Nicest staff ever! Very clean and family oriented! The staff went out of their way to help us any way they could! They go above and beyond! They were so sweet to my kids!

We had a great stay! Fast and friendly check-in service. The pool was nice and breakfast was plentiful. We all really enjoyed staying in the suite and will book again!

Decent, clean rooms. Thermostat was set way too cold when we checked in, even for a hot day. Other than that no complaints.

Bad hotel for any business traveler or person needing to use their computer. No internet connection possible foe either a laptop or tablet but my phone is able to connect using their Wi-fi. Asked them to fix it but still not working after a week and a half. How can they allow this to go on? Would ask for my money back but company is paying for the room. Also, no cushions for wooden pooi lounge chairs. Torture rather than pleasure. Breakfast is cheap. No eggs only waffles. Unhealthy.

For the price and what we needed, a place right off the interstate slightly north of Birmingham with a free breakfast, it was great. Clean, comfortable.

Nice place to stay for the night. Only negative is you can hear all the rooms beside you and above you. And in the hall.

Room was humid even though we had the air conditioning set at 72. Room looked cLean but needs updating. Breakfast was ok. Employees were nice.

The hotel is clean and the staff is super friendly! The check in process was easy and problem free. The rooms are updated and have everything that you need. The only suggestion I would make is to offer a few more options for breakfast. Overall a good value.

No internet connection. Rooms are basic. Free Wi-Fi never worked. Only good thing is Wal Mart is walking distance.

The internet is Terrible here, it doesn't work a lot of the time. Also the rooms are arranged awkwardly, as in the TV is on top of a really tall closet. For the rates they ask I do not recommend this lodging. I will say the staff is friendly though.

You won’t enjoy your stay! Walls are paper thin, you will hear every noise next door and room above. Do not let them give you a room close to the pool. Got this room through Wyndham Rewards Program and forgot the reason why I never use this program. Majority of the hotels are dated and need upgrades. Will never booked from Wyndham Rewards again!

They were pretty clean. Nice rooms with a good breakfast. The turn is easy to miss to get to the hotel.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed here during an orientation for my new company. I was accused of taking sheets, towels, rags, bath mat, the bed runner. Well, pretty much everything in the room. As soon as I found this out I immediately called the hotel on several occasions but the situation wasn't rectified. So my company not only almost fired me for this absurd incedient but tried to charge me for these so called missing items. Bottom line is good people who actually work hard for everything is being accused of misplaced or stolen items. Its probably the staff stealing and trying to pin it on guest. Ive stayed in numerous hotels and still do seeing as my job requires me to travel and ive never had an encounter this unprofessional. This incedient almost coat me my job. I really hope this helps and that I save someone the headache I have so painfully indured. Safe travels everyone!

The room itself was outdated. Time for some upgrades like adding USB power ports for charging devices. The room did appear bto be clean. The desk was actually coming apart and the TV had cables hanging down (never turned it on, don't know of it worked). The breakfast needed a good overhaul. The staff was actually very friendly!

Needs a workout room, but everything was clean and in proper order. It was quiet, too.

First time in a microtel. It was smaller than other hotels but still had all the necessities. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've stayed in a hotel in a while and I generally stay in different hotels every night 5 days a week.

Well was not expecting the inconsiderate and rude reply from the desk clerk on shift very quickly responded with after asking if they were pet friendly. It very clearly states in the amenities that Microtel are in fact pet friendly. She proceeded to INFORM me after that it was only to service dogs with ADHD. Not sure on that one. However I do work for the State Dept. And have seen and witnessed many things. But have yet to see a dog with ADHD.

Excellent place. Clean. Modern. Everything seemed to work. Nice led lights in the room. Light can be adjusted with voriety of numeriuos light fixtures. If you're in to that thing … Ice machine and vending machines. All though vending machines only do cash. All though small rooms they had microwave small fridge and a closet with hangers. Good standard for any motel. You can call and reserve rooms in advance. Not anything new that you didn't know. How ever place is rarely empty. So room availability might be an issue. As this place is visited by many of the same contractors and regulars. 4 star for the reason of … Well. When I was there their fire extingushing pipeline broke. Lucky for me I was on the other side of building. Flooding was intense. Many rooms and residents had to relocate. Also according to some regulars it's a 3d time it have happened. Also it happened in different locations each time… As one of the residents said " I will never complain about having a room on top floors anymore. " Also elevator is present. The location of this motel ideal for those with no ride. Voriety of restaurants and Wall Mart with in a minute walk. I highly recommend asian restaurant. Hope this was helpful.

