Hotel very good for a small budget and hearty breakfast I recommend.

Lake View Room had no view of the lake. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️But it was very clean, beautiful decor, and amazing breakfast. Balconies overlook the golf course, pool, and hot tub. Highly recommend, just wish our lake view room had a view of the lake since that's why I chose this hotel. Ok customer service. Would most likely stay again in the future.

Unprofessional, rude and incompetent staff. Bed bugs. Cold water. Power went off in the middle of the night, causing the room to become very hot. Way better options in Page.

It has a beautiful view and a gorgeous lobby. Outdoor pool and hot tub. Next time I will bring my swim suit.

I don't travel much, found this hotel to be clean and well set for amenities (well stocked) and good quality. Bed comfortable, Lovely bathroom, with a lovely large shower stall. Plenty of plug space to charge electronics. Thank you Best Western for having an amazing price on booking. Com.

This hotel has mixed reviews but we had a great experience. The hotel itself was easy to find and located close to different restaurants and grocery stores. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful! The pool area was clean and had plenty of towels. The morning breakfast is a traditional hotel breakfast with many items to choose from. The country fried steak was amazing! The view from the pool and balcony looking out towards the lake is beautiful anytime of the day. We spent 4 days/nights here and didn’t have any issues and would stay again.

I’m a driver and as a group they had to put a time for breakfast which was stupid I didn’t get to eat because I was loading luggage. And there is no lake view.

Awful. Booked and reserved a $289 room with a lake view but when we arrived we had to waste an hour of my life trying to get the room after being given a parking lot room while the front desk was texting with the ‘manager’ at home. While waiting, people came to the front desk as they were given keys to rooms where other folks were already in. Others came back because the keys did not work at all. While waiting we just asked for a refund as many other hotels nearby still had a…vailability… they would not do so. We even had Expedia, whom we booked through, ask for the refund and they refused. Why? Well, we spent $289, probably more than anyone else did. Our bad! After an hour they gave in and we were given the farthest most corner room with a view, well, let’s just say it was facing towards the lake, it’s a stretch to call it a view. Once in the room, it was disgusting. Smelled moldy, walls were dirty, the leg of the desk came off when we moved it, the pillows looked like they were used and the furniture and fixtures were heavily used. Merely the shower stall and the bathroom mirror looked like they were updated. The mattresses sagged, my wife and I both fell into the middle like the canyons we visited earlier in the day. The pool had no towels. The water was milky and green and no, it was not the color of the plaster. In summary, I hate bashing people. My mother taught me that if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all.

We initially arrived at the Best Western plus hotel that lies literally next to this Best Western hotel. (Which aparantly happens more often). And got redirected to the correct hotel. We arrived 2 hours before check-in time but we could already access our room. The room is nice and spacious with photos of antelope canyon. The two queen beds were nice and we had a good night sleep. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and spa that overlook lake Powell (at a distance). Breakfast is quite varied and nice, however the coffee could do with some improvement. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would recommend staying in this hotel.

The breakfast was very good. Some worries with Wi-Fi on arrival but quickly solved.

Hotel very good for the rooms as they are spacious and clean with Wi-Fi + coffee + fridge + microwave the flat it is the reception that I find too cold for my taste and for the pool no umbrellas so you are in direct sunlight. Excellent breakfast. I recommend it.

The view was phenomenal! Absolutely breath taking! I really liked the balcony on every floor. It was very clean and the room was immaculate. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. The 4 stars is because we had a reservation and when they had issue with the payment they called but did not leave a message or send an email so we lost our reservation, made 2 months in advance, and had to give an empty place for the night. I felt that was unprofessional. I would recommend I would just suggest multiple times following up to make sure reservation is still in place.

Quiet and friendly staff.

All companies have policies, and with those policies come exceptions. The one airline that traveled to Page went bankrupt, and I told them that I would not be able to make it for my reservation, they said they could not cancel my reservation due to company policy, despite being almost a month away from the reservation. No matter their reasoning, or the stupid response the Manager is probably going to offer below, could ever make sense of their policy. Best Western almost lost a customer for life because of this Hotel, but thankfully corporate helped take care of me. I would stay clear of this place, not a good business model. I feel sorry for the people who have to work at this establishment. More's the pity… Also, I would recommend that more people report this hotel to corporate, because it only makes their business look bad.

Absolutely best breakfast! Everything was fresh, appealing and kept well stocked. Delightful staff too!

