I found my stay at this hotel adequate. The room I stayed in was roomy, had microwave and small refrigerator. The king size bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good so this saved me from having to go out in search of a restaurant. Not a bad deal for the price.

Location is great — it is right next to the freeway. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I had a small issue with the receipt being misplaced, but the staff was able to offer to send it to my email. Rooms were clean and they were a good size for the price. I would recommend this place to stay.

This hotel is great: clean, comfortable, not too stuffy. The amenities are basic but enjoyable: pool, hot tub, laundry (pay), vending machines for emergencies, small workout room with 4 machines, and a continental breakfast. Typically a layout of waffles, instant eggs, sausage or bacon, oatmeal, juice, and fresh fruit. For the price, very worth it. You'll get a good night's sleep and a filling meal.

Stayed here a week. Had no complaints. It was clean and quiet. It was close to the freeway and close to a lot of things. Staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The location was great for our needs — near the airport so flying out the following day wouldn't be a problem. Price and having a good outdoor pool that was actually open were the next 2 biggest factors in our decision to book the room. What pleasantly surprised us when we got inside was how much space there was! We'd been traveling all week throughout Arizona and kept our room costs below $100 so knew pretty well what to expect in general, but this room was huge. Our family of 4 never felt crowded or like we were waiting on each other to move first, there was ample room for our luggage, and the beds were probably the most comfortable we had gotten.

This time the breakfast was not what I expected, cold and over cooked…

Good place to stay. Good value for the price! Nice breakfast! Enjoyed an evening cookie. Quiet room. Only downside… microwave didn't work (had to use the one in the breakfast room).

It was ok but for almost $200 I was disappointed. Rooms weren't much bigger than Motel 6 down the street, bathroom was tiny with a mess up shower head and weak water pressure and the night staff was snotty. Bed was super comfy and really clean, no bugs or anything and breakfast was available. Of course, waffle house is next door and breakfast was not exactly worth an extra $100 haha. Not a bad place, just outdated for the price.

This was the second time I have stayed here and it was good. The room was clean and large. The breakfast is decent. The staff was very courteous. I will stay here again.

Actually very nice place when you think of Days Inn. Usually you think cheap hotel but this one is actually pretty nice. The only complaint I can think of is the tubs are curved in strangely and makes it difficult for some people to stand in. Other than that I found nothing wrong with this hotel and would stay in it again.

We stayed here over the holidays and had a great experience. The room is spacious and clean, the staff helpful and pleasant, and the free breakfast was greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff. Nice tiled hot tub. Basic bed — nothing fancy — but the room was clean and the breakfast much more than a few rolls and coffee. Good value.

A nice place to stay. Right off the US 60 freeway. Rooms are being remodeled and look very nice and comfortable.

The Days Inn Hotel inMeda is the perfect place to go on your vacation getaway. Spacious, well kept rooms welcome you with open arms. Hotel staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help their guests with anything they might need during their stay. I would definitely return to stay at the Days Inn Hotel in Mesa over and over again!

Good place really enjoy coming here. Especially for the waffle house open 24/7 a walk away. Heading there now. 4 stars because the shower heads need an upgrade with some better water pressure. Totally an awesome place to spend a couple nights.

This hotel is very well kept, very clean. They also offer to provide small personal care items if you've forgotten your own, like tooth paste. They have a decent breakfast, with hot waffles and cold cereal. The staff was really friendly. The only thing is if you arrive late at night, you need to find the doorbell for them to open, and they had the light off so we had trouble finding it.

Days Inn was not only affordable, but all the staff was friendly and even cheerful! I had to stay here because of an issue with the A. C. In my home. The location of this place would be super convenient for any traveler. The room was comfortable, well kept, and accommodating. The only thing keeping the rating from a 5 is that the room was definitely outdated, and in need of some (albeit minor) repairs. The breakfast was delicious, and the pet policy was very easy to deal with!

The hotel is a little bit older but it is in good shape and very clean. For the price I would say that it is a fantastic value. The staff at the front desk was fast and courteous. The people in the room next to me were being very loud and I need to go to sleep early for work and he moved me to another room with no questions asked. The pool and fitness area are pretty lame but other than that I have no complaints. Great place to stay.

Despite being a non-smoking facility, there were people in a meeting room just outside the elevator smoking when we arrived. The room also smelled of heavy cleaning agent overlaying smoke. Beyond that there was a quick and dirty "update" to gloss over the very dated building.

I would have given this place a couple stars for cleanliness and amenities but my bad experience just overruled it all. I'm livid. My diabetic alert dog was in perfect heel position and behaving perfectly well. I got accosted by a wait staff in the cafeteria who said "You can't have that in here. " I said she's a service dog. She said "Where's her thing? " Very belligerent. I stated that according to federal ADA law, I don't HAVE to have her tagged in any way, nor do I have to show anyone proof of my disability. Five minutes later the manager came over and asked me to leave. I repeated she was a service dog (she was laying beneath the table) and she asked what room I was in before saying Ok and walking away. I don't even want to finish my stay. They knew I was bringing a service dog when I booked this reservation and she was with me when I checked in. I'm so disappointed in this place.

It was a very clean hotel. The breakfast was very good (especially the bacon). The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great rooms, good location, above average breakfast. The outside pool and hot tub are also nice. However… It would be nice if we could stay out in the hot tub a little later than 10 p. M. Though.

Good hotel for a very reasonable price. The front desk staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The room was clean. We did have a strange problem with our bathroom sink faucet in that it only gave us hot water. Complimentary breakfast was pretty typical, but didn't have any fruit, which was a bit disappointing.

Very nice clean and close to sunsplash didn't get back till late and there wasn't any fear of people in the parkinglot would recommend this hotel as well as the breackfast was great! there online booking system was a little glichie so it is better to just call and book.

The hotel was everything you'd expect. My only complaint was with the construction that's being done across the street and how access to the hotel's parking lot was a bit obstructed. Of course, that's not their fault. Clean room, good breakfast, nice staff, close to main highway. Yeah, I'd go back in a heartbeat.

We made our reservation at this motel and another "Days Inn" as our kids had a chess tournament. The other "Days Inn" was $25 cheaper than this one. When I called them up to cancel, they immediately matched that price and boy what a deal for the stay. To begin with the folks at the front desk were so courteous and not like somebody doing a job just for the paycheck. Room was very neat and there was an extra bed in the sofa which was a surprise to us! The sleep was awesome with quite surroundings. The pool was so clean. The breakfast was awesome and the cook was as courteous as everyone working at the motel. I wish there were a higher rating than excellent. These folks here exceeded the levels of excellence. A special mention of the "carrot muffins" should be made here as a nice addition to the best breakfast. I will recommend highly to everyone. Don't hesitate to stay here. If you are particularly on a tight budget like mine.
