Great place to stay very clean just couple issues
Heating cooling the thermostat has a very loud relay click when the system turns on. So loud it can disturb your sleep. The restaurant is not up fully on menu items. Bartender was very good.

Great location to phoenix mesa airport and they have shuttle service.

Walls are too thin, and you can’t get a room with 2 queen beds, only with 2 vey small double beds!

When I called to make reservations the lady on the phone making the reservations was rude. My daughter was also staying at this hotel so I didn't change hotels. When we arrived all the staff was very friendly. I was a little disappointed in the fact that there was dust buddies on the ceiling in the bedroom. And the Continental breakfast was an orange and a granola bar. Overall it wasn't bad but not great.

The service here is over the top. The most pleasant and helpful staff. The food from the restaurant is delicious and the atmosphere is great for any occasion. I highly recommend Four Points at Phoenix Mesa Gateway.

Clean room with helpful staff. The lobby and common areas were nice and classy. The coffee in the morning was ok but not great, overall a pleasant stay.

The room was very nice. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was very roomy. The food from their restaurant was awesome. We had the burger. The staff was also very friendly.

The front desk Miss Katie was amazing we had two rooms both were on different floors we asked if she can give us the same floor not only did she give us the same floor she gave us rooms next to each other. Called guest services needed some more towels and washcloths since we took a shower when we got here from it was 108° when we left Denver Colorado 79° our towels were delivered right away with a very friendly staff lady. Our room is beautiful spacious and the bed is to die for. We will definitely be staying here again ❤ Thank you for a wonderful stay gratefully yours the C family (s) Rm 126

Great hotel. Allowed our 3 dogs. However. The AC in the room was Sooooo loud! Ridiculous.

Clean rooms, central location to 202 and Queen Creek/Gilbert/Mess area. Attentive staff and nice lobby/lounge area. The large bathroom shower gives ample space to relax after a hot day in Phoenix. Bathroom product line is a strong fresh scent (more gender male then nuetral, but not unpleasant) and no tiny bottles full size dispenser in the shower so enjoy that shower. Take advantage of the credit for forgoing maid service daily. Enjoy a beverage at the bar. The pool is great in the summer months and awesome for the family. Of possible get a golf course view room instead of street side, the noise from Williams Field/Power traffic can be heard at night and should be noted for light sleepers. Beds are comfortable and relaxing, complete with fluffy sink into pillows. Room smelled fresh and clean. All in a great hotel for the price!

It is a very comfortable place and with a great Ceriedad Q you feel like Entu House.

Came to town for a wedding and stayed here for a few days. The rooms are super clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the location is in a good spot. There were lots of cars in the parking lot but we never heard anyone through the walls. Showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioned, and body wash, and the bathroom is a great size. Rooms have an area to sit, and a desk to get some work done. Only complaint was that 1 of the 2 elevators was broken and that slowed us down a bit, but not a big deal Will stay here again if we visit Gilbert again.

Had the best hotel breakfast experience I can remember watching the golfers wiff balls on the driving range from the patio seating with the most beautiful girl in the world.

The room is nice. I like how the room is set up and we have a very nice view. I would have giving 5 stars but our bathroom floor was dirty and it was mopped but it was dirty from not being cleaned properly.

My wife and I live in San Antonio Texas but are here in AZ for my sister-in-law’s wedding. I wanted to get away for our 11 year anniversary today and booked through hotwire last night. We ended up getting this hotel. I called this morning and talked to an Alexis. Explained we booked last night and will be celebrating our 11th year anniversary. Instantly she started providing me options to make our day even more special. She set us up in a nice room, allowed us to check in early, and had an amazing little spread of goodies in the room for us to eat when we arrived! To say Alexis customer service was good is an understatement! We will absolutely stay here again because of their awesome service and attention to detail. Thank you so much for helping our experience to be so positive!

Staying here while being back here. Visiting my in-laws for a few days. The staff is very friendly and our king size room is very nice and the bed is very comfortable.

First time staying this side of town. I confess I wasn’t very thrilled with this stay, but boy was I wrong. This Hotel staff is pretty impressive, we were greeted by Britney and she displayed an amazing level of professionalism and real care for our family. You can tell when staff is just pretending to be interested or trying hard to be polite. Britney immediately recognized we were 4 and used one of those online booking services that gave us the cheapest single King bed room. Instead of giving us the ‘cold shoulder’, she promptly asked if she could change us to a bigger room with two beds. She was always smiling and happy throughout our entire stay. Sometimes a 3 Star Hotel can surprise you with 5 Star staff and this makes your stay so much more pleasant and enjoyable. Thanks Four Points and please give Britney a raise, she is amazing!

The rooms are nice however the food in the restaurant is bland at best, spicy coleslaw didn't have any kick. Severely understaffed for breakfast service with a half full dining room. Staff doing it's best but just can't keep up. Need more staff, they are great and deserve applause under tough conditions.

The service I received during my stay was exceptional. Breakfast seems to not be worth the price, especially with the gas station next to the hotel. Internet was unreliable during my stay.

Always a pleasure staying at Four Points by Sheraton. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Rooms are fantastic, beds are comfy and room service is the best. Food is delicious, and arrives quickly and hot. Staff is professional and outstanding. Everyone is great! From housekeeping to front desk. Will return over and over!

This is my "Go to" hotel whenever I fly out of Gateway. Beds are super comfortable, rooms always clean. Most impressed with Front desk staff and shuttle drivers! Big thank you to Brittany who always is smiling, friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. I will continue to stay at Four Points Mesa for my travel needs. Definitely recommend!

Well… they were a great hotel until 5:29am when the front desk agent decided to tell me I missed my 5:30am shuttle to the airport. Said I was 3 minutes late. Confused on why I was being argued with, why the shuttle left so early and why the guy was being so hostle.

