The Rooms were Great it was very clean and the service was great. The food was great that they had for breakfast it was hot and fresh.

Not too bad. Front desk was very friendly and my room was clean. I stayed on the first floor by the lobby and it was loud at night but I dont guess that was the hotels fault. The signage out front is hard to spot but overall it met my needs. Shower was hot and air conditioning was cold.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. It was a great experience for my husband and I. The beds and pillows were super soft and comfy. All the staff were really nice and friendly. The breakfast was great and the lady that cooked the days we were there was precious! We will definitely book here again when in Montgomery!

Clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast! We had a neighbor who wanted my 6 year old to be mute starting at 7pm. However, staff was very nice about it and even offered a new room… They handled the situation without any problems… Recommended.

We were served as royalty there. We got kids and were given a room at a convenient level and wing. Very accomodating. Breakfast was delicious like Grandmas…

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The room however was damp. It was “clean” but damp. Maybe it needed a new air conditioner? The breakfast was awful. Some Holiday inn Express establishments have pretty good breakfasts, this one not so much so plan on eating out.

The room is clean and is what you expect for a Holiday Inn Express. The location is convenient to Downtown Montgomery without the downtown prices. The location is good for shopping and nearby restaurants.

The people who work here keep it clean and are some of the nicest people! And we've traveled with the cheer circuit and been to many hotels. This one is my favorite! The breakfast lady is awesome! Say Hola to your grandbaby!

I love the staff. They were very friendly. It makes a difference when you check in at 10:30pm and the person at the front desk is vibrant, friendly and smiling as they greet you.

Nice hotel but the taco bell stays open all night and you can here them placing there order in the room that's the only down fall.

Holiday Inn Express made a major impression on me this time. The staff was friendly with cleaning and getting us supplies, but the breakfast staff was excellent. I do not want to stay anywhere else.

Night Auditors are some times rude and unwelcoming. 5/5/18 — Needed to stop in for the night. Wow… would you please do something with your night people! Friendly is not in their vocabulary… om goodness!

We stayed in a handicapped accessible room. The size of the room was very comfortable. The bed was wonderful.

The rooms were very small. The pool was small. The breakfast cook was very rude and got a very bad attitude when asked to put out food at 8:50 and breakfast end at 9:30. I paid 133 bucks for one night with taxes it was a hundred and fifty bucks. I don't think it's worth that much maybe 80 or 90 bucks a night.

Very nice people, kind of odd place. Relatively small with small rooms. Might have been a Microtel at one time, Bathroom was large. Small refrigerator and really small microwave! Keurig coffee maker. Room was kept very clean but on one night there was a problem with staff and my room was not done by 5:30 in the evening! Pool and exercise room and small business corner off the main lobby. Breakfast lady is really nice and quite an interesting personality! Breakfast tends to be crowded and that stupid Holiday Inn breakfast dispenser that can only serve one person at a time does not help! This is not the local venues fault but management at corporate has to wise up and at least put two of these things in / breakfast area. The usual breakfast food is available, bananas, apples, bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cold and hot cereal, yogurt and juice. Of course there is coffee with flavored creamers if you so desire. Breakfast starts at 6:30. You would think that six would be a better choice as some of us have to be somewhere by 7 AM! As I said, the breakfast lady does try to accommodate when she can but management needs to wake up! There are lots of chain restaurants within a few minutes drive and a Schlotzsky's, a Waffle House and a Taco Bell that you can actually walk to. In my opinion the place is somewhat cramp stand overpriced for what it offers. A great staff can only make up for so much!

If you have a doctor's appointment that so early did you need to spend the night before I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express on Carmichael Boulevard at exit 6 off of I-85 wonderful place to stay rooms are fantastic.

We weren't sure where we were going to stop on our way to Florida and we ended up stopping in Montgomery AL. We did check out a couple of other hotels. One turned us away because we have our service dog with us and they didn't have "pet" rooms. Soooo illegal. A federal crime. So we went to the holiday inn Express. Not only did the welcome our service dog but had the cheapest rates! So happy beyond words we went there! We already have reservations in Orlando at the same hotel. Montgomery just confirmed for me I won't stay anywhere else! Montgomery's staff was so awesome! And the lady doing the breakfast I just had to hug! Warm wishes and much love and thank you to all of the staff!

