It’s a nice hotel. Just a few blocks away from historic downtown.

Tony was awesome with assisance anything I asked him, directions to grand canyon, Navajo heritage, and a quick way back to Phoenix airport.

Every was great except the bathroom was strangely small? The door closes in almost to the toilet. Hard to move around.

Beds and pillows are too soft. No easy/reading chair to relax in. Only had a bed, toilet, or desk chair to sit upon.

Quite ok a little expensive. Breakfast only until 9 a. M. Who will have breakfast before 9 a. M. During the holidays?
Staff extremely noisy in the morning. Disturbs while sleeping.

Friendly staff. Nice clean quiet comfortable rooms. Nice area in Williams AZ. Great breakfast. Clean pool. I highly recommend.

This moreso was excellent. The moment I walked in I noticed how the money was clean and tidy. The staff were firstly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the gentleman who check its in. I be will definitely stay again.

It was comfortable enough. The facility included hot tub, indoor swimming pool, and a small area to relax with coffee and tea. It was also helpful to have a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. The area around was a cute little town with lots of food options and it's not too far from the south side of the Grand Canyon. The only complaint I had was the dining area. It was really small to fit in two floors of guests.

Wee wee on our way to Los Angeles and Williams, Arizona was a half way point. I researched several hotel options and Comfort Inn Near Grand Canyon seemed to have everything we were looking for, at a decent price. We were not disappointed, it was perfect. The rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable, pool was nice, and breakfast was great. I highly recommend starting here. We will be back.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel stay was great, the place was clean, breakfast was good with lots of options, walking distance to most of town, quiet since it's right on the edge of town, easy drive to Bearizona, not too far from the Grand Canyon. I would definitely stay here again.

Too expensive… It was a fine, clean normal hotel. I think they overcharge because it's near the Grand Canyon.

Nice place for a stopover not far from the Grand Canyon. Stayed 1 night. Arrival at 10pm. Always someone at the reception.

Really nice hotel. Comfy beds. Clean room. Spacious room and batheoom. Has a modern feel to it in the rooms. Really spacious closet and a big fridge. Nice TV. Nice table to sit at to eat or read. Bathroom was clean with lots of towels and washcloths. Cons — — 1. Kind of a "so-so" breakfast. Some scrambled eggs, sausage, hard boiled eggs in fridge, good selection of yogurts, waffle station and packets of oatmeal with some toppings. 2. Maybe they don't have AC running in the hotter months? In the hallways, it is super warm! Luckily the room had a great AC unit that cooled the room but it'll get toasty without the AC running.

This place is great! Nice indoor pool, great staff that told me how to walk to the brewery (not far). Rooms are big and clean, indoor hallways.

Clean and simple. Nearby Safeway has food and everything els you need. Stayed for one night before heading to Grand Canyon. Leave early to beat the traffic at the park entrance.

Nice little comfort inn at Williams. Great location to walk around all the many little shops at this small route 66 town. Great service at the hotel.

Good to do a step before arriving on the Grand Canyon, not too noisy.

Our stay at Comfort Inn was amazing! Room was very clean and spacious! It had complimentary coffee and tea, fridge and microwave. Room was cleaned every day & towels are changed every third day. You get complimentary breakfast too which was very delicious (eggs & sausages/waffles and sweet pastry + juices and fruits yogurts and some additional things). Coffee & tea is also available in the lobby right next to the refreshing water with lemon (I loved it)! :) Pool is very nice and with comfortable 30-35 degrees Celsius & hot tub is probably around 42 degrees Celsius which is very nice after the long day of visiting Grand Canyon & Sedona. Right next to the hotel there is Dollar Family which has everything you need for a cheap price & Safeway is 4 min walk. There is plenty of plenty of parking spaces. All in all — we would definitely come back here! :)

As you'd expect from a Comfort Inn, it has everything you need. Complimentary breakfast was great, plenty of parking and rooms are nice, clean and up to date. Keep in mind that while it's 'near Grand Canyon' it can still be up to an hour drive to actually get to the Grand Canyon.

Good value for money. Comfortable spacious rooms. Didn't make to the pool but it looked nice. Good place to stop and rest before Grand Canyon. Had a laundry room so was good to cheaply get our clothes washed. Breakfast is underwhelming but it's free and with the low cost you can't really complain!

Location is good. The room that was first given to us was dirty, we were switched to a room that was clean. The bathroom was the smallest I have seen in a hotel. Breakfast was okay. Staff not friendly. The staff seems very unhappy to be working at this hotel. Had a problem with the tv, while watching it would go off for no apparent reason. Side security door was always unlocked, anyone could come or go.

The stay is very nice and the abitaviones are comfortable but can be improved… And prices are not very high.

My husband, oir kids and l stayed here new years eve they had plenty of room available. We got one room two beds very clean and nice staff. Breakfast was amazing. Not just some grab and go food. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent value for money. C is clean large room well equipped breakfast American and C is quiet compared to all the other motels that we were able to do in the US.

Great stay, My family and I had 3 rooms reserved, upon an evening arrival. The desk rep, "Tommy" had out room cards already set out on the counter waiting. She was very friendly. Rooms were clean, bed a little bouncy but comfortable. Pool area and hot tub were very clean. Breakfast offered hot selections, eggs, sausage, and french toast. There is cereal also. There is a lady that is in the kitchen area always replenishing food. In my opinion, this is the best bang for the buck. You will want to stay here if you are going to the Grand Canyon or Bearazona.

