Great last min. Stay, got us rooms side by side w/sharing doors for the family. Was perfect for our family! They even had washers & dryers in a perfect place! Thx Motel 6 AWESOME.

This motel 6 is much like the rest. Average room, bed and scenery. The staff however, were not average. They were great! We checked in because the air conditioning at home completely stopped working during the most sweltering day of the year soo far. We checked in with a much overheated 2 month old puppy and boy did she get some attention! She was spoiled from kisses and puppy treats by staff members before we left the lobby to check out our room! A big thank you to the office staff who was there that day. Very nice people!

Excellent price — we wanted a no frills room / pet friendly. Good neighborhood, close to many goof entertainment / restaurants / stores. Great pool. Laundry facility. Will stay here when in Mesa.

Great location, easy to get to. Had a minor issue with plumbing. Staff immediately moved us to an upgraded room. They are friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable. Kids love the pool. Have stayed there 3 times so far.

Rachael at the front desk was great, check in was simple, easy and fast. The room was a bit small, but ya don't come here to have 50 people in a room. It fits it needs. It was very clean, A. C. Worked great, the pool area was clean and great. I stayed only a night, but plan to come before I head back to ny. There where no bugs at all and price was great. Located next to everything you need. I would def recommend.

Excellent Motel 6! City manager as well as a front desk person is fantastic! Very professional and friendly and you everything within their power to help you with any issues. Again it's a Motel 6 so expecting concierge service is going to leave you very disappointed. Most of the staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean nothing fancy but at least clean. The new person named Joey they hired in housekeeping has to be the best Motel housekeeper I've ever experienced. Didn't just clean the room he detailed it I was quite impressed with how thorough and meticulous he was and cleaning the room. Not only that she was super friendly and super personable which I truly appreciate. If Motel 6 hires more people like him it will truly raise a quality of service out of this hotel chain. Kudos to whomever hired him.

I love this Motel Chain! The staff work very hard to keep people comfortable in a very clean and simple environment. If you are staying in town, and want very good rates, for a safe place to stay, and some locations allow pets, then this is really your best choice!

Staying at Motel 6 was great! The prices are reasonable and the staff called daily to see if housekeeping was needed. I wish their dog park was more grassy but, it was nice that they have one.

The room was overall clean. You pretty much get what you pay for. It was a pretty low rate considering the others around that were in the same category. Easy check in and easy check out. The was my first time staying at a motel 6. Would stay again.

Had an unexpected stay over, no reservation, & no rooms available. Victoria said if I’d care to wait, a room might open up. Thankfully, a cancellation came in. Victoria was very nice to me during my wait & I got to watch her friendly interaction w/other arriving guests. I did have to take a smoking room, but opening the windows for an hr. Helped my adjustment to the odor. The bed was very comfortable. The room was fairly clean, although my white socks showed the floor could use a hard scrub. I didn’t use the pool, but noticed they have a handicap lift down into the pool. A VERY nice feature for someone who needs that help.

Read many positive posts but I can't agree with them at all. Staff is friendly but the pool is unusable, so cold that it may have ice on a cool morning. No hot tub or breakfast which the website states they have?! Rooms are tiny and have nothing in them… no tissues soap or shampoo or lotion or towels… but there are ashtrays in non smoking rooms? Ice machines broken, doors don't close tight and you can hear people talking 3 rooms in either direction. Spend more and stay away from this hotel.

I feel I should have asked for my money back. It is one of the most dirty filthy motels I have ever stayed and built on the cheap. My suggestion is that Motel 6 takes every one of their motels rebuilds remodels so that they might be able to be compared with the other ones that are the most elegant and beautiful ones like Best Western Clarion Inn Marriott. Etc.

I was very pleased with all of the staff. After our reservation was mysteriously canceled at a hotel near by, we thought we would be spending the night in the car. We were so happy to here the girl at the front desk tell us that they had just finished cleaning 2 rooms and let us pick from the 2. The next morning instead of leaving back to Reno, we decided to stay another night and had a great time at the casino down the road. Thank you to all of your wonderful staff for being so professional and friendly. Without a doubt we will be telling our friends back home about this.

