A great spot for those with pets. A nice area our back, quiet. The hotel has a restaurant that U will try in my next trip. Unfortunately there was no hot food for breakfast. That was disappointing.

Website advertised pool and free breakfast, pool wasn't open and was given a bag with yogurt, apple juice, cookie, apple and an orange in lieu of breakfast. Air conditioning unit also never got the room cool.

Like the room looked nice was clean and they also had good customer service.

Price’s were very reasonably & the view was absolutely beautiful!

The location is ideal but the whole place is falling apart. Furniture is nicked & scuffed & the carpet stained. The pool is cracked in many places but is kept clean. We booked this hotel because our reservations were cancelled at North Rim due to forest fires. We didn't have a lot of time & we are a party of 9. The beds are clean & comfy. The view from our balcony great.

Worse experience ever! I would never suggest that anyone stays here! Your money is well worth more than this place can ever offer! The hotel smells like SEWAGE! My family and I came in at 2 am, tired as hell from traveling, and we had a funeral to attend the next day. When we get there they give us our keys and while we proceed to our room tired as hell mind you. The place smells like SEWAGE! We called them and wanted to cancel our next day reservations with them they stated that we had to call Hotels. Com we did and Hotel. Com proceeds to inform us that Quality tells them that they will cancel the next day reservation. That never happened! And we see a charge from Quality! The next day. We have now been in contact with Hotel. Com and Quality trying to get our money back for just one night the night we never stayed there, because where they put us smelled like SEWAGE! at this point Quality is stating that the associate that stated that we can leave is now fired, and that they will not refund us for the night we didn't stay. We attempt to speak to the manager who apparently plays 2 roles as the manager and site owner! Weird, right! So after apparently "Mr K" hears that Hotel. Com has recording stating that their associate stated that we can go and wouldn't have to stay and we would be refunded. "Mr K" states he will call the associate, as if that will do anything.

If you want a view and reasonably priced, Quality Inn is the place. Book a room with a view!

Do not stay here. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with a hotel in my life. My husband and I checked in and put our luggage in our room and left and went to dinner. When we came back, our room keys didn't work and there were voices inside. We knocked and someone answered the door and there was a man in the bed and they said "we didnt touch your stuff". Thank God we had our wallets, phones, and cameras with us. We went to the front desk to say we are leaving and explained what happened. They did nothing. All the woman at the desk said was "oh you were supposed to be in room 177, not 179. " ARE YOU KIDDING? They didn't even offer us a different room. They didn't even care. So we were left scrambling in busy season to find another room elsewhere. Thank God we were able to find something else. I will NEVER stay at a Quality Inn again in my life. I wish it would allow me to give the hotel zero stars.

Great view, beds were very comfy, breakfast was awesome near by restaurant etc etc great price.

Ladies at the checkout were very nice and helpful. There is a gift shop in the lobby. Although the building itself looks a little dated and the layout can be a little confusing, the rooms were very nice. I had a room upstairs with a view and it looks like all rooms upstairs comes with a balcony. The nice size balcony comes with two chairs and a little table which was nice. Breakfast was probably one of the best I had! I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely reserve this hotel again.

Perfect place to stay for a long weekend getaway to Zion National Park. There is a shuttle stop to the park across the street and many dining choices within walking distance. We bought a park pass for the week so woke up early to park at the Vistors Center and it was amazing. Did have to request no service (we were here 3 nights, do not need new towels or turn down service) and they were very receptive. Would definitely stay here again if/when we return!

Front desk woman was rude every time we had to interact with her. The doors are faced in such a weird way it's difficult to get your luggage in. No place to buy drinks, even water. Roaches on the ground, and the AC is so loud you can barely sleep. Housekeeping came in three times although we explained we weren't leaving until noon (there weren't DND door hangers). We were basically rushed out, then the same rude lady up front kept talking and wouldn't come over to check us out. We ended up checking out two minutes late because of it and I can tell she's going to try to charge us a late checkout fee, which we will fight. The only reason for 2 stars is that the breakfast was good.

The person running the front desk helped us check in quickly and efficiently. We were given a map to where our rooms were located and we found the room to be clean and tidy. When we woke up, we found breakfast waiting for us, with great variety and all delicious.

Although we'd reserved a pet friendly room, they did not have it available when we arrived. They did waive the pet fee and put us in another room, but the AC hadn't been on all day and it was hot! Good breakfast.

