Great hotel! Would definitely stay here again!

I rented a handicap room for four days three nights. The elevator broke it happens life goes on. I cannot do steps but they are still asking me to leave using an elevator that needs repair. So I am having to leave by an elevator they are clear needs repair but am asked to use it regardless instead of comping a night til it is safely repaired.

Wife and I went there for the weekend just to get away jacuzzi was all right the Jets were really loud room was big furniture was old but not a bad price for $85 a night just one of the worker was very unpleasant and had a bad attitude I think she works overnight thin looking woman in her probably 30s.

Gym feels like it is still WIP but well equipped. Nice breakfast buffet. Quiet rooms.

Very disappointed. When I checked in, I was sent to a room which had not been cleaned and had deodorizing powder all over the floor. Went back to check-in desk, got another room. The room had a terrible smell. The mini-frig was off and, consequently, smelled terrible too. Rooms are dated with old furniture and the mattress has very hard. Wallpaper in bathroom was torn and cutup from previous repairs and wear-and-tear. The shower curtain smelled like mildew. Room did not have a safe, open closet with too few hangers, TV reception that would tile and freeze constantly and the tiniest bed pillows ever. You pay a Resort Fee but this is no resort. Not sure how this hotel received a score of 4.9 out of 5.0. On the good side, the check-in staff were friendly and courteous, free Wi-Fi, free parking, reasonable price but you get what you pay for. There's no other reasonable choice of hotels in Florence so you basically have to stay at Greentree. Not much to see and do.

Had a great stay at the GreenTree staff was awesome an very helpful. I recommend this to everyone that wants to get away here in town. I will be coming back for sure.

Visited family here. Room was nice and clean. Good parking situation.

WARNING WARNING WARNING! I booked 2 rooms @ the $89 rate. In addition to those two 2 room charges, Greentree changed my credit card for THREE extra rooms in these amounts: $126.60, $126.60 and $102.52 — for a total of $355.72! I spoke with Greentree management who said "it was a glitch that inadvertently caused three extra charges to my bank account in the amounts of $126.60, $126.60 and $102.52". What a pile of poo to have $355.72 deducted from my account because of their error. My sister was charged THREE times the room rate — what is going on with this hotel? Glitch? I don't think so. Human error inflicting financial distress on customers IS the reality. My recommendation, pay cash or find another hotel.

The front desk woman (Monica) in charge of practically all customer face-time and interactions was the rudest, most uncaring person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She forced me to pay an additional $50 a night even though I paid for and reserved the room MONTHS in advance. My fiancée and I were staying there for one night before my wedding at the windmill winery in town, and she made he experience absolutely terrible and nearly ruined our wedding day. She took nearly all the money I had left in order to pay for some previously unmentioned “fees” and had no explanation for it except to rudely tell me to insert my card or we’ll be forced out of our reservation. We also needed a late checkout and Monica told us that we’d have to be out of our rooms by 11 the next morning regardless of the fact that we were unable to arrive at the wedding venue until 6 that night. Even as the bride and groom she REFUSED to accommodate us at all and we were forced to either pay for another night completely, or use someone else’s room in the meantime. As I’m sure you can imagine, we chose the latter as we luckily had family staying there the night of our wedding who allowed us to wait in their rooms and get ready before our wedding. If it were up to me, I’d fire Monica and still never stay there again.

It is decent. Better than a motel. It is a little rough around the edges. Dents and scratches on furniture. Lumpy pillows. They left the contents of the fridge from the previous guest. Overall, a solid OK. Front desk was super nice.

The GreenTree Inn is a wonderful place. We stayed there for a couple nights while in town for a wedding. They have a great pool/BBQ area where we were able to have a family dinner. The contantial breakfast is good and they keep it well stocked.

Awesome hotel service. Staff was exceptional. Food was great. Beautiful pool and patio area! will stay again for sure!

The rooms were very big and comfortable! They allow pets, though you're not allowed to leave them even if you have a crate. The breakfast buffet was good, ranging from cereal and yogurt to waffles with biscuits and gravy!

Absolutely fantastic, we loved the room, and amenities. We had a family reunion and the hotel was our nightly stay. Clean room, staff could be a little more Customer oriented and a smile would go a long way too.

Don't try and ask Papa Johns Pizza to deliver here after a festive day at Ren fest… gonna take an hour and 5 phone calls. Otherwise pleasant stay, clean rooms, warm breakfast.

First girl who helped me was a bit frustrating. Couldn't answer any of my questions and just stared at me with a blank face instead of finding out an answer. The next girl who helped was super friendly, helpful, and nice. The house keeper was hupful as well. Clean rooms. Favorite part of being there was the pool. Well kept and heated.

Nice facility clearly a well-maintained building. The jacuzzi was warm and open until 10 although it was outside. Breakfast was exactly as you would expect it to be and the couch with a pull out that was perfect for our daughter. All in all this is a great hotel if you happen to be in the area and only about 10 minutes away from the near by Casa National Monument.