Clean, comfortable, but the noise of the other rooms can become unbearable as well as the smell of cigar.

It was an easy, quick check in. Room was clean, nice there was no carpet. Dog run areas were also appreciated. Appreciated the complementary coffee in the morning. Could have done with out the 'gossip chatter' from the front staff woman, talking to her co-worker about the 'first' male housekeeper. Who cares? At least he's working! Couldn't say that she looked overly busy, maybe she could have been helping with the housekeeping if it was such a joke to her. The Pillows were terrible. The daily phone call asking about housekeeping was also very annoying. We stayed a week and had a terrible location at the hotel, the busiest spot (room 107) its at an intersection for people going upstairs and others trying to get to the pool. I'm not sure if I would stay again?

I stayed there for a few days and Victoria was awesome. She was excellent at here job. And, well informed about Motel 6 and customer service was on point. My family and I enjoyed are stay.

I made the reservation through your national customer line. Upon arriving in Mesa I drove around in circles looking for the address the agent had given me. When I finally stopped to call back, it turned out he had given me the incorrect address. He said that since it was past my check-in time he could not adjust my payment to compensate for the error on the companies part. He instructed me to speak to the clerk about this and have them make a financial adjustment. Upon arriving the clerk was unable to do this so, together, we called back to see what to do. Someone named Nia or Mia told her to add a military discount for my trouble. After hanging up the clerk learned she was unable to do this as I already had a senior discount. At that point, with the additional hour and 45 minutes added due to all the confusion I just wanted to get some rest. The following day I called the customer service number and the person with whom I spoke said he had filed a report and I should be hearing back within 2 days about a possible complimentary room or half price coupon for future use. That was five days ago. The clerk where I stayed was very accommodating and apologetic, and my stay was pleasant. Unfortunately the greater experience was far less than pleasant due to the events above.

Victoria, Rachelle, Judy are all great. They are very helpful and courteous and are always smiling. The housekeeping staff really needs to step up a bit with there cleaning but they are also very friendly and courteous. Overall I have enjoyed may stay…

Room had sticky spots on the floor and night stand (glad I take Clorox wipes with me). 1st room had a dirty bath tub and no heat, stains on the sheet and bed spread. Was moved to another room. There was the sticky spots and long dark hair on the sheet (I have red hair). Horrible noise from upstairs sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. Multiple calls to the desk, it would quiet down for a bit, then start back up. Worst stay yet. I regularly travel cross country and always stay at Motel 6.

The room had been painted and beds were clean however the floors were so dirty that I cleaned them before we even allowed our dogs to enter. (I have photos of the towels used to clean). When I went to the front desk with the towels I was told that I shouldn’t have used the towels because they don’t come clean after that kind of dirt and the excuse of the swifter not being followed up with a wet cleaning towel. Really? Then there was the tub which we had to get maintenance to remove the hair and plastic from so it would drain and this after I cleaned the mildew off of the tub edge and also the sink faucet base. The air conditioner didn’t work it only spewed the smell Of cigarette smoke into the room. We were told about the dog play yard however after looking at the sheer number of piles of poop we opted to walk our dogs. The motel staff certainly is not at fault here. They provided the disposal equipment. On the other hand would it kill someone to go the extra mile and clean it up once in a while? It would be of benefit to all to enforce cleanup or designate the grounds crew to police it. What a lovely yard it could be.

Great experience slept peacefully and comfortable, centrally located to all the amenities that one would need, 24 hours security, staff was courteous and helpful with all my needs I recommend this location to anybody who's stopping in town on vacation or just passing through.

When being at the motel 6 north of Mesa I had wonderful customer service from the front desk Receptionist by the name of Victoria she is a kind hearted woman who loves what she does she does outstanding work and when out of her way ceveral times to make sure we had everything we needed this woman deserves a promotion because of the outstanding customer service I received from her it is a blessing to see a hard working woman in this world that goes out of her way to help so many people on a daily~thank u again Victoria for the awesome customer service keep up the good work.

