I got a water leak and they didn't fix it! I told them too. I hope it flood.

It was a Good clean place.

Nice hotel. Pleasant, caring staff. Some renovation noise, but overall a good experience.

Hotel is being renovated. Hot full breakfast very nice, do not skip. Internet was non-existent; could never use it despite connecting. Very nice staff. Decor and some room items could use updating.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Room smelled, toilet dirty, and staff lackluster. Should have been half the price. Ive stayed in worse but for the 4th of the price.

We love the best Western hotels always clean and friendly staff and the breakfast is awesome, doesn't matter what state your in never been disappointed.

I truly love coming to this BW! The staff is by far the friendliest group of people! I travel a lot with my job and have specifically asked to be put I this hotel more than once when I’m in the area! The beds are comfy not too hard or too soft, the AC works great, breakfast is always ready and hot and good, everything is always clean and presentable! I will always come back here when I’m in Gardendale!

Excellent stay. Clean, comfy rooms, the nicest staff ever, clean pool, great hot breakfast. Just really a great visit. No smoking. Not in any rooms or in the building. You can smoke by the pool and there is a designated smoking area with benches outside.

My stay was great. The staff was very friendly and and helpful. Everytime I came down, I was greeted with a smile and conversation. The rooms were very big and clean. Bed is comfortable, overall everything was awesome. Would definitely recommend to others.

Our room was large and comfortable, though the rooms could easily accommodate when beds instead of doubles. Breakfast was typical. My only real problem was with the fitness center as none of the machines were working properly.

Weirdly good hotel. Very helpful, breakfast was way better than anything I have had at a hampton. Seriously I will probably start just going to best westerns after this.

Very thoughtful considerate staff and very comfortable accommodations. I forgot some shirts and pants in closet in room. They found them and returned them promptly. Deeply grateful. Stayed in a King Suite this time. Double double on other time. Both were clean and well cared for. Well worth the trip.

We used an online booking agency that overbooked the hotel for the evening and put my family in a smoking room. Headaches after the first 30 minutes. Sharon, front desk, was very nice and accommodating. She gave us a refund so that we good book a room at a different hotel.

What a wonderful stay we had with all our Alabama Cousins. Rooms and hospitality were all we could expect! Great place to stay in Gardendale.

If we ever go to Birmingham again this is some place that we will definitely be staying at rooms are very nice very comfortable hotel is very well kept all the staff was very friendly to.

Real happy with my stay at the Best Western Hotel Gardendale, AL. Clean room and bathroom. Bed was quite comfortable as were the pillows. Bathroom had everything I needed and the towels were great. Nice, soft, and absorbent. Staff was great. The hotel is located within a mile of restaurants and shopping.

Best hotel with the sweetest staff around! Also, the rooms were so clean with comfy beds! I was shocked to hear that they had been here 16 years! This place is EXTREMELY well kept! Will be back when in Birmingham area! Sharon was a sweetheart!

Love it here! Always stay here when I roll thru town to do work, this time only 2 days. Big rooms and they allow smoking in rooms (3rd floor only) Awesome Full Breakfast! (Biscuits n Sausage Gravey, eggs, waffles, etc… PLUS GREAT COFFEE!

The hotel manager Mrs. Rhonda was so nice. We were talking about her rings on her fingers. Her attitude was so sweet and pleasant. She made sure that we had everything. We forgot some snacks in our room after check out. I called the hotel and she personally went down to our room and had them waiting for us when we came back. I will definitely stay there again.
