Relatively small room. Dirty sheet. Faulty magnetic lock door (I had to change rooms during my stay). Small breakfast room. Decent staff.

I came in around 1130pm there was a big line at the front desk. The place from the outside was easy to find. The inside of the location seemed clean. The place itself is outdated but for a small town like this it's very well maintained. The rooms were clean, the TV was new but furniture and bathroom fixtures could use some updating. A little over priced, but a decent hotel.

I love this super eight. Beautiful murals, clean rooms, wonderful front desk people!

Decent enough. Room was fine, but not fancy. Breakfast was simple and adequate. I greatly prefer the Stone Lizard Lodge, but they were full.

The room was nice, clean. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was limited in gluten-free options, and food kept running out.

Good service. Breakfast had egg omelettes, nice comfy beds. Bit dated but does the trick.

The hotel needs upgrading. Although the room was clean. Bathroom was very small and needs upgrading as well. The breakfast area is small. Not too many choices for breakfast. Coffee was very watered down. The biggest fault I found here was that there were no elevators. So if you're staying on the second floor, you have to carry your heavy bags upstairs yourself. The Lobby area is nice and bright. There is a spa are here and nice large laundry room. However, my biggest turn off was that our hotel window was facing a very shabby area.

Good motel, I can only recommend it to anyone.

Like this place. They have rooms for pets-there is a fee but its clean and quiet. We've stayed 2 nights during our Utah trip. A lot of amazing things to see around here!

Over all alright hotel to stay at if you get it for a decent price. Hotel is in a good location and easy to find. Rooms were clean and surprising the water pressure was great. Breakfast was good, waffles, donuts, bagels, etc. But tables and counters were crowded. The doors to the rooms had to be slammed to shut so once you're asleep you hope no one else on your floor had to go in or out cause it woke us up. Unplug the fridge if you dont need it as its noisey once the compressor starts up. The driveway was steep so if you have a long vehicle or low it could be dangerous.

Just ok but needed a place that allows a dog. Hot tub was out of order entire two day stay. Staff was friendly.

We reserved a king bed but they only had 1 left. The door would only unlock with the master key so they upgraded us to the suit. It was nice to be able to use such a large bath. We expected a blah breakfast and were very surprised at how delicious it was. The eggs at most hotels are rubbery but these tasted fresh not frozen.

This hotel is a good stop for those traveling through the area. There is not a nicer place in Blanding. If you want nicer, you need to go all the way to Moab and you will pay twice the price or more as well. I stay at this hotel probably around 10 days total each year. The staff is usually great. Out of all the times that I have stayed, I have only ran into one problem where they rented out the room I booked to someone else. The staff took care of the problem and I ended up in the correct room.

I never know how rate places like this: it is not, of course, the Ritz Carlton. But it IS a clean, safe, and reasonably priced place to stay in a very out-of-the-way part of SE Utah. I give it five stars because it accomplishes what it sets out to do. We are happy to stay (have stayed several times on business-related trips) and will gladly return.

Room was nice, had a fridge and a microwave. Beds were comfortable. The shower curtain wasn't wide enough for the shower though. Breakfast was decent, the eating area seemed a little cramped.

Great service, clean rooms, and free breakfast! Lots to do around with blue mountain and other hiking trails pretty close by.

4 stars at being a 2 star hotel! Clean rooms, decent beds, breakfast was ok. They welcome pets but there are basically no safe options for taking them to potty. Goat heads and foxtails around the parking lot so take care.

Room was clean. Floor had a soft spot, if not for the carpet it felt like I might fall through. Room key was 1 step above an actual key. "Free" breakfast had a tip jar, and desk agent didn't even mention it at check in. Not worth the premium they charge for being the only national chain in town.

Nice hotel, recently updated. Fridges and microwaves in room and a hot tub. Would have enjoyed a pool. Not many restaurants in walking distance but Blanding is a very small town. Great for motorcyclists who want to ride 95 through Glenn Canyon.

There's really not much in Blanding. it's not a destination location it's a gateway to many wonderful things. They provided a clean comfortable room at a reasonable price. There was a whirlpool and a continental breakfast, plenty of parking. All the basic necessities food and water, emergent care located within less than a mile from the hotel.

