Dirty rooms, ripped furniture, stained linen, in clean sinks and mirrors.

Big 3 inch water bugs running around and on the wall, very poor maintenance.

Please do NOT go here. My family checked in for my sisters wedding and NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES were wearing masks. The staff was lowkey rude, never wore masks anytime I saw them behind the desk and in front of customers, the room spelled like dusty pee, there was no hand soap dispenser or hand soap. The wall paper is peeling off in the bathroom from a previous leak, and there’s a door you may think will be a closet but it’s actually just the room right next door… unlocked. We checked out several hours later after finding a trusty worth and clean place.

I really love this place, very good cozy nice ac staying cool in this hot weather time. Nice lobby to get out walk around and relax on a couch. Good pizza and salad I had from room service and my man had good food also.

I had to take a cold shower, they wouldn’t refund me three days I couldn’t stay due to an emergency and my flight not coming in on the a day was supposed to and giving me run around with them and Priceline not very friendly their parent company Choice.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful too me! They were very cheerful and kind! I had car problems and they helped me locate a tow truck that would show up. (The day before I waited for a tow truck for over 6 hours and they never showed up). Linda and La Keesha and the lady with the NYC accent (sorry I forgot your name) were so nice! They watched over my luggage while I took care of my car, got me free toiletries when I said I was going to go buy some, and even explained about Lyft to me. A nice lady from housekeeping told me how to catch a bus that took me very close to my disabled car so I saved money. The whole staff was excellent and their kindness made the whole trip better! The room was clean and the free breakfast was good but it was the staff that makes this place an excellent choice.

Make sure to take pictures of EVERYTHING in your room. I was accused if cutting a lamp cord in two… Absolutely ridiculous to think I went to stay in a hotel to cut a wire on a lamp. I didn't even use that lamp. Im in disbelief…

Great place to stay for a really good price. Love that they are "smoke free" (you can smoke outside the front door), not so great that it's no pets, but if you're looking for a clean, friendly place to sleep, at a reasonable price,,, this is it. Located close to Gila river casinos, (but not too close lol) and lots of other good stuff. I am not one to write reviews, good or bad, but this place made a good impression on me, and I wanted to share. Thank you all at Quality Inn!

Check in, Check out was easier than I could have hoped. The room was clean and quiet, and the customer service was excellent! We couldn't have been more pleased!

An OK place to crash, but not anyplace romantic. A good inexpensive business hotel. Park in the front if you want your car to be cool in the morning.

Very clean and modern furnishings. Only three stars because hotels like this cannot seem to find a solution to constantly slamming doors all night. I was jarred abruptly from sleep at least 3 times over the night.

We were extremely pleased with the efficiency of the front desk person Vicky she was quite knowledgeable friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to come back here as it was clean the food was hot and fresh and the accommodations were more than sufficient.

Awesome staff, very helpful and friendly. The rooms were unexpectedly spacious and had decent and updated decor. The location was GREAT. We were very near the best of Tempe within minutes walking or by bus, and the breakfast was a full breakfast with lots of choices for all types of eaters. This four rating would've been a five except there was an issue with the toilet, and the blow dryer was broken. I only had two hours till my plane was leaving, and discovered the issues that morning, so the unexpected issues were a tad bit inconvenient.

Two night stay, based on location near family. Check-in was terrible: we had confirmation number and name, but they couldn't find it and hotel was full. Then, finally, clerk said, "I have THIS name", which was our name but pronounced different — totally unprofessional. Then to the room: very small, really dated, and dusty — there was dust on the shelves in the bathroom, and dust on the coffee pot (yuk). Mattress had seen better days, long ago. Curtains were ripped in several places. The hallways were dirty and worn, and the lobby was cluttered. Cold showers on second morning. There apparently is a planned remodel coming soon, but that will not help the lack of care by the staff… We were surprised by this experience, not worth the price, and we will not return. We travel a lot, here and overseas, and have experienced a variety of places — this was close to the worst. We only stayed the two nights since we had prepaid for the room and didn't want the hassle with staff.

I had to cancel my 2-night stay, so contacted the hotel. I was told I would have to be charged for the first night due to the late cancellation. This was in their stated policy and I understood; however, they charged me for both nights anyway. I called to dispute and they blamed it on my bank?! After an hour on the phone to research and dispute the second charge, my bank provided detailed information on 2 distinct charges from Quality Inn. I'd advise anyone to find another hotel; if you've already stayed here, you might want to verify that they didn't overcharge.

Decent rooms, with desk, microwave and fridge. Small bathroom with limited counter space. Quiet rooms. I was in room 320. Had a pool but wasn't heated enough to use in February. Free breakfast, small breakfast area. Guest laundry.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms, and a pleasant place to stay for the weekend at a great price.

