It was great had a blast and the pool was great.

Amazing worker and very friendly front desk/customer service.

As a local I stay here a lot as a weekend get-a-way, as I did for my birthday yesterday. I enjoy the amenities and the breakfast in the morning. Each room has a different feel, but my favorite is the room with the jacuzzi hot tub with the fire place. I also love the atmosphere and the staff are super sweet. The ONLY complaint I have is from about 6:30pm to 9:30pm there were a team of kids running and playing in the hallway, slamming doors as they went in and out of there rooms…the whole 3 hours. I’m not over exaggerating. I understand that kids need to run off energy, but there is a time and a place for it…preferably in the pool…not in the hallway.

I was very disappointed with our stay here. We checked in about 6:45pm then went to the beach. When we got back our nephew took a bath. About 1.5 hours later all hell broke loose at midnight. We were accused of having flooding the room down stairs. There was no water in our room at all. The front desk clerk Eileen was very rude. She came upstairs and cursed out my kids. When I went to the front desk to inquire what the problem was she was rude and threatened to call the police, black list us and told us to leave in the middle of the night. She was also mad at us because the maintenance man had to come in the middle of the night. The maintenance man was very nice and helpful and came to the room. He found that the over flow drain was not connected to the pipe. Which was not our fault. He told us to Stay and apologized. My 1 year old was upset by the commotion she had a disturbed sleep after and woke up several time through the night crying. In the morning Eileen showed up and was telling her co worker that she was charging our two rooms an additional 100 dollars for incidentals for damages. I waited for the manager in the morning explained what happened and how we were treated. The manger was very helpful and apologized. She did a walk through of our room at our request and stated there was no damage to our rooms. Eileen smirked and smiled as we dealt with the situation with the manager. Eileen should not be in customer service. She makes this place not worth staying.

The Quality Inn is a no frills, clean hotel with a great breakfast, even though the eggs are way too salty, and a good pool and hot tub.

My company’s stay at the quality Inn was wonderful. The rooms were reasonably priced. The amenities were on point with the hot tub being available after a long work days. The food was great to have in the morning. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to any questions that we had while staying at the hotel. They even had a place for us to plug in our large freightliner truck to make sure that we could start it during the cold winter months. We are grateful for the experience that we had and I speak for all the crewmembers that were staying at the hotel!

Chosen for the spa and pool, and I am more than pleased. Clean and neat upon arrival. Ellaine at the front desk really helped me make my decision over the phone before my arrival from Hawaii. She went above and beyond to help me get to my work meetings online in time. She knew how to accommodate my business needs and allowed me make my meetings. Ellaine is a gem for this company.

Very comfy. Especially love the pillows. Always get a full nights rest even when I am just passing thru for the night. Nice people good experience all around. People at the front counter are always welcoming.

Clean and comfortable rooms, Wi-Fi, pool and hot tub and if the occasion calls for, a weight and cardio room. They also offer a nice continental breakfast.

Nice quiet friendly place with spacious rooms, hall coffee station, pool and hot tub. The location was perfect for our venue.

I have stayed here twice. Their concierge had good customer service, helpful to recommending a room that fits my disability. The rooms were spacious, immaculate clean, very friendly room service attendant and the full breakfast was delicious. Please I recommend this hotel for your staying, when coming down to Soldotna/Kenai. God bless!

Great service great food I’m pretty sure I’m coming back.

Prior before booking, I told them I am bringing my three kids and my service dog along. No questions asked. After driving all the way from Wasilla, staff denied me. They asked me very rudely, in front of customers, “what my disabilities were” … instead of asking me, “Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? ” I didn’t answer right away. I felt uncomfortable. Of course I got pissed who wouldn’t? I just drove really far and to be treated like this, is not… right. So, I went on FB LIVE to show everyone how I’ve been treated. As, I was walking around telling people where I’m at the other staff decided to video tape as well, purposely bumped into my video and called the cops and alleged I ASSAULTED HER! To make matters worse, while I was walking my kids out to the car, she kept following me saying, “byeeeeee have a nice day… ” agitating the situation and being very sarcastic. Cops got involved and no one got arrested. However, the way they handled this is so unprofessional. I’m not letting this go. They have no right to treat me and my family the way they did. a future lawsuit will be filed.

The Quality Inn, in Kenai Alaska, has great customer service, clean and spacious rooms, free breakfast, and an outstanding front desk staff! I recommend this hotel, to all my family and friends!

The stay was relaxing and peaceful, the employees were friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. I would stay their again and I would recommend it to anyone who needed a place to stay.

The room was alright. Nothing too fancy. The free breakfast wasn't all that great, but filled the void. Friendly staff. Decent hotel. For me the biggest factor was the high speed internet.

