My second visit & would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.

I have stayed at the Hampton inn for almost 2 week's now and I don't regret it one bit! Originally I came for a weekend but the staff is so good that it turned into some weeks! The staff is awesome! * From management, to housekeeping, to front desk the experience was amazing! Super AMAZING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAMPTON INN & SUITE'S! ESPECIALLY THE Gilbert Arizona location!

Front desk clerk is amazingly helpful and very sweet.

Great places to stay and they go out of their way to make things convenient for you.

We had a great experience at the Hampton in Gilbert although front desk didn’t have too much information about surrounding areas. The pool is very small for a family oriented hotel. Full breakfast was a nice surprise and very good. Rooms were clean, but avoid checking in on Monday’s due to carpet cleaning, carpet was very damp and had to move to another room.

Great check in experience! Even PRE checking in they wrote to me saying they were happily expecting us. Made us feel exactly at home! Room is great! Bed is great! Will try breakfast in the AM!

Replace their hotel manager for immoral, illegal, and dishonest activities.

The stay, park and fly is a great deal. I have done it several times without fail. They'll get you back and forth from the airport any way they can!

Nice and clean hotel. The airport shuttle does not go to the main airport which is the Skyharbor but to a secondary one… for us a great rip-off not at all clear in the description. We spent an additional 24 euros!

Hotel was great. Room is a tiny bit small, but everything is clean and well-maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly.

This place is modern and clean, and an excellent value! The breakfast is also among the best hotel breakfast buffets I've ever had. Friendly staff too. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel seems OK for a newer hotel. What's upsetting is this hotel charges your credit card for your entire stay soon as you check in even after telling you they "just put a hold" on the funds. Shady at best. I travel the entire west coast monthly for a week at a time. "Most" hotels only put the hold. Dont mind them charging money I'll owe them. However, tell patrons the truth at check in. ENTIRE STAY is charged soon as you enter their property. I won't be back again because of the employees direct dishonesty.

What a great stay. Friendly staff and clean nice room. It was a hot day and was given a cold bottle of water at check-in and had 2 more bottles waiting for us in our room. On a hot day it's those little things that really take the experience to the next level.

The lobby was very nice and clean, and the guy at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Close to the 202 so its easy to get places. Pretty cool.

This was a great hotel. Close to where I needed to be for a wedding and the room was clean, and the AC was very much appreciated. I would definitely come back here next time I'm in town.

Pretty fricken good service, and they were pretty helpful too. Large score out of 10 would recommend. The service was fine, nothing was stolen and everything that should've been replaced was in fact replaced. Everything was cleaned to the fullest extent, so yeah pretty good.

The staff was awesome. Our biggest complaint was the bed. It was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also pretty flat making the whole night just uncomfortable. Aside from that, the room was nice and squared away. Perfect for a one night trip. The digital key piece is useful. Definitely room for improvement, but worked pretty well considering.

I love my stay here. And apparently so did the other two people who stayed with me. Lol great service and rooms. Their pool and hot tub were a little too bleachy though.

I only visited friends there, but it seemed like a very nice hotel. It is in a convenient location and the room was a nice size. Would definitely suggest it to friends visiting the area.

The rooms are clean the employees are wonderful the manager Mr. Belcher is one of the rudest nastiest people i've ever dealt with in my life I satay to Hampton a lot never dealt with anyone like him the satisfaction guarantee Hampton Inn holds he does not he says he doesn't have to satisfy anyone and tries to hold your money for incidentals after the maids tell him that there are no incidentals and to return your money cause everything is good be Careful staying here employees are great manager is just horrible If anyone stays I recommend you deal with the employees not the manager he tries to rip you off and keep money for no reason and tell you he's going to throw you off and call the police.

This was a very nice hotel. They had afternoon drinks like tea and hot chocolate. They had a nice pool and jaquzzi. There was a very good breakfast as well. They had a nice staff and very clean large rooms.