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. The spa tub is not heated. It's as cold as the pool. The elevator did not work on check in but was fixed by the next morning. We stayed in a handicap room (it was what they gave us) and the water pressure was very low. The charging station outlet doesn't work. The view is very nice but these rooms are not worth the price.

A really nice hotel, breakfast top, comfortable welcome, good value for money, staff who always says hello… our 5-day stay was a success.

Room very spacious and adequately sized, service could be a bit friendlier.

It depends, hotel well located with comfortable room but poorly soundproof, you know everything that happens in the corridors and if the room above is occupied. For our case, we had reserved a room for disabled person, the armchair enters the room but that's it. No support bar, inability to access the shower and the supplied Chair no longer allows to close this one. Therefore to be avoided for a reservation PMR. As for the height of the washbasins, it makes it impossible to access. Short bad experience.

Very noisy, the hotel is very poorly soundproof so you hear the slightest noise in the hallway or the neighbor below… good location and the rooms are OK.

Great location at a low price.

This hotel is terrible. We stood at the Best Western View of Lake Powell Hotel because of its advertised "lake view. " Upon checking into our room, we found out that none of the king rooms have a lake view (what a scam). In addition, house cleaning never stopped by our room to make the bed, change the towels, or supply toiletries during our stay, even though we never had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Isn't this a basic responsibility of a hotel? If you're looking for a hotel with a view, there are plenty of other options within Paige, AZ to consider. I would highly discourage staying at the Best Western View of Lake Powell Hotel.

Great unexpected stay. Left the Grand Canyon a day early due to a snow storm and found ourselves staying in a hotel in Page even though we were travel in a camper van. With limited cell service at the Grand Canyon, I had to book something quick. Best Western View of Lake Powell came up as a suggestion in my search. Price was reasonable, reviews seemed to be pretty good so I decided to roll the dice. I cannot recall having a bad experience at any Best Western I have stayed at and this one did not fail me either. Staff was friendly, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good as well but we were hitting the road to sight see so we really didn't get much time to enjoy all the hotel had to offer. If ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here.

Best value in town. Great off season rates and all the amenities you need. We stayed here for our visit to Antelope Canyon and then on to the Grand Canyon. The location was excellent and the rooms were clean and quiet. Very pleased with our experience here. There is another Best Western literally kitty corner to this location as well, if needed.

Considering I paid $60 for a room, this place blew my mind! Lovely view of Lake Powell/the dam, fantastic little outdoor pool and hot tub with strings of charming lights, friendly, helpful staff and a well designed room. To top it off, the breakfast was delicious, well stocked, and well staffed. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast/bagels, Greek yogurt, waffles made to order, cereal, juices, coffee, fruits, oatmeal… they did a great job for an unbelievably low price. I felt like I should have paid twice as much for this room with the service we received.

I am sure that we will try a Best Western again in the future, just not sure I will come back to this one.

We stayed at Best Western in Sedona and had a great experience. Had high expectations when we arrived to this best western “view” of lake Powell. The front desk staff was rude when we arrived. Did not greet us or look our way. Informed us we were too early for check in. We explained over phone we were informed we could do early check in at two. We tried to explain but were interrupted by staff and told that was request not guartee. We said thanks and set in lobby. Then watched three other people get keys ahead of us as we waited. There was broken glass on balcony. They asked us not to stand outside. The guy did handle this appropriate and with respect. However the glass had been broken for multiple days. At what point in time do you clean up glass so guest can enjoy the patio.

We had a fantastic stay. The room had an excellent view of Glen Canyon, and was very comfortable. Be sure when booking to request the Canyon view, and note they do not have King beds on this side of the hotel. Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area's hiking and touring locations. We had a great 2 day stay. Thanks Best Western!

A comfortable hotel with friendly and thoughtful staff. The room is big. It costs little for what it offers. Perfect for rest after hiking and long trips.

Excellent service and location. We stayed here on after driving up from Vegas for two nights because we wanted to visit Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. This hotel is perfect. Breakfast was excellent! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Just don't waste time upgrading for the Lake Powell view because it is not worth it. You can barely see the lake. If the hotel was higher, maybe. Either way, great comfortable stay.

Internet Oooooochen slow. The hotel is used for the accommodation of package group tourists. On our arrival was a group of Italians who noiseed and walked on the floor until 2 am, with the full connivance of the staff.

