If you want to sleep at night and be able to relax, choose another hotel. We have people above us who are stomping and I'm sure remodeling (due to the sound) all night and all day (literally all night). We have complained to the front desk which has not helped. I have went to the front desk and waited for the receptionist to come back to the office (they'll leave and you have to dial "0") with no success. I know this is a risk we take staying in a hotel but, typically, the hotel staff tries to solve these types of problems. There is no hairdryer (learned this the hard way). I would suggest staying elsewhere.

My overall experience of the hotel was poor. There was dirt everywhere even on the front door of the building and in the cracks. My overall experience of the hotel was poor. There was dirt everywhere The floor of our hotel is disgusting and it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. The rooms smelled horrible and when we first came to the hotel someone was smoking marijuana in the lobby. The pool is not heated and unkept it looked like there was an area where there was supposed to be a hot tub but nothing was there. The breakfast was advertised falsely it said it was a breakfast but it ended up being just muffins granola bars and oatmeal. The overall experience of the hotel was very poor and we do not Plan to stay here anytime soon. Someone please get a health inspector out here.

Cheaper than other decent hotels in town, plus it comes with a kitchen which is very nice for someone on a long road trip. Only complaint is that the breakfast was nothing but instant oatmeal packets and granola bars. But I just made bacon and eggs in my kitchen, so no big deal.

The rooms are big, bed is decent, and it's relatively quiet. There was trash under the bed, and in the fridge though. The elevator is terrifying, so I hope you enjoy the stairs.

Located in a very shady side of town. A guy with a machete threatened me and my dog and the strip club across the street burned down during my stay here. I have also seen the state troopers several times in the area while living in Fairbanks. Rooms were more than affordable, but not quite as upkept as some of the nicer hotels in town.

We stayed 3 nights this past weekend to visit our son who is working in the area. The room was mediocre and the toilet was dirty when we checked in. After a few hours in the motel I came to the conclusion that this was the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed at. They haven’t cleaned the entry doors, the hall way floors, the stairs or the elevator in months. The breakfast offered was granola bars, packaged oatmeal and coffee. Very substandard. I will never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this motel to anybody.

They make you pay $4 per load of laundry, house keeping only comes through once a week. The hallway always smells like some reggie. The front desk staff is incompetent, the “breakfast” is a few granola bars and some packaged muffins they throw out. This is by far the worst hotel expierience I have ever had. This would be a 0 Star review if I had the option. *Addition* halfway through my stay and still no one has cleaned my room, I had to contact the front desk twice before anyone came up to vacuum and put fresh sheets on my bed. Also anytime you’re in your room be sure to double lock your door, these people are over eager to walk in your room. I’ve woke up three times before 8am to someone trying to open my door. If there is vacancy at any other hotel in Fairbanks I would definitely stay somewhere else.

Inexpensive pet friendly hotel, okay location easy to find. Will stay again in the future.

First room smelled like ciggerets second room assent cleaned. They didn't give us fresh towels the next day.

Everything in Alaska is very formal and good according to the value is the category and facilities This is good the bad thing is that some hotels receive people with dogs and that is bad.

The experience my family and I had was horrable. Floors are dirty, elevator sounds like it's not safe to be in, pool was not open. No breakfast, no room service or house keeping. No even clean towels. If we wanted to have daily housekeeping we had pay. Other than that we had to ask for towels. They were going to give my sheets to makes my own bed… I said NOPE… Everything went wrong.

Bella Fedorov was rude, she cancelled our stay, she did not apologize. We drove 8 hours to find out she cancelled our stay. We stayed on the phone for 1 hour and 39 minutes with expedia to book another hotel.

You guys need to stop putting so much bleach in your water. It has made my whole family skin red, and is now peeling. Nothing is stopping the hurt we might have to go to the hospital. We could smell the pool from our room on the second floor.

I like staying here it's nice and peaceful. Nice good rooms and bathrooms. I got no complaint from me.

The place is amazing, wonderful staff, awesome, clean rooms. Only drawback… breakfast could be bumped up.