Stayed in this hotel June 2018. If it were possible to give this hotel negative stars we would. Bathroom is tiny and antiquated. Bathtub is ancient. The standard pop-up stopper is not there. Bath towels are very rough, the exact opposite of soft. Must have been washed millions of times and never replaced. Toilet literally screams when it's flushed. Today's technology includes toilet fill valved that are silent and cost less than $10. This hotel is too cheap to spend the money to fix their toilets. Instead, using the toilet at night wakes everybody up. The toilet itself is antiquated and requires multiple flushes. Air conditioner works, but is very loud. TV works only if you define works as turning on. It turns on, and then it gives a message that there is no signal. Called front desk, and was promised that somebody would come and fix it. Wait, then call again and this time the front desk guy says he is busy. Why did he promise to come first time? No explanation. Then the guy says that even if he comes, he does not know how to fix it. Then he goes on to say that he is the only night staff so he does not have time to come by anymore. By the way, the TV is a small (approx. 30") TV. Most hotels now provide larger TV's. In conclusion, for a hotel that charges $200 a night, they are too cheap to do a $10 repair on their toilet. They don't have working TV's, and they don't staff the place with enough people.

Cute hotel. Big rooms. Great view of the Glen Canyon Dam & bridge. Awesome breakfast in the morning with a spacious dining area!

They were able to fit us in on a busy week. Pool was great after warm hikes, close to town and Lake Powell. Easy access rooms from parking. Breakfast was wonderful.

The location is good but we became frustrated with the hotel because when we checked in their lawn sprinklers were going full blast flooding the street and cars were trying to avoid the water. I finally complained at about 6:50 PM and the sprinklers were finally shut down at 7:40 PM. Countless gallons of precious water wasted. I you live in the desert west as we do you know the value of water. Other than that the air conditioner was quite loud and the bathroom shower/toilet room was very, very close — a large person would have problems. Recommend going down the hill to the Courtyard by Marriott.

A small little hotel with comfortable and clean rooms, plenty of eateries within walking distance. Convenient location for daily excursion to nearby attractions such as horseshoe bend or antelope canyon.

OK Hotel Although a little pricey, it's the pool and closed…

Not enough lighting in some of their rooms. Wash & bath pretty small. Soundproofing is bad as you share a door with another room. Barely any channels on the TV. Staff is polite and friendly. Got a lot of options on the breakfast menu. Pool didn't have water, probably under maintenance. But it's decent and clean for a night's stay.

I'm giving 2 star rating because of customer service at the front desk. Other than that the room was great the breakfast and coffee was excellent. Would I consider staying here again probably not it was that bad of service.

He found the room comfortable and thoroughly satisfactory. The bed was comfy. There is a microwave and refrigerator and flat screen TV in the rooms. Took a little while to get hot water. But everything was hunky-dory for the price. I would recommend and I would return.

We enjoyed our stay. Wonderful breakfast and we felt very welcomed. Friendly and helpful staff. Wish we had time to stay longer.

For the price I paid for the room, it was well worth the five stars. Granted, it is not a five star hotel, but it was a clean place to sleep, free parking, and the free breakfast was surprisingly good. They had sausage, eggs, potatoes, toast, waffles, yogurt, cereal, juices, etc. Dining hall had a nice view. Rooms had a Keurig machine. This place was convenient and just a short drive to see the horseshoe bend and the lower antelope canyon tours.

Fantastic value for money. Room was great, bed comfy, little patio was bonus. Their breakfast will put Hilton to shame. Little old premise but renovated to modern rooms. They even had a charging station in room, when I had to search for plug points in other hotels. Will definitely recommend. This is not a excited review, rather a genuine review from a happy customer.

The staff was very unhappy and the rooms were also in less good condition. The breakfast buffet also left many wishes unfulfilled.

I would actually give 2 1/2 stars. The facility is clean and modern; some rooms have spectacular views of the dam and Lake Powell. I even enjoyed the free breakfast. So why a low rating? My wife and I were really put off by the staff. From having to wait for the front desk clerk to finally look up and deign to talk to us when we came to check in to feeling like we got the cold shoulder anytime we walked by hotel staff, I'd characterize the mood they created as much less than welcoming. No one was rude — it just felt like all of them were having a bad day. While Quality Inn is certainly no Ritz Carlton, it was a comfortable place to stay and I enjoyed the views and the free breakfast. For those reasons I would stay there again. I only wish the people who are in the hospitality business there were actually hospitable.

