Pool was closed the shower was broken and had to call maintenance as was the refrigerator. We look across at both hotels in close proximity and kids are swimming.

Great host and clean room. Could use a updated iron and a little attention in the shower area but would definitely stay again.

A/c never got below 78 they couldn’t repair or find another like room, we checked out and they charged full price for a miserable night.

Internet is a joke. Hope you don’t need to check your email. Building is nice, AC can’t keep up and staff is hit or miss. Try the Hampton next door.

Breakfast is generally good, there’s an awesome view from the top floor, if you are placed facing east. Though, there’s one small thing that can be a huge inconvenience. The television doesn’t really have a place where you can watch it. You can’t watch it from the couch and you can somewhat watch it from a “bad angle” on your bed. Besides that, front desk staff is hard-working and kind. It was easy to ask for another night in the same room, room service was easy to call for and did a good job. Though there was nothing that would make it four stars. Nice establishment, would return if needed to.

We recently had a fire in our home and our insurance chose this location as our place to stay while we await the repairs. I just wanted to take the time to call out Lacy the overnight front desk lady. She was amazingly WONDERFUL! After two days of craziness and stress, multiplied since I am 9 months pregnant and in early labor stages. She was a breath of fresh air! She was very helpful and extremely friendly! Very happy with her customer service! Will definitely stay here again and will look forward to continuing to stay here while we wait to be able to go home!

Stayed here several times. Taylor at the front desk is so helpful and kind. Will stay again for sure. The rooms are fabulous!

Room was spacious and staff was uber helpful! Millions of ants in sink which was annoying! Air conditioner was fickle and took forever to cool my room! Continental breakfast was fair and is best described as hangover food. Not flavorful or satisfying, but it was free. Hotel offered Starbucks novelties for an inflated premium. At night from desk doubles as a small bar. Overall… hotel is super OVERPRICED! AMAZING STAFF!

It was a great place for the price. Front desk staff was super nice. Free breakfast was great except the food wasn’t really hot. Room was great except the couch/pull out bed. Room was clean when we checked in. Cleaning each day didn’t happen cause it seemed like they took forever to finally get to our room and we were already back for the day. Other than that it was a good experience. We will for sure stay there again!

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting family in the area. This is a good hotel, comfortable room and bed, bathroom could have been a little bigger, but overall it's a great place to stay. We had a large room with a comfy sofa and desk area that included a refrigerator. The only down side to our stay was the TV service; the hotel was being remodeled (not noisy though) and it affected the TV service in the early morning hours.

The rooms are clean and eco-friendly. The staff is very friendly, and breakfast was good. We have very much enjoyed our stay and will probably be back.

I have 4 Kids and I love that we can all stay in the same room. 2 queens and a sofa bed. Awesome. Great breakfast. Very comfortable.

The rooms, the service, and the amenities were very good. I would especially like to commend Lacey on the night shift for service above and beyond the Call of Duty. She was very very helpful with an urgent situation that I had and I appreciated her assistance very much.

Very clean location, and accommodation to the family event we were having. Running distance to a nice park, and also very close to the Gilbert Temple, San Tan Village shops, Main Event, and Top Golf. Nice treadmill and work out facilities. No hot tub, as seen in a number of Hyatt Place properties, but the pool is nice. Great staff, and an overall satisfying experience.

Super comfy beds, incredibly accommodating for breakfast considering our group knew we had to be out early, very friendly staff and no major complaints! There were some dirty towels in our room upon checking in. Thats maybe our only thing to complain about. Otherwise I'd totally come back here again.

Standard rooms are nicely dimensioned. Bed and couch are really comfortable. Service personnel is friendly and competent. Breakfast was really good.

I spent the night here with my sister after traveling all day. The hotel is beautiful and clean, everything we were looking for in a place and the location was perfect. I really only have one major complaint. We booked the room primarily to get some rest and relaxation. The people in the next room had two small children that were very loud. The kids ran around and you could hear then screaming and crying most of the evening. We made calls to the front desk to see if we could get some one to move us but they told us the hotel was completely booked and there wasn't another room to move us to. While we realize it wasn't the hotel fault we woke up at 1am, 3:30am and again at 7:30am to kids crying and parents yelling. Everything else about this hotel was wonderful and the professionalim at the front desk as well as the breakfast was fantastic. We just didn't get the rest we needed due to other guests.

Great place to stay! Rooms were very clean and breakfast was great! Highly recommend as a relatively cheap stay!

They need to change towels and pick up the trash.

My husband and I have used this hotel for several guests. It is very close to our home. We also give couples classes and held them there and they are always warm and inviting, serve Starbucks coffee and they have a nice, hot breakfast. The rooms are modern and clean. For a 3 star hotel, you won't be disappointed.

I had reservations for May 31st — June 6th 2017. Checked in and the front desk staff was phenomenal. I haven't experienced that type of professional customer service in a long time. My family checked in kind of late after a long day. I woke up to bed bugs and had to run out of their super fast. It was around midnight. I have small children and they were devastated. The staff didn't give us any hassle. It was hard dealing with that and having to be at work in a few hours. 1st floor room 125… last but not least the furniture was so old and not what I expected from a hyatt hotel.

Clean and spacious rooms with great layout. Stayed 2 nights with no problems in the slightest. Couldn't hear neighbors or traffic, despite being right off of the 202 loop. Best breakfast I have ever had in any hotel. More selection, quality, and quantity allowed for everyone to get in and out quickly. Will stay here next time I am in SW Phoenix. That is a guarantee.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in in a long time. Pleasant staff. Nice clean room (other than the sectional couch). Nice comfy bed, nice entertainment center. Great breakfast (cold pancakes tho). I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area!

