It's probably the best hotel in fairbanks. Not 4 star but clean and tidy.

Stayed 1 night due to flight cancellation. Room is adequate size with a king size bed. Clean, comfy and not smelly. Would stay if I return to Fairbanks.

This hotel is spectacular it is the nicest Hampton Inn and suites I have ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in plenty in all my years. This hotel is as nice or nicer than some Hilton properties I’ve stayed at and definitely nicer than some Hilton Garden Inn’s.
The staff there is second to none top notch very helpful I recommend anyone staying in the Fairbanks area definitely consider that hotel as your place to stay.

Staff members are extremely helpful and provide awesome assistance. Breakfast here is very good with plenty of room. This particular Hampton Inn has the biggest workout room, a big plus.

The staff were super sweet. The place was very clean and comfortable. The TV selection was awesome.

Decent hotel with breakfast included. Green and brown carpet seems old and not super clean. Pull out sofa looks very well used too. Nice to have a refrigerator in the room with microwave! Staff is very nice and room is comfortable enough.

Clean and efficient. Arrived in early morning (3A). Front desk person was awake, alert and occurred to me as friendly and welcoming. Room was neat, clean with plenty of outlets for charging our electronics lives. Checkout was also efficient. Breakfast buffet was available and we choose brunch outside the hotel.

Traveling for work. I'm usually a Marriott guy, but the SpringHill was sold out. I settled for the Hampton instead. It has been a pleasantly surprising stay. Staff is very courteous and polite. The room is very clean and larger than I thought it would be. Decor is a little outdated, but still nice. The breakfast isn't my favorite, but that's a personal preference. It lacks options that I'm used to. My room is facing a fairly busy road, and the traffic can be noisy. Overall though, the stay has been nice so far.

This is a wonderful hotel! Had a great experience! It was very clean, neat, and the beds we're surprisingly comfortable! The food was some of the best hotel food I've ever had so kudos to the chef!

Clean rooms, awesome service, and amazing breakfast!

This has to be the friendliest staff at any hotel. Ive had many staff, that are "Professional" and "Courteous"… But the staff here is FRIENDLY. Genuine smiles, conversational and make eye contact. Its very refreshing… oh and the facility is clean and comfortable and top notch. Breakfast was typical, but still good. I'd love to stay here again.

The folks here are always very helpful. Hard to keep kids entertained here so they run the halls a little bit. Summertime i'm sure is different.

The Hampton Inn in Fairbanks television was not working and after reporting this was told that it was a provider issue and would be fixed overnight. It was not and when we called the front desk, did not get the impression anything would be fixed unless a technician was called in and that the clerk was not even aware of the building wide issue. This is not a major impact since we were there for other venues but needs to be noted. Anything else was perfect and we would absolutely stay there again. The Hampton Inn in Anchorage had so issues. Both places would be a favorable destination place if in the area again.

I have stayed in many hotels all around the USA in the last 12 months, but the warmth, friendliness, cheery service here is at the top. Also the food, parking, clean rooms and lobby area can't be beat by many other hotels. I will definitely stay here next time I come.

Stayed for 3 nights. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were good and offered something a little different every day. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly especially with the issues we had. Get down there for breakfast early because they start running out of food at about 945. Definately would go back.

Me and my wife stayed here twice and simply loved everything about it. The rooms are spacious and the staff is really helpful. I left one of my bags in the shuttle and got down on the train station. It was really nice of the shuttle driver to come back and give it to me. Can't recall her name.

A really nice stay at the Hampton Inn and Suite. The king size room with sofa bed is particularly spacious.

The staff was friendly. The shuttle service to and from the airport is good. Drivers are particularly nice!

Service was excellent. Rooms were well-kept and quiet. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff also notified us of Aurora activity.

The Hampton Inn and Suites was a nice hotel with a decent location and a nice complimentary breakfast. However, we originally booked a room that was advertised as 5 people. When we got there they put us in a room that was not the same as advertised as it did not have bed space for 5. When we asked about this they said that the wording was not correct and they did not have a room for more than 4 people.

Absolutely avoid at all costs… go across the street to Holiday Inn Express.

Environment is very spacious and comfy. Offers an amazing breakfast and brings alittle piece of Alaska into each room and hallway.

Great place to stay, they beds were some of the most comfortable that I have slept on. Employees were friendly and very helpful. They sent us breakfast sacks when we didn't have time to eat before leaving on excursions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel. I appreciated how pet friendly it was (if not the expensive additional fees for having a pet). The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet had a variety of selections such as pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, gravy, biscuits, cereals, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, bagels, fresh fruit and so on. I stayed in a suite with a kitchenette and it had everything I needed except food. There is a playground for children on site and guest laundry that is free to use, you provide your own detergent.

Very clean and big rooms! Comfy beds and the best breakfast by far… better than any other hotel. Very nice staff and love the swimming pool. Warmer than most. Great job Fairbanks Hampton Inn!

We lucked up and stayed here when the world ice carving championship had just finished next door and was able to walk around and see the amazing works of art like a train engine that was 15 or 20 ft tall among all of the other objects. Th he hotel was on part with other Hamptons.

Great room. Comfy bed. Huge bathroom with a large standing shower. Friendly staff. Good location. All around good experience. The wooden bear and Eagle statues outside the entrance are fun.

Every thing was great except the pool was so cold we had goose bumps. I called a month later to see about the pool temp before booking a room and I was on hold for 10 minutes and then told the swimming pool was at 82 degrees. I questioned if they meant the hot tub and they said the pool. I told them no way as we had goose bumps. We stayed at a competitor's hotel last time just because of the pool issue and theirs was 76 degrees and like bath water, no goose bumps. This is my first choice for a hotel in Fairbanks, but the pool is important as we don't have many in Alaska. Obviously they are not checking their pool conditions often or they would know it is NOT 82 degrees.

The shuttle van was there but there wasn't any driver.

Stayed two nights in March 2011, and one night in February 2012. Rooms were clean and comfortable; staff was friendly and helpful. Computer room and laundry room were handy. Liked the general location and the price was reasonable. Definitely recommend.

These foks really know how to make a buck. They charged my card from an earlier stay $232.00 for a reservation they said I made two weeks later, and did not cancel. The kicker is I was in another hotel on tha date and two weeks prior with reservations through the whole month. The manager would not do a face to face with me when I ask for a refund. The desk clerk kept running back and forth to the managers office with my questions. No refund. Guess they need money so bad they have to steal it. Bad mojo.