Simple hotel without too many frills. Room was decent, as good as you can expect for the price. Staff was very nice, all around. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast… Sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, pastries, fruit, toasty, waffles… Dawna was especially nice and went out of her way to get me some bananas, which was very appreciated. This hotel also has a great view. If u don't want a 5 star hotel, and a great price, this will work great!

The rooms were clean with the basics which for the price it was a good deal. But what really sold me and what will bring me back was the complimentary breakfast. It was a simple set up: potatoes, biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, yogurt, fruit, blue corn mash, cereal and juice/ coffee but it was fresh and flavorful. Probably one of the best breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel. Since we continued driving south east we stayed in a Hilton Express and the rooms were nice but not worth the price and the breakfast was probably meant to be more decorative then for consumption. Anyways, id recommend this place just for the breakfast and good price.

Great service, comfortable beds, clean rooms, lots of choices at the complimentary breakfast, inexpensive gift shop and a free Navajo Nation art exhibition. Sometimes all you need is a basic hotel for the night and this one definitely has the best view in town! It’s set at the top of a hill with no other tall building around, so you get a clear view of the surrounding mountains! We just had a parking lot view from our room, but if I had known ahead of time, I would have requested a mountain-view room! Great location! Close to a Starbucks, Safeway, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend and most importantly, Antelope Canyon! Nothing fancy or extra, but as far as basic hotels go this one gets 5 stars from me!

They were kind and accommodating. We had a lovely room with a beautiful view. They have an excellent breakfast with a good view from the breakfast nook. They displayed works of the local culture throughout the hotel. We would definitely stay again and definitely recommend.

Quality inn… this is not quite true, on the one hand the building is mega rocked. Everywhere dirt corners. Bedside table dusty. In the fridge old dirt of yoghurt and pubic hair. The roar was a completely mouldy water tank of the coffee machine.
Pros: Room large. Bed and bath ok.
Quality inn… mold in the coffe maker. Dust over all. Men hair in the fridge and ugly stains, maybe old yoghurt.
Pros: big room. Bed and bathroom was clean.

Very nice hotel with good rooms and decent pricing. Rooms were big with great views! Bed nice and comfy. Breakfast was also great. Will stay again! All Page attractions are in few minutes driving distance.

This price gouge hotel that is 2 stars charges $330 plus taxes. Wont go to any quality inns again. Shameful company.

Pro: It has a great view and having a balcony with such a scenic overlook was enjoyable. (that part gets 5 stars) Con: My biggest issue was the shower. The temperature fluctuated constantly and since the hot and cold were controlled on different knobs it made it even more difficult to avoid either burning hot or freezing cold water. Was honestly one of the worst showers I've experienced and is the reason I would not stay there again. Other Notes: -rooms were oddly shaped and not the cleanest feeling hotel I've ever been to. Not the worst either though. (2.5 stars) — left phone charger there which is obviously my fault but when I called next day they said it hadn't turned up. Left them my number and told them exactly where it was, I figured it would show up and I could pick it up on my way back through the area but it seems to have disappeared for good. -breakfast had a nice selection, definitely on the better side of hotel breakfast buffets although they were out of some meat products so a few of my family members were disappointed by that. (4 stars)

This hotel is owned and operated by the Navajo tribe, and delightful and informative touches of Navajo artwork and culture appear throughout. It is not a new hotel, but it has been kept up. I loved the charm of the way the rooms are angled relative to the corridor. The free breakfast is mostly standard with (again) some Navajo touches. Try the blue corn mash! We didn't try the pool but it looked inviting. The biggest thrill was the balcony view to the northwest of Glen Canyon Dam, Lake Powell, US-89 heading to Utah, and the incredible landscape beyond.

We stayed for only one night. The room and bathroom were pretty clean. But the building needs a little renovation. There was also an outdoor pool, which is great for hot sunny days. They also serve breakfast. It's pretty close to horseshoe and only couple minutes away form Glen Canyon dam which both are great places to take some amazing pictures.

The beds were good but the hotel in general is well overdue for an update. Breakfast was good but poorly stocked. We had to ask for several items to be refilled (utensils, napkins, etc. ) The stay was fine. Not the best, not the worst. If you're just looking for a place to rest your head for the night it'll be fine.