I decided stay here for a wonderful Arizona vacation. I was not disappointed with the precise location of this motel, just a brief stroll away from; a fine golf resort, a beautiful beach (fed by multiple rivers), and the five star "Mesa Raceway. " The parking lot seemed to be kept at just the right temperature too. Enjoy your stay!

My stay was great. I was a bit worried about having a room on the first floor. It was quiet and nothing out of the ordinary occurred. I enjoy staying a motel 6

The first day we were there, we were in a nice room but the air didn't work. It was really warm and it was hot outside so we were miserable. It took a little while but they switched rooms for us. The rest of the stay was pretty good. The maintenance guy told us it was probably bad wiring in the unit but he would get it fixed. He seemed like a really nice guy. The second room ended up being better anyway so it wasn't a big deal. We'd come back. Can't scare us away that easily.

The pool was shut down for a few hours when the heat index was at its highest. Other than that it's a great little hideaway. Ros were clean and the staff is friendly and always courteous. Walking distance to Country Club Rd where there's tons of shops, restaurants, and eye candy. find it and go!

Horrible experience management treats their customers like they are disposable for the almost $70 per night with no interest in accommodating guests for a better night stay nor would offer a discounted rate for NO reason even when not fully booked. Do NOT stay at this motel if you can at all help it, if you do good luck! Find another spot at the risk of your sanity! Pay more for a nicer hotel or you could be sorry.

Military and seniors get same 10% like to know my 7.5 years means more the just getting old. Loud. Not managed well. Was put out at 11 one night. I left with no fuss or problem. The call me 10 min later we have your room reservation for tomorrow. Most the people at the front desk are great. Management needs replaced. This van was really there. We stayed quite a while was between houses and stayed for a month. No offer of cheaper rates. Nothing.

The rooms are refurbished & updated. The people are still shady & the motel is pretty drug infested. It's affordable. The office does a warrant check on everyone who is registered in the room. The rooms are pretty small though.

For a Motel 6, I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and with the bedding. Our non-smoking room did smell a little like smoke. Overall, the cleanliness is always the most important thing and they checked that box.

Comfortable rooms that have working air conditioners, no roaches and excellent, cheerful, and helpful desk attendants that will take the time to listen to your concerns, no matter what. I needed a good nights rest. Thank you Motel 6 employees.

The overnight clerk/auditor is a fantastic character. I've worked with her most times as if I ever need the room for friends (I live a two blocks away) it's after a long day. She's wonderful.

Well, what is there to say about this place, … everything… from right when you walk into tthe office, your treated like family… til the moment you check out… Victoria did an amazing and outstanding job… the rooms were clean the air conditioner was on I was missing a light bulb and a couple of towels so I called the office let Victoria know and within 5 minutes I had maintenance at my door with towels and level outstanding I give this place 5 Stars across the board.

In a city scape where hotels and motels are abundant Motel 6 competes very well, for the frugal traveler at least. At just under 100 dollars a night I have stayed at much nicer hotels but in smaller less expensive areas. The rooms in the Motel 6 are smaller but not cramped and the facilities are cleaner than many of the cheaper lodgings I have stayed in over the years. The greatest value of the Motel 6 is its price, especially when you take into account the reasonable quality of the rooms and the surprisingly friendly staff. With the average room in the Phoenix area sitting around 180 and more per night the Motel 6 stands out for maintaining a lower cost without the worry of contracting a mysterious ailment from the room, which is honestly my greatest concern when staying at any budget lodgings. You can get a nicer room if you have more money to spend but the Motel 6 is a heck of a value.

Since the A/C was not working… 102 degrees in the room. Doesn't rate a good Motel 6 rating. At least the one in El Paso helped us in transferring to another Motel 6.

Rooms were goid, security was good. Reservation was bad expereince.