Initially I was upset because I did not get the room I reserved, however the manger did put me in the suite the following days of my visit. She made every effort to make my stay enjoyable. Pat housekeeper was a very sweet lady. Pat made sure I was taken care of. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff always greeted the coustomers.

We made reservations 4 months ago for my nieces wedding. Arrived and was told the only room we have available is the “Presidential suite” and it doesn’t have any beds! No beds! Your going to charge me $125+ a night for a room with no beds? I had two little kids under 5 and an 80 year old with me. My sister checked in at the same time and we said ok let’s switch she was willing to sleep on the couch. We said we will go check it out. We went into the “Presidential suite”. It was a confrence room with chairs all along the walls. We checked the other room and was greeted with an overwhelming smell of perfume, they were trying to cover up some other smell. Don’t waste your time or your money. We ended having to drive another 25 miles and stayed at the Holiday inn express.

The hotel staff was experiencing issues on check in due to the large volume of people checking for a couple of events. This resulted in service being a little slow. The room was acceptable but could have used a little more dusting and cleaning. Some of the furniture was in bad shape. The staff was friendly and courteous, especially the shuttle driver, they were the highlight of the stay.

The front desk crew were really nice and the cleaning staff was nice too… The pool was too cold, hot tub dirty that's what we came for and the room wasn't clean ick…

Nice place, nice people, but we arrived 30 minutes after check in time to find that our room wasn't ready. It wasn't ready for another 20 minutes. We had a reservation so its not like they didn't know we were coming. I'm glad we didn't show up right at check in time, we would have had to wait almost an hour. We were there as part of a group, and others told me they had to wait as well. They did have a decent breakfast though.

Didn't stay, used conference room. Staff was very nice. Place was clean. My only issue was that there was a strong cigarette smoke odor in the lobby.

I encountered some difficulties with arranging a vital late checkout on the day of my wedding. The general manager was very helpful in resolving these issues and the big day went off without a hitch!

Paid a lot for very little. Terrible breakfast. The rooms themselves get very cold and it's difficult to change the temperature. Slow internet service. AirBnB would have been a better choice. Let's just say if there was any of there place available I would have gone there.

Nice enough amenities, but staff could use some lessons in hospitality. Large rooms, clean sheets; chairs and carpet could use some cleaning/reupholstery. Breakfast and coffee is on par with most hotels in this price range.

Room was amazing, place was clean. But, the in room refrigerators in mine and my colleagues rooms did not keep things cold. The freezer did, but the fridge didnt.

Continental breakfast great. Room size great. Room furniture cleanliness not so great. Pool ok. Gym pathetic, they have six weights, a bench (to sit on) and a treadmill, total waist of time even going in there. The hallways are hot and stuffy because they refuse to turn on the Air-conditioning because they say they are trying to save money (I was told). No cigarette smoke detectors anywhere, so you can smell smoke in the hallways all of the time. No laundry room here either so if you stay for a long time be sure to bring much clothes to change in. Location is in the middle of no ware but at the same time it's better then the other hotels/motels/Inns for this area.

The hotel was very nicely set up, looked very fancy. We had a luncheon for work in the banquet room. We had a lot of fun. I don't know if I'll ever have to get a room there because I live right down the street from there, but it was very nice.

I didn't expect a fine hotel like this in Florence. It was formerly the Holiday Inn Express, but it looks new and fresh. Strong dependable Wi-Fi service. Beautiful mountains, deserts and agricultural habitats surround Florence. Lots of huge centuries-old Saguaro cactus in the area. Organ Pipe Cactus National Park is a couple of hours south of here in Tucson, and the very eclectic town of Bisbee is right on the Mexico border, near the Montezuma National Monument where you can drive up a butte and look out over the frontier of Mexico (along with Border Patrol officers and their "eye in the sky" trucks.

Very impressed with the quality of the Green Tree Inn. Small town but not a small presence in quality. Hot breakfast was a delightful treat after a peaceful night of sleep. No complaints.

Not impressed. Room smells awful, beds are uncomfortable, and there was hair all in the tub when we first arrived. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

After leaving the DIS-Comfort Inn in Casa Grande I had the experience of staying in this wonderful place. THE BEDS! oh yes oh yes oh yes. Why don't more hotels understand that sleeping is like the thing for a hotel and the breakfast was surprisingly amazing! The staff was soooo nice and made a great experience. Clean and stress free. Shut up and take my money holiday inn. :-)

The stay was great. Booking for my family members was a little crazy and unorganized at times though.

I had a fantastic stay at the holiday inn at Florence. The staff there was very accommodating and helpful in my crisis. The breakfast lady (Carmen) did a fantastic job! Adan and Matt, our chauffeurs, were super. " Thank You" to Jennifer at the front desk, who went the extra mile. To the whole staff who put in many hours, never losing their smiles. Sincerely The Lady who lost her truck key.

I got married at the Windmill Winery in Florence and we had most of our wedding party and out of state family stay here. Everything was great! from the front desk to the rooms and even the food in the morning. I would tell anyone to stay here if they had the chance!