The staff is quite dry. For the rest correct.

The location in the village of Page is good to visit area activities. The hotel itself leaves much to be desired, the staff is nothing friendly, and there is no elevator and the stairs are not comfortable for walking with luggage up and down. Although it is clean, there is taken care of and the breakfast is very simple.

The hotel is not that it is a great wonder, and it may seem a bit old but the rooms were spacious and clean and did not seem very old. The breakfast, in principle, was not included although we were given, yes, not that it was anything from another world. It is well located within the Page, so that you can go to some restaurants and bars to walk, a thing rare for those places with US.

Very nice place with nice views including sunsets and sunrises. Restaurant is wonderful with full view of the lake. Tge pool located just outside in the bar makes for a wonderful and cozy getaway. A little too pricy on the beverages though.

Quality Inn at Lake Powell Today we experienced discrimination at full force. Tasnim Zahlan, Iqra Maqsood, Ayaa Megeed, Quyymun Rabby and I arrived to the Quality Inn at Lake Powell to enjoy a weekend at Horseshoe Bend and Lake Powell. Last night, 10:29 PM, we were told by an employee at the hotel that we were able to check in early at 1 PM instead of 3 PM. I even asked the employee I spoke to for confirmation and she mentioned that it is very likely that we can maybe check in even earlier around 11 AM. A four hour and 38 minute drive later to Page, AZ we arrive to the hotel letting them know that we were told last night by an employee that we can in fact checkin early. The immediate hostile reply from a Caucasian front desk receptionist was, "That's not possible. Check in is at 3. " Then she walked away. I said, "But I was told last night by a woman with an accent that we could. Can I possibly get the name of the woman who was on duty last night? " She said no. We all sat down. Then a Caucasian woman entered the hotel with the exact same inquiry about an early check in and was treated with respect. At this point, we waited for about two minutes and made the decision to ask further questions. We asked about 3 more times why one of their employees gave us the wrong information. She said, "That sucks, you didn't speak to me. Check in is at 3. " She then proceeded to point at the check in sign and walked away again.

For the price I paid the room was really nice spacious two Queen rooms. The customer service was exceptional and got the room clean and on time. Overall this place is night and the price is right. You get ample parking around and ground floor room can park next to the car. The lobby was good and Wi-fi was free with good speeds. Very close to all the restaurants, recreational areas around here.

Had my worst experience at this hotel. Very bad service. The front desk staff was arrogant and not listening to any of our request. We booked 3 rooms and we all had the same bad experience. Absolute waste of money. No Manager available to listen to our concerns or take any action. Upon complaint to customer care, they hardly could do anything. We were informed that GM would reach back to us but we never got any phone call or email. Not even worth of 1 star for this hotel.

Nice clean hotel. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, but it is not possible that a hotel, where most of the clientele stops overnight to visit antelope park the next morning, do not have a place to store our luggage … absurd. And is also a spacious hotel!

Stayed here one night. The room was big and clean. The bathroom could get a renovation. The breakfast was crowded. Missed some fresh fruits. The pool also needs a renovation. The Wi-Fi was not the best but usable. In the end ok for one or two nights.

Our family of five had a two-day stay in this hotel. The rooms were large, clean and not obsolete, as read in other reviews. We were happy in the run-up to the breakfast because of the positive statements, but were disappointed because it is indistinguishable from other hotel offers. Everything was packed, even the plates and cutlery were disposable, and then we left a huge mountain of rubbish. Fresh fruit was present, but has not been to, so that only the early birds came to his right. Positively, the free coffee and tea is service in the Hotelllobby. On the second morning there was no fruit at all, even though we shortly after 7 a. M. Came for breakfast, in the Küchenbreich, I could see a full box of apples, which was removed from later.

We had a wonderful room with a view and excellent customer service. Kee, our concierge, made sure we were taken care of nicely and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower had a multi spray head that just hit the spot. It was nice and quiet even with a bunch of tour buses that came and went. Our room looked out over the view of the lake/dam/canyon and was spectacular at sunset. They even had a few things that we had forgotten to bring with us like razors, shaving cream, deodorant, etc. That they provided upon request. The ice maker was down by the elevators and we couldn't hear it from our room, so that was perfect. We had a double queen room that came with a tv, microwave and fridge. The ironing board and iron are in the wardrobe and there's a small table to sit at. The beds were fairly firm and came with 4 square pillows on them instead of 2 standard sized pillows. The towels were typical hotel sized towels but they were fairly soft and worked well. They also provided towels to use at the pool. The pool is an out door pool and ended up being too cold for my kiddos to swim in when we were there. We had just gotten there after fairly cool, 80's, temperatures, so that wasn't surprising. It is a nice pool; just be aware that it isn't inside and it isn't heated. Breakfast is served down in the cafe and it was delicious. They had real eggs, scrambled, perfectly cooked potatoes, biscuits and gravy and blue corn grits.