Very sterile environment. Quite, clean, efficient. Pool for kids and adults and a hot tub. There is plenty to do and staying here is a joy!

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The one negative I found to be was the pillows; the pillows were horrible.

Great room. Great price! Excellent layout, large, quiet. Some of the maintenance (bathroom calk and repair work) could have been done more professionally, though still a tremdous value for this room.

We have stayed at this hotel 2 times this summer as we were passing through Gilbert and it is fantastic. Nicole works at the front desk and remembered who we were when we checked in! She was so kind and genuine and helped us feel welcome with our honors account. This is one of my favorite Hampton Inn and Suites to stay at because of the Complimentary Water Bottles, the Complimentary Breakfast, The Shuttle to and from the Mesa Gateway Airport and the overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Friendly staff at a clean newer property, with spacious and comfortable suites. The location is within safe walking distance to numerous restaurants and grocery stores.

Good hotel. Had a few issues with rooms, but they accommodated me when the AC was out. The location is good too. Their fitness center is lacking, but there is a gym next door you can go to for 5 dollars.

Very nice hotel. More than what you expect from a typical Hampton Inn. Location is close to San Tan village shopping center and LDS temple in Gilbert. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even though I kept forgetting my key in the room. Rates were good.

I have stayed here twice now when visiting Arizona and if I can give a 10 I would the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff makes this a great place to stay they make you feel like you are very welcome and always ready to help with anything the morning breakfast is also fresh not like frozen or microwave they take care of their guests highly recommended for sure!

Great room great customer service convenient parking they have a pool and continental breakfast with hot food not to mention a good price compared to a lot of other places I stayed they charged me a lot more and was supposed to be luxurious5 star and didn't even offer a breakfast meal, we had complimentary water bottles waiting for us in our room definitely will stay there again on my next return to Arizona.

A wonderful inn. The employees are wonderful, the rooms are wonderful, and the pool is wonderful too! A fantastic in to stay for a while in the middle of the heat.

These rooms are nice and spacious with comfortable beds, pillows and comforters that you don't feel gross sleeping with. Name brand soap and fluffy towels with free Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast every morning. I loved my stay at the Hampton and won't be using any other hotel brand any time soon. Best hotel stay ever!

I got a job there March 2016. I ended up being involved with a bullying situation. I took the professional route and reported it to the general manager. She ended up firing me over it, instead of dealing with the issue. If they treat new employees like that, I can only imagine how they treat guests.

Love being near the Gilbert temple and close to amazing shops and dining. Removed, but still close to Spring Training and all of the fun Phoenix has to offer.

Clean and quiet. The hotel is new construction and was comfortable. The pool and hot-tub were clean. Big plus for the Ethernet in room. Wash & Dryer are a little pricey for $2 each. Friendly staff.

The main issue is I had a few small problems with the hotel upon checking out I informed them. They refused to do anything since I made reservation on a third party site. I contacted the site let them know they called hotel and said someone would call me back. After days of waiting I called hotel again and was told some thing nothing they could do cause I wanted till check out was excuse this time. So much for their guarantee not to mention simply making up excuse then not calling back.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. They offer coffee and tea 24/7 and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and buttered popcorn at night. The breakfast is basic, but a welcomed part of the morning. Great place to stay.

We recently hosted an event in the conference room at the Gilbert Hampton Inn & Suites. The cooperation of their friendly staff was exemplary and they helped us with anything we needed to make sure our event was good. We were impressed with how clean and how nicely it was seasonally decorated!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn while we were in Gilbert for Thanksgiving. Our stay at the Hampton Inn was perfect! The hotel is inviting, clean and extremely well managed. The wheelchair accessible room was perfect for my parents and definitely met all their needs. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and relaxed atmosphere every morning. But the most fantastic thing about this hotel is the staff — from the manager to front desk to food managers to housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to do whatever they could to make our stay there perfect. Thank you Hampton Inn Gilbert for a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Gilbert.