Nice staff and good breakfast just feel that all rooms should have microwave. I mean there was a Keurig, fridge but no microwave. Rooms were clean and smelled pleasant, it was fairly quiet.

Enjoyed my stay! Room were neat and clean. Friendly staff. What more can you ask for.

A very clean, quiet, & quaint place! The staff is very friendly and interact with guests to make sure they are comfortably taken care of. We came for a family member's air force graduation, so we didn't experience the pool or gym, etc. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, ac nice and cold. The free breakfast was good, as it offered many options.

Being an Irma victim … me and my family was coming back from Tennessee to Florida. Figuring that we couldn't finish driving the rest of the way at 10:30pm… we decided to run in a few places to see what was available… very little… Driving past Holiday Inn… we had doubt there was anything available and if there was we were sure the rates was going to burn a hole in our pockets… Well with 5 adults, 3 kids, 2 cats and a dog… the young lady at the desk was very accommodating! A decent rate for a wonderful room! We couldn't of ask for a better place to crash as a last minute decision… Thank you Holiday Inn!

Pathetic service and overpriced for the location and aminities! Front desk workers were non-existent and failed at life. Their breakfast smelled good but I was told by the lady making the food that I could eat until 630, it was 614am, even though the food was made and done. I will would suggest finding another location to stay if you want to get your money's worth. FYI I paid 179 for a Monday night. Seriously, pathetic! Not coming back.

Overall hotel was good for a quick weekend stay. Indoor pool was warm. I gave it 3 stars based on the Room Not being serviced while we were out. We left out room at 10:30. They should have come back through at some point throughout the day. Overall the room was clean. Rug felt a bit dirty, kind of sticky but could have been because of humidity. Free Breakfast was good. The woman staffing the breakfast area was very good. She was on her own on a busy Saturday morning.

The Hotel was very good, clean and welcoming. An excellent breakfast provided by polite staff.
A small concern was the shots fired outside the TacoBell across the parking lot. Not something that a native Brit is used to. The staff were however security conscious.

As expected, Holiday Inn delivered. This location features great service, recently renovated rooms, and a solid cleaning team. I enjoyed my stay with a few small exceptions. Unfortunately for them I have been spoiled by other nicer Holiday inn locations. But this place did a good job. Solid above average. Update: 5/5 for a few reasons, breakfast was an experience, the lady running it was beyond pleasant and made it a wonderful encouragement to the start of my day. The cleaning team was also very nice and encouraging. I have yet to see such a southern-hospitality type feel at any other hotel. For that I recommend this place highly.

My stay was great. The place was clean and comfortable. They serve a good hot breakfast and the lady thst was working the bfast bar was awesome, I think her name was Maria, not sure. All staff members were very nice. I will visit again in thr future. Thanks for the great services.

Clean, tidy, beautiful location. What really blew me away with this facility was the exceptional kindness and commitment of the staff. Every one of them went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. Have never been treated so well as I was at this location! Was really nice to see the manager come out and say hello to everyone during breakfast too!

Nice welcome, super friendly breakfast staff and the room was upgraded to a suite. But OH MY GOODNESS… please stop the nasty powdered eggs and stale bread products that are touted as "free breakfast". I would rather pay extra and have a decent breakfast, or pay less and not have this included…

Nowhere we'd rather stay than the Holiday Inn Express! An outstanding experience every time! The front desk staff was welcoming, hospitable and downright charming! The housekeepers were sweet as can be! And Mona, who serves breakfast, was the absolute best! What was supposed to be a continental breakfast was brought to us with a smile, refills we reserved and she even cleared our plates! We loved our stay!

Hotel was new and nice, friendly people working. Was not greeted as a priority club member however.

Clean and modern. It is right off the I-85 too. The hotel staff is friendly.

Didn't have fan in the bathroom, didn't have a sleep timer on the tv, and had issues with the pancake machine. Decent place to sleep, but missed out on a few things that would have made it a five. It did, however, have a personal keurig in room.

Locations nice and convenient. Rooms are pretty schnazzy. The service was great. All in all a bitching experience.

Nice well rounded place to stay right off the interstate. The best part was the lady in the breakfast area in the morning. She was very accommodating and nice.