Great location, right off the Interstate and next to a Walmart Supercenter. It's far away from the city to not be that busy and in a nice neighborhood. Great rooms especially for a Microtel, it seemed bigger than most. They looked new, were very clean and upgraded. Rooms also have microwave and mini fridge, which most Microtels don't. I enjoyed my stay here, overall a nice hotel. I would stay here again and probably already have. Thank you — FB with CLC.

Dissapointed. Our room, which was apparently above the laundry room, shook when the washing machines went through a spin cycle. The cable channels are just basic with no premium movie channels. The Wi-Fi never worked so I couldn't even watch movies on my phone. The pool is very small, maybe big enough for 3 or 4 people to swim comfortably and it's an odd triangular shape. The "down" comforters were on the thin side and not very warm (maybe that's why they had a sheet underneath AND on top). The breakfast area had a lot of dirt on the floor. The mini fridge had a 5" chunk of ice encasing the entire freezer so the fridge wasn't working properly. The room was small as well, but it was very clean. Nice curb appeal.

This place is nice. Soft bed and soft pillows! Very comfortable. Nice people at front desk.

Beautiful really clean rooms. The pool was large with easy steps to enter. Our breakfast consist of egg potato cheese sausage hash which was really good, fresh waffles, cereal, bagels. Etc. Although it s alittle hard to find since it is tucked away, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel overall was very clean, at least for the parts that I saw. The pool had nice clean water unlike other places I have been, the rooms were well kept, and the lobby area was very neat. The management there were very accommodating, my brother didn't want to share a bed with me so the woman working the desk was more than happy to get us extra bedding for the window seat/bed. The breakfast was good but some of it seemed like it could have been done better such as the packaged, microwaveable sausage patties. Overall it was pretty nice.

I didn't go to stay there I just went to battle the Pokemon Gym for Pokemon Go haha but it looked nice.

We stayed again after being there over a year and a half. I like it because it's clean and cozy. Price isn't bad and your near walking distance to restaurant's and shopping for clothes etc.

Recently remodeled facility clean friendly staff basic continental breakfast slow Wi-Fi.

We do a lot of traveling for work and we had stay in many hotels, and we had always had great experience and they have always treat us great, this hotel is nice and clean the housekeeping was really friendly, but the lady that is in the front desk in the morning she has bad attitudes and she's rude to us every time we ask her for something, I thought they suppost to make us feel like we at home especially when we spend several nights at the hotel, someone need to talk to her about her attitude with the costumers, when you go to the front desk she's always on her phone and giving bad attitude with everyone even with the housekeeping other then that the hotel was great but the way her name is 'JULIA'

Free breakfast everything the competitors have except for the hot breakfast. They have microwavable sausage biscuits and the pancakes and sausage on a stick. Also the staff seemed honest, friendly and professional.

The room was ready early, and it was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional and polite.

I am a professional tor coach operator. We recently had a charter with over 70 people staying at this hotel. When I requested a 2 hour late check out for me, the driver since they were at a convention and not getting picked up till 5 pm, I was told a minimum of 2 hours at $10.00 per hour. They wanted to charge for the late check out even after getting thousands of dollars from the rooms for 2 nights. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND for other charters. In all my driving, I have never been charged for a late check out for the driver.

Never get a room by the stairs because you hear people slaming the door all night. Too noisy to sleep.

Horrid. The service, the people, were all awful. Difficult to work with and the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with. Makes me rethink about ever booking with Wydham hotels again.

For some reason when we made our reservations through hotwire it showed only 2 adults instead of 2 adults and 2 children. When we arrived we were given a handicapped accessible room with only one bed. Needless to say the accommodations were very cramped for 4 people. When I asked for another room I was told that the hotel was full due to displaced families from the nearby tornados. I understand this completely, but for a handicapped room it was TINY. I find it hard to believe that a wheelchair could maneuver in this room. Also, there was no coffee pot, which is an instant negative for me. The breakfast that was offered was the typical continental breakfast, but the area was cluttered and dirty. We were in the breakfast area at 6 a. M. And most everything was very picked over or gone. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is my favorite place to stay! Comfortable beds, clean rooms and affordable. Walking distance to several restaurants and walmart and located on a hill where it's quiet. I also like that I can see the TV from anywhere in the room, even while sitting at the desk on my lap top, and the refrigerator and microwave are nice to have too.
