.

I was so pleased and impressed with this hotel! We requested for a crib when booking. Upon arrival, which was late at night, our room already had our crib waiting with baby products and a bath toy. Traveling with children are hard enough but with a baby/toddler is even harder. Thank you for making it easy! Conveniently located in the middle of town with lots of food options. Very glad we chose this hotel and will continue to use them!

Great place to stay, very spacious, clean and the staff is very friendly.

Great Place to stay, awesome staff and very friendly. It was my granddaughter's birthday and they went out of their way to give her a gift basket and card signed by all the staff wishing her a Happy Birthday. Great place will definitely be back next time we are in Phoenix.

Definitely a place I would love to stay again lovely and friendly people the staff was just wonderful I would definitely recommend it to people family and friends.

Clean and good service, worthy of 4.5 stars, the reason this is getting 3 stars is because not only do the staff end breakfast service at 9am during week days, they ended it early at 845, and the quality of the food is horrible. Seriously, the "bacon" looked like dog food. Corporate quality controll personnel contacted.