Walking into this place, no one was at the front desk. They were in the back playing on their phone with a sign at the desk saying that they had stepped away. Booked a when sized bed for my wife, son and I. When we got to the room the bed was a full and not a queen. I called down to the front desk three times before I got ahold of someone. Asked them about the bed and they said that I could check the bed for a tag and see if the size was correct. The bed wasn’t even comfortable. I had also reserved a pack and play for my one year old son, which was nice that they offered that. Once we got the pack and play up to the room and set it up, it was extremely filthy! There was dried up food stuck to the sides, dirt and other stuff as well. Who knows what was on the pack and play. Highly unsatisfied! I stayed not even three hours, long enough to look for another hotel to stay at. If you’re thinking of staying here, don’t!

Room was big. Bed comfy, chair was nice, cooking supplies were a little small though.

Needs upgrading. Pool was not heated. Housekeeping had their child running around while they were cleaning. Old and very small television in room. Breakfast selection was coffee, oatmeal, packaged muffins or granola bars.

The drunken guests were arguing in the hallway from the time of check-in till 2:45 am. This place has the feel of a homeless shelter. This was a Monday night, what's the weekend going to be like.

Impressed it had a indoor pool very nice close to grocery store. Wish the curtains were black out hard to sleep during the month of June when 21 hours of sunlight.

Sometimes the population of drunks is a little bit higher than what you want. During these times it is loud, punctuated by numerous police visits and the staff is too preoccupied with these issues to provide quality service to worthy patrons of the hotel.

My experience with this facility was poor when I stayed there last week. Though the price was great through Expedia, it seemed poorly maintained. The shower curtains were way too short, there was a dark stain/soil on a bath towel, and the carpet was coming unglued in the room.

Not a bad hotel. The rooms are spacious. Everything works. The staff is nice.

Bathroom floor was dirty especially in the corners. Few hair strands were on the walls of the shower. Chairs for the table were dirty as well. Rooms need to be better cleaned in this hotel. Go spend a little more and get a much nicer room in a different hotel.

It has a awful small when you walk in, broken toilet, no real gym, trashed old dirty rooms.

Not super comfortable and staff wasn't exactly friendly but it's an easy location and relatively cheap. It will do in a pinch but if you are looking for comfort this is not your place. Our party had two rooms and neither of us were impressed with beds which were less than comfortable.

Room was clean, but the hotel seemed a tad run down. People were polite.

Pool workout room are nice. Snacks in the morning are packaged to go which helps.

Front desk staff was just so awfully rude. Gave me a dirty room and then gave me attitude when asking for a clean room. Bad attitude. Hung up on me when calling from the room 4 times. Did not properly handle amenities situations. Kitchenette was not properly stocked. Will not be returning to this hotel. Seven gables is much better if your looking for a room with a kitchen in it and the staff is never as rude as the lady at this hotel. Some people don't belong in customer service.

WORST HOTEL EVER! We stayed here for 6 weeks until our house was ready after we moved to Alaska from Texas. They randomly charged us for the room without informing us first, the girl at the front desk when we checked in had no idea what the cost of the room was so she just made up her own random price, they charged us twice at one point and we had to FIGHT to get the money back, housekeeping hardly ever came to our room and when they did, they only replaced towels, nothing else. Best part though, they could call each room individually to have us move our cars so the parking lot could be redone, but they did NOT call us to warn us that they would be testing the fire alarms at 9 AM. I feel like that is much more important than the parking lot! So many guests, myself included, were terrified! People here have children and pets! Not only did we all have to get dressed (in layers, I might add, since we are in Alaska! ) but people have to get their kids dressed and their pets outside, just for the RUDE maintenance guy to be like "it's okay. Just a test. " a warning would have been nice!

I stay here pretty often as choices for traveling with pets in Fairbanks is pretty limited. The rooms are always clean, and the front desk person is always friendly and helpful. It's a nice reliable place to stay.

At first glance the price is good compared to the other hotels in town. The issue I have with this establishment is the fact that housekeeping rolls thru once a week compared to many running thru daily. Not expected. The staff was courteous but hesitant on the handing out of additional towels and toiletries. Location wise it was close to the airport and downtown. With the occasional airplane sounding like its landing in the parking lot, its fine. Besides the strip club and bar literally 450 feet away it would be worth your money to pay the extra 20 bucks a night and go to Best Western across the street, or another chain.