One of the best hotels in page. On the back of the hotel a pool and jacuzi with lake view. We made the sunset in the jacuzi. Too good.

There are two Best Western motels side by side basically. I went to the first one (BW Plus) and hit the feeling that we had booked room at the one next door. Kind of like it was treated but more of the Red headed step child kind of attitude from the clerk. I'm really glad we went where we did. By far the most pleasant, kind, helpful staff I've ever encountered. All seemed to like what they were doing and treated everyone as if they were the only person in the building. Rooms were clean, food was plentiful and good. Already planning a trip for next year. I forgot to mention we were there in late December. Rates were unbelievably low and a great place to meet tourists from other countries.

Very well placed to visit the area (Horseshoe bend, Antelope Canyon). The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Older hotel that has attempted to modernize its location, has showers in all rooms, the interior window on wall separating bathroom and guest room strange and slight odor noted not sure what from, breakfast in am downstairs and staff verifies you are a guest before entering. View of lake Powell and dam off in distance but none closer and did watch sunrise towards dam, only visible on side of hotel and you need to request that. Bed coverings looked worn and need to consider be replaced not sure why they haven't considering there are multiple hotels nearby within the area. With all that said common areas are nice, well done and generally staff pleasant.

Excellent accommodation for a shorter or longer stay. Very friendly staff.

This is a great hotel. The facility is clean and bright. The staff is friendly, helpful, and receptive to problems — — listening carefully and trying to rectify the situation. The only complaint was that the pillows on the bed were like rocks… the most uncomfortable we have ever encountered in any hotel anywhere… but the mattress was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel with a wonderful view of Lake Powell. Microwave and coffee machine available, flooring in room is laminate, finally no carpet.

Excellent location for nearby attractions. Breakfast was sufficient. Staff was very helpful. Hotel needs higher level maintenance. Room 301 bathroom had water coming out of the shower stall.

Very nice hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and gave us a great suggestion for a dinner restaurant. The room was nice, clean, comfortable beds. The shower was good size with glass enclosure. Wi-Fi is good. I Had no AT&T cell signal, although my husband had full bars. We had a room on the back with a view of Lake Powell. Nice bonus. The hotel is located near several restaurants and stores, as well as recreation opportunities. I would recommend it. Good value.

Decent hotel. Convenient location near Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon. We stayed here for two nights to go to Antelope Canyon and Horse Shoe Bend. Close to shops and restaurants. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was better than I had expected — it was more than just a continental breakfast.

Staff was great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast the best of our trip so far. Pool a bit chilly. Need more force in hot tub. Great veiws. Thank you happy with this choice.

Rooms clean and quite large. The water heats up quickly and stays hot for a long time. The receptionist was quick and polite. The free breakfast provided was plentiful and very varied (included what I could remember: eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, pancakea, ham, cheese, apple/orange juice, coffee, milk, tea, toast, bagel, cream cheese, various fruit spreads, various pastries). Check out was quick and easy as well. The packing lot is quite full in peak season, which is when we went, but there is a back parking as well so plenty of space for all hotel patrons.

We were in Page to visit the Antelope Canyon. Breathtaking. There are 2 Best Western right next to each other in Page. We chose this one because we believe it would have a better view. The hotel did not disappoint. There is a view deck from the lobby onto the Arizona plains. The lower deck is the pool, also overlooking the same view. We would also enjoy the view from the window of our room. The Colorado river runs across the view, and Lake Powell is not far, but the lake was pretty low on water. Pray for some rain. Our room was comfortable, but everything felt a little dusty, not cleaned recently; coffee machine especially. Breakfast was ok, same stuff for both days of our day; a little more rotation would be appreciated. Location of hotel is close to the town center and to the Antelope canyon if you drive.

We liked it, the service good, the cleanliness of the rooms also. The continental breakfast is not bad. Quality, price, good.

The room looked like it was recently remolded. The floors are nice with tile. The shower was mostly for the average rating. The door opened into the shower stream which is bad design. The shower also leaked into the floor from the corner. Looks like they missed some sealing.

Lovely stay. Did not enjoy the wooden floor. But the view of the red terrain was mesmerizing.

We stayed in a two queen room. We arrived very late and left early, so weren't in the room too long. The beds were comfortable, shower was great, and had a good experience with all staff interactions. A lot of options for breakfast including hot foods, decent enough quality. Small pool, but a great view.