A whole plane of us were put up here after American Airlines missed our connections and the staff here were quite a relief on a frustrating night. Steven especially helped me get into my room efficiently after a night of chaos. He had a long line of us, and sounded like he had a long day himself (mentioning he was in class all day prior), and still he and the other young man working the desk were both so pleasant and helpful at the end of the day (with a line of about 15 of us, ) that this hospitality and kindness truly made a difference in my travels. Thank-you!

Excellent four points, this hotel backs up to a lovely golf course. The hotel is only a couple of years old, the décor is nice and the staff is friendly. It's a great location on the edge of ASU Poly.

The rooms are dark at night! No little led lights lighting up the room. The only light is the alarm clock and it is dim. There is also a light blocking shade. Nice and quiet too. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This was a last minute booking from the airport phone an hour after landing. Had a very frustrating morning and if I could give more stars I would have!
Amazingly friendly staff. Free shuttle from airport to hotel and then free shuttle anywhere in a five Mile radius… So was able to visit the mall for as long as I wanted and didn't have to figure out how to get there or back. Check out is noon which is unlike most places and late check out was two. They were clean rooms, and if ya forgot a tolietry or two they had them on hand. Breakfast was reasonably priced. They allow dogs. Convince store just next door. Definitely will stay in the future!

Such a nice hotel. Beautiful scenery, and a comfortable room. They provide long term parking if you are going to be flying out, and they have a shuttle to take you to the airport. We loved our stay.

Clean, fresh rooms, with quite possibly the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a long time. Grabbed a bite from the in-lobby lounge and both the food and service were OK. The pool, while not overly large, could have used a skimming, as there were lots of little pieces of foam packing crumbs floating around along with the bits of leaves and other less-than-desirable things I'd rather not be swimming with. Definitely a trendy place though — the lobby area sets the tone for the remainder of the stay.

Lord where do I start. I stayed 3 nights and only got my room cleaned once, because front desk said housekeeping was 'too busy'. The breakfast was okay, but the waiter could not handle more than one table at a time. Never had enough towels. Won't be back.

Hotel was classy, clean and preety awsome they even gave us free water bottles, very classy hotel.

Four points is a hotel that is worth it. For your price you get more than you expect and your service is excellent.

Awesome place for the price. Having a restaurant was pretty cool. Swanky decor, with really nice rooms. Nothing smelled like smoke, everything seemed clean.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed it. Very modern and up to date. Had a few interactions with the staff and they were also wonderful.

Great prices in the restaurant. The room will not cool down. No matter what you do. I even put an ice bag on the vent.

Room was large and clean! Staff was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was eating breakfast at the on-site restaurant. What food we got was good, although took longer than you would this as we were the only ones in the restaurant. I guess they were having issues accessing one of the main fridges so not all food items were avaliable. We have eaten dinner her before and it's always wonderful. All in all a great stay, just left feeling a little hungry!

The bartendar was fantastic. Super nice to talk to and helped me decide on what I should off the menu. I was thinking of eating somewhere else and she changed my mind. Only reason I rated a 4 is because the service desk offered a wake up call so I took it and then they never called. Should not offer an amenity if you cannot follow through. They were very apologetic and nice staff. Next time maybe knock on the door. If your phone system goes down or something. What if I had not set my personal alarm.

Hotel is very nice very clean but I was given the wrong room number I also requested a bathtub in the room was told there was but that was also false info but tge rooms are very nice.

Surprisingly comfortable beds, friendly staff, and nice views of a golf course and some Hills. I definitely recommend it when needing to stay in the SE part of Phoenix.

The rooms were decent sized with great King beds. The location is very accessible, and the service; it wasn't the best at the restaurant, but the room service was normal.

Nicer than I expected. Decent food for a hotel. No continental breakfast but breakfast menu was good.

Good and accommodating guest services, rooms are fresh, clean and have pleantly of outlets and USB ports to keep you charged up.

When they first opened it was awesome customer service and they had a great military discount. Now since my unit is near the hotel they reduced their military discount at their restaurant. Also their elevators are the worst.

Premiere staff at a nice hotel. They have a shuttle will drive you anywhere in the neighborhood at all hours of the night. Thank you for an excellent stay.

I stay in the east valley often to visit family, so I was excited to see a Starwood option opening in the area. Walking in, the hotel is nicely appointed and the front desk staff was welcoming. It seems like they are still working out the kinks in the rooms though because the TV was out of commission in my first room and the AC unit in my second room was incredibly loud throughout the night. The staff was very accommodating, so don't hesitate to reach out to them if you have issues.

Excellent overall experience. My sister and I came to Mesa for her daughter's high school graduation. We found a cheap hotel a bit further north that we stayed in for two days before we decided to look for something a bit closer. We thought the rates here would be significantly more, but after calling the reservation office directly we were able to get the best rate at about $25.00 more per night, which is pretty reasonable considering how much closer it put us to to where all of our activities were at. In short, it was well worth the $25.00 extra, and then some. We requested an early check-in and had to make another change in our reservation and were met with nothing but a pleasant "can-do, will-do" attitude by the staff at the front desk. Every staff member we encountered throughout our 3 day, 2 night stay was pleasant and friendly, always asking how our stay was and if we needed anything. I ate at the in-house restaurant the second evening there. The wait staff was excellent, always ensuring my drink was topped off and my meal met my expectation. The chef personally brought my chicken cutlets to my table and then came back after I finished to ask me how it was. We visited for a few minutes before he returned to the kitchen. He was very friendly and personable. The facilities are new, so as expected, they are very clean. The hotel has a very clean, contemporary and comfortable feel.
