That no one from out of state or anybody should ever book a room there all the workers plus there boss is rude asf unprofessional asf and most definitely the boss is racist she want tell people how to long and stand it was the worse experience I had out here in mobile, Al.

Came back after an extremely long day at a tennis tournament at 10:15 at night. The room had not been cleaned and there were no fresh towels. When I called downstairs to ask why room not cleaned and there was NO sign on the door saying "Do not disturb"… The front desk person told me that housekeeping forgot to clean our room and give us fresh towels. When I asked her for fresh towels so we could shower, I was told that she did not have access to fresh towels. No concern and no real sense of urgency to resolve a situation. We checked out a day early because we need to be in a hotel that actually services their customers. When I told the front desk this morning what happened, I received a canned response, it took me 10 minutes to get out receipt from them, and they did nothing. I filed a claim with hilton honors and I was told it would take at least 5 business days to resolve? What are they resolving?

My mom made a reservation at this hotel for Friday night. To start out with, when she made the reservation, the paperwork stated that we had a non smoking room. When we got there, they told us that we were in a smoking room. Okay then, after we checked out yesterday, we realized that we left some clothes in the closet. We then called them back & were told by Brandon that he couldnt leave the desk to go look for our clothes. When we called back we talked to a lady named Kim. Kim said that our clothes weren't in the room?! she said that housekeeping couldnt find our clothes. So that possibly means that the clothes were stolen. Wouldnt doubt it.
then Monday night I was going to take a bath but the tub was slippery. We called them back & said that the tub was slippery & that we needed a bath mat. They brought us 2 towels. So I had to sit in a tub on a towel. Needless to say we will NOT return & we will be taking this further.

This place is great. Not only do they have a hot breakfast but, they have an awesome happy hour. Actually 2 hours 5-7. They had 4 kinds of beer and 2 kinds of wine. Two types of chicken and chips and salsa and pop corn and great chocolate chip cookies. The rooms are clean and typical Hampton Inn quality. I will definitely stay here again.

We generally like staying at Hampton Inn. The room was nice but the perfume in some cleaning product — rug cleaner? — — was so strong that my cloth bags retained the smell on them in the 10 minutes I was in the room before asking for another room. We are very sensitive to scents and I do not understand why a hotel chain that caters to frequent travelers would use such strongly perfumed products in this day and age where everyone seems to have allergies. We will no longer book in advance but ask to see-:smell: — — the room before paying.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed, Great breakfast, a little bit of everything. Cereal, hot oatmeal, assorted muffins, bagels, waffles, omelets, sausage, fried potatoes, orange juice. Coffee, jellies, cream cheese. Differently would come back again. Thanks you for a good night!

Rooms were very clean and we'll maintained. Check in process was easy and staff was very friendly. The hotel next door was the only suspect thing about staying here. It seemed to draw a questionable crowd that hung out on the street at night.

My family stayed here last week on our way to Florida and I was very happy with our experience. I'll add that we stayed at the Admiral (Curio Collection) Hotel in Mobile on our way home and I was perhaps more pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn! The room was cold, clean, and comfortable. The bed linens were better than all the other hotels/condos we stayed in during our trip. The pool was enjoyable. Staff was very friendly. It was great to have free happy hour, free breakfast, great room, and a clean pool for less than the other places we stayed at! I'd definitely stay again.

Our stay was awesome. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about surrounding areas, and always smiling. Room was very clean and we were accommodated whenever we needed anything. I will be booking again soon.

The front desk workers were kind. Beds were nice, and room was pretty clean. Bathroom had a bit of mold on the ceiling, but it looked like they were actively combatting it. Avoid Faith the breakfast lady if you have colored hair, or piercings, or are visibly "different. " She will target you and constantly make you feel uncomfortable by instantly scrubbing anything you touch. It doesn't matter how polite you are, or if you are neat and clean up after yourself. She will make it clear that you are not welcome here. Can't say this hotel would ever be my first choice again. On a positive note, this hotel is only 6 minutes from Time to Eat, the BEST place to get a meal in all of Alabama. Go there for breakfast to avoid Faith. They will make you feel loved and welcome!

Smaller three floor hotel. Has a pool, fitness center, business center, and free breakfast. Nothing fancy but the staff is stellar. Right off the exit and near lots of restaurants and shopping.

We were very pleased with our stay! They went out of their way to make us comfortable. The rooms were clean! And the breakfast was wonderful! We also enjoyed the pool! Their management and staff were awesome!

Quiet stay, despite Mardi Gras revelry. Room was clean and smelled pleasant. Nice rooms and lobby, courteous staff, and easy access to nearby restaurants.

This hotel was very clean, and very few things were in disrepair. That said, the soap dish in the shower appear to have been broken off and had not been replaced. The room smelled nice, the sheets were clean, the towels were clean, no dirty corners or surfaces. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was pretty solid for a free Hotel breakfast. If you're looking for a decent place to stay for a fairly reasonable price, this is not a bad option. Even the training facilities were pretty decent. Ellipticals and treadmills mostly, but decent if you need a quick workout.

