Beware of security and/or cleanliness issues of this hotel. Following is our experience: After we checked into this hotel, my daughter-in-law went up to the room to drop off her luggage and use the restroom in the room. We then left the hotel for about 4 hours. When we went back to the hotel, we saw four police cars at the hotel and police officers in front handling an issue with a guest. We decided to take the kids through a different door so they wouldn't be frightened by the commotion in front of the hotel. We climbed the stairs to the second floor room. Shortly after entering the room, my 5 year old granddaughter needed to use the restroom. My daughter-in-law went in with her and noticed some clothing hanging from the shower curtain. (When she had come into the room earlier, she hadn't seen them hanging there, and would definitely have noticed them when she'd used the restroom earlier) She picked them up, and saw that they were a pair of soiled men's underwear. She reported to the front desk that she believed someone had been in the room, or at the very least, that the room had not been properly cleaned. Security believed the underwear belonged to a guest he had dealt with earlier that had been running through the hotel in his underwear (unrelated to the incident with the four police cars out front). But, for some reason, front desk did not believe they were left by that guest.