Very friendly staff. Room was great but the floor was a bit dirty. It's more noticeable since it was wood and not carpet. Good selection for free breakfast. Towels were really tough but the bed was comfortable. Awesome t. V. Wi-Fi was exceptionally slow but probably because they were fully booked and never planned on upgrading their bandwidth. Overall good experience.

Using my son's computer, I (Craig Morgan) attest in my 62 years the WORST experience in dealing with a reservation issue. The front desk after pointing out the reservation confirmation showed we arranged for previous night would not accept any possibility they, or corporate, made a booking error. As I waited to check in, 1 of the 2 parties ahead of me, had the same experience… ie. Records showed booking for previous night. Now what would be the odds that 2 of 3 patrons screwed up their booking… astronomical and difficult to fathom. It was my fault that I did not see (Best Western's) booking error by checking my online confirmation (so they said). Do you think that is the customer's responsibility?

The lobby of the hotel was well furnished and overall really nice. My problem however, was that the hotel staff had cancelled our room reservation because they could not reach us. The reason they could not reach us was because they used only one of three phone numbers we provided them, our home phone. Nice hotel, sup-par employees.

Beautiful hotel, very good service self service of cafeteria. Beautiful view, but very bad the service from reception. They don't know or don't want to help you with the attractions of the place.

The location is right on lake Powell Blvd, just down the street from most of the antelope Canyon tour companies, as well as right off the 89. The rooms themselves were much nicer than anticipated. High ceilings, lovely decor, and a keurig were all lovely touches. They have a pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center in hand, though I didn't take advantage of them. This hotel also has complimentary Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet here was also included, and a notch better than most other hotel continental breakfasts.

Nice rooms with very comfortable beds. The view from the breakfast area (and some of the rooms) of the mountain cliffs and Lake Powell is amazing! Breakfast is also pretty good, with a decent variety and nice pancakes with toppings. Could offer healthier choices, but still pretty good.

Update: while the below still holds true, the breakfast was fairly cold and the maid did not clean the hair from the shower drain. Not deal breakers, just FYI. The front desk staff are friendly, our room is updated with a new TV, shower, and beds, and the view is unreal. This is a great, economical place to stay. I have stayed at alot of different hotels from cheap to very expensive and this best western provides one of the most comfortable and convenient places to stay for the money.

It was clean and good. Every room has AC. There are lots of noisy asian tourists. Prepare not to sleep longer than until 7 in the morning. Wifi is very poor. Maybe because their line is just too weak to handle the amount of customers.

They are very bad, not recommended. They charged us extra $20 for a third person and told us, that if we wanted extra bed in our room, we have to add $20 a day. Why did you charge me extra already, if you do nothing "extra" for me? Than, I won't even have to tell them about that extra person. The bathroom is so small that two people can't fit in, the soap and other things are enough for one person. I do not recommend hotel, that tries to get customers rip off on every occasion they get. Rooms are nothing special, regular rooms.

Do not book here. Do not trust the customer service rep trinity. We had the same experience as the previous review. Booked 3 rooms with a lake view on line, than called to confirm and tell them that we are checking in late. Then called 2 hrs prior to arrival and spoke with Trinity. All was fine, she never mentioned any problems with our rooms. When we arrived Trinity now informs us that the "internet" over booked rooms and there is only 1 lake view room, 1 room with a parking lot view, and 1 room located at the best western across the street. When asked who her manager was all she gives is someone named Sarah and that is it. She won't tell you if she is working the next day or even who Sarah reports to. And all Trinity's solution is: Either take the room across the street or cancel your reservation.

BUYER BEWARE! Horrible customer Service. We went on to Best Western and chose this hotel We accidentally booked the hotel for a Sunday instead of Saturday. We made the reservation at 12PM and when we arrived at 7PM the hotel was sold out and had no room for us. We had to find another hotel. We ended up staying at the Marriott. The front desk clerk said since we were 4 hours after the cutoff for cancellation on Saturday for the Sunday stay "All Best Westerns have different rules and we wont refund you for tomorrows stay". Sunday was NOT sold out but they needed the revenue and would NOT refund for Sunday as I should have cancelled 3 hours earlier on Saturday. Confused? Us to. When we asked to speak with the manager we were told that she didn't want to talk to us. If this is the last place in town to stay be sure you choose the right day as if they can charge you for anything they will.