The location is great, away from the Phoenix traffic. But not too far out of the way to go shopping. Rooms are clean, roomy and very nice. Staff is very helpful and courteous.

What an Excellent Hotel. We had a great room, it was very large with two queen size beds that were perfect! The free buffet breakfast was very tasty and you had a lot of breakfast items to choose from. We will definitely return to this Hotel the next time we're in the Phoenix area.

I spent two weeks here and it was a great stay. Clean and comfortable room, great bed and pillows. Has a bistro style restaurant with very good food. I got hooked on the apple cinnamon crumb cakes with caramel sauce. They also have a shuttle driver that will take you anywhere you want to go within about 5 miles. I highly recommend this hotel.

My daughter recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Phoenix/Gilbert with a large group. During her stay, my daughter would celebrate her 16th birthday. I called the hotel to see if there was anything I could do to acknowledge my daughter's birthday, and was blown away by the kindness offered by Jen and the staff. Jen arranged to have cupcakes delivered to my daughter's room and gave her a card signed by staff members. Thank you to all involved! That type of customer service and generosity goes above and beyond.

Upgraded rooms, friendly and very helpful staff. Clean hotel — nothing drab. So much better than Best Western.

They rescued us when our AC went out during an AZ heat wave, temps were reaching 120 during the day and staying in the 90s at night. Not only did they work with us to make sure even our dog was comfortable when we showed up at midnight but they worked with us to make sure we were getting the best rate during our stay. They were not only pleasant but went above and beyond. If you need an awesome local hotel they deserve your business!

Beds comfy. Pool area okay but limited. Cleanliness was below average in room. Pink mildew on shower curtain. Graffiti in elevator. Dirty fridge. What really ticked me off though and reason for bad review is I asked them to clean the fridge that was already dirty when first checking into room three separate times within the three days I was there politely and explained what it looked like and it never ever got cleaned. After asking them 3 separate times! Rooms are nice but cleanliness could definitely be better. The sooner they get rid of the graffiti the better. Not a good first impression going to your room. I would give them a second chance if they stepped it up on maintaining a clean environment and their employees made sure needs were met.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating as this was a special trip for me and they did everything to make my life very special for me including my birthday with a special gift. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. The people are so willing to be helpful and be there for you. Vanessa at the front desk was so thoughtful and is definitely a valuable asset to this place. I definitely rate it 5 stars.

Handicapped Room lacks ADA Bars in bathroom and shower for those that need the assist the ADA Bars provide. The lack of ADA Bars presented an unacceptable risk to me. I will be pursuing this further as I believe the handicap room does not meet the ADA code or guest expectations for the advertised "handicap" room. Please make sure to ask if the room has ADA Bars so you won't be disappointed.

Room was clean and specious. Great a/c which is a must in the Arizona summer. TV has a versatile media input that is easy to access if you're into that. 24-hour room service and snack/ drink bar available in the lobby, along with a hot or cold breakfast. The pool is exposed to the sun and feels like tepid bath water late into the night.

The service at every Hyatt Place I've stayed at has been wonderful. The workers are courteous and address all my needs quickly. The rooms are very comfortable. I liked that the Gilbert location is now "green" and take measures to help the environment.

We had a flood in our house and stayed there for 3 MONTHS it was a great experience and I loved the people and rooms there never got old after the months that we stayed there Wi-Fi is good and the TV is also good plenty of choices if we ever had a problem people were on it, HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENED.

My family stays there when they visit. It is their favorite place in the area to stay. I visited, and the facilities are very nice. It is also close to the freeway.

Very Nice, Very Clean. My only complaint is that they not only raise the rates ALOT for special events but threatened to change my rate if I didn't sign up for their rewards program. I had reserved my room when the rate was lower using their online reservation. I had received several email with specials in the week and a half before we arrived but she insisted that I was not signed up and if I didn't allow her to sign me up she would change my rate to the current rate which was about a $65.00 difference. Stayed for 3 days and it was NOT cheap but it was Very Nice.

Breakfast, and service were excellent. Room was spacious pull out couch was nice. Pretty disappointed with the tiny pool, and no hot tub. Continental breakfast was really good, French toast sticks, sausage, fresh fruit all pretty yummy.

Our office is located near by and this is a place our visitors will often stay. It is your standard hotel. No frills but definitely a nice place to have in the area.

The romance package was well worth the money. We had corner room on the top floor with a bottle of wine, chocolate, and a stuffed bear waiting for us. Overall a great experience.

Very fancy and we'll kept place, excellent staff, but water is a bit hard so maybe buy some bottled water would be nice, but nothing we can do about the water systems.

Checked in after midnight. The night staff were very helpful. The room was nice and clean and gave me an excellent night sleep. The complementary breakfast was quite extensive, lots of good food.

I've been trying to get a hold of their sales office for weeks now. I swear there's never anyone there. I was finally able to speak to someone to book a group reservation of 40 rooms. Usually all the hotels I've spoken to usually would take a day or two to put a quote together and get the best rate they can give since booking 40 rooms. This person puts me on hold and comes back to tell me that its going to be $119 per night without even asking what dates will I be needing the 40 rooms. What a joke! I ask if this is the best they can do and she says yes. Are you kidding me? I expected a lot more from this hotel and their customer service SUCKS! You just lost my business. I will not recommend you to anyone.