Clean rooms, quiet, which was suprising given the location. Made for a nice inexpensive stay.

It's halfway between our house and my parent's house in Florida. So, convenient in that way. But, we probably will stay somewhere a little nicer next time. The area of town isn't that great.

During our stay at the Hampton we encountered personal vehicle problems. Simply put, our truck would not start. After going to the front desk to ask for assistance, we truly encountered not only professional employees, but genuinely caring individuals. Jim, who was working at the front desk, located jumper cables for us and willingly used his own vehicle to try and jump start our vehicle. After failed attempts to jump start our vehicle and being stranded nearly 300 miles from home, Jim insisted he take us to the local auto parts store to try and resolve our issue. He also offered suggestions for local mechanics. The Customer Service was above and beyond anything we could have imagined. We got to encounter the individual character of a person employed by Hampton, which in return is the reflection of Hampton. As a normal citizen you don't get to see the day to day operations of a corporate operation behind closed doors, but what we do see are the people on the front lines at the front desk and we were NOT disappointed. Thanks again and we had a wonderful stay!

We have just enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Mobile I-10 Bellingrath Gardens. The staff gave us such a warm and genuine welcome! The Hotel is very clean, the customer service is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and the hotel is quiet. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area! We thank the staff for their great southern hospitality!

Had a wonderful stay passing through Mobile. Very friendly staff. Very clean and nice rooms. Temperatures in rooms were very comfortable. Free breakfast was delicious and great and stocked!

Nice, clean room. Courteous and friendly staff. Decent breakfast with minor daily variations to keep it fresh and a good selection. Pool was okay. Didn't make use of exercise room, laundry room, or business center. Just a few, very minor grievances. First, there was no paperwork for the hotel or local attractions/restaurants in the room, which seemed odd. Second, the phone speaker randomly made a static noise for no apparent reason while it was just sitting there, hung up. Lastly, the sign in the bathroom said to hang towels to keep housekeeping from changing them out, but we still seemed to get fresh ones each day. We were trying to reduce our resource use. But as you can imagine, if those were our biggest complaints, it's an excellent hotel. Would definitely stay again.

My family spent one night at this hotel passing through Mobile. The service at the front desk was wonderful, as was the complimentary breakfast. The room was very clean and well maintained. This appears to be an older hotel, but again it has been maintained very well. I do not know much about the area, but based on looks I would probably pick better places to stay. We had no issues what so ever with any security.

Good hotel, stayed here for one night. Travel from Florida back to Louisiana, so it was located perfectly on I-10. Bed was very comfortable, though by the end of time for breakfast there was almost nothing to eat. You can make yourself coffee in the lobby and it was pretty good! Also it is inexpensive stay.

So I had the most awesome experience at the Hampton Inn Mobile in Tilman's Corner neighborhood. The front desk was super accommodating for our business group and provided exemplary customer service. After returning to the property at night, they would ask how our day was and if we needed anything. Thank you Nichelle and team for making us feel welcome, everyday, every time. Last but not least, I have to give kudos to Miss Susan that runs the daily breakfast and evening reception in the lobby. This Super Woman runs at 300 mph with a smile on her face. Susan greets each guest, welcomea them to breakfast, and asks them if they need anything… All of this while speed cleaning tables and restocking EVERYTHING. Her positive, upbeat attitude is catchy and makes this hotel feel like a HOME! On top of all of this, I celebrated my birthday on this business trip. Not only did I receive a card from the hotel, I was serenaded the happy birthday song at breakfast and presented a cake! This experience was over the top and drove me to give this 5 star review. Thank you Nichelle, Susan, and team for going above and beyond in treating us like family. I hope other's find this review helpful and take my advice to stay here!

What an awesome hotel. We just stayed one night on our way back home to AZ but all the staff was friendly and polite and the room was super clean. I loved all the personal touches in the room, little post its on the bed, the note card letting us know who cleaned the room, and the coffee maker with water bottles. The morning breakfast attendant was the best. Thanks for making our stop over in AL enjoyable.

Excellent stay as always. My family love staying at Hampton Inn and Suites. This was out first visit to this location but we were supremely pleased. The staff was courteous and check in was a breeze. Our room was spotless upon our arrival. We even arrived a few hours early and the staff graciously allowed us to store some of our bags until they were finished preparing our room. Housekeeping staff very friendly and courteous, and even though it appeared that there was a "full house" both nights the hotel was quiet and peaceful.

Great place to stay with helpful staff who does their very best to meet your needs. Came into town a little to early for check in and they allowed me to leave some of my bags there till check in. The evening reception is awesome, clean rooms, Wi-Fi really good with only a few very minor hiccups.

Loved it here! Everyone was helpful and the breakfast was phenomenal.