The Wifi is a lie! They basically have no Wi-Fi at all. It's impossible to log on unbless it's 3am in the morning. The front desk will always repeating to every guest that it is because of the location. However, the Wi-Fi is pretty good in the safeway 15 minutes walk from the hotel. What's more, the front desk people are always rude and ill-patient. They would not care if you pissed off or not. In one word, they don't care about their guests!

Clean but the laminate floors in the rooms feel dirty. Wi-Fi is horribly slow to the point of being unusable.

We arrived around 11 in the morning. We have no smells get our room for check-in do it from 15: 00 and check-out ends at 11: 00.
OK fine. So we go back to the 15 h 20. We do check-in but our room is not available until 16.30.
I me angry a little bit because we make our reservation in January 2015.
We decide to leave and we are back at 7 pm. We are given a room which 1 are not good. Or the Wi — Fi works very very badly. With a great view of lake powell. Euuh no parking because we have book late 6 months before. We are given a room with 2 beds. (Wedding night). Nice. We then ask to change rooms. Impossible. Employee of little hotel.
PS buy earplugs to sleep. The walls must be at least 5 cm. Indormable. Luckily, it was only 1 night.
In short I you tips to choose another hotel. There's plenty a Page.

For sure, the hotel staff is good of making excuses of poor service! No Extra towels, The "canyon view" is misleading, we saw mostly street (even though we paid extra for the view). The most important — The hotel does not have internet connection. They claim to have wireless internet but none of few rooms (occupied by my family) had actual internet. The lobby has 2 desktop computers which have very poor internet. The reception desk was UNHELPFUL. If you like to spend your night at the hotel WITHOUT the internet then maybe that is the hotel for You.

We booked a room that offered no view of Lake powell, canyons or anything nice at all. Misleading name! Half of the rooms are lakeside, the other 50% roadside. Hard towells. All in all just so so.

Clean hotel but the rest ain't: host staff is unfriendly, limit doesn't care about you they wouldn't redo us the badges demagnetized fake pretext it took s upset, we were given a room just has the entrance location no. 201avec a beautiful view with a tree right outside! While l we had book for 6 months for 2 nights, we say that c was the last free, very noisy many people, just lift in front, the only advantage that the it had c is the reception hall and just leaving the room to pick up the Wi — Fi because it was not in the room as the Tv images scrambled, gym below means the home training.
Breakfast included in the price, pool and jacuzzi OK correct practice also just outside the room.
In short, if we come back it won't be in this hotel.

It's a shame to call that a hotel. No guest laundry. No towels at the pool. A nail stood out from the floor. No day curtain. Room service very late. Staff kings of excuses.

The carpet, curtains, sheets and pillow cover all feel old and dirty.

My husband had been staying at this hotel with his company for 10 days before I went to meet him. I joined and stayed and additional 5 days with him. He had mentioned a rash on his calves and neck, and I thought it had been due to dry skin/windburn from the cold weather and him working 12hr. Days outside. I did notice a small beetle/roach like bug on my suitcase which was open on the spare bed. I didnt think much of it as we had a sliding glass door in our room. I thought it had crawled in from outside. A day later I noticed another one on the bathroom floor. I had flushed both bugs. They were identical. Finally on our last day I saw another on the comforter on the spare bed. I am a very clean person and always send my hubby with lysol on his trips. I had no idea what a bed bug even looked like. It was the last thing from my mind. After returning home I noticed one of the same bugs on my dining room ceramic tile floor. This is where I had my suitcase sitting. About 3 days later I noticed the same rash my husbad had around my legs and wrists. Growing more concerned, we were both trying to figure out what it could be. I started lookin up rashes online and low and behold I came across bed bug bites. Then I saw the actual bug. The EXACT BUG THAT I SAW 3 OF IN THE HOTEL! Now knowing that I saw one in my home, we have been cleaning like crazy and washing all of my already clean laundry ect. This has become a nightmare!

The hot water system failed on the second day of our stay and we had to walk down the block to the Travel Lodge to shower. When asked to help us find alternative accommodations in town, hotel clerk used my credit card without authorization to book reservations at another Best Western, which would not allow reservations to be canceled. Best Western Customer Service refuses to refund the $600+ charged to my card for these reservations, which we did not use. I now have to go through a credit card chargeback process to get the money back. What a nightmare! Stay clear of this one. They obviously are clueless about customer service and have questionable infrastructure.
