When we got to room there were 3 pillows on each queen bed, so we got 2 more pillows from front desk only to be charged an extra $20 because they claim we stole 2 pillows! who the hell steals cheap pillows from a roadside motel?! Not to mention the room stunk and had to get an airfreshener because of the smell.

Not professional… room was nasty! We were leaving the room after being here for maybe 10 minutes and saw a ROACH crawling from in the room to the crease in the door when we opened it! I told the young man (who wasn’t in any type of uniform) at the front desk and all he said was, “ I’ll have that man come kill it for you” UM sir, I’m not scared of a bug… IT’S JUST NASTY! The WORST Quality Inn we’ve ever stayed in and we are 2 nights away from GOLD status! When we returned we were informed that they came and cleaned and sprayed. Nothing was cleaned, but the bug was gone… GROSS NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

I was lied to here. I left the room for a split minute to check out. I Didn’t even leave the building. Went back to my room to find the maid already in the bathroom. I specifically asked her did I leave my bathroom shampoo and face wash. She told me no. I’m soooo upset for trusting her. I called the manager and he told me it was my fault for leaving it. It was thrown away he said. My point is, I was LIED to. He has no concern or care. That is 50.00 down the drain.

I chose this hotel for it's proximity to the compound that I was working on over the weekend, despite negative word of mouth. I am pleased with the hotel, room, breakfast, Wi-Fi speeds, and overall. The negatives were apparently unfounded. Will be staying here again, during work events.

Loved the place. Excellent customer services. Rooms was nice. Near to wind ceek casino and near to gunter and Maxwell air force base.

It has a nice lobby and some nice rooms. Unfortunately, mine was not: room 124. There was water damage in the bathroom behind the toilet and above the shower, and the bedroom smelled like STRONG astringent (not like a hospital… more like a losing battle with mold).

The guy that checked us in was nice. He checked us in and told us that the room was not completely ready so we decided to leave to do some shopping. When we returned it was kind of late. We walked into our room and the room smelled like mold was blowing out of the AC unit. I went to the desk to complain but the guy said that was the only room available and refused to give us our money back. Do not sat at this hotel. I asked to speak to the manager that morning and the guy act if he could careless and offered us a 10 chick-fil-a gift card. Do not waste your time staying here. We checked out the next morning to find a better place to stay. Do not stay here!

Very clean rooms with plenty of amenities. All rooms are entered via the front door for added security. Staff are wonderful and courteous. We had a dead battery and the manager came outside and quickly found cables and helped us to get back on the road. Breakfast is continental and several options to choose from to include warm foods. Refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave in rooms. Nice seating to include a desk. The most comfortable mattresses as well. Will stay here again as we've stayed there in the past. Always a pleasure!

Our room was clean, breakfast begins at 6AM and was so delicious. Very friendly staff. We will return here.

Great stay. Clean room. Very friendly staff. I really can't understand the negative reviews. Papa John's delivers, and a McDonald's, Waffle House, and Wendy's in walking distance. Best of all, pet friendly.

Everything at this hotel was bare minimum — no extra steps taken in regards to service, cleaning, or amenities.

It was good the room was nice and bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. I only had 1 issue which I reported to the front desk with the sink not draining properly due to the sink drain plug. The breakfast was very good. .

Great place to stay very nice clean rooms the staff was exceptionally nice and the breakfast was great. The only thing that I didn’t like was the air conditioner didn’t get very cold. I will definitely go back to stay.

Moderate price, older hotel, but clean with comfortable beds. Coming north on 231 from Dothan to I65, it was a good way to bypass Montgomery. Also, it is pet friendly.

Non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. Waffle maker was broken and no sense of urgency to get another one. Eggo waffles would have sufficed until then. No concern about customer satisfaction in my opinion.

This was the second time we stayed here. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff us very friendly. The beds are very comfy. Just minutes away from several area points of interest including both Wetumpka and Montgomery Wind Creek location.

The staff were friendly and my room was clean, but the hallways had a very strong smoke smell. Its one of the downsides of staying in a hotel that allows smoking in certain rooms.

Staying here for 8 nights. Air is cold, staff is nice, pool is dirty. Overall after 4 nights it's a decent place.

The staff will treat you like dirt if you use your earned Choice Privileges points. The room was changed from non-smoking to smoking, the rooms air conditioning was not working properly and the comforter had burn holes and crusty stains. When I brought this to the staffs attention, I was reminded it was a "free night"

Hotel was very reasonably priced, and the hotel was clean. The Wi-Fi which I always mention in my reviews was great! It was a fast connection with no drop offs even once. The only reason it isn't 5 stars was because they didn't have a 1st floor room available like I had requested. The problem with was that they have no elevators.

They tried to double charge after we was over charged for 2 nights then they refused to give us a receipt when I was leaving and was very rude and got loud with us bc we wouldn't give them our debit card at check out again when I had a billing startment saying I was already charged for 2 nights they complained bc we had guests for no longer that 30 minutes in our room while getting ready to go out hotel smelled like a skunk will never go back ever!

It was in a good location. And I loved how clean my room was. We really enjoyed breakfast and the pool.

Room service lady was super nice! The feel of the room I stayed in was however very muggy. I went to put my flip flops on the next morning and they felt wet. And the smell of the room isn't very pleasant. It doesn't smell like any type of smoke. It's like it's not insulated very well.

The towels were stained. The door to bathroom was very dirty. Hair was in bathtub. Will not be staying there again.

If u have alot of luggage or elderly people stay on the first floor they have no elevator and there is no sign that says where the stairs are the breakfast is ok…

Rooms are nice but doors in rooms are loud people next to us and kids running up and down halls and shutting doors sounded like they where slamming them all the doors to the rooms need to have some kind of striping around them so they don't shut so hard and maybe keep some of sound out.

I booked a room a week in advanced and drove 4 and a half hours only to find out they had sold my room. First I was told by front desk, I was at the wrong hotel, I showed them the email confirmation and they said I was at the right hotel. The front desk called the manger and spoke in a different language, which I find very rude. After he got off the phone I was told that they did not have my reservation in their system. However the next day I was charge a no show fee, how could they charge a no show fee if I wasn't in their system? I left extremely disappointed and found another hotel, there are plenty of other hotels to stay at that I'm sure will honor a reservation.

Stayed here for the weekend and all of the upstairs rooms smelled like smoke but not cigarette smoke all the time, weed as well. Everything had a smoke smell to it including our clothes once we left. The bathroom was okay but the floor had many stains. The shower had mildew in it. The toilet was okay. But the location was great because there was a McDonalds next door in walking distance. Good breakfast.

So my friend and I stayed here for the weekend and first off I'm pregnant so my sense of smell is crazy, so the whole hotel smell like they have been smoking everywhere in the building, the room we stayed in was so dirty first off the bathroom pipe line sound like their broken and you couldn't keep the water on long, the floors had all kind of stains in the bed sheets were nasty with what looks like yellow piss stains the room was drink and hot, I know it's not a five star but damn they need to do better, I recommend no one stay at this hotel at all you're doing better just going to motel 6…