They had very reasonable rates especially being as we checked in so late. Very accommodating to our dogs as well. Front desk staff was nice as well. If I'm ever in Blanding again I'd stay here again.

Comfortable bed, great location. Blanding is central to the Cedar Mesa and Montezuma Creek areas for great exploring. The Edge of the Cedars Museum inn town is a wonderful introduction to the area's treasures. This motel has comfortable rooms at an average rate… I have gotten good "go fast" rates in the past with my Wyndham Rewards points but now they are higher than the regular rates! Breakfast is unusual with an interesting of variety of foods including tiny waffles, pastries, breads, yogurt, boiled eggs, cereals and apples/ oranges. On busy mornings they may run out of items before the end of the service time. Warning… the hot tub was disgusting… barely waist deep and not full enough to circulate, foamy and strange odor… the shower in the same small room had several used, discarded bandaids in the corner… yuck, I took a long, hot shower in my room afterwards as I was concerned about the unsanitary conditions.

I am the nicest reviewer when a place deserves it. I have reviewed hotels in 20 states, most of which were Super 8s. This was not a good experience! First, When I walked in to check in there was a line of 6 people in front of me and it was taking 20 minutes to check in which one. " Do they have a slow computer system or are they just moving in Navajo time? " I thought. Neither, the people checking in did not have reservations and were trying to haggle for a better room. Once we got to the front of the line and told them we had a reservation we were checked in in 5 minutes. We got to the room. Clean enough and read a sign encouraging us to use the same towels and bedding to "save the planet. " Screw the planet, if I pay for 2 nights I expect clean towels and bedding. Worst of all was the unsolicited 6am Wake up call both mornings. The breakfast was good but the tip jar in the breakfast room was a tad tacky.

A very clean room. Front desk people were very friendly and pleasant. 80 buck with fridges and micro. Good for us. Better then paying 200 in Moab will go to canyon land national park tomorrow.

A clean, pleasant hotel with a friendly staff and nice facilities. An excellent base for adventures in southeastern Utah.

Not the best motel of the USA, certainly the best in town.

If you are staying in Blanding this by far the best option. I have stayed at all the motels and none are kept as clean and have as much room as the Super 8. It is now the only place I stay when I visit. The rooms have desks, extra chairs, microwave and small refrigerator, and BIG SCREEN HDTVS — this is one of the best parts.

Best combination of amenities and economy we've encountered. Pleasant staff when we arrived Christmas eve; person helped us find dining accommodations. Location is convenient to downtown commerce. Room was large and pleasant, and bath and carpeting in good condition. Wall art reminded us of our home territory in New England. TV was current with good channel selection. Radio is above average, and helped us enjoy a Christmas morning broadcast. King size bed was comfortable and well supplied with blankets and pillows. Microwave and coffee pot were helpful in our preparation of early breakfast. Though we didn't stay for the breakfast or use the hot tub, we appreciated their being available.

Average Super 8, although higher priced which is not surprising since it's close to Moab where accomodation is even more expesive. This Super 8 in a good place for starting to Canyonlands (Needles).

Standard stuff which I felt was a little overpriced. Towels were tiny, and room was average. Breakfast was cereal, toast and muffins. Not that I need a hot breakfast, but where's something with a little protein? At least have hard boiled eggs or something. I wouldn't stay here again unless I had to.

Upon arrival at 8pm front desk was desserted, had to call a phone number to get someone to the front desk so we could check in. Staff spoke only broken English, never did get a full sentence out of the gentleman checking us in. Rooms were ok, could have been better. Checked out after three days. A week later we noticed we were overcharged on our bank statement. The manager, who is only seemingly seldom around, was most unhelpful, and only seemed to get more rude with each call. Finally managed to stop in about a month after the initial overcharge. Manager made promises about a refund that were never followed through. Wound up having to file a complaint through the Better Business Bureau to get it resolved. Got the refund approximately 6 weeks after my initial stay. Between the rude and non-existent staff, and so-so rooms, I would not stay here ever again. It was not worth the hassle and stress to get my money back, and I would advise others to check out the Comfort Inn and the other independent lodging in town.