A warm and friendly hotel, the room is comfortable and clean! 24 hours to provide hot water, coffee, lemon ice water free access!
Nearby also have super merchants can buy zero mouth food! Breakfast is rich and tasty, endless enjoyment yo!

Very reasonable price. Clean Room, clean bedding. Updated decor. Mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. Friendly front desk staff. Indoor heated pool great for kids and free breakfast in the morning. Can't beat the price for everything that is included. TV is small, but not why we came. Also, parking was easy and close to room.

Very comfortable stay. The rooms are updated (marble vanity in bathroom and marble top dresser) and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is a tight squeeze, but that's okay. Decent selection at breakfast, which is kept well stocked. Sufficient seating in the breakfast room as well. Right near downtown Williams, so you can walk there.

The amenities were fine and also the location was good to walk to the downtown. Sufficient parking space. Quality of the breakfast could be improved.

Less than helpful front desk staff at check in. The ad showing a well light room was a complete lie. The breakfast offering was horrible with little available choices. Bagged eggs and sausages swimming in grease. Considering the high prices charged for the rooms you expect better. My stay prior to this was at a Best Western which offered fresh cooked eggs, potatoes, 2 meat choices, fresh fruit etc. All that at 1/2 the price. And the bed at BW was so comfortable, not like the queen size at Comfort Inn that is in reality no bigger than a double size. Again, miss leading advertising. I am doubtful I will ever stay at a Choice Group hotel in the future.

The room was clean, breakfast delicious, hot things were hot and cold items cold. During the breakfast hours the room and tables were kept clean, the eggs and sausage kept filled. It was easy to make waffles, toast and muffins of all kinds warm. It was a most comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to your staff.

We left our motel to go the Grand Canyon came back and could not get into the motel with cards we had, could not get into room, cards did not work. Some one had put a do not distrub on our door, the room had not been cleaned. I had to get clean towels at front desk. I feel we should get a refund for the incompetent staff. The girl at front desk said the computer had not been updated. The other problem was when I mad reservations for two nights, I got to the motel and had only one night. This staff needs more training.

The brochure shows a lovely hotel and it is right on the mark! Our room was a 2 queen bed and we needed a handicap room and it was perfect. All the accommodations we wanted. Pool has a lift to help disabled into and out. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

One of the better places in the area. Rooms are small but clean. Excellent free breakfast in the morning. There is ample parking and an outdoor an hour drive to the Grand Canyon. Stay away from the city of Tusayan, this is the place to stay for the canyon. Good food and some interesting shopping.

Staying at other comfort inns in the past, I can say that this one meets the general standards. It is clean, staff are friendly, and parking is plentiful. There are tons of places to walk around on foot nearby, including a Safeway and other food joints. As far as rooms go, they are well kept and clean. Breakfast is @6am and buffet style. It's definitely not bad tasting. The comfort inn is a little haven in a small town that everyone passes through to reach the Grand canyon.

First, the customer service is 5 stars, the housekeeping staff is AMAZING and excellent good manners. The room is big and so clean. The hotel atmosphere is very quiet and the view is beautiful.

Good breakfast, very nice hotel. The hot tub and pool are very nice and clean. Over all a very good hotel for the night and cute town. Will definitely stay at again.

Nice big room and comfortable bed, free breakfast was nice too, one star off because of Wi-Fi, takes forever to load photos, don't even think about streaming any video.

Friendly check in, parking was easy, breakfast was pretty standard but good. The room was a great size but the newly renovated bathroom was entirely too small for comfort.

NO STARS… Everything was going great with the associates at the front desk (besides Cindy) until we realized my fiancé was over charged, we let the man know who was on shift that evening and he sincerly apologized, was very nice and said that the general manager Cindy, would surely take care of it in the morning. Without worry, we went to sleep and approached the situation in the morning thinking it was a simple fix, wrong. We began to explain that the military discount was granted and that was all fine just that we wanted the payment to be split between two cards and that my finances card was accidentally charged the full amount and that mine was charged the half amount she immediately was defensive and argued with us both when I tried to show her my bank statement she laughed in our face. She laughed with the other woman standing there as well and very sarcastically said "y'all have a wonderful day" when we decided to finally walk away. Horrible experience with the general manager and we will be sure to find a different hotel to stay at on our next visits as long as she is working there, also currently waiting to speak with the owner.

Pretty decent for the price, breakfast was OK. Beds & pillows were super comfy. Good size room. Indoor pool & hot tub available.

Very clean rooms. Beds and pillows are like little clouds from heaven. Showers aren't ginormus but serve their purpose with hot water and a tub big enough for kids to soak in. Staff is friendly and helpful. Vending machines take $1 and $5 bills. Will stay here again.

Very loud, you can hear every step and every word spoken in the hallway. Also from other rooms you can hear every noise! Never again, better a best value motel or inn instead from this one.

Pretty basic hotel located on the edge of town. Did the job for an overnight stay for our canyon visit the next day. Had a walk into town that night and enjoyed a drink with the locals in the Canyon Club.

The room was clean and the king sized bed very comfortable. It seems like it has been recently renovated. Breakfast was good also. We would recommend, for the price, it was a good stopping place.
