Terrific location about two miles from campus. Easy drive to restaurants stadium and back to interstate. Nicely maintained and value for price. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms nicely decorated with comfortable beds and hot shower. Roomy.

CLEAN hotel and good value. Good experience. Appreciated the easy access to the room and not having to struggle with suitcases or though a hotel lobby for short stay. Would stay here again.

Rooms appear to have been recently renovated and were very clean. AC was strong (a very good thing. ) Check in was quick and easy.

After sitting on the interstate at a stand still forever for a wreck we finally made it to the hotel where we thought we would get a good night rest before my grandmothers funeral the next day. Needless to say the air conditioner made a ticking noise all night (loud enough that putting cotton in my ears and a pillow over my head and could still hear it) we called the front office at 4am to tell them about it and got "ok well we don't have anyone that can look at it" I walked to the office to tell them about it the next morning and was told we will look into it that's it. Then their free breakfast leaves alot to be desired the prepackaged muffin tasted better than the "warm" breakfast I'm not too happy with this place at all.

We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western in Northport Al. The staff made it even better. The pool was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were very clean, reasonable price alot of restaurants in the area 24hr liquor store. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was great especially the waffle. Pool area was nice as well. I enjoyed my stay… it felt like home away from away.

Overpriced and outdated property with updated rooms. Very clean and conveniently located. Friendly staff. But bring your own pillows, unless you don't mind sleeping on marshmallow sized throw pillows.

Very clean. Nice rooms. Have 5 kids, able to get adjoining rooms with door connecting. Staff nice. Breakfast great.

Don’t let the outward appearance fool you! This is not some old-fashioned motor court. Rather, it is a clean, modernized space very conveniently located to food and shopping options. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We get to the hotel late and it looks more like a motel they refused to give a refund so we walked into the door the lights didn't work had to stumble to find one that worked the pillows was half's and there was a stain on the sheets when I touched what looked like a burnt cig spot it rubbed off with my finger which told me they didn't wash the sheets, walk into the bathroom to get hit in face by a spider web you could see grime on floor and tub was not very clean walk to the sink that had a huge crack in it and start looking further with dust on near bout every surface that wasnt a table tops after looking at the TV that was dirty for a moment I notice a hole in wall with exposed wires only saving grace there was it was capped off… We paid 160 170 with taxes and it was more worth 70 really less than that when asked why such a crappy motel cost as much as Hilton they said they raise the prices for events. Btw we went to Hilton in meridian and paid 110 everywhere near it was booked and they had many major events of their own. Not happy and no refunds so they don't care about customer satisfaction or service.

Great quality for the price. The rooms have been updated and look very nice. The beds are super comfortable and the staff is professional and friendly. One thing I really like is that when you walk into the rooms, they smell so very nice. Not sure what they use, but it is very pleasant and inviting.

I always have a wonderful experience here. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They always provide a warm welcoming experience. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Great location, close proximity to all you need.

Great rooms. Very neat and clean. Interaction with the staff was very nice and courteous. Our stay was in late September and the pool was still available for use. They were happy to unlock the gate for us.

Very nice grounds very clean and really like the garbage cans out were u can see them and walkways very clean very satisfied with everything.

This hotel has been updated and is in great shape! The pool is a saltwater pool and was clean. The rooms were clean, and for the price, our stay was overall a great value. The complimentary breakfast was good and there was a nice variety — only negative here is the breakfast area is very small, with only two tables available. We'd definitely stay here again.

Will not ever reserve again. Ball tournament cancelled Friday night because of tropical storm. Late cancellling by 7 mins and they refuse to give money back. Charging full night. Not very good customer service.

Very clean, had everything we needed! Extremely comfortable beds. Nice helpful staff! Close to everything! Very quiet even though it is on a busy stretch of the highway… A very nice place to stay… would definitely recommend!

An older structure it with updates, care and its cleanliness, we had a very nice experience for an overnight. I think this would be a popular option during football season and hope future visitors would recognize this as a good value. There was plenty of breakfast choices, the waffles were bigger and as tasty than the waffles at the Waffle House next door. Good coffee and a friendly front desk made our stay and departure very pleasant.

Nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff. We had a small room type issue upon check in and the gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to make everything right. If you are looking for a simple, no frills hotel in a great location, I highly recommend this one!

Clean, mini fridge, free Wi-Fi, and continental breakfast. Reasonably priced.

First, it's a motel, not a hotel. Pictures can be a little deceiving. But it's been renovated, so it's clean and comfortable. The AC didn't get as cold as we'd like, everything else was fine.

Price was good and rpm was nice.

Clean comfortable quiet. A five star in its class. Stay there when in Tuscaloosa. No surprises. Worth it. That's all folks!

The room wasn't bad. But it smelled like urine outside of my room. The bathroom is so small you almost have to get in the shower to shut the door.