I stayed here on the 22nd of May, I made reservations online and had charges pending for the room. When I checked in I was asked for a card when I told the receptionist I’d already been charged. She assured me that no new charge would be created. 1 hr later I noticed a new charge on my card so I spoke to a different receptionist who told me it would drop when I checked out. Upon checkout I was told it was going to take 3-7 business days to get my money back. I asked to speak with a manager I was told it would be 1-2 hrs before the manager would be available so I requested a phone call. I didn’t receive a phone call until the following day when the manager called and asked for someone else because she didn’t know who she was calling. They offered no solution to the issue and blamed the booking agency even though I was told by them that I wouldn’t be charged a second time. I received a meaningless apology after they blamed everyone else and will not go back to this location. It’s 29 May and I’m still waiting to get my money back from the second charge. The hotel itself needs some updates and our bed covers had stains when we checked in.

This is such a fun place to stay. We came with kids during basketball season. They loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Clean rooms great breakfast.

Our Hockey Team spent the weekend at the Kenai Peninsula Winter Games Tournament. This Hotel catered to the 4 teams that stayed there. Breakfast, and pool hours were extended. The dining area was open for playing and parties. Our room was clean and the employees were tentative to all requests. Thank you for the nice stay.

Update: initially 1 star. A staff member named Desiree went above & beyond to help us get things worked out. The employee prior could have cared less. Desiree saved the day. She is an angel. Worst. We drove over 4 hours in bad weather to stay there for a hockey tournament. Our car broke down on the way & after trials & tribulations we finally made it in the middle of the night. It was a nightmare getting there. Then my card wouldn't work. So I tried to have the room paid for over the phone & they refused… hellooooo! Technology! Awesome having to worry about at midnight with kids! We tried a multitude of options none of which were panning out.

Simple hotel but clean which is the most important. Breakfast included. It is simple and delicious. The hotel has few meeting rooms, pool, gym. I would stay there again.

Stayed at the Quality Inn Saturday Night/Sunday Morning. Worst night sleep at a hotel. The room was muggy. The walls were thin and we were put next to a door. From 5am on we could here the loud door opening and closing. When we brought this to the attention to the front desk before checking out there compensation was to offer us some COFFEE for the road. So we wouldn't crash from the sleep deprivation. Would not recommend this hotel.

I had the best time! I spend a couple nights every 3 months just to unwind. The best continental breakfast!

We really enjoyed the kindess, and helpfulness of the staff. Our room was clean and fresh, and they have laid out a beautiful and varied breakfast. We were able to use their pay as you go washer and dryer to freshen up during a busy week. A good run on the treadmill and swimming ended each day. Conveniently located as well, and very affordable. Rooms are small, kind of crowded, positioning is not the best and views are… well no real "views". Just a parki g lot and/or an auto shop. Breakfast is good thougj and plenty. Has a pool.

Our family has been enjoying our stay over the years in Kenai's Quality Inn. A bit less hectic and quieter than downtown Soldotna. Yet as central of a location to the businesses and airport as you can get. Big box stores, restaurants, fast food, grocery store, gas stations and banks. Not to mention just a short drive to the Kenai River or Kenai Harbor.

Had my 2 grandchildren 1 was swimming, 1 was in weight room, breakfast was ok, service was excellent…

Visit was ok, there were no available 2 queen bed rooms on arrival but was able to get blankets sheets and pillows for extra guests.

Staff are friendly, the room is clean, ample parking, microwave and mini fridge in the room, complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi that is decent. My biggest gripe is that there isn't A/C. I'm paying over $200/nt and I'm sweating at night. This is my deal breaker and aside from all the niceties, I wouldn't stay here again.

I am working in Kenai and the hotel is right across the street. The people who work at the hotel go out of their way for you. Outstanding customer service!

Front office staff was unprofessional. Rooms were dirty and outdated. Pillows were not comfortable. No air conditioning, only a fan in the room.

Very friendly staff, and extremely clean and comfy rooms. For mornings they have a small selection of food for guests, and a pool and hot tub. Close to several stores including Safeway and walmart, along with an auto shop very close. It's the only hotel I would go to in kenai.

The Quality Inn is definitely a wonderful hotel… the management and staff are very helpful, cheerful and do their utmost to provide the best service and experience for their guests. It's a very nice clean place and has a really good breakfast selection. Also nice to have a pool and workout room!

My fiancé and I celebrated a year together at this hotel and loved our experience. The pool and hot tub was nice, the people were amazing, the service outstanding, very clean, and overall a great experience. I recommend this hotel for anyone in the Kenai Peninsula.