We stayed here over the weekend. We're not too picky about much but we requested a nonsmoking room because I'm pregnant. Come to find our room smelled like cigarettes. The sheets had a cigarette burn on it and there was also hair on the sheets. Made me question if house keeping actually used clean linens. I took pictures of this but I don't see an option to post a picture. On checkout day we were getting our things ready to leave and the housekeeper hungout right outside our door until we left. I Thought that was kinda of rude. Tv channels are limited. You have to pay for Wi-Fi.

Worst stay ever! Made a reservation a week earlier. Check in time was 11am. Room wasn't ready until 7pm. Room was dirty, A/C barely worked, and there were cigarette burns all over the tub. Couple in front of me got a double booked room. Walked in to find someone in the room already. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

We had a non smoking room that reeked of cigarettes there was central air instead of individual units you had to pay an extra fee to use the Wi-Fi the pool closed way too early not enough towels.

Our stay was wonderful. The men at the front desk were very knowledgeable and nice.

Remodeled rooms were really nice. Bed soft and bug free. Sufficient hot water. Relatively quiet.

Remodeled room was excellent! The pool was heated and nice. The bed was comfy, I laid in it and went right to sleep. The area was quiet. Plenty of parking. The staff was great and accommodating. The price was right!

The AC or Heat was on and the room was either freezing or like an oven. No in between. The night manager, Andrew, was rude and acted like a petulant child with some of his comments such as "YOU DIDN'T ASK" When I inquired the reason he didn't let me know that maintenance was not at the hotel when he said he would send them right up. I got told if I wanted Ice I needed to go the other Motel 6 about 5 minutes away. Room was clean bathroom floor needed mopping, Bed not uncomfortable. I stayed here last year and it was Ok. No major problems but this year was horrible, It was the worst stay I have ever has at a hotel. Do not recommend will not be staying here again ever!

I have been staying @ Motel 6 for years when traveling, the rates have gone up and always their customer service and management in az is terrible. They are in the middle of remodeling and it is noisy and the property has trash all over the grounds, nobody picks it up. Maintenance guy walked right into my room saying someone called 911. There was no 911 call front desk made up an excuse for him I am still trying to figure out what he was talking about no cops came. Indicative of Arizona and most motel 6 now very unprofessional and unfriendly staff. The beds were uncomfortable and old and dirty.

One of the nastiest hotels I've ever stayed in. The beds are from the 19 fifties. The room smells like sex and Bo. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They f****** suck.

I was/am dealing with a very hard time in my life and everyone there. From the maintenance man to the maids (for lack of a better term), the office staff. No matter what time we went in there, they were all very friendly, and right back to the manager. He hand delivered an extra pillow one night, that my husband had requested. Most managers that I have come across would have deligated that 'meanial' duty, but not this one. He truely cared about our experience. Having been in the hospitality industry for several years, I know that good customer service is something that can not be taught. You either have it or you don't. In this case, the manager at this location has done an exquisite job in hiring the right people, for the right position. The 'Ace's were definately in their places' at this Motel 6 location. I will ABSOLUTELY reccomend Motel 6 to all my traveling friends. An excellant hotel experience is not always dependant upon all the 'extra's. To me, it is dependant upon the welcoming family feel, and the customer service of the staff. way to go motel 6! you hit the mark with this location.

Rooms are old pool sucks.

Got here around 10pm. The water park next door is loud outside the room buy once the door is closed can't here it. We paid a little over 40 and got the last bottom floor room. Beds are typical for Motel 6. Room was clean. You could sometimes hear the upstairs guest banging around, so then floors. I have never had a bad problem staying at a Motel 6 and Im off to the next one on my trip.

The cards in the room are all full of information. Like "your bed will be made every 3rd day. " More like every day. The cleaning staff is loud and guess what — not one word of English. Protect your belongings because apparently "No trabajo" doesn't work either. Our neighbors on both nights were rude. Allowing their car alarms to go off at 5:45am and even "checking on" their vehicle every 30min by honking the alarm to be sure it was on. Our lights in the room work, on the third try. Our toilet, despite being large, flushes like old people walk. Needless to say, not staying at this location again. Super convenient that it IS directly across from Sunsplash. Until 11pm when it closes and all those jerks block the street and start. Honking.