I would give this place a 4.5… but… Our show would not drain. We brought it to the attention of the front desk who was very nice and said they'd tend to it. When we came back you could tell someone plunged the tub due to hair and particulars laying in the tub, why they left it was a flag. Then we realized they didn't touch our room. The beds, trash cans and towels untouched. We asked about it at the front desk they said they'd comp us 50 bucks. Next morning same person tried to say 15 bucks then came back to 50. If the cleaning staff did their part it'd be a 4.5 The GM was a very nice concerned young man. Still feel we we're due better and more. I'm sure his hands were corporate tied.

Went to visit friends that were in town staying at the Quality Inn and was pleasantly surprised by the courteousness of the staff and the cleanliness of the place. It was already in a great area, so being as clean and nice as it was was definitely a plus. If I had to stay there I would be happy to.

This Quality in was in a nice location in Chandler, not to far from downtown. Room was clean and cozy with all the standard amenities. Service was great. I forgot to pack my toothbrush, but the gentleman at the counter was able to provide me a free one and some toothpaste. Breakfast was standard but still good. Would recommend and would stay again next time I'm in the area.

Reynaldo and I stayed there in October. The staff was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were in great condition. They had a continental breakfast which was just that, a continental breakfast. We were grateful it was available. However, I believe we went around 8 or 9 in the morning and the biscuits and gravy was cold and the eggs were questionable in appearance. But, that is the worst I can say about our experience there. However, I have no doubt that if I were to inquire about the food, they would have done their best to make sure I got what I needed.

Spotless Quality Inn. Extremely nice welcome at reception. Room is nice and comes with fridge and microwave and a window seat. Beds were spotless. Bathroom could need some work here and there. Small pool, not heated because of 104F outside; water felt cool.

Check in was easy. Visit and room was really nice. All the hotel staff was really nice and friendly. Would definitely visit again.

This place smells so bad, continental breakfast was very nasty, used the cheapest products possible, even the waffles were nasty, yuk! Room smelled bad and seemed to have not been cleaned in a month of Sundays. Do not stay here. Plus we were charged an extra fee that we knew nothing about until we arrived. It does have a pool but I would go no were near it due to how filthy and smelly the hotel was. Did not enjoy my stay, if you can help it do not stay here!

Linda is the best… the rest of the staff are also on point. Made the stay very pleasant. Linens and decor could use a face-lift and updating.

The rooms are a good size, the maid was really nice to us giving us the extra towels we needed. The outside has some very pretty flowers and the breakfast was good with many options for everyone to find something they like. The overall experience was very pleased.

Place was pretty clean, we could still smell some of the humidity when we came up to the second floor though. Google guide said they had something for $59, but all they told us was left was a 2 queen for about $98. Pretty quick to get us booked. Breakfast was a straight forward but decent spread; eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, couple cereals and other breads, though looked like we were beat to the bacon and sausage. Good coffee too.

Everyone was friendly, good air, not noisy, pool area nice. Plenty of restaurants and close to expressways. We had fun.

Vicki was one of the best and funniest front desk people I have talked to rooms are very clean and beds are really comfortable.

Quick check in. Amazingly comfortable king sized bed with a well air conditioned room. Decent continental breakfast and well mannered staff. Recommended.

Overall stay was OK, 7 days for work, the reason why I am only giving 2 stars is the guy Sean at the front desk. I went get a fork to eat my takeout with, like I had done before and Sean scolded me like a little kid, saying that I wasn't aloud to do that. Went on to say that the person who gave me permission to get my own fork wasn't allowed to do it. Overall crappy room had to change because AC would not work, or when it did it sounded like a helicopter was landing in the window.

This place has been one of the best kept places and the staff has been nothing but hospitable. They have repeatedly gone above and beyond what I expected. They even allowed me to extend my stay last minute. The room has been nothing but a good place to rest and get some work done. The breakfast bar was something I was not expecting and is delicious.

Good location close to the I-10. Somewhat old room, the minibar to noisy and the bed was acceptable. Very helpful staff.

Yes, the rooms are small, but so clean. The staff provides friendly help and support and that more than makes up for the size of the room.

Stayed here the beginning of January and my room smelled moldy and the pool was not in service… yet they still charged premium rate for the room… Would not recommend staying here.

I booked a room at this Quality Inn for my family and they absolutely loved it! The staff was hospitable and their breakfast was above average according to my father. Next time, I am in the Phoenix area I will be sure to stay there myself. Thanks for taking care of my family!

Terrible service, lady in the front desk called me an ass hole under her breath, was encouraging me to cancel my reservation. I will NEVER go back there again! Rooms were dirty and looked they haven't been clean in ages! They need some help or some training to help be a better group of people in general. Wish the people who get rooms there luck! Because they're seriously on the short end of being on flick! It is a horrible service and negative environment. They also require a 150$ hidden deposit that they tell you about as you are about to check in. Disrespectful unappreciative manipulate people. If I could give this a zero star I would most definitely would! Bitch.