Good: Clean room, decent prices, pet friendly with no fee provided you book a room in advance, and really friendly and helpful service. Bad: Very poor quality internet making it nearly impossible to back up my photos or Netflix and chill after a day of walking and driving around.

This more or less, but it makes me a bit old.

Pros: convenient location, great rate, awesome free breakfast, and mini fridge and microwave in the room. Cons: thinnest walls in existence; you can hear conversations in the hallway crystal clear. The TV was super tiny and too dark to see when there was any light in the room. The bed was super uncomfortable and we didn't get much sleep at all since when someone would get ice all the way down the hallway it sounded like some strange natural disaster. All in all, it was meh. As always, you get what you pay for, and all we needed was a place to stay — — luxury was not a priority — — so it served it's purpose, albeit poorly.

In the morning I went to get breakfast at 8:45am and there was NOTHING to eat. Literally nothing. All of the trays were emptied, and also all of the juice dispensers were emptied. I asked the 'cook' when another round would come out and she rudely replied with 'I'm done for the day. ' I said that its Sunday and how could breakfast be over already, and she replied with 'I start breakfast at 6am. ' That is all, no offer to make me anything even though I was starving and thirsty. I asked the front desk to speak with a manager on duty about it, but she said there isnt one here til tomorrow at 9am… I will from now on stay away from all choice hotels.

Stayed here with family for a night in May 2014. Good: * Best breakfast (compared to budget chains) with quite a few healthy options, which was important as we are vegetarian. Meat eaters would love this place even more. * Comfortable beds. Bad: * Carpets in room smell mouldy.

Got a pet friendly room for an overnight stay. It was on the first floor and easy to access the outside area from a glass backdoor. The room was pretty clean and beds comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Eggs, country potatoes, porridge. They had 4 waffle machines so it was easy to get a waffle in. Would definetly stay again if I'm in town again.

The service is terrible. We stay at the lakeside and the facility is really old. In the middle of night, there is an explosion on the balcony, we called the reception. It took them one hour to get to our room. And he said there is nothing wrong, then he left. And it was already 12:30 am. 1 hour later, I woke up freezing. The heating wasn't working. I guess that's where the explosion comes from. I gave one star cause I can not go lower.

Nice place to stay. Offers free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Close to Antelope Canyon, Glen Canyon, Lake Powell and horseshoe bend. Awesome balcony views if your room has west facing balcony.

Went there tonight. The receptionist, a short native American called Gina, was very rude to me. I walked out.

Nice place with fine beds and proper free Wi-Fi. Only remarks are that there is no small window just a large glass door and the frosty flakes didn't get a refill : (

This was our 3rd time staying here. The hotel is old and grimy but if you want the best views in town (Short of a million dollar home) this is the place to stay. We always stay in a 2nd floor (3rd floor from the back) room on the back with a balcony. Watch the sun come up and it strikes the Vermillion Cliffs and just radiates. I always look for the rabbits down on the golf course in the morning. Breakfast is good. Grits are terrible. AC is very cold but it stays on constantly! Large rooms, comfy beds. For the first time the two young ladies at the front desk were really nice this year. The last two years the front desk has been unfriendly. Odd design hotel and kinda a pain to get around in. In Page, you cant beat the price for the view.

The Wi-fi is horrible. Internet speed like an old 56k modem.

Good stay rested up and got back on the road.

Old motel but with great features. First floor bed with direct access to the pool are absolutely great. Great breakfast.

Clean and dated. Non smoking rooms with people smoking outside your balcony to stink up your room if you open up the door. Those were not eggs.

Small clean room with balcony and view to the parking lot. The whole hotel is very old and shabby. Parking and Wi-Fi included. Heated swimming pool was still cold and ridiculously small pool towels. Very positive to mention is good and rich breakfast.

Large room with golf course view, Wi-Fi, parking, breakfast. Low price.
